下面结合附图,对本发明的一些实施方式作详细说明。在不冲突的情况下,下述的实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
实施例一:
如图1和图2示出的一种自动烧烤炉的具体实施方式,包括壳体1和电热装置2,所述电热装置2配置在壳体1内;所述电热装置2的上方配置为第一烧烤单元11,其下方配置为第二烧烤单元12;所述第一烧烤单元11以一体方式结合至壳体1,所述第二烧烤单元12以可分离方式结合至壳体1;所述第一烧烤单元11具有能够驱动一组烤签转动的第一传动组4,所述第二烧烤单元12具有能够驱动另一组烤签转动的第二传动组5;所述第一传动组4配置在壳体1的壁部上,第二传动组5配置在第二烧烤单元12的壁部上。电热装置2为加热管,具体地为电热管或红外加热管或碳纤维石英发热管,本实施例中具体为电热管。
具体地,第一烧烤单元11与壳体1一体结合是指,壳体1位于电热装置2上方的部分形成第一烧烤单元11,壳体1的壁部也即第一烧烤单元11的壁部。需要指出的是,这里的一体结合可以是两个部件固定地连接在一起,例如采用螺钉、铆钉等连接在一起,使用破拆工具可以将二者分离。这里的一体式结合更可以是一个部件,也即第一烧烤单元11仅仅是壳体1位于电热装置2上方的部分。在本实施例中,第一烧烤单元11属于壳体1,是其位于电热装置2上方的部分所形成。
参看图2所示,第二烧烤单元12适于在烹饪过程中能够由壳体1中抽出以进行烹饪操作,例如刷油、撒料等操作,从而提高食物的口感。具体地,在壳体1的前侧的下部限定出一门形开口366,第二烧烤单元12被配置为从该门形开口366中取出的抽屉式结构。为便于第二烧烤单元12的取出和插入,本实施例中还在第二烧烤单元12的边缘处设置导向沿,在壳体1上设置导向槽413,导向沿和导向槽413配合可以实现第二烧烤单元12的顺畅插入或取出。在使用时,第一烧烤单元11和第二烧烤单元12可以同时进行烹饪,第一烧烤单元11吸收电热装置2上方的热量,第二烧烤单元12吸收电热装置2下方的热量,从而大大提高了能量的利用效率。在现有技术中,由于仅仅是在电热装置2的上方进行烧烤烹饪,而电热装置2下方的热量则白白被浪费掉,不仅浪费了能源,也降低了整机的产出效能,同样的产品功率下,本专利产品能够在单位时间内产出更多的烤制食物。鉴于上述结构,本专利产品的体积也得以减小,使得外形更加小巧,摆放在厨房里占据空间也较小。
需要指出的是,在本实施例中所述的壳体1前侧或前部均是指该自动烧烤炉在使用过程中,用户通常习惯下为便于操作本产品所处的位置,也可以是指第二烧烤单元12在抽出状态下所处的端侧。具体地,第二烧烤单元12是后侧向前侧移动为抽出,由前侧向后侧移动为插入,本实施例中均以此为定向基准,如图1所示。
如图5至图8所示,第一传动组4包括相互间啮合传动的数个齿轮构件41。该数个齿轮构件41的齿轮轴上均设置有用以夹持烤签的夹签装置7。第二传动组5包括相互间啮合传动的数个齿轮构件41。该数个齿轮构件41的齿轮轴上均设置有用以夹持烤签的夹签装置7,在另一实施例中也可以是部分齿轮构件41的齿轮轴上设置有夹签装置7,不设置夹签装置7的齿轮构件41起到运动传递作用或者起到增大烤签之间距离的作用。如图8和图9所示,夹签装置7包括形成在齿轮轴上的嵌裝槽和嵌设在嵌裝槽内的柔性夹持件71。如图12所示,所述夹签装置7的对应于烤签插入方向的迎面处设置有引导烤签插入夹签装置7的导向部S1,所述壳体1的壁部和所述第二烧烤单元12的壁部上均设置供烤签插入夹签装置7的插签孔;进一步结合图所示,所述导向部S1的中部形成过孔,夹签装置7配置为,在烤签由过孔插入柔性夹持件71的路径上不形成阻挡烤签插入的挡缘。具体地,所述柔性夹持件71的前端上由平面形成的边缘位于所述过孔的外周侧,以防止烤签的尖部在插入柔性夹持件71时抵挡在其由平面形成的边缘处而刺破损坏柔性夹持件71,从而起到保护柔性夹持件71的作用。具体地,导向部S1设置为喇叭口结构,并在柔性夹持件71上对应烤签插入方向的迎面处设置锥形面,该锥形面的最大直径大于导向部的最小直径以使得锥形面的边缘位于烤签插入路径的外侧,并被导向部S1的通孔所遮挡,从而在烤签的插入路径上不形成挡缘。夹签装置7的迎面是其前端迎向烤签插入方向的面。
如图1、图2和图8所示,第一传动组4与第二传动组5可操作地结合或分离,当用户操作第二烧烤单元12将其插入壳体1内的特定位置处时,第一传动组4和第二传动组5结合,二者形成传动链,当用户操作第二烧烤单元12将其从壳体1内取出时,第一传动组4和第二传动组5相分离。并且,第一传动组4通过可分离式耦合器6与第二传动组5传动连接。耦合器6包括能够相互啮合传动的内齿轮构件6141和外齿轮构件6241,内齿轮构件6141和外齿轮构件6241中其一设置在第一烧烤单元11的壁部上,其二 设置在第二烧烤单元12的壁部上,第一烧烤单元11的壁部形成在内壳14上,二者设置为一体式结构。其中,外齿轮构件6241与内齿轮构件6141啮合时,第二传动组5被接入第一传动组4形成的动力传送链中并受驱运转;其中,外齿轮构件6241与内齿轮构件6141分离时,第二传动组5与第一传动组4形成的动力传送链断开,该第二传动组5停止运转。内齿轮构件6141设置在壳体1上,外齿轮构件6241设置在第二烧烤单元12的侧壁上,并且,内齿轮构件6141传动第一传动组4,外齿轮构件6241传动连接第二传动组5。第一传动组4通过至少一过渡齿轮8传动连接耦合器6;所述过渡齿轮8与配置在电机输出轴上的主动齿轮9啮合传动。
如图2、图3和图4所示,所述壳体1的前部限定出门形开口366,该门形开口366形成在壳体1的前壁上,所述第二烧烤单元12被配置为能够从该门形开口366中取出的抽屉式结构,抽出第二烧烤单元12可以放入或取出烤串,并在烧烤过程进行刷油、撒料等操作。所述壳体1的顶部限定出操作敞口,所述第一烧烤单元11被配置为能够从该操作敞口置入或取出烧烤食材。所述操作敞口处配置有用于覆盖该操作敞口以形成封闭式烧烤空间的盖体3,所述盖体3以能够翻转的方式活动地附接在壳体1上,形成封闭的烧烤室17可以显著提高烹饪效率,且可以显著提高烧烤口感。所述壳体1包括内壳14、外壳13和顶壳15。如图13所示,所述顶壳15具有内翼板和外翼板,所述内翼板和内壳14固定连接,所述外翼板和外壳13固定连接,所述第一传动组4安装在内壳14和外壳13之间形成的空腔内,所述顶壳15的前梁上形成有用于放置烤签的限位槽以使得本发明使用较为方便,用户可以方便地将烤串放入第一烧烤单元11内进行烤制。为了进一增强限位槽的结构,如图所示,本实施例中将顶壳15上用于设置限位槽的前梁之平行于烤签插入方向上的截面为U形。
