在本申请的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“相连”、“连接”、“固定”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
参照图1和2所示,本申请实施例提供一种智能雾化型烟弹的使用方法,提供烟弹,所述烟弹内具有主控芯片、功率控制器件和发热体,所述主控芯片与所述功率控制器件电连接,所述功率控制器件与所述发热体电连接,预先在所述主控芯片内存入所述烟弹内烟油对应的处理参数,所述处理参数至少包括所述烟油的发热功率和温度,将所述烟弹装入到烟杆中,所述烟杆使所述烟弹通电,所述主控芯片控制所述功率控制器件,所述功率控制器件按照预设的所述处理参数控制所述发热体加热所述烟油。生产时向烟弹内的主控芯片预存处理参数,使得烟弹在通电后主控芯片利用处理参数产生最优化控制,以使烟油自动被加热到最优的状态,获得最佳的吸食口感,无需配对专用的烟杆,也无需进行复杂的调节,就能满足最佳口感的需求,降低了操作难度。
烟油一般包括缓冲剂(甘油)、尼古丁/尼古丁盐、香味物质等物质混合而成,香味物质不同使得烟油有多种口味,例如薄荷味、水果味或者不添加香味物质的原味,以薄荷味、水果味和原味三种烟油为例,其雾化温度是不一样的,以下描述将原味烟油简称A,水果味烟油简称B,薄荷味烟油简称C,三种烟油雾化的温度分别是TA>TB>TC。假如我们使用对B最好的雾化温度TB的温度去雾化A,A中的香味物质会先于尼古丁盐雾化,所以尼古丁盐在雾化的气溶胶中的含量就会少,所以就不能满足吸食电子烟的使用者对尼古丁盐的需求;如果用TB的温度,去雾化TC,C中的香味物质雾化量变少了,所以C的味道就会改变。而且对于高温类的香味物质,必须在高温的过程中,其中的芳香类物质会裂解变化成新的物质,生成所需要的物质,这是烟油对温度的要求。
使用者刚开始使用雾化型电子烟的时候,按照正常的功率加热发热体,其温度要升高到雾化温度需要较长的时间。为了缩短第一口烟雾的时间,发热体的输出雾化功率会较高,热量除了雾化的需要还有补偿发热体本身温差,所以总体的雾化温度会偏高,当雾化温度到达正常雾化值后,就需要把雾化温度降低到正常值。由于控温上有随着时间变化的的高温和低温的问题,所以就在时间轴上就形成一条雾化的温度曲线,如图4所示,此图为A、B、C三种烟油的雾化温度时间曲线图,在此图中,系列1为A,系列2为B,系列3为C,纵坐标表示的是温度,单位是摄氏度,横坐标的数字表示时间,单位是10ms。由图4的曲线可以看出,烟弹内的烟油不同,其雾化的温度不同,所以需发热功率不同,本领域技术人员可以根据烟油不同和其他因素设置发热功率、温度、发热时间等处理参数,本申请实施例对此不加以限制。
如本申请的烟弹,其在烟弹内设置主控芯片,在主控芯片内提前设定好对应烟油的发热功率和温度,制定好温升曲线等处理参数,就能省去使用者调节的步骤,进而快速并准确地获得对应的烟油的最佳口感。
主控芯片具有记录、储存、控制等功能,其上设置有CPU、控制电路、储存模块等结构,主控芯片设置在烟弹内,使得烟弹能够实现自动控制,无需与烟杆形成通讯连接,省去了通讯管脚,只需要与烟杆实现电连接,利用烟杆内的电源为烟弹供电即可,因此,此烟弹能够适用于任何烟杆,并且运用到不同的烟杆时也能保持同一种最佳吸食口感,操作非常简单,操作者只需要将烟弹插入到烟杆中,启动烟杆通电,就能吸食,整个过程不再需要进行繁琐的调节加热片的发热功率和温度,也能获得最佳口感。
一实施例中,在所述主控芯片内预设所述烟弹吸食的最大次数N,所述烟弹通电后,所述主控芯片自动记录所述烟弹被吸食的次数,当所述主控芯片记录到所述烟弹被吸食的总次数等于N时,所述主控芯片控制所述烟弹停止工作。通过对烟弹吸食的次数进行自动监控,可以防止操作者私自添加其他的烟油进行循环使用,完全杜绝了劣质烟油的使用,保证了烟弹的吸食安全性和口感。
具体地,如图2所示,智能雾化型烟弹的使用方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S10、烟弹插入到烟杆中后,启动烟杆通电;
