비가청 신호를 이용한 온라인 구매 방법, 장치, 시스템 및 컴퓨터 프로그램
본 발명은 온라인 구매 방법, 장치, 시스템 및 컴퓨터 프로그램에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 사용자가 시청하고 있는 영상 컨텐츠에 포함된 상품 등을 특정할 수 있는 정보를 비가청 신호를 통해 발신하고 상기 사용자의 단말에서 상기 비가청 신호를 수신하여 상기 상품 등을 편리하게 구매할 수 있도록 하는 영상 컨텐츠 제공 중 비가청 신호를 이용한 온라인 구매 방법, 장치, 시스템 및 컴퓨터 프로그램에 관한 것이다.
최근 홈쇼핑이나 온라인 쇼핑 등을 이용하여 상품이나 서비스를 구매하는 사용자가 지속적으로 증가하고 있다.
그런데, 종래에는 홈쇼핑 등을 이용하여 사용자가 상품 등을 구매하는 경우, 사용자는 판매 회사로 전화를 걸어 주문하고자 하는 물품을 지정하고 신용 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 일일이 전달해야 하는 사용자의 불편함이 상당했다.
또한, 최근 IPTV(Internet Protocol Tele-Vision) 등에서 영화 등 영상 컨텐츠의 제공 중에 해당 영상 컨텐츠에 등장하는 상품 등을 구매할 수 있도록 하는 서비스도 시도되고 있으나, 이러한 경우에도 사용자가 조작이 불편한 리모콘 등으로 상품 선택 및 결제 절차를 진행해야 하는 어려움이 따랐다.
나아가, 위와 같은 구매 절차에서의 불편함으로 인하여 사용자의 UX(User eXperience, 사용자 경험)이 악화될 뿐만 아니라, 서비스 제공자(service provider) 입장에서는 수익성까지도 떨어지는 문제가 초래될 수 있었다.
이에 따라, 사용자가 홈쇼핑 등 영상 컨텐츠를 시청하면서 보다 편리하게 구매 절차를 수행할 수 있도록 사용자의 UX(사용자 경험)을 개선하고, 또한 서비스 제공자에게도 편리한 구매 환경을 통해 수익성을 개선할 수 있도록 하는 방안이 요구되고 있으나, 아직 이에 대한 적절한 해법이 제시되지 못하고 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 창안된 것으로, 사용자가 홈쇼핑 등 영상 컨텐츠 시청 중에 상품 등을 보다 편리하게 구매할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 사용자의 온라인 구매 절차에서 사용자와의 상호 작용(interaction) 등 UX(사용자 경험)을 개선하고 사용자가 간편하게 구매 절차를 진행할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
나아가, 본 발명은 보다 편리한 구매 환경을 통해 서비스 제공자의 수익성도 개선할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
그 외 본 발명의 세부적인 목적은 아래에 기재되는 구체적인 내용을 통하여 이 기술 분야의 전문가나 연구자에게 자명하게 파악되고 이해될 수 있을 것이다.

먼저, 상기 비가청 신호 수신 단계(S110)에서는, 상기 단말(100)이 영상 컨텐츠 제공 장치(200)에서 제1 영상 컨텐츠 제공 중 발신되는 제1 상품에 대한 정보를 포함하는 비가청 신호를 수신하게 된다.
보다 구체적으로, 상기 비가청 신호 수신 단계(S110)에서 상기 영상 컨텐츠 제공 장치(200)는 홈쇼핑 채널이나 영화, 드라마 등의 제1 영상 컨텐츠를 사용자에게 제공하게 된다.
이때, 상기 영상 컨텐츠 제공 장치(200)는 상기 제1 영상 컨텐츠 제공 중에 음성 신호에 더하여 홈쇼핑 상품이나 상기 영화, 드라마 등에 나오는 상품 등 제1 상품에 대한 정보를 포함하는 비가청 음파를 송신하게 된다.
또한, 본 발명에서 사용자가 구매하는 상품은 물리적 형체를 가지는 물건 뿐만 아니라 컨텐츠 등을 제공하는 서비스 등 다양한 재화 및 용역을 포함하는 포괄적인 의미로 사용하였다.
또한, 상기 비가청 신호는, 도 3에서 볼 수 있는 바와 같이 통상의 사용자가 들을 수 없는 주파수 대역인 18,500Hz ~ 24,000Hz 의 비가청 음파일 수 있으나, 본 발명이 반드시 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 이외에도 동작 환경 및 어플리케이션에 따라 상기 비가청 신호의 주파수 대역은 조정될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에서 상기 비가청 신호로서 BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) 등 무선 신호가 사용되는 것도 가능하다.
아래에서는 상기 비가청 신호로서 18,500Hz ~ 24,000Hz 의 비가청 음파를 기준으로 설명하겠으나, 이는 BLE 등 무선 신호로 변경되어 적용될 수 있다.
나아가, 상기 제1 상품에 대한 정보에는 상기 제1 상품을 식별하기 위한 식별 정보나 상기 제1 상품에 대한 구매 절차를 제공하기 위한 URL(Uniform Resource Locator) 등이 포함될 수 있으나, 본 발명이 반드시 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.