第二烧烤单元12被配置为能够从壳体1内取出的抽屉式结构。第二烧烤单元12的底壁上设置用于支撑第二烧烤单元12以防止其倾倒的支撑结构。第一烧烤单元11的上方配置有用于覆盖第一烧烤单元11以形成封闭式烧烤空间的盖体3。电热装置2水平排列在壳体1内部以为烧烤单元内的食材提供烧烤能量。
壳体1的构造:
如图1、图2和图5所示,壳体1为六面体,多块薄板经经钣金工艺加工制成并组装形成,其包括外壳13、内壳14、顶壳15和底壳16。如图13所示,内翼板为不连续设置,外翼板为连续设置。内翼板和外翼板分别固定连接外壳13和内壳14的上边沿,底壳16则固定连接外壳13和内壳14的下边沿。电热装置2的上方配置为第一烧烤单元11,其下方配置为第二烧烤单元12。外壳13和内壳14之间形成空腔结构,所述第一传动组4安装在其后侧腔室内。内壳14上开设有多个通孔,通孔和夹签装置7一一对应,烤签穿过该通孔后插入夹签装置7中。
外壳13和内壳14的前侧具有供第二烧烤单元12抽出和插入的门孔。顶壳15上位于该门孔的上方具有与上述通孔数量相一致的烤签定位槽,该定位槽是由开设在顶壳15的顶壁、内翼板和外翼板上的缺口组成,其由顶壁处沿内壁102和外壁101向下延伸。内壳14为匚字形,其前端的开口366通过一连接板连接,该连接板具有延伸至定位槽底部的挡沿,该挡沿可以防止食物残渣由定位槽内落入卡在缝隙内,以方便清理食物残渣。
第一烧烤单元11的构造
如图5和图2所示,第一烧烤单元11包括用于烤制食物的上烹饪空间,上烹饪空间是是由内壳14位于电热装置2上方的部分和连接内壳14前侧的开口366的连接板围设而成,上烹饪空间的后壁上安装第一传动组4。
如图5至图8所示,第一传动组4包括数个齿轮构件41,数个齿轮构件41中的每一个均设置有夹签装置7,在其它实施方式中,数个齿轮构件41中可以仅有部分具有夹签装置7,其余部分用作形成传动链。第一传动组4通过过渡齿轮8与固定在电机输出轴上的主动齿轮9传动连接.具体地,第一传动组4的数个齿轮构件41中首齿轮和过渡齿轮8相互啮合并传动,过渡齿轮8和主动齿轮9相互啮合并传动,过渡齿轮8仅仅为建立第一传动组4和主动齿轮9之间的传动链,起传动过渡作用。第一传动组4安装在一隔热罩42内,隔热罩42固定在内壳14的后壁上,且二者之间具有大约10mm的间隙,以防止内壳14烫伤隔热罩42,隔热罩42的周边具有立壁以在其中部形成安装槽1044,主动齿轮9、过渡齿轮8和第一传动组4均通过轴支结构可转动地枢转连接在隔热罩42上。电机则安装在与安装槽1044相背的另一侧,电机输出轴穿过隔热罩42后与主动齿轮9固定连接。隔热罩42上固定安装有一轴支板44,过渡齿轮8的轮轴 的两端分别与轴支板44和隔热罩42上设置的轴孔枢转连接,以使得过渡齿轮8能够以其轴线为中心进行旋转。在其它实施方式中,齿轮连接结构还可以采用其它方式,例如在齿轮上设置轴孔,在隔热罩42上设置一固定轴,齿轮套在固定轴,轴支板44封堵固定轴的端部防止齿轮脱出就可以。
第一传动组4是由相互间啮合传动的数个小齿轮构件41组成。具体地,第一传动组4由7个结构和形状相同的齿轮构件41组成,7个齿轮构件41依次排列并相互啮合。在另一实施例中,对于烤签间的距离不相等情况,第一传动组4中的齿轮构件41的形状和结构也可以不相同,仅需要满足齿轮构件41之间的模数相等,两齿轮构件41分度圆上的齿形角相等,以使相邻齿轮构件41之间可传递动能即可。第一传动组4的全部齿轮构件41以及主动齿轮9、过渡齿轮8、隔热罩42等部件均为塑料制成,通常选用PET加玻纤或PA66加玻纤。隔热罩42上还固定安装有一背板43,隔热罩42和背板43上均开设有与齿轮构件41数量相同的轴孔,且二者上的轴孔一一对应,齿轮构件41的齿轮轴的两端伸入轴孔内使得其能够绕其中心轴线进行旋转。
如图9至图12,齿轮构件41中设置有用以夹持烤签的夹签装置7,该夹签装置7包括柔性夹持件71和连接构件72,柔性夹持件71为耐热硅胶制成,其中部具有夹签孔711。其中,齿轮构件41的齿轮轴的中部形成有腔室,夹签装置7被整体地卡接式地嵌入在齿轮构件41的腔室内。连接构件72内部设置有内容腔721367107A,柔性夹持件71可放置在该内容腔721367107A内。该连接构件72具有两个卡爪,对应于卡爪,齿轮构件41上设置有卡槽。当柔性夹持件71被置入连接构件72后,连接构件72与柔性夹持件71的整体插入齿轮构件41的内部,卡爪与卡槽扣合在一起,连接构件72和齿轮构件41一起将柔性夹持件71固定在二者之间形成的安装腔内。为使柔性夹持件71被夹紧地固定在安装腔内,安装腔的长度略小于柔性夹持件71的长度,使得柔性夹持件71的两端分别受到连接构件72和齿轮构件41的顶压而实现夹持地固定。
如图12所示,连接构件72上具有导向部,该导向部为直径逐渐减小的锥形面,其设置在烤签插入的方向上以引导烤签插入在柔性夹持件71中部的夹签孔711内,其设置在连接构件72上,该导向锥孔的最小端部处的直径大于夹签孔711的直径,以供尺寸大于夹签孔711的烤签插入夹签孔711内产生夹持力。由于柔性夹持件71为耐热硅胶,为了防止烤签插入时刺穿柔性夹持件71的端部,柔性夹持件71的右侧端部也设有一个导向锥形面,该导向锥形面的最大端直径大于导向部S1的最小端面直径。
第二烧烤单元12的构造:
如图3、图4所示,第二烧烤单元12整体被构造为抽屉形状,其能够插入或抽出于壳体11。其包括基板121和连接在基板121前端的前支板122。基板121中部向下凹陷形成为盛水槽,在盛水槽内注入水可以防止其内部的油脂和食物残渣等着火起烟。盛水槽的周边为向上弯折的翻边。前支板122上具有多个缺口,具体为7个,该缺口形成为第二烧烤单元12的烤签定位结构,使用时将烤签的后端部放入该缺口内。前支板122和基板121为固定连接,具体为螺钉连接,但也可以采用焊接或铆接等。基板121的后端部向上弯折形成支撑部,第二传动组5安装在该支撑部上。
如图8所示,第二传动组5包括相互间啮合传动的数个小齿轮构件41组成,其第一联齿轮和第二传动组5的初级齿轮啮合传动。具体地,第二传动组5由7个结构和形状相同的齿轮构件41组成,7个齿轮构件41依次排列并相互啮合。在另一实施例中,对于烤签间的距离不相等情况,第二传动组5中的齿轮构件41的形状和结构也可以不相同,仅需要满足齿轮构件41之间的模数相等,两齿轮构件41分度圆上的齿形角相等,以使相邻齿轮构件41之间可传递动能即可。第二传动组5的全部齿轮构件41和传动齿轮等部件均为塑料制成,通常选用PET加玻纤或PA66加玻纤。支撑部上还固定安装有一金属罩53,支撑部上固定安装以隔板52,隔板52和金属罩53上均开设有与齿轮构件41数量相同的轴孔,且二者上的轴孔一一对应,齿轮构件41的齿轮轴的两端伸入轴孔内使得其能够绕其中心轴线进行旋转。
如图9至图12,齿轮构件41中设置有用以夹持烤签的夹签装置7,该夹签装置7包括柔性夹持件71和连接构件72,柔性夹持件71为耐热硅胶制成,其中部具有夹签孔711。其中,齿轮构件41的齿轮轴的中部形成有腔室,夹签装置7被整体地卡接式地装入在齿轮构件41的腔室内。连接构件72内部设置有内容腔721367107A,柔性夹持件71可放置在该内容腔721367107A内。该连接构件72具有两个卡爪,对应于卡爪,齿轮构件41上设置有卡槽。当柔性夹持件71被置入连接构件72后,连接构件72与柔性夹持件71的整体插入齿轮构件41的内部,卡爪与卡槽扣合在一起,连接构件72和齿轮构件41一起将柔性夹持 件71固定在二者之间形成的安装腔内。为使柔性夹持件71被紧固地固定在安装腔内,安装腔的长度略小于柔性夹持件71的长度。
如图12所示,连接构件72上具有导向部,该导向部为直径逐渐减小的锥形面,其设置在烤签插入的方向上以引导烤签插入在柔性夹持件71中部的夹签孔711内,其设置在连接构件72上,该导向锥孔的最小端部处的直径大于夹签孔711的直径,以供尺寸大于夹签孔711的烤签插入夹签孔711内产生夹持力。由于柔性夹持件71为耐热硅胶,为了防止烤签插入时刺穿柔性夹持件71的端部,柔性夹持件71的右侧端部也设有一个导向锥形面,该导向锥形面的最大端直径大于导向部S1的最小端面直径。
在本实施例中,第一传动组4和第二传动组5的齿轮构件41结构基本一致。在另一实施例中,二者的结构也可以不相同,只要能够实现本发明的发明目的即可。
耦合器66的构造:
如图9和图10所示,第一传动组4通过可分离式耦合器6与第二传动组5传动连接,耦合器6包括能够相互啮合传动的内齿轮构件6141和外齿轮构件6241。内齿轮构件6141接入至第一传动组4形成传动链中,内齿轮构件6141的轴孔中形成为内齿轮,其外周上形成有与过渡齿轮8相啮合的外齿轮以从过渡齿轮8处获得动能。内齿轮构件6141嵌置在壳体1的壁部上。其轮轴的两端分别和隔热罩42、轴支板44可枢转地连接。隔热罩42和轴支板44上均设置有与内齿轮构件6141相适配的轴孔。外齿轮构件6241与第二传动组5的其中一个齿轮构件41一体设置,且该外齿轮构件6241突出于第二烧烤单元12的壁部之外,以便于与内齿轮构件6141结合或分离。具体地,外齿轮构件6241和第二传动组5的首齿轮一体设置以带动整个第二传动组5运转。在其它实施方式中,外齿轮构件6241也可以和第二传动组5中的任一齿轮构件41一体设置,只要能够将由内齿轮构件6141获取运动传递给第二传动组5即可。外齿轮构件6241与内齿轮构件6141啮合时,第二传动组5被接入第一传动组4形成的动力传送链中并受驱运转;其中,外齿轮构件6241与内齿轮构件6141分离时,第二传动组5与第一传动组4形成的动力传送链相脱离,该第二传动组5停止运转。
本实施例中,内齿轮构件6141嵌置在壳体1上,其部分可以突出于内壳14之外,也可以完全沉入内壳14之中。为了便于耦合第二传动组5,内齿轮构件6141设置在第一传动组4的下方位置。外齿轮构件6241设置在第二烧烤单元12的壁部上,也即设置在基板121的支撑部上上。并且,内齿轮构件6141动力连接在驱动齿轮105上,当驱动齿轮105工作时,内齿轮构件6141随驱动齿轮105转动;外齿轮构件6241传动连接第二传动组5,当外齿轮构件6241与内齿轮构件6141啮合时,第二传动组5即被接入第一传动组4并随第一传动组4而转动。
进一步地,该耦合器6包括内齿轮构件6141和外齿轮构件6241,内齿轮构件6141具有第一外齿611和第一内齿612,第一外齿611与过渡齿轮8啮合传动。外齿轮构件6241具有第二外齿621和第三外齿622,该第二外齿621与第一内齿612相适配地设置,且二者啮合传动,第三外齿622作为第二传动组5的首齿轮与其它齿轮构件41啮合传动。当该外齿轮构件6241转动时,第二传动组5随之转动;此外,内齿轮构件6141和外齿轮构件6241上具有相适配的导向面,当外齿轮构件6241被插入至内齿轮构件6141中的预设位置时,内齿轮构件6141和外齿轮构件6241相互啮合形成耦合传动,以将动力传递至第二传动组5。也可以描述为,刚第二烧烤单元12插入至壳体1内的预定范围内时,外齿轮构件6241也插入至内齿轮构件6141,二者实现传动连接。
需要说明的是,在另一实施例中,内齿轮构件6141也可动力连接在第一传动组4的齿轮构件41上,或者其它由主动齿轮9驱动的传动链上。
此外,还需要说明的是,本实施例中的耐热硅胶所指的是熔点大于250摄氏度的硅胶。
第二烧烤单元12被配置为能够从壳体1内取出的抽屉式结构,第二传动组5和外齿轮构件6241被设置在该抽屉式结构上,以在被插入至预设位置时第二传动组5动力连接至第一传动组4,并通过抽出该第二烧烤单元12的形式从壳体1内部取出。在第二烧烤单元12由壳体1内分离开的状态下,可在该第二烧烤单元12内插入或取出烤签。
