两个镜片安装框1向正面对折后,镜腿2也同时进行了折叠,最后只需要将两个折叠后的镜腿2转动收回一下即可。在此状态下,两个镜片的正面相对,从而镜片的正面不易接触到桌面等平面,避免了沾染桌面上的污垢或被颗粒物划伤,同时镜腿2在镜片的背面具有支撑和保护的作用,当折叠后的眼镜其中一面放置在平面上时,镜腿2会与平面接触,而将镜片支撑起,使镜片的北满距离接触面一定距离,进而避免了镜片背面与桌面等平面接触,保护了镜片,是镜片更加干净卫生。
综上,折叠后的镜片两面都被其他结构保护,使镜片的两面都不易接触其他平面,手去取放时,可以捏住两个镜腿2进行取放,避免手指直接接触镜片,从而避免指纹沾染在镜面上影响视觉及镜片卫生。
进一步的,所述的驱动机构包括L形转动盘21,所述的L形转动盘21转动连接在镜片安装框1和第一段腿4的铰接处,所述转向连接板23上转动连接有第三转轴22,所述第三转轴22的一端部固定连接有第一传动轮16,所述的第一传动轮16和所述的双槽传动轮18之间通过第一传动带17传动连接;
所述第三转轴22的另一端部固定连接有转向连接板23,所述转向连接 板23的侧面开设有供转向连接柱24滑动的凹槽连接槽25,所述的转向连接柱24与所述的连接槽25滑动连接,所述转向连接柱24上固定连接有联动轴13,所述镜片安装框1上固定有用于支撑联动轴13并使联动轴13能够限位转动的支座26,联动轴13远离转向连接柱24的一端固定连接有齿轮14,还包括与齿轮14啮合并能够往复移动的齿条15。
进一步的,还包括滑块10,所述的镜片安装框1上开设有滑槽8,所述的滑块10滑动连接在滑槽8内,所述的滑块10与齿条15的端部固定连接,所述滑块10的表面固定连接有移动柱11,所述的移动柱11通过开设通孔套接有联动板9,所述的联动板9靠近联结板27的一段为圆弧形,且圆弧形段上开设有弧形滑槽12,所述的联结板27上固定连接有中心轴3,联动板9通过其上开设的弧形滑槽12与中心轴3滑动连接。联结板27与镜片安装框1之间的铰接点和中心轴3的距离小于联动板9圆弧形段的半径。因此镜片安装框1与联结板27的铰接点处于联动板圆弧段的偏心位置。
当两个镜片安装框1向正面对折的过程中,由于移动柱11与联动板9之间存在套接关系以及联动板9的端部伸入至弧形滑槽12的槽内,使得联动板9随着镜片安装框1一起以镜片安装框1与联结板27的铰接点转动,由于偏心关系以及中心轴3对弧形滑槽12的限制关系,使得两个联动板9会向中移动,带动与其固定的滑块10沿滑槽8的槽壁进行滑动,从而使得齿条15跟随滑块10一同移动,由齿条15移动的过程并经齿条15与齿轮14之间的啮合传动,使得齿轮14进行转动,由齿轮14转动的过程并经联动轴13和转向连接柱24的联动,即可使得第一传动轮16同步进行转动,由第一传动轮16转动的过程并经第一传动带17、双槽传动轮18和第二传动带19的传动,使得第二传动轮19同步进行转动,由第二传动轮19转动的过程并经第二转轴7的传动,即可使得第二段腿5进行转动,完成镜腿2的折叠。
进一步的,所述的联动板9的圆弧形段的末端距离镜片安装框1的正面 三到六毫米。
进一步的,所述的第二段腿5为弹性材料制成,且外表面喷涂有防滑涂层。
进一步的,所述镜片安装框1与所述联结板27之间的铰接处具有阻尼设计。使得两个镜片安装框1展开使用或者折叠时,不易松动。
工作原理:本发明,两个镜片安装框1之间通过联结板27相互连接,且两个镜片安装框1相对联结板27只能够向正面对折,联结板27的背面设置有对镜片安装框1的转动死点。当两个镜片安装框1以联结板27开始向正面转动折叠时,传动机构会使得相互铰接的第一段腿4和第二段腿5折叠,从而使镜腿2的长度变短,便于放置到更小的收纳盒内,相比于现有技术,本发明能够在进行镜片安装框1折叠的同时对镜腿2进行折叠,简化了操作步骤,使用更加方便高效。本发明的传动装置包括的结构中,能够驱动双槽传动轮18转动的驱动机构不受本实施例限制,只要能够满足两个镜片安装框1正面对折时,能够驱动双槽传动轮18转动均可适用。
当两个镜片安装框1向正面对折的过程中,由于移动柱11与联动板9之间存在套接关系以及联动板9的端部伸入至弧形滑槽12的槽内,使得联动板9随着镜片安装框1一起以镜片安装框1与联结板27的铰接点转动,由于偏心关系以及中心轴3对弧形滑槽12的限制关系,使得两个联动板9会向中移动,带动与其固定的滑块10沿滑槽8的槽壁进行滑动,从而使得齿条15跟随滑块10一同移动,由齿条15移动的过程并经齿条15与齿轮14之间的啮合传动,使得齿轮14进行转动,由齿轮14转动的过程并经联动轴13和转向连接柱24的联动,即可使得第一传动轮16同步进行转动,由第一传动轮16转动的过程并经第一传动带17、双槽传动轮18和第二传动带19的传动,使得第二传动轮19同步进行转动,由第二传动轮19转动的过程并经第二转轴7的传动,即可使得第二段腿5进行转动,完成镜腿2的折叠