步骤S20、主控芯片首先判断烟弹已经记录到的当前吸食的次数,如果当前吸食次数大于或等于所述主控芯片内预设所述烟弹吸食的最大次数N,则进入步骤S30,如果当前吸食的次数小于N,则进入步骤S40;
步骤S30、控制所述烟弹停止工作;
步骤S40、主控芯片控制烟弹启动,主控芯片发送控制信号给功率控制器件,功率控制器件按照设定好的发热功率和温度控制发热体加热烟油;
步骤S50、操作者吸食,同时主控芯片自动记录吸食次数,在原记录的吸食次数上叠加。
进一步地,所述烟弹停止工作具体为:所述主控芯片控制所述烟弹关机。烟弹关机后操作者将不能够再启动烟弹,此时烟弹处于失效状态。
在其他实施例中,不限于在吸食次数超标时将烟弹关机,还可以在所述主控芯片与所述功率控制器件之间连接保险,当所述烟弹需要停止工作时,所述主控芯片控制所述保险熔断,断开所述主控芯片与所述功率控制器件的连接。此方式直接在吸食次数超标时毁掉烟弹,让烟弹无法再启用,就算操作者添加了烟油,也无法启动使用,保证了吸食口感和安全性。
一实施例中,除了监控和记录烟弹的吸食次数,还可以同步监控烟弹的通电总时长,保证烟弹在指定时间能使用,保证最佳口感。
在所述主控芯片内预设所述烟弹的通电最大时长H,所述烟弹通电后,所 述主控芯片自动记录所述烟弹的通电时间,当所述主控芯片记录到所述烟弹的通电总时长等于H时(这里的通电总时长是每次烟弹的通电时间的累积,比如,第一次通电时间是10分钟,第二次通电是5分钟,那么此时通电总时长是15分钟),所述主控芯片控制所述烟弹停止工作。
具体地,如图3所示,智能雾化型烟弹的使用方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S100、烟弹插入到烟杆中后,启动烟杆通电;
步骤S200、主控芯片首先判断烟弹已经记录到的当前吸食的次数,如果当前吸食次数大于或等于所述主控芯片内预设所述烟弹吸食的最大次数N,则进入步骤S300,如果当前吸食次数小于N,则进入步骤S400;
步骤S300、控制所述烟弹停止工作;
步骤S400、主控芯片判断烟弹当前的通电时间,如果所述主控芯片记录到的当前通电总时长大于或等于所述主控芯片内预设所述烟弹的通电最大时长H,则进入步骤S300,反之则进入步骤S500;
步骤S500、主控芯片控制烟弹启动,主控芯片发送控制信号给功率控制器件,功率控制器件按照设定好的发热功率和温度控制发热体加热烟油;
步骤S600、操作者吸食,同时主控芯片自动记录吸食次数和通电时间,在原记录的吸食次数上叠加进行记录,在原记录的通电时间上叠加进行记录。
在其他实施例中,不限于监测烟弹的通电总时长,还可以监测烟弹首次通电后的使用时长(包括待机时间),即在所述主控芯片内预设所述烟弹的使用最大时长H,所述烟弹首次通电后,所述主控芯片自动记录首次通电的时间,当所述主控芯片监测到距离所述首次通电的时间间隔为H时,所述主控芯片控制所述烟弹停止工作。
或者,在所述主控芯片内预设所述烟弹的使用最大时长H,所述烟弹制造完成后,所述主控芯片自动开始记录所述烟弹的出厂时间,当所述主控芯片监测到距离所述出厂时间等于H时,所述主控芯片控制所述烟弹停止工作。
本申请实施例还提供一种烟弹,包括壳体,所述壳体内内置有主控芯片、功率控制器件和发热体,所述主控芯片与所述功率控制器件电连接,所述功率控制器件与所述发热体电连接,所述发热体用于加热烟油,所述壳体上设置有第一导电部,所述第一导电部与所述主控芯片电连接。此烟弹自带主控芯片,能够自动记录并控制发热体进行最佳的工作状态,以获得最佳的吸食口感。
在本实施例中,主控芯片与功率控制器件之间设置有保险,当烟弹出现吸食次数大于所述主控芯片内预设所述烟弹吸食的最大次数N的时候等与预设条 件不符的情况的时候,保险就熔断,或者主控芯片从程序上锁定保险,使得保险断电,使得主控芯片与功率控制器件断开连接,使烟弹失效,无法启动。
本申请实施例还提供一种电子烟,包括烟杆和烟弹,所述烟杆上设置有安装槽,所述烟杆内设置有电源,所述安装槽内设置有第二导电部,所述第二导电部与所述电源连接,所述烟弹插入到所述安装槽内,所述烟弹的第一导电部与所述第二导电部连接实现电导通。烟杆上设置电源和第二导电部是为烟弹提供电能。