如图4所示,第二烧烤单元12的底壁上设置用于支撑第二烧烤单元12以防止其倾倒的支撑结构。本实施例中,该支撑结构为第二烧烤单元12的外侧壁向下延伸形成,第二烧烤单元12在被插入或取出时,该支撑结构于预设平面接触以防止烧烤单元倾倒。需要说明的是,第二烧烤单元12的底部一般会预置有 水,以防止第一烧烤单元11和第二烧烤单元12内的下落物因温度过高而冒烟,通过设置该支撑结构可有效的防止烧烤单元倾倒以使第二烧烤单元12内的高温液体倾倒。需要进一步说明的是,下落物为食物碎屑、油脂以及调料。
如图1和图2所示,第一烧烤单元11的上方配置有用于覆盖第一烧烤单元11以形成封闭式烧烤空间的盖体3。本实施例中,该盖体3设置在壳体1上,被配置为可翻转、可取出设置。且该盖体3为透明玻璃。所述壳体1为方形壳体1,其顶部配设有用户接口,所述用户接口包括操控器、操作敞口和用于覆盖该操作敞口的盖体3。所述操控器为旋钮191、按键、触摸键和拨钮中的一种或多种,具体地,本实施例中为两个旋钮191,其一用于调节功能模式,其二用于调节温度。所述用户接口还包括缺水指示灯,在第二烧烤单元12中缺水时,缺水指示灯被点亮以提醒用户加水。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一的基本结构相同,所不同之处在于,如图14所示,还包括烤盘10,所述烤盘10适于放置在壳体1顶部的操作敞口上以实施煎烤烹饪。在使用烤盘10时,第二烧烤单元12还可以进行烤串烹饪,实现了多用途烧烤烹饪。
另外,在实施例中,还以将设置烤网等辅助烧烤装置,将烤网放置在电热管上或者放置在第二烧烤单元12内,可以实现更为丰富的烧烤烹饪。
本发明的工作过程如下:
本发明在使用时,首先将盖体3打开,在第一烧烤单元11的夹签装置7上插上烤串;在第二烧烤单元12抽出烧烤炉后插上烤串;
盖上盖体3,将第二烧烤单元12插入至预设位置,开启电机驱动第一传动组4运转;并通过耦合器6驱动第二传动组5转动;
电热管工作,以为第一烧烤单元11和第二烧烤单元12内的烤串提供烧烤能量。

请参阅图15至19,本实用新型提供一种自动烧烤炉,其包括壳体1和盖体3,所述壳体1内设有用于烹饪食材的烧烤室17,该烧烤室17内设有提供热能以产生热气流的电热装置2,所述电热装置2为电热管,在另一实施例中,电热装置2也可为红外管;且该烧烤室17的上部形成有操作敞口;所述盖体3被配置为,至少在一闭合位置和一敞开位置之间可活动,在所述闭合位置,所述盖体3覆盖在所述操作敞口上以闭合该操作敞口;所述盖体3和壳体1上设置有供使用者操作的操作部件,其中,设置于所述壳体1上的操作部件邻近于所述操作敞口的一边缘设置,其中,设置于所述盖体3上的操作部件在所述盖体3位于其闭合位置时也邻近于所述一边缘设置;所述盖体3在其闭合位置与所述壳体1在所述一边缘处形成一缝隙S1,所述缝隙S1内设置有用于阻止热气流由该缝隙S1处逸出而加热所述操作部件的遮蔽件34。
,本实施例中的壳体1在烧烤室17操作敞口处设置有盖合平台18,所述盖体3为翻盖式地枢接在盖合平台18的一侧,当盖体3位于敞开位置时,操作敞口裸露以供使用者操作;当盖体3位于闭合位置时,其搁置在盖合平台18上以封闭操作敞口设置;但该封闭不是为全封闭的,其与壳体1之间将形成多条缝隙以防止烧烤室17内部温升过高。在盖合平台18的一侧设置有用于安装壳体1上的操作部件的安装平台19,该安装平台19高于盖合平台18设置以形成台阶设置,并且在盖体3盖合后盖体3的上表面与安装平台19基本持平。需要说明的是,本实施例中,所述壳体1上的操作部件为旋钮191和开关192;在另一实施例中,所述也可在安装平台19上设置按钮。
设置于所述盖体3上的操作部件为把手33,所述盖体3包括主体部341、连接部32和把手33,所述连接部32通过第一紧固件设置在盖体3上,所述把手33通过第二紧固件设置在连接部32上,且所述第一紧固件与第二紧固件、盖主体31非接触设置。本实施例中的连接部32为阻热材料所制成的连接部32,例如ABS材料或者电木,以防止盖主体31上的热量传导至把手33;当然,在另一实施例中,也可将把手33设置为由隔热材料制成并直接固定在盖主体31上。
本实施例中,为了使结构紧凑,设置于所述壳体1上的操作部件与所述缝隙S1的间距小于35mm,具体可以为35mm、30mm、25mm、20mm等。设置于所述盖体3上的操作部件与所述缝隙S1的间距小于35mm,具体为35mm、30mm、25mm、20mm等。需要说明的是,本实施例中所遮蔽的缝隙为所述盖体3与盖合平面间的间隙和盖体3与台阶侧面间的间隙形成的通道,即该缝隙S1为热气流在烧烤炉内的传导路径。且, 本实施例中所测量的操作部件与所述缝隙S1的间距为热气流传导路径的末端与操作部件的距离。还需要说明的是,在另一实施例中,置于所述壳体1上的操作部件紧邻于缝隙S1设置,置于所述盖体3上的操作部件与所述缝隙S1的间距为5mm。
所述遮蔽件34包括主体部341和位于该主体部341两端的安装部342,所述主体部341在盖体3位于闭合位置时填充所述一边缘处的缝隙。本实施例中,在所述壳体1的盖合平面上设置有2个安装孔193,所述安装部342的两端卡接在安装孔193内以固定主体部341。需要说明的是,该两个安装孔193间的间距大于安装部342之间的距离,以使主体部341以预紧的方式设置在壳体1或盖体3上。
需要说明的是,所述遮蔽件34为弹性硅胶遮蔽件34,更具体的,其为硅胶遮蔽件34;当盖体3位于盖合位置时,该硅胶遮蔽件34弹性形变以进一步填充缝隙S1,防止热气流从该缝隙S1中通过。
需要说明的是,将遮蔽件34设置在壳体1上仅为本实用新型的一种实施方式,在另一实施例中,也可将遮蔽件34设置在靠近操作部件侧的下沿也可获得同样的技术效果。
实施例四:
请参阅图20至27,本实施例提供一种自动烧烤炉及其夹签装置7,自动烧烤炉包括壳体1和形成在壳体1之中的烧烤室17,所述壳体1上配设有夹签装置7。所述壳体1的内侧壁围设成烧烤室17,所述夹签装置7与内侧壁间隙地隔开设置以避免内侧壁的热量直接传导至夹签装置7,进而破坏夹签装置7。所述壳体1的内侧壁上形成有供烤签穿过以插入夹签装置7的穿签孔,该穿签孔的外周形成有向烧烤室17侧突出的凸台141。所述凸台141的中部朝向于夹签装置7侧凹进形成引导烤签进入夹签装置7的第三导向面以使烤签可穿过该穿签孔,并且可以帮助用户快速确定烤签装置的位置,避免多次插接,使用更加便利。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的所述壳体1包括内壳14和外壳13,且在所述内壳14的内侧壁围设形成烧烤室17;所述内壳14和外壳13之间形成用于容纳夹签装置7的安装空间。所述穿签孔被配置在内壳14上且与夹签装置7相对应的位置处。此外,在自动烧烤炉工作时,位于其内部烧烤室17会被加热至300摄氏度以上,本实施例中位于安装空间内的夹签装置7与内壳14的凸台141之间具有一定间隙以防止塑胶被融化。具体地,将夹签装置7安装在一个隔热板上,该隔热板可以直接固定在内壳14的后壁上,也可以进一步通过定位柱固定在内壳14的后壁上。
需要说明的是,所述夹签装置7设于凸台141后方,凸台141形成在内壳14上,通过冲压成型。
本实施例中的夹签装置7,其包括连接构件72和齿轮构件41;所述连接构件72和齿轮构件41之间配置有柔性夹持件71,该柔性夹持件71限定出用于夹持烤签的夹签孔711,该夹签孔711适于在受到烤签外径的挤压时能够产生夹持烤签的夹持力。
更具体地,该夹签装置7的结构为:
该连接构件72大致为圆柱形,所述连接构件72内限定出内容腔721367107A,内容腔721367107A也大致呈圆柱形。且该连接构件72限定出供烤签穿过以插入所述夹签孔711的导入孔724,该导入孔724位于所述内容腔721367107A的右侧。此外,所述连接构件72在其右侧端部处限定出第一导向面723,该第一导向面723适于引导烤签穿入导入孔724内;且该第一导向面723为锥形面,其大端面直径大于穿签孔的直径,以使烤签可在该第一导向面723的导向下插入导入孔724内。该导入孔724的孔径大于所述夹签孔711的孔径,以适于各种尺寸的烤签都可以插入到夹签孔711内。具体地,本实施例中的导入孔724直径为5mm,夹签孔711的直径为2.2mm。在其它实施例中,导入孔724和夹签孔711可以是其它可能的参数。
该齿轮构件41由注塑成型,所述齿轮构件41的外圆周上设置有模塑齿轮411,且所述模塑齿轮411一体式设置在齿轮构件41上,模塑是指通过模具注塑制成。多个齿轮构件41间可通过相互啮合以在彼此之间进行动力传递。所述齿轮构件41内限定出外容腔412107A,该外容腔412107A与内容腔721367107A在组装时开口366相对设置,且在组装完成后连接构件72大体位于外容腔412107A的内部,也可以有部分是凸出的。此外,所述外容腔412107A在左侧端部具有供爪部722卡接的固定部35,该固定部35可以为一凸台141,也可以是外容腔412107A的孔沿。
需要说明的是,所述连接构件72被定位在该外容腔412107A内并在设定位置与齿轮构件41卡接,本实施例中,所述连接构件72上配置有对称设置的两个爪部722,这两个爪部722具有弹性;在夹签装置7 组装时,爪部722经由导向槽413进入至齿轮构件41的外容腔412107A内部,然后卡接在外容腔412107A最左端的孔沿上以使连接构件72难以从外容腔412107A中取出。
本实施例中的柔性夹持件71为弹性硅胶件,还可以是其它柔性橡胶,其右侧端部处限定出第二导向面712,为了便于组装,本实施例中在柔性夹持件71的左右两侧均设置了导向面。该第二导向面712适于引导烤签插入夹签孔711内以防止烤签刺破柔性夹持件71,所述第二导向面712形成为锥形面,且其大端直径大于导入孔724的孔径,也即使得第二导向面712的外边沿位于导入孔724的孔径外侧以防止在柔性夹持件71形成抵挡烤签的挡沿。当烤签穿过烤签孔后,该烤签的尖端可能会偏离于夹签孔711,若无该第二导向面712,在多次使用中可能会刺破柔性夹持件71,从而降低柔性夹持件71的使用寿命。
需要说明的是,在组装时,先将柔性夹持件71嵌入地放置在该内容腔721367107A中,随后将连接构件72的爪部722和齿轮构件41的导向槽413对正,然后再按压连接构件72使其向左移动,直至爪部722卡接在齿轮构件41的左端孔沿上,使二者实现卡接,此时柔性夹持件71被夹紧式地固定在连接构件72和齿轮构件41之间。此外,由于柔性夹持件71的左右两个端部都具有第二导向面712,即在柔性夹持件71装入连接构件72时可不用考虑方向,直接插入至内容腔721367107A之中即可,节省了组装人员的组装时间。需要说明的是,在另一实施例中,也可将柔性夹持件71设置为一端具有第二导向面712,并在装入连接构件72后将其设置在右端,也同样可以起到防止烤签刺破柔性夹持件71的作用。
所述柔性夹持件71嵌入地配设在该内容腔721367107A中,为了能够夹紧固定柔性夹持件71,,本实施中的该柔性夹持件71的左侧端部突出于内容腔721367107A之外,该柔性夹持件71能够同时抵靠在外容腔412107A和内容器的底壁上,防止柔性夹持件71左右窜动,可以便于烤签插入于夹签孔711,也可以进一步提高柔性夹持件71的寿命。
需要说明的是,在夹签装置7组装完毕后,所述夹签孔711被配置在齿轮构件41的轴心上。
实施例五:
请参阅图28至35本实用新型提供一种自动烧烤炉及烤签驱动机构104,包括内壁102和外壁101,内壁102和外壁101共同组成自动烧烤炉的壳体1,该壳体1在俯视图上观察为回字形;其中,所述内壁10212围设形成烧烤室1713,该烧烤室1713内设有提供烧烤热量的电热管,所述内壁10212的设定区域的外侧设置有烤签驱动机构104,该设定区域是指内壁102的后侧区域,在惯常操作时,其位于用户的相对面;本实施例中,该烤签驱动机构104位于内壁102和外壁101之间形成传动室内。具体地,所述壳体1固定在内壁102上;且其与内壁102的外侧面之间具有预设的隔热间隙,所述内壁102对应于烤签驱动机构104所在位置的内侧面为能够发射热量的热反射面。即本实施例中的内壁102和壳体1之间为间隔3mm的间隙设置,以防止内壁102与壳体1直接接触而导致烧烤室17内的热量传递至壳体1上,此外,本实施例中的内壁102对应烧烤室17的内侧面为镜面设置,以将电热管产生的热量反射至烧烤室17,减少内壁102的热量吸收。
