Abstract

Description

行李箱式折叠儿童推车 技术领域
本发明属于儿童推车领域,具体涉及一种行李箱式折叠儿童推车。
背景技术
现有的儿童推车,通常包括具有展开位置和折叠位置的推车车架,设置推车车架上的座位机构以及用于将所述推车车架锁死与展开位置下的整车锁死机构、前轮组件、后轮组件等结构。现有的推车多数是将推车车架折叠,并没有折叠前轮组件和后轮组件的结构,这样折叠后儿童推车的结构仍然不够紧凑。
专利CN110816633A公开了一种儿童推车,包括底架,底架上设置前轮以及后轮,靠近底架上靠近前轮的一端铰接下折叠杆。在儿童车折叠的过程中,下折叠杆向下转动的同时,前轮和后轮之间伸缩并且同时转动90度到平放的位置,即前轮和后轮同时折叠,这样折叠后,折叠车所占的空间更小,但是这种结构也存在一定的问题。折叠后前轮和后轮不能再滚动,移动折叠车需要提起整个儿童车,比较耗力。
另外,现有的推车车架折叠结构有多种,但是很多结构比较复杂,占用较多空间。需要新的推车车架折叠结构丰富市场种类。而且,现有的儿童推车只有杆状结构、没有除了座位板之外的壳体,折叠后形状杂乱,不容易放置或者与其他部件一同放置,凸出的杆状结构没有保护,受力过大有损伤自身的可能。
发明内容
本发明提供一种折叠后构成行李箱形状的行李箱式折叠儿童推车。
本发明的目的是以下述方式实现的:行李箱式折叠儿童推车,包括底架、底架包括两个底架侧边;底架侧边两端附近位置分别设置前轮和后轮,底架侧边的前轮端铰接下折叠杆,下折叠杆与底架侧边之间由连杆连接在底架侧边之间滑动的折叠滑块,构成曲柄滑块机构,下折叠杆上端铰接上折叠杆,下折叠杆向前伸出座位板,座位板与上折叠板之间通过第二连杆连接;下折叠杆、上折叠杆、第二连杆、座位板之间顺次连接构成四连杆机构。
前轮连接前轮支架,前轮支架与折叠滑块转动连接;底架侧边和前轮支架其中任一设置螺旋导向槽、另一个设置短导向杆,短导向杆设置在螺旋导向槽内,折叠滑块的前后移动带动前轮支架移动并转动。
底架上设置箱体的底壳,上折叠杆上设置箱体的顶壳,儿童推车折叠后,底壳和顶壳对齐构成行李箱形状的外壳;底壳底部一侧设置容纳折叠后前轮的前轮容纳槽。
顶壳包括顶壳框和顶壳板,顶壳框与上折叠杆固定,顶壳板和顶壳框之间由软布连接使顶壳板的上部开合,顶壳板的底部与顶壳框或者座位板或上折叠杆铰接。
儿童推车展开状态下,四连杆机构处于死点位置。
底架侧边上设置弹块,在折叠滑块上设置容纳弹块的锁止孔,弹块进入锁止孔后锁死;按下弹块解锁;所述弹块靠近后轮的一侧设置斜面,折叠滑块向前轮方向移动的过程中,向下压弹块使弹块缩回,锁止孔与弹块对应时,弹块弹出锁死折叠滑块。
前轮支架位于底架侧边的内侧,折叠滑块既与底架侧边滑动连接,又与前轮支架转动连接。
底架侧边位于前轮的一端设置前轮支撑槽,儿童推车展开状态时,前轮支架的前端进入前轮支撑槽内。
本发明的有益效果是:前轮支架的前端设置前轮,前轮支架移动并沿着其移动方向的轴线转动,前轮也移动并转动实现伸出与折叠两种状态。前轮在非工作状态下收起,而后轮却仍然伸出并滚动,折叠后的儿童推车节省了占据的空间又可以方便移动。
底架上设置箱体的底壳,上折叠杆上设置箱体的顶壳,儿童推车折叠后,前轮折叠进入底壳的前轮容纳槽,后轮可以在地面上滚动;底壳和顶壳对齐构成行李箱形状的外壳。推杆可以伸缩,拉动推杆,可以像拉动行李箱一样拉动儿童推车。底壳和顶壳起到一定保护儿童推车的作用。