可选地,所述烟杆上设置有开关部件,所述开关部件与所述电源连接,用于控制所述电源对所述第二导电部通电或断电。通过在烟杆上设置开关部件,可以在需要启动烟弹的时候才开启,使得电源通过第二导电部和第一导电部供电。
可选地,开关部件为按钮式开关或者感应开关。感应开关可以为空气开关,具体原理是当烟杆使用者抽吸电子烟,在感应开关处产生抽吸的负压作用下开关打开。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能雾化型烟弹的使用方法,包括:
    提供烟弹,所述烟弹内具有主控芯片、功率控制器件和发热体,所述主控芯片与所述功率控制器件电连接,所述功率控制器件与所述发热体电连接;
    预先在所述主控芯片内存入所述烟弹内烟油对应的处理参数,所述处理参数至少包括所述烟油的发热功率和温度;
    将所述烟弹装入到烟杆中,所述烟杆使所述烟弹通电;
    所述主控芯片控制所述功率控制器件,所述功率控制器件按照预设的所述处理参数控制所述发热体加热所述烟油。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述智能雾化型烟弹的使用方法,还包括:在所述主控芯片内预设所述烟弹吸食的最大次数N,所述烟弹通电后,所述主控芯片自动记录所述烟弹被吸食的次数,当所述主控芯片记录到所述烟弹被吸食的总次数等于N时,所述主控芯片控制所述烟弹停止工作。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述智能雾化型烟弹的使用方法,还包括:在所述主控芯片内预设所述烟弹的通电最大时长H,所述烟弹通电后,所述主控芯片自动记录所述烟弹的通电时间,当所述主控芯片记录到所述烟弹的通电总时长等于H时,所述主控芯片控制所述烟弹停止工作。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述智能雾化型烟弹的使用方法,还包括:在所述主控芯片内预设所述烟弹的使用最大时长H,所述烟弹首次通电后,所述主控芯片自动记录首次通电的时间,当所述主控芯片监测到距离所述首次通电的时间间隔为H时,所述主控芯片控制所述烟弹停止工作。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述智能雾化型烟弹的使用方法,还包括:在所述主控芯片内预设所述烟弹的使用最大时长H,所述烟弹制造完成后,所述主控芯片自动开始记录所述烟弹的出厂时间,当所述主控芯片监测到距离所述出厂时间等于H时,所述主控芯片控制所述烟弹停止工作。
  6. 根据权利要求2至5任一项所述智能雾化型烟弹的使用方法,其中,所述烟弹停止工作为:所述主控芯片控制所述烟弹关机。
  7. 根据权利要求2至5任一项所述智能雾化型烟弹的使用方法,其中,所述主控芯片与所述功率控制器件之间连接有保险,还包括:
    当所述烟弹需要停止工作时,所述主控芯片控制所述保险熔断或控制所述保险断电,断开所述主控芯片与所述功率控制器件的连接。
  8. 一种烟弹,包括壳体,所述壳体内内置有主控芯片、功率控制器件和发热体,所述主控芯片与所述功率控制器件电连接,所述功率控制器件与所述发热 体电连接,所述发热体用于加热烟油,所述壳体上设置有第一导电部,所述第一导电部与所述主控芯片电连接,所述烟弹通过权利要求1至7任一项所述的智能雾化型烟弹的使用方法使用。
  9. 一种电子烟,包括烟杆和烟弹,所述烟杆上设置有安装槽,所述烟杆内设置有电源,所述安装槽内设置有第二导电部,所述第二导电部与所述电源连接,所述烟弹为权利要求8所述的烟弹,所述烟弹插入到所述安装槽内,所述烟弹的第一导电部与所述第二导电部连接实现电导通,其中,所述烟弹通过权利要求1-7任一项所述的智能雾化型烟弹的使用方法使用。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其中,所述烟杆上设置有开关部件,所述开关部件与所述电源连接,用于控制所述电源对所述第二导电部通电或断电。
