相较于现有技术,本实用新型通过在地刷组件与机身组件分离后,仍能使手柄组件锁持于机身组件上,方便用户的使用。本实用新型通过所述作动机构与所述锁扣机构卡持配合,使所述锁扣件与所述卡槽保持解锁状态,只需单次按压操作便可使锁扣机构解锁,再移除机身组件,方便用户的单手操作。本实用新型设置抵持面从顶持面上靠近卡槽的一端向外延伸,以便于在机身组件移除过程中,利用所述抵持面与卡槽的外缘抵持配合而使锁扣继续回缩,有利于 作动件的自动复位。本实用新型于作动件远离传输件的一端设有第一套筒,有效阻止第一复位件在变形过程中沿竖直方向以外的方向弯曲变形,从而确保第一复位件提供竖直方向的恢复力。本实用新型于锁扣远离卡槽的一端设有第二套筒,有效阻止第二复位件在变形过程中沿水平方向以外的方向弯曲变形,从而确保第二复位件提供水平方向的恢复力。

在本实用新型的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。

请参阅图1-图9所示,本实用新型清洁设备1可为立式吸尘器、手持吸尘器等。本实用新型提供一种清洁设备1,包括:
地刷组件10;
机身组件20,其可移除地装设于所述地刷组件10上;
手柄组件30,其可移除地装设于所述机身组件20上;
其中,当所述机身组件20从所述地刷组件10上移除后,所述手柄组件30锁持于所述机身组件20上。
所述手柄组件30包括柄部31、杆本体32或柔性软管33的至少一者,以便于手持操作,当所述手柄组件30同时包括柄部31、杆本体32与柔性软管33时,能根据不同清洁模式选择其中的一件或多件。所述杆本体32上设有锁定机构,可通过锁定机构将手柄组件30锁持于机身组件20上,所述杆本体32内提供气流通道,且手柄组件30在锁定状态下,杆本体32的一端与地刷组件10插接配合。根据不同的清洁模式选择地刷组件10或手柄组件30的部分作为进风口,例如,在地板清洁模式下,机身组件20及手柄组件30均安装至地刷组件10,气流从地刷组件10的底部进入,流经杆本体32、柔性软管33后进入机身组件20过滤;而在离地清洁模式下,可将机身组件20及手柄组件30同时从地刷组件10移除,再将手柄组件30从机身组件20上解锁,解锁后的机身组件20可通过手持、作为背负式器械穿戴在身上或放置于地板上,使用者操作手柄组件30对家具、墙壁、窗帘和其他物体进行清洁,气流从杆本体32的端部进入,流经柔性软管33后进入机身组件20过滤。此外,也可将杆本体32与柄部31从手柄组件30中移除,只保留柔性软管33,气流从柔性软管33的端部进入机身组件20过滤。
在本实用新型的另一个实施例中,所述地刷组件10设有向外突出的定位件11,所述定位件的外缘设置卡槽111;所述机身组件20与所述定位件11配合,所述机身组件20设置作动机构21与锁扣机构22,所述作动机构21从所述机身组件20的顶部向着地刷组件10延伸,所述锁扣机构22包括锁扣件221;其中,锁定状态下,所述作动机构21保持可作动状态,所述锁扣件221卡持于所述卡槽111内以限制机身组件20从地刷组件10脱离;解锁时,所述作动机构21由可作动状态转换成不可作动状态,所述作动机构21与所述锁扣机构22抵持配合,带动所述锁扣件221从所述卡槽111内退出以实现解锁;复位状态下,所述作动机构21由不可作动状态转换成可作动状态。
所述作动机构21在可作动状态时,可通过外力对其进行解锁操作以改变作动机构21的状态,锁定状态下,作动机构21的顶部被弹性支撑,并可在外力的作用下下移;解锁时,可通过按压操作进行解锁时,使作动机构21的顶部受力下压,直至所述作动机构21与所述锁扣机构22卡持配合,此时,作动机构21的顶部不再受外力影响,所述锁扣件221与所述卡槽111保持解锁状态,无法通过按压操作切换作动机构21的状态,即,作动机构21处于不可作动状态;复位状态下,可通过外力将手柄组件20从机身组件10移出(例如,向上拔出),而使所述作动机构21与所述锁扣机构22脱离卡持配合,作动机构21由不可作动状态转换成可作动状态,即,作动机构21的顶部可弹性恢复至可作动状态,可通过外力对其进行解锁操作。
在本实用新型的另一个实施例中,所述作动机构21与所述锁扣机构22卡持配合,使所述锁扣件221与所述卡槽111保持解锁状态,复位状态下,所述作动机构21与所述锁扣机构22脱离卡持配合。
本实用新型通过所述作动机构21与所述锁扣机构22卡持配合,使所述锁扣件221与所述卡槽111保持解锁状态,只需单次按压操作便可使锁扣机构21解锁,按压操作完成后,即使外力消除,也可使解锁状态持续,再移除机身组件20,方便用户的单手操作。
在本实用新型的另一个实施例中,所述作动机构21包括,
致动件211,其设于所述机身组件20的顶部;
传输件212,其一端连接于所述致动件211;
作动件213,其连接于所述传输件212的另一端并于所述机身组件20内竖直移动,且所述作动件213具有锁定位置及解锁位置,所述作动件213上设有第一卡持部214、导引面215;