使用四连杆机构折叠车架、利用死点位置自锁,结构简单。成本低。折叠滑块与底架侧边之间设置锁死机构使下折叠杆在展开状态时,折叠滑块与底架侧边之间锁死。底架侧边上设置弹块,在折叠滑块上设置容纳弹块的锁止孔,弹块进入锁止孔后锁死;按下弹块解锁。锁死结构简单。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图以及具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。应当说明的是,本申请中所述的“连接”和用于表达“连接”的词语,如“相连接”、“相连”等,既包括某一部件与另一部件直接连接,也包括某一部件通过其他部件与另一部件相连接。诸如第一、第二等之类的关系术语仅仅用来将一个实体或者操作与另外一个实体或者操作区分开来,而不一定要求或者暗示这些实体或操作之间存在任何这种实际的关系或者顺序。
如图1-12所示,一种儿童推车的前轮折叠结构,包括底架、底架包括两个底架侧边2;底架侧边2两端位置分别设置前轮1和后轮3,底架侧边2的前轮1端铰接下折叠杆4,下折叠杆4与底架侧边2之间由连杆5连接在底架侧边2之间滑动的折叠滑块6,构成曲柄滑块机构。前轮1连接前轮支架7,前轮支架7与折叠滑块6转动连接;底架侧边2和前轮支架7其中任一设置螺旋导向槽8、另一个设置短导向杆9,短导向杆9设置在螺旋导向槽8内,折叠滑块6的前后移动带动前轮支架7移动并转动。短导向杆9的长度方向与折叠滑块的移动方向不平行、优选短导向杆9的长度方向垂直于底架侧板2或者前轮支架7的长度方向。前轮支架7的前端设置前轮1,前轮支架7移动并沿着其移动方向的轴线转动,前轮1也移动并转动实现伸出与折叠两种状态。前轮1在非工作状态下收起,而后轮却仍然伸出并滚动,折叠后的儿童推车可以像行李箱一样拖动,即节省了占据的空间又可以方便移动。
前轮支架7位于底架侧边2的外部靠内的一侧,折叠滑块6既与底架侧边2滑动连接,又与前轮支架7转动连接。之前的专利如CN110816633A儿童推车中,底架侧板2不是单独的杆件,而包括前轮支架、后轮支架;前轮支架和后轮支架之间伸缩滑动,本专利中底架侧板2可以是前轮1和后轮3之间的支撑杆、不伸缩、也不包括前轮支架7,前轮支架7 设置在底架侧板的外部,这样儿童推车的结构更加的稳固。
螺旋导向槽8根据需要设置在底架侧边2或前轮支架7上的圆筒侧壁或者部分圆筒侧壁上。螺旋导向槽转动角度优选为90度,通过对螺旋导向槽段加工旋转90度,可以使前轮1在直立和平放之间转换,儿童推车折叠后的结构更加紧凑。螺旋导向槽8为尼龙材料制作。这样,短导向杆9在螺旋导向槽8运动过程中不会产生噪音。螺旋导向槽8最好采用带有自润滑性质的材料,比如聚四氟乙烯材料等。
进一步的技术方案中,底架侧边2位于前轮1的一端设置前轮支撑槽11,儿童推车展开状态时,前轮支架7的前端进入前轮支撑槽11内。儿童推车展开时,前轮1直接或者间接接触前轮支撑槽11,其受力由前轮支撑槽11支撑。儿童推车受力更好,不容易损坏。在这种方案中,底架侧边2本身是前轮1和后轮3之间的支撑杆,长度不发生变化。
对于底架侧边2固定螺旋导向槽8,前轮支架7上设置短导向杆9,短导向杆9设置在螺旋导向槽8内,折叠滑块6的前后移动带动短导向杆9在螺旋导向槽8内移动并转动的实施例中,底架侧边2上的螺旋导向槽8向着前轮1的一端设置一段直槽12,直槽12的的长度与前轮支撑槽11的深度对应。因为前轮1在进入或者退出前轮支撑槽11的过程中不能转动,所以必须有对应的直槽12段。