需要说明的是,为了节约成本,本实施例中壳体1为注塑制品;而烧烤室17内的温度将大于300摄氏度,若该内壁102温度过高或距离壳体1距离过近,将导致壳体1被熔化。
本实施例中的一种烧烤炉用烤签驱动机构104,包括:夹签齿轮107组,其适于夹持烤签并驱动烤签转动;驱动齿轮105,其适于驱动所述夹签齿轮107组转动;以及壳体1,所述夹签齿轮107组和驱动齿轮105均配置于壳体1上;其中,所述夹签齿轮107组中的多个夹签齿轮107相互间啮合传动;其中,所述驱动齿轮105与动力源103传动连接。
其中,所述动力源103为电机,可以是慢速电机也可以是快速电机,所述驱动齿轮105固定安装在电机的电机轴上,所述夹签齿轮107组的第一夹签齿轮107通过过渡齿轮8和驱动齿轮105传动连接。即所述夹签齿轮107组中的第一个齿夹签齿轮107通过啮合过渡齿轮8的方式动力连接驱动齿轮105,所述夹签齿轮107组的其它齿轮依次排列并啮合以在电机工作时可进行转动。
其中所述过渡齿轮8传动连接一耦合齿轮108,该耦合齿轮108的轮轴内形成有耦合腔1081,所述耦合腔1081的内壁102上形成有多个用于耦合传动的内齿,耦合齿轮108的外周上形成有用于啮合传动过渡齿轮8的外齿。即本实施例中的夹签齿轮107组可为上下设置的两组,位于上方的所述夹签齿轮107组通过过渡齿轮8动力连接于驱动齿轮105,位于下方的所述夹签齿轮107组通过耦合齿轮108和过渡齿轮8动力连接于驱动齿轮105。更具体地,位于下方的夹签齿轮107组具有一连接齿轮109,该连接齿轮109 具有一与所述耦合齿轮108的内齿相适配的外齿,该外齿通过插接在耦合腔1081内并与耦合齿轮108中的内齿啮合以实现动力传动,且,该组夹签齿轮107组的其它夹签齿轮107依次排列并啮合以在电机工作时可进行转动。
所述壳体1包括第一壳1042和第二壳1045,所述第一壳1042内形成有安装槽1044,所述驱动齿轮105、夹签齿轮107组和驱动齿轮105均配设在该安装槽1044内,并且所述夹签齿轮107组可转动地配设在第一壳1042和第二壳1045之间,所述第二壳1045固定安装在第一壳1042上。此外,所述第一壳1042上相适配于夹签齿轮107位置设置有第一轴孔1043,所述第二壳1045上相适配于夹签齿轮107位置设置有第二轴孔1046;所述夹签齿轮107的两端分别被托承在第一轴孔1043和第二轴孔1046上以绕定轴线转动。此外,所述第一壳1042固定连接在内壁102上,且烤签从所述第一轴孔1043插入至夹签齿轮107内。
所述过渡齿轮8和耦合齿轮108均可转动地安装在一连接件106上,该连接件106固定在壳体1上,通过该连接件106可限制所述耦合齿轮108和过渡齿轮8在轴线方向上的运动。需要说明的是,所述连接件106上设置有用于承托耦合齿轮108绕定轴线转动的第三轴孔和用于承托过渡齿轮8绕定轴线转动的第四轴孔。此外,所述动力源103固定设置在第一壳1042上,且其电机轴伸入安装槽1044内以用于动力连接驱动齿轮105;需要说明的是,所述动力源103的电机轴上设置有开口366销以限制驱动齿轮105在其轴向上运动。
所述夹签齿轮107包括连接构件72和齿轮构件41,所述连接构件72和齿轮构件41装配连接后形成的容腔107A内设定有柔性构件,该柔性构件被夹紧地固定在容腔107A内。并且,该柔性构件的中部形成有用于夹持烤签的夹签孔711。所述齿轮构件41的外周形成有啮合齿,其中部形成有用于装配连接构件72的外容腔412107A,所述连接构件72装入在该外容腔412107A内且在设定位置处与齿轮构件41卡接扣合。具体地,本实施例中,所述柔性构件为硅胶构件;所述连接构件72上形成有用于容纳柔性构件的内容腔721367107A,和供烤签穿过以伸入柔性构件中的导入孔724,以及用于卡扣连接在齿轮构件41上的爪部722;所述齿轮构件41上还形成有用于爪部722卡接导向槽413;在组装夹签齿轮107时,可先将柔性构件置入内容腔721367107A中,再将连接构件72和柔性构件的组合件置入外容腔412107A中以组成夹签齿轮107。需要说明的是,上述的设定位置是指所述爪部722和导向槽413可扣合位置,当爪部722和导向槽413扣合时,所述连接构件72和齿轮构件41之间形成卡扣以使连接构件72难以从外容腔412107A中取出。需要说明的是,所述夹签孔711位于所述夹签齿轮107的轴心。此外还需要说明的是,在连接构件72和齿轮构件41卡合后,所述外容腔412107A和内容腔721367107A的共有区域形成容腔107A。
在其它实施方式中,夹签齿轮107的夹签机构并不必然采用本实施例中的结构,其也可以采用现有技术CN2010024098.9一种自动多功能卧式无烟烧烤机中的夹签机构,但是本实施例中的夹签机构与之相比能够适应更多种类的烤签,使用更加方便,成本也更低。
实施例六:
请参阅图36至45所示,一种适于烤串的电烤箱,包括壳体1和用户接口;所述壳体1的顶部形成有用于置入、取出烤制物的操作敞口,所述用户接口包括适于闭合所述操作敞口且可供用户操作的盖体3,所述盖体3借由至少一个枢转机构36接合在壳体1上,所述枢转机构36在所述盖体3处于闭合所述操作敞口的位置时为可拆分的,以使得所述盖体3在该闭合位置能够从壳体1上分离。本实施例中,盖体3位于其它位置时,枢转机构36的枢接轴362和枢接孔365为连接状态,枢接轴362随着盖体3翻转角度的变化而在枢接孔365内转动。在盖体3该位置,也即其闭合位置处时,枢转轴能够从枢接孔365中拆分出来,从而使得用户可以将盖体3与壳体1进行分离。
所述盖体3被配置为在闭合位置和敞开位置之间可翻转,在所述闭合位置,盖体3闭合于所述操作敞口,在所述敞开位置,盖体3离开于所述操作敞口;所述盖体3借由至少一个枢转机构36接合在壳体1上,所述枢转机构36在所述闭合位置为可分离设置,以使得所述盖体3在该闭合位置能够从壳体1上分离。