第一复位件217,其装设于所述机身组件20内并弹性作用于所述作动件213上。
在本实用新型的另一个实施例中,致动件211可为柱塞,传输件212可为纵向延伸的杆件,所述传输件212的杆体延伸方向可根据机身组件20的内部构造设计,不必局限于直杆,也可为带有多段弯折形成的杆件。当所述致动件211受力下压后,会通过传输件212传递向下移动的作用力并使作动件213由锁定位置转换为解锁位置;当第一复位件217在解锁后复位,会通过第一复位件217传递向上移动的作用力,经由作动件213、传输件212后传输向上移动的作用力至致动件211,从而使作动件213致动件211复位,复位后的致动件211具有可作动状态。
在本实用新型的另一个实施例中,所述作动件213远离传输件212的一端设有第一套筒2131,所述第一套筒2131收容部分所述第一复位件217。
本实用新型设置第一复位件217,所述第一复位件217装设于所述机身组件20内并弹性作用于所述作动件213上,有利于作动件213的复位,并带动传输件212与致动件211的复位,复位后的致动件211与锁定状态下的致动件211都会受到所述第一复位件217的弹性支撑而呈弹起状;解锁时,借助外力按压所述致动件211,并通过传输件212传递向下移动的作用力并使作动件213向下移动直至所述作动机构21与所述锁扣机构22卡持配合,所述第一复位件217会不断压缩;当所述作动机构21与所述锁扣机构22脱离卡持配合状态下,所述第一复位件217的弹性恢复力以使所述作动件213自动复位,不需再次借助外力按压所述致动件211使其复位。所述第一套筒2131的内径大于第一复位件217的外径,通过第一套筒2131收容所述第一复位件217以导引第一复位件217沿着竖直方向弹性变形,有效阻止第一复位件在变形过程中沿竖直方向以外的方向弯曲变形,从而确保第一复位件提供竖直方向的恢复力,有利于作动件213的自动复位。
在本实用新型的另一个实施例中,所述锁扣机构22包括,
锁扣222,其设于所述机身组件20内并于所述机身组件20内水平移动,所述锁扣222向外凸设锁扣件221,所述锁扣件221具有初始位置,所述锁扣222上设有第二卡持部224;
第二复位件223,其装设于所述机身组件20内并弹性作用于所述锁扣222;
其中,当所述作动件213从锁定位置移动至解锁位置时,所述导引面215抵持所述锁扣222而使所述锁扣件221退出卡槽111,所述第一卡持部214与所述第二卡持部224卡持配合,所述第一复位件217被压缩,所述第二复位件223被压缩,所述锁扣件221回缩至第一位置。
在本实用新型的另一个实施例中,当所述机身组件20从地刷组件10移出过程中,所述锁扣件221回缩至第二位置,所述第二复位件223被继续压缩,所述第一卡持部214与所述第二卡持部224脱离,所述第一复位件217弹性恢复而使所述作动件213回复至锁定位置。
在本实用新型的另一个实施例中,当所述机身组件20在从地刷组件10完全移出后,所述第二复位件223弹性恢复而使所述锁扣222回复至初始位置。
在本实用新型的另一个实施例中,所述锁扣件221包括顶持面2211与抵持面2212,所述抵持面2212从所述顶持面2211上靠近卡槽111的一端向外延伸;当所述作动件213位于锁定位置时,所述顶持面2211限位于所述卡槽111的上表面;当所述机身组件20从地刷组件10移出过程中,所述锁扣222的所述抵持面2212通过卡槽111的外缘抵持而使所述锁扣件221回缩至第二位置。
在本实用新型的另一个实施例中,所述机身组件20与所述定位件11滑移配合,且所述机身组件20以竖直方向装入所述地刷组件10或从所述地刷组件10移除。
在本实用新型的另一个实施例中,所述锁扣222远离卡槽111的一端设有第二套筒2221,所述第二套筒2221收容部分所述第二复位件223。
本实用新型设置第二套筒2221以导引第二复位件223沿着水平方向弹性变形,有效阻止第二复位件223在变形过程中沿水平方向以外的方向弯曲变形,从而确保第二复位件提供水平方向的恢复力,有利于锁扣222的自动复位。
综上所述,本实用新型通过所述作动机构与所述锁扣机构卡持配合,使所述锁扣件与所述卡槽保持解锁状态,只需单次按压操作便可使锁扣机构解锁,再移除机身组件,方便用户的单手操作。本实用新型设置抵持面从顶持面上靠 近卡槽的一端向外延伸,以便于在机身组件移除过程中,利用所述抵持面与卡槽的外缘抵持配合而使锁扣继续回缩,有利于作动件的自动复位。本实用新型于作动件远离传输件的一端设有第一套筒,有效阻止第一复位件在变形过程中沿竖直方向以外的方向弯曲变形,从而确保第一复位件提供竖直方向的恢复力。本实用新型于锁扣远离卡槽的一端设有第二套筒,有效阻止第二复位件在变形过程中沿水平方向以外的方向弯曲变形,从而确保第二复位件提供水平方向的恢复力。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种清洁设备(1),其特征在于,包括:
    地刷组件(10);