而对于底架侧边2固定短导向杆9,前轮支架7上设置螺旋导向槽8,短导向杆9设置在螺旋导向槽8内,折叠滑块6的前后移动使带有螺旋导向槽8的前轮支架7在前后移动的同时转动的实施例,前轮支架7上的螺旋导向槽8远离前轮1的一端设置一段直槽12,直槽12的的长度与前轮支撑槽11的深度对应。
如图1-12所示,儿童推车的车架折叠机构,包括底架、底架包括两个底架侧边2;底架侧边2两端位置分别设置前轮1和后轮3,底架侧边2的前轮1端铰接下折叠杆4,下折叠杆4与底架侧边2之间由连杆5连接在底架侧边2之间滑动的折叠滑块6,构成曲柄滑块机构。下折叠杆4上端铰接上折叠杆13,下折叠杆4向前伸出座位板14,座位板14与上折叠板13之间通过第二连杆15连接;下折叠杆4、上折叠杆13、第二连杆15、座位板14之间顺次连接构成四连杆机构。儿童推车的车架包括两个对称设置的四连杆机构,两个四连杆机构共用一个座位板14。
儿童推车展开状态下,四连杆机构处于死点位置。车架展开状态下,上折叠杆13和下折叠杆4位于一条直线上。四连杆机构的位置以及长度需要满足有死点位置的条件,而且满足死点状态下,上折叠杆13和下折叠杆4位于一条直线上。上折叠杆13和下折叠杆4的铰接点可以位于上折叠杆13和下折叠杆4所形成的直线稍微靠前的一侧方便安装。这里前 方是朝向座位板14的一侧。使用四连杆机构折叠车架、利用死点位置自锁,不需要专门的锁定机构,结构简单。成本低。
折叠滑块6与底架侧边2之间设置锁死机构使下折叠杆4在展开状态时,折叠滑块6与底架侧边2之间锁死。锁死机构有多种,常见的结果都可以采用。也可以采用如下结构,即底架侧边2上设置弹块16,在折叠滑块6上设置容纳弹块16的锁止孔17,锁止孔17与弹块的形状对应。弹块16进入锁止孔17后锁死;按下弹块16解锁。弹块16设置在底架侧边2上,其余底架侧边2之间可以设置弹簧等弹性件使弹块16可以被压缩。弹块16也可以采用别的常用的结构满足功能。
弹块16靠近后轮3的一侧设置斜面,折叠滑块6向前轮1方向移动的过程中,向下压弹块16使弹块16缩回,锁止孔17与弹块16对应时,弹块16弹出锁死折叠滑块。斜面靠近后轮3的一侧低,靠近前轮1的一侧高。弹块16靠近前轮1的一侧不能设置成斜面,这样才有锁死的功能。
另外,上折叠杆13上部连接可伸缩的推杆18。可伸缩推杆18的伸缩结构有多种,可以采用现有技术中常用的结构。具体的结构可以参考专利CN205220764U一种双重锁定式手推车中推杆的结构或者其他专利中的可伸缩推杆的机构。两个第二连杆15之间设置伸出的扶手。扶手25的两侧分别设置在同侧的第二连杆15上。座位板14前端转动设置脚托19。脚托19转动可以折叠或者伸开。脚托19折叠的原理和结构可以参考现有的专利文件,不再详细描述。
进一步的,四连杆机构上也可以设置除了死点锁死之外的四连杆锁死装置。这里的四连杆锁死装置可以参见现有技术中四连杆常见的锁死装置。也可以采用如下结构:四连杆锁死装置包括儿童推车展开状态下同时穿入上折叠杆13和下折叠杆4的定位销。上折叠杆13和下折叠杆4对应定位销的位置设置定位销孔26。上折叠杆13和下折叠杆4铰接点的位置设置铰接轴孔27,定位销以及穿过上折叠杆13和下折叠杆4的铰接轴一同使上折叠杆13和下折叠杆4位置锁死。需要折叠儿童推车时,取出定位销即可。
如图1-12所示,折叠儿童推车的箱体结构,包括底架、底架包括两个底架侧边2;底架上铰接下折叠杆4,下折叠杆4上端铰接上折叠杆13,底架上设置箱体的底壳20,上折叠杆13上设置箱体的顶壳,儿童推车折叠后,底壳20和顶壳对齐构成行李箱形状的外壳。底壳20和顶壳可以对折叠儿童推车起到一定的保护作用,而且外形更加美观。配合推杆和车轮,可以像拉行李箱一样拉着推杆拖动折叠后的儿童推车。顶壳本身还可以作为儿童推车的靠背使用。