所述枢转机构36包括相互适配的枢接孔365和枢接轴362,所述枢接孔365和枢接轴362中其一设置在盖体3上,其二设置在壳体1上。本实施例中,该枢转机构36的枢接孔365部分设置在壳体1上,所述枢接轴362部分设置在盖体3上。
壳体1的结构:
所述壳体1包括顶壳15、底壳16、内壳14和外壳13;所述顶壳15连接内壳14和外壳13,所述底壳16也连接内壳14和外壳13;所述顶壳15在俯视图上观察呈回字形以露出烧烤室17的操作敞口并闭合内壳14和外壳13之间的空隙,且所述内壳14的高度大于所述外壳13,回字形的顶壳15不仅可以提高其强度。另外,由于放置烤签的缺口槽也是设置在顶壳15上,将顶壳15设置成回字形也可以提高缺口槽的结构强度,还可以防止烤签在转动过程中发生偏斜。其中,所述烧烤室17位于所述内壳14、底壳16所包围的区域内。顶壳15具有内翼板和外翼板,内翼板和内壳14采用螺钉或铆钉固定地接合,所述外翼板和外壳13也采用螺钉或铆钉固定地接合,枢接座364采用螺钉或铆钉或其它固定结构紧固地安装在内壳14上,这样可以显著提高整机在跌落测试中的强度,防止在运输或使用过程中,枢接座364松动甚至分离。顶壳15上具有供连接枢接轴362至枢接座364的缺口,以供枢接轴362进出枢接孔365,这样既可以便于将枢接轴362装入枢接孔365中,也不会破坏整机的结构强度。更具体地,所述枢接座364被容置在顶壳15内,但在又一实施方式中,枢接座364可以部分地突出于顶壳15之外。为进一步提高壳体1的结构强度,本实施例中将内壳14的高度设置为大于外壳13,并将内翼板的高度小于外翼板的高度,从而避免跌落时产生的碰撞力使得顶壳15和内壳14产生分离。
本实施例中的顶壳15、底壳16、外壳13和内壳14皆由金属薄板通过钣金工艺加工制成,并通过螺纹紧固件连接成壳体1。其中内壳14的前部具有一个开口366,并采用一个连接板将内壳14形成开口366的两个臂部连接在一起。外壳13的前部具有一个门形开口366,门形开口366用于供用户取出或装入接油盘。
盖体3的结构:
所述盖体3包括可视部和固定部35。本实施例中,所述可视部为透明玻璃,该透明玻璃上设有通孔。在又一实施例中,可视部可以采用其它透明材料制成,例如耐温性能高的透明塑料,例如PC、有机玻璃等;所述固定部35包括第一片材和第二片材,所述第一片材、第二片材和透明玻璃通过依次穿过三者的铆钉进行铆接的方式固定连接成一体。此外,所述固定部35上的第二片材的部分以折弯方式形成至少一连接片351。具体地,连接片351为两个,并且该连接片351向下弯折以垂直于透明玻璃。转接体361与该连接片351固定连接。此外需要说明的是,所述第一片材和第二片材分别位于可视部的上方和下方以夹持固定玻璃盖板,并在玻璃盖板的中部形成可视部,以便于用户观察。
需要说明的是,在另一实施例中,所述连接片351也可焊接在第二片材上。
转接体361的结构:
本实施例中的转接体361包括基部和枢接轴362,所述枢接轴362一体式连接在该基部的一侧壁上,二者通常采用注塑方式一体成型,还可以将二者采用螺钉固定连接在一起。所述基部内设有供连接片351伸入的插接槽3611,且该基部的另一侧面上设有供连通外部与插接槽3611以用于螺接件伸入的伸入孔363。当连接片351伸入插接槽3611后,所述螺钉等连接件106将旋转座和连接片351紧固连接,以使转接体361固定设置在盖体3的固定部35上,为后期将盖体3枢转连接在壳体1上提供结构基础。
本实施例中的枢接轴362包括扁形状,更具体地,该枢接轴362包括两导向圆弧面362B和两弦切面362A。在其他实施方式中,枢接轴362还可以设置成其它形状,只要适于其在枢接孔365内旋转并在特定位置可以取出即可。例如,其截面形状为菱形、三角形等。
枢接座364的结构:
所述枢接座364包括固定部35和枢转部,所述固定部35通过螺钉等固定连接在内壳14上;所述枢转部与固定部35通过一体式注塑成型。其中,所述枢转部包括用于容纳转接体361基部的内容腔721367107A和形成在该内容腔721367107A一侧的枢接孔365。所述内容腔721367107A包括一限位部,当基部的一侧面抵触在至该限位部上时,盖体3处于翻转极限角度;当基部移到到竖直状态时,盖体3处于闭合位置,此时盖体3可以由壳体1上拆离。
所述枢接孔365上形成有一适于枢接轴362进出该枢接孔365的开口366,该开口366位于枢接孔365的上方。当盖体3位于闭合位置时,移动该枢接轴362并使其通过开口366就可以使枢接轴362脱离于枢接孔365。
枢转机构36:
本实施例中,所述枢转机构36的枢接座364部分设置在壳体1上,其转接体361部分设置在盖体3 上。
当盖体3在壳体1上位于闭合位置时,所述枢接轴362的两弦切面362A之间的距离小于开口366的宽度,当使用者向上提起盖体3时,所述枢接轴362即可脱离枢接孔365,以使枢接轴362处于能够由开口366进出的相位上。所谓相位是指枢接轴362在其转动过程中在指定位置处的角度。例如在本实施时,枢接轴362的两个平面处在竖直状态时,也即90度角时可以自由地进出开口366。
当盖体3在壳体1上位于敞开位置时,所述枢接轴362无论从任何一个角度直线运动,皆无法脱离枢接孔365,以使盖体3可在壳体1上稳定转动。
所述用户接口还包括操控器、指示灯中的一个或两个。所述操控器为旋钮191和按键中的一个或组合;所述指示灯为缺水指示灯和电源指示灯中的一个或组合。在本实施例中,用户接口同时包括操控器和指示灯,操控器为旋钮191和按键的组合,指示灯为缺水指示灯和电源指示灯的组合。在其它实施方式中,操控器可以仅具有旋钮191,指示灯可以仅具有电源指示灯。
为进一步拓展本产品的功能,可以在所述操作敞口处可放置烤盘10以对食物进行煎制,或者放置烤网对蔬菜等进行烤制。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种自动烧烤炉,包括壳体和电热装置,所述电热装置配置在壳体内;其特征在于,所述电热装置的上方配置为第一烧烤单元,其下方配置为第二烧烤单元;