    机身组件(20),其可移除地装设于所述地刷组件(10)上;
    手柄组件(30),其可移除地装设于所述机身组件(20)上;
    其中,当所述机身组件(20)从所述地刷组件(10)上移除后,所述手柄组件(30)锁持于所述机身组件(20)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于:
    所述地刷组件(10)设有向外突出的定位件(11),所述定位件(11)的外缘设置卡槽(111);所述机身组件(20)与所述定位件(11)配合,所述机身组件(20)设置作动机构(21)与锁扣机构(22),所述作动机构(21)从所述机身组件(20)的顶部向着地刷组件(10)延伸,所述锁扣机构(22)包括锁扣件(221);
    其中,锁定状态下,所述作动机构(21)保持可作动状态,所述锁扣件(221)卡持于所述卡槽(111)内以限制机身组件(20)从地刷组件(10)脱离;解锁时,所述作动机构(21)由可作动状态转换成不可作动状态,所述作动机构(21)与所述锁扣机构(22)抵持配合,带动所述锁扣件(221)从所述卡槽(111)内退出以实现解锁;复位状态下,所述作动机构(21)由不可作动状态转换成可作动状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于:所述作动机构(21)包括,
    致动件(211),其设于所述机身组件(20)的顶部;
    传输件(212),其一端连接于所述致动件(211);
    作动件(213),其连接于所述传输件(212)的另一端并于所述机身组件(20)内竖直移动,且所述作动件(213)具有锁定位置及解锁位置,所述作动件(213)上设有第一卡持部(214)、导引面(215);
    第一复位件(217),其装设于所述机身组件(20)内并弹性作用于所述作动件(213)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于:所述锁扣机构(22)包括,
    锁扣(222),其设于所述机身组件(20)内并于所述机身组件(20)内水平移动,所述锁扣(222)向外凸设锁扣件(221),所述锁扣件(221)具有初始位置,所述锁扣(222)上设有第二卡持部(224);
    第二复位件(223),其装设于所述机身组件(20)内并弹性作用于所述锁扣(222);
    其中,当所述作动件(213)从锁定位置移动至解锁位置时,所述导引面(215)抵持所述锁扣(222)而使所述锁扣件(221)退出卡槽(111),所述第一卡持部(214)与所述第二卡持部(224)卡持配合,所述第一复位件(217)被压缩,所述第二复位件(223)被压缩,所述锁扣件(221)回缩至第一位置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于:当所述机身组件(20)从地刷组件(10)移出过程中,所述锁扣件(221)回缩至第二位置,所述第二复位件(217)被继续压缩,所述第一卡持部(214)与所述第二卡持部(224)脱离,所述第一复位件(217)弹性恢复而使所述作动件(213)回复至锁定位置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于:当所述机身组件(20) 在从地刷组件(10)完全移出后,所述第二复位件(223)弹性恢复而使所述锁扣(222)回复至初始位置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于:所述锁扣件(221)包括顶持面(2211)与抵持面(2212),所述抵持面(2212)从所述顶持面(2211)上靠近卡槽(111)的一端向外延伸;当所述作动件(213)位于锁定位置时,所述顶持面(2211)限位于所述卡槽(111)的上表面;当所述机身组件(20)从地刷组件(10)移出过程中,所述锁扣(222)的所述抵持面(2212)通过卡槽(111)的外缘抵持而使所述锁扣件(221)回缩至第二位置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于:所述机身组件(20)与所述定位件(11)滑移配合,且所述机身组件(20)以竖直方向装入所述地刷组件(10)或从所述地刷组件(10)移除。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于:所述作动件(213)远离传输件(212)的一端设有第一套筒(2121),所述第一套筒(2121)收容部分所述第一复位件(217)。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的清洁设备(1),其特征在于:所述锁扣(222)远离卡槽(111)的一端设有第二套筒(2221),所述第二套筒(2221)收容部分所述第二复位件(223)。