进一步的,顶壳包括顶壳框21和顶壳板22,顶壳框21的两侧分别与同侧的上折叠杆13固定,固定方式可以是螺栓连接或者设置中间连接件连接。顶壳板22与顶壳框21之间为可开合连接。
优选方案中,顶壳板22和顶壳框21之间由软布连接使顶壳板22的上部开合,下端不开合。顶壳板22可以向后转动到适当的位置。
顶壳板22下端不开合指顶壳板22的底部与顶壳框21或者座位板14或上折叠杆13铰接。其中顶壳框21的形状大致为倒立的U形,顶壳板22的两侧和上端通过软布连接顶壳框21;软布和顶壳板22构成允许背部躺卧的布兜。在图中显示的实施例中,顶壳板22底部两侧分别设置转动轴孔24,顶壳框21上对应位置也设置转动轴孔24,同侧的转动轴孔24内设置转动轴,从而使顶壳板22与顶壳框21铰接。
底壳20底部一侧设置容纳折叠后前轮1的前轮容纳槽23。前轮容纳槽23位于底壳20上靠近前轮1的一侧,具体位置与折叠后前轮1的位置相对应;其深度与前轮1折叠后的高度对应或者略大于前轮1折叠后的高度,前轮容纳槽23的靠近前轮方向的侧边外形与前轮1的运动轨迹对应。这样,推车整体折叠后,底壳20和前轮1的底部基本在一个平面上,方便放置以及移动,也更加美观。前轮1的折叠结构前文已经有详细的描述,不再具体说明。
上折叠杆13上端连接可伸缩的推杆18。儿童推车完全折叠后,前轮1折叠进入底壳20的前轮容纳槽23,后轮3可以在地面上滚动;底壳20和顶壳构成行李箱形状,推杆18可以伸缩,拉动推杆,可以像拉动行李箱一样拉动儿童推车。底壳20和顶壳起到一定保护儿童推车的作用。
如图1-12所示,行李箱式折叠儿童推车,包括底架、底架包括两个底架侧边2;底架侧边2两端位置分别设置前轮1和后轮3,底架侧边2的前轮1端铰接下折叠杆4,下折叠杆4与底架侧边2之间由连杆5连接在底架侧边2之间滑动的折叠滑块6,构成曲柄滑块机构。下折叠杆4上端铰接上折叠杆13,下折叠杆4向前伸出座位板14,座位板14与上折叠板13之间通过第二连杆15连接;下折叠杆4、上折叠杆13、第二连杆15、座位板14之间顺次连接构成四连杆机构。
进一步的,前轮1连接前轮支架7,前轮支架7与折叠滑块6转动连接;底架侧边2和前轮支架7其中任一设置螺旋导向槽8、另一个设置短导向杆9,短导向杆9设置在螺旋导向槽8内,折叠滑块6的前后移动带动前轮支架7移动并转动。
底架上设置箱体的底壳20,上折叠杆13上设置箱体的顶壳,儿童推车折叠后,底壳 20和顶壳对齐构成行李箱形状的外壳。底壳20底部一侧设置容纳折叠后前轮1的前轮容纳槽23。上折叠杆13上端连接可伸缩的推杆18。
儿童推车关于前轮折叠机构、底壳20和顶壳的具体结构、四连杆机构等的具体结构,前文已经详细描述,不再重复。
具体实施时,需要折叠推车时,对于有定位销的结构,首先需要取出穿过上折叠杆13和下折叠杆4的定位销,然后转动上折叠杆。对于没有定位销的结构,需要用手固定下折叠杆4,同时用力转动上折叠杆13使四连杆机构越过死点位置。上折叠杆13向前转动到与下折叠杆4折叠。用手按下底架侧边2上的弹块16使折叠滑块6解锁。向下转动下折叠杆4,折叠滑块6带动前轮支架7向后轮3的方向移动。短导向杆9经过直槽12和螺旋导向槽8使前轮支架7和前轮1向后轮3所在方向先移动直槽12的长度距离,然后继续直线移动并转动到底壳20内的前轮容纳槽23内,此时前轮1转动80度平放在前轮容纳槽23内。顶壳和底壳构成行李箱的形状。拉动推杆18,折叠推车后轮在地上滚动带动折叠推车行走。需要展开时,向上转动下折叠杆4,折叠滑块6沿着底架侧边2向前轮1方向移动,移动到弹块16的斜面时,由于斜面结构自动压缩弹块16,使弹块16缩回,锁止孔17与弹块16对应时,弹块16弹出锁死折叠滑块。然后向后转动上折叠杆13直到四连杆机构达到锁死状态。