    其中,所述第一烧烤单元以一体方式地结合至壳体;
    其中,所述第二烧烤单元以可分离方式结合至壳体;
    所述第一烧烤单元具有能够驱动一组烤签转动的第一传动组,所述第二烧烤单元具有能够驱动另一组烤签转动的第二传动组,所述第一传动组配置于所述壳体的壁部,第二传动组配置于所述第二烧烤单元的壁部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述第二烧烤单元适于在烹饪进程中能够由壳体内抽出以进行烹饪操作。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的自动烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述第一传动组包括相互间啮合传动的数个齿轮构件,其中至少一个齿轮构件上配置有夹签装置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的自动烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述第二传动组包括相互间啮合传动的数个齿轮构件,其中至少一个齿轮构件上配置有夹签装置。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的自动烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述夹签装置包括形成在所述齿轮构件上的嵌裝槽和嵌设在所述嵌裝槽内的柔性夹持件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的自动烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述夹签装置被配置为,在烤签插入柔性夹持件的路径上不形成抵挡烤签插入的挡缘。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的自动烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述烤签装置的对应于烤签插入方向的迎面上设置有引导烤签插入夹签装置的导向部,所述导向部的中部形成过孔,所述柔性夹持件的前端上由平面形成的边缘位于所述过孔的外周侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的自动烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述第二传动组与第一传动组可操作地结合或分离。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的自动烧烤炉,其特征在于,所述第二传动组和第一传动组之间通过可分离式耦合器结合。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的自动烧烤炉,其特征在于:所述耦合器包括能够相互啮合传动的内齿轮构件和外齿轮构件;在所述第二烧烤单元插入壳体内时,所述外齿轮构件与内齿轮构件啮合以使得所述第二传动组和第一传动组同时受驱运转。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的自动烧烤炉,其特征在于:所述内齿轮构件嵌置于所述壳体的壁部,且所述外齿轮构件突出于所述第二烧烤单元的壁部。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的自动烧烤炉,其特征在于:所述第一传动组通过至少一过渡齿轮传动连接所述内齿轮构件。
  13. 根据权利要求10或11所述的自动烧烤炉,其特征在于:所述外齿轮构件配置在所述第二传动组的齿轮构件上。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的自动烧烤炉,其特征在于:所述壳体的前侧限定出门形开口,所述第二烧烤单元被配置为,适于从该门形开口中取出的抽屉式结构。
  15. 根据权利要求1或14所述的自动烧烤炉,其特征在于:所述壳体的顶部限定出操作敞口,所述操作敞口适于向第一烧烤单元内置入或取出烧烤食材。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的自动烧烤炉,其特征在于:所述操作敞口处具有用于形成封闭式烧烤空间的盖体,所述盖体以能够翻转的方式活动地附接在壳体上。
  17. 根据权利要求1或16所述的自动烧烤炉,其特征在于:所述壳体包括内壳、外壳和顶壳,所述顶壳的前梁上形成有用于放置烤签的限位槽,所述限位槽和夹签装置相对设置。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的自动烧烤炉,其特征在于:所述顶壳具有内翼板和外翼板,所述内翼板和内壳固定结合,所述外翼板和外壳固定结合。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的自动烧烤炉,其特征在于:所述顶壳的前梁之平行于烤签插入方向上的截面为倒U形。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的自动烧烤炉,其特征在于:所述壳体为方形壳体,其顶部配设有用户 接口,所述用户接口包括操控器、操作敞口和用于覆盖该操作敞口的盖体。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的自动烧烤炉,其特征在于:所述操控器为旋钮、按键、触摸键和拨钮中的一种或多种。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的自动烧烤炉,其特征在于:所述用户接口还包括缺水指示灯。
  23. 根据权利要求20或21或22所述的自动烧烤炉,其特征在于:还包括烤盘,所述烤盘适于放置在操作敞口上实施煎烤烹饪。
