La présente invention concerne des compositions topiques pharmaceutiques comprenant au moins un extrait végétal, de l'héparine ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celle-ci, de l'allantoïne ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celle-ci et de l'acide hyaluronique ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celle-ci, qui fournissent un effet hydratant et de réparation de cicatrice pour la peau.