两个镜片安装框1向正面对折后,镜腿2也同时进行了折叠,最后只需要将两个折叠后的镜腿2转动收回一下即可。在此状态下,两个镜片的正面相对,从而镜片的正面不易接触到桌面等平面,避免了沾染桌面上的污垢或被颗粒物划伤,同时镜腿2在镜片的背面具有支撑和保护的作用,当折叠后的眼镜其中一面放置在平面上时,镜腿2会与平面接触,而将镜片支撑起,使镜片的北满距离接触面一定距离,进而避免了镜片背面与桌面等平面接触,保护了镜片,是镜片更加干净卫生。
综上,折叠后的镜片两面都被其他结构保护,使镜片的两面都不易接触其他平面,手去取放时,可以捏住两个镜腿2进行取放,避免手指直接接触镜片,从而避免指纹沾染在镜面上影响视觉及镜片卫生。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种具有镜片保护功能的折叠式眼镜,包括两个镜片安装框(1),两个所述的镜片安装框(1)背面均转动连接有镜腿(2),其特征在于:所述的两个镜片安装框(1)之间铰连接有联结板(27),两个镜片安装框(1)通过联结板(27)向正面相向对折;
    所述的镜腿(2)包括相互铰接的第一段腿(4)和第二段腿(5),所述的第一段腿(4)与镜片安装框(1)铰接;
    还包括两个镜片安装框(1)正面对折时,能够驱动第一段腿(4)和第二段腿(5)折叠的传动机构;
    所述的传动机构包括其中一端与第二段腿(5)固定连接的第二转轴(7),所述的第二转轴(7)另一端穿过第一段腿(4)并与第一段腿(4)限位转动连接,且此端部固定连接有第二传动轮(19),所述的第一段腿(4)靠近镜片安装框(1)的一端限位转动连接有双槽传动轮(18),所述的双槽传动轮(18)和所述的第二传动轮(19)之间通过第二传动带(19)传动连接;
    以及两个镜片安装框(1)正面对折时,能够驱动双槽传动轮(18)转动的驱动机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有镜片保护功能的折叠式眼镜,其特征在于:所述的驱动机构包括L形转动盘(21),所述的L形转动盘(21)转动连接在镜片安装框(1)和第一段腿(4)的铰接处,所述转向连接板(23)上转动连接有第三转轴(22),所述第三转轴(22)的一端部固定连接有第一传动轮(16),所述的第一传动轮(16)和所述的双槽传动轮(18)之间通过第一传动带(17)传动连接;
    所述第三转轴(22)的另一端部固定连接有转向连接板(23),所述转向连接板(23)的侧面开设有供转向连接柱(24)滑动的凹槽连接槽(25),所述的转向连接柱(24)与所述的连接槽(25)滑动连接,所述转向连接柱(24)上固定连接有联动轴(13),所述镜片安装框(1)上固定有用于支撑 联动轴(13)并使联动轴(13)能够限位转动的支座(26),联动轴(13)远离转向连接柱(24)的一端固定连接有齿轮(14),还包括与齿轮(14)啮合并能够往复移动的齿条(15)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有镜片保护功能的折叠式眼镜,其特征在于:还包括滑块(10),所述的镜片安装框(1)上开设有滑槽(8),所述的滑块(10)滑动连接在滑槽(8)内,所述的滑块(10)与齿条(15)的端部固定连接,所述滑块(10)的表面固定连接有移动柱(11),所述的移动柱(11)通过开设通孔套接有联动板(9),所述的联动板(9)靠近联结板(27)的一段为圆弧形,且圆弧形段上开设有弧形滑槽(12),所述的联结板(27)上固定连接有中心轴(3),联动板(9)通过其上开设的弧形滑槽(12)与中心轴(3)滑动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有镜片保护功能的折叠式眼镜,其特征在于:所述的联动板(9)的圆弧形段的末端距离镜片安装框(1)的正面三到六毫米。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有镜片保护功能的折叠式眼镜,其特征在于:所述的第二段腿(5)为弹性材料制成,且外表面喷涂有防滑涂层。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的一种具有镜片保护功能的折叠式眼镜,其特征在于:所述镜片安装框(1)与所述联结板(27)之间的铰接处具有阻尼设计。