需要说明的是,描述中使用的术语“中心”、“横向”、“纵向”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”和“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了标语描述本专利,而不是指示或者暗示所指的装置或者原件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作。因此不能理解为对本发明专利保护范围的限制。

  1. 行李箱式折叠儿童推车,包括底架、底架包括两个底架侧边;底架侧边两端附近位置分别设置前轮和后轮,底架侧边的前轮端铰接下折叠杆,下折叠杆与底架侧边之间由连杆连接在底架侧边之间滑动的折叠滑块,构成曲柄滑块机构,其特征在于:所述下折叠杆上端铰接上折叠杆,下折叠杆向前伸出座位板,座位板与上折叠板之间通过第二连杆连接;下折叠杆、上折叠杆、第二连杆、座位板之间顺次连接构成四连杆机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述行李箱式折叠儿童推车,其特征在于:所述前轮连接前轮支架,前轮支架与折叠滑块转动连接;底架侧边和前轮支架其中任一设置螺旋导向槽、另一个设置短导向杆,短导向杆设置在螺旋导向槽内,折叠滑块的前后移动带动前轮支架移动并转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述行李箱式折叠儿童推车,其特征在于:所述底架上设置箱体的底壳,上折叠杆上设置箱体的顶壳,儿童推车折叠后,底壳和顶壳对齐构成行李箱形状的外壳;底壳底部一侧设置容纳折叠后前轮的前轮容纳槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述行李箱式折叠儿童推车,其特征在于:顶壳包括顶壳框和顶壳板,顶壳框与上折叠杆固定,顶壳板和顶壳框之间由软布连接使顶壳板的上部开合,顶壳板的底部与顶壳框或者座位板或上折叠杆铰接。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述行李箱式折叠儿童推车,其特征在于:儿童推车展开状态下,四连杆机构处于死点位置。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述行李箱式折叠儿童推车,其特征在于:底架侧边上设置弹块,在折叠滑块上设置容纳弹块的锁止孔,弹块进入锁止孔后锁死;按下弹块解锁;所述弹块靠近后轮的一侧设置斜面,折叠滑块向前轮方向移动的过程中,向下压弹块使弹块缩回,锁止孔与弹块对应时,弹块弹出锁死折叠滑块。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述行李箱式折叠儿童推车,其特征在于:所述前轮支架位于底架侧边的内侧,折叠滑块既与底架侧边滑动连接,又与前轮支架转动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述行李箱式折叠儿童推车,其特征在于:底架侧边位于前轮的一端设置前轮支撑槽,儿童推车展开状态时,前轮支架的前端进入前轮支撑槽内。
