本发明涉及电声转换领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器。
背景技术
随着移动互联网时代的到来,智能移动设备的数量不断上升。而在众多移动设备之中,手机无疑是最常见、最便携的移动终端设备。目前,手机的功能极其多样,其中之一便是高品质的音乐功能,因此,用于播放声音的扬声器被大量应用到现在的智能移动设备之中。
相关技术中,扬声器包括具有收容空间的外壳及收容于外壳内的扬声器单体。其中,扬声器通常通过在外壳上形成螺丝孔结构以使得扬声器能通过螺丝或螺栓装配至智能移动设备中。然而,由于螺丝孔结构形成于外壳上,这不仅会增加外壳的加工难度,也不利于外壳结构的简单化和小型化(在扬声器在保证具有足够的收容空间的条件下,螺丝孔结构形成于外壳上势必会导致外壳需预留足够的位置供形成螺丝孔结构),而且成型后的外壳的螺丝孔结构的位置固定,无满足客户选择扬声器与智能移动设备连接位置的需求。

  1. 一种扬声器,包括具有收容空间的外壳及收容于所述外壳内的扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体具有音膜,所述外壳具有沿所述音膜的振动方向间隔设置的第一表面和第二表面以及连接所述第一表面和所述第二表面的侧面,其特征在于:所述外壳自所述侧面延伸形成有沿所述振动方向间隔设置的第一限位块和第二限位块,所述第一限位块与所述侧面围合形成第一限位槽,所述第二限位块与所述侧面围合形成第二限位槽,所述第一限位槽和所述第二限位槽相向设置,所述扬声器还包括连接件,所述连接件包括固定部及固定于所述固定部的连接部,所述固定部沿所述振动方向上的相对两端分别可滑动的插设于所述第一限位槽和所述第二限位槽内,所述连接部位于所述第一限位块和所述第二限位块之间,其中,所述连接部上贯穿设有通孔,且沿所述振动方向上,所述通孔均与所述第一限位块和所述第二限位块间隔设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述第一限位块包括第一限位部和第二限位部,所述第一限位部自所述侧面沿垂直于所述振动方向延伸,所述第二限位部自所述第一限位部远离所述侧面的一端沿平行于所述振动方向延伸;所述第二限位块包括第一延伸部和第二延伸部,所述第一延伸部自所述侧面沿垂直于所述振动方向延伸,所述第二延伸部自所述第一延伸部远离所述侧面的一端沿平行于所述振动方向延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述第二限位部、所述第二延伸部及所述侧面分别与所述固定部抵接,且所述固定部沿所述振动方向上的相对两端分别与所述第一限位部和所述第一延伸部抵接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述通孔的轴线与所述振动方向平行。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于:沿所述振动方向上,所述第二限位部和所述第二延伸部与所述连接部间隔设置,且所述连接部沿所述振动方向的相对两侧分别设有加强件,所述加强件与所述连接部和所述固定部固定连接,且所述加强件与所述通孔间隔设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述第二限位部和所述第二延伸部分别与所述加强件远离所述连接部的一侧抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述外壳包括上盖及所述上盖组配形成所述收容空间的下盖,所述第一表面为所述上盖远离所述下盖一侧的表面,所述第二表面为所述下盖远离所述上盖一侧的表面,所述第一限位块自所述侧面位于所述上盖上的部分延伸形成,所述第二限位块自所述侧面位于所述下盖上的部分延伸形成。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述第一限位块远离所述第二限位块一侧的表面与所述第一表面共面,所述第二限位块远离所述第一限位块一侧的表面与所述第二表面共面。