보다 구체적으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 온라인 구매 방법에서, 상기 제1 영상 컨텐츠는 유선 또는 무선의 방송(broadcasting) 시그널에 실려 상기 영상 컨텐츠 제공 장치(200)로 전송될 수 있다. 이때 상기 방송 시그널의 영상 신호에는 상기 제1 상품에 대한 영상이 포함되고, 상기 방송 시그널의 음성 신호에는 상기 제1 상품에 대한 정보를 포함하는 비가청 음파가 포함될 수 있으나, 본 발명이 반드시 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 온라인 구매 방법에서, 도 4에서 볼 수 있는 바와 같이, 제1 서버(300)는 비가청 신호에 대한 정보를 상기 제1 영상 컨텐츠와 별도로 외부 서버(예를 들면, 홈쇼핑사)로부터 전송받아, 상기 제1 영상 컨텐츠의 음성 신호에 상기 비가청 음파를 추가하여 제공하거나, 상기 음성 신호와 별도의 신호로 발신할 수 있다.
이때, 도 4에서 볼 수 있는 바와 같이, 상기 영상 컨텐츠 장치(200)는 통신 네트워크(50)를 통해 상기 제1 서버(300)로부터 상기 제1 영상 컨텐츠에 대한 비가청 신호 정보를 전송받을 수 있다.

또한, 제2 서버는 사용자의 친구 목록을 보유하고 있을 수 있으며, 친구가 찜해 놓거나 관심있는 것으로 특정한 상품을 사용자가 시청하고 있는 경우, 해당 상품이 친구가 선호하는 상품인 것을 알림으로써 선물하기를 유도하는 것도 가능하다.

아래에서는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 온라인 구매용 단말 장치(100)를 각 구성요소 별로 나누어 살핀다. 또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 온라인 구매용 단말 장치(100)에 대한 보다 자세한 내용은 앞서 설명한 도 1 내지 도 11의 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 온라인 구매 시스템(10) 및 방법 등과 유사하게 다양한 실시예로 구현될 수 있는 바, 자세한 설명을 반복하는 것은 생략한다.
먼저, 상기 온라인 구매용 단말 장치(100)에서, 상기 비가청 신호 수신부(110)는 영상 컨텐츠 제공 장치(200)에서 제1 영상 컨텐츠 제공 중 발신되는 제1 상품에 대한 정보를 포함하는 비가청 신호를 수신하게 된다.
보다 구체적으로, 상기 비가청 신호 수신부(110)는 상기 단말(100)에 구비되는 마이크 등을 이용하여 구성될 수 있으나, 본 발명이 반드시 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
또한, 상기 동작 수행 인식부(120)는 사용자의 미리 정해진 제1 동작 수행을 인식하게 된다.
보다 구체적으로, 상기 동작 수행 인식부(120)는 상기 단말(100)에 구비되는 자이로 센서 등을 이용하여 구성될 수 있으나, 본 발명이 반드시 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
또한, 상기 제1 상품 정보 산출부(130)는 상기 비가청 신호를 이용하여 상기 제1 상품에 대한 정보를 산출하게 된다.
또한, 상기 구매 절차 제공부(140)는 상기 제1 상품에 대한 구매 절차를 제공하게 된다.
보다 구체적으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예로서, 상기 단말(100)에 구비되는 어플리케이션 프로세서(Application Processor)에서는 상기 마이크 등에서 입력되는 신호를 이용하여 상기 제1 상품에 대한 상세한 제품 정보 등이 포함되는 URL을 산출하고, 상기 URL의 홈페이지를 연결하여 상기 단말(100)에 구비되는 디스플레이(display)를 통해 제공하여, 상기 사용자가 상기 제1 상품에 대한 구매 절차를 진행하도록 할 수 있다.
이에 따라, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 비가청 신호를 이용한 온라인 구매 방법, 장치, 시스템 및 컴퓨터 프로그램에서는, 사용자가 홈쇼핑 등 영상 컨텐츠를 시청하면서 보다 편리하게 구매 절차를 수행할 수 있도록 사용자의 UX(사용자 경험)을 개선하고, 또한 서비스 제공자에게도 편리한 구매 환경을 통해 수익성을 개선할 수 있게 된다.
이상의 설명은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명에 기재된 실시예들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의해서 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (17)

  1. 단말이 영상 컨텐츠 제공 장치에서 제1 영상 컨텐츠 제공 중 발신되는 제1 상품에 대한 정보를 포함하는 비가청 신호를 수신하는 비가청 신호 수신 단계;
    상기 단말이 사용자의 미리 정해진 제1 동작 수행을 인식하는 동작 수행 인식 단계;
    상기 단말이 상기 비가청 신호를 이용하여 상기 제1 상품에 대한 정보를 산출하는 제1 상품 정보 산출 단계; 및
    상기 단말이 상기 제1 상품에 대한 구매 절차를 제공하는 구매 절차 제공 단계;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 구매 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 동작 수행 인식 단계는,
    상기 단말에 구비되는 센서를 이용하여 사용자의 움직임을 감지하는 단계; 및
    상기 사용자의 움직임이 상기 미리 정해진 제1 동작에 대응하는지 여부를 판단하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 구매 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 영상 컨텐츠는 방송(broadcasting) 시그널에 실려 상기 영상 컨텐츠 제공 장치로 전송되며,
    상기 방송 시그널의 영상 신호에는 상기 제1 상품에 대한 영상이 포함되고,
    상기 방송 시그널의 음성 신호에는 상기 제1 상품에 대한 정보를 포함하는 비가청 신호가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 구매 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 영상 컨텐츠 제공 장치는 상기 비가청 신호에 대한 정보를 상기 제1 영상 컨텐츠와 별도로 제1 서버로부터 전송받아,
    상기 제1 영상 컨텐츠의 음성 신호에 상기 비가청 신호를 추가하여 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 구매 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 영상 컨텐츠 제공 장치는 상기 제1 서버로부터 상기 비가청 신호를 상기 제1 영상 컨텐츠와 동기화하기 위한 정보도 전송받는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 구매 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 영상 컨텐츠 중 제1 상품이 제공되는 제1 구간에서는 상기 비가청 신호에 상기 제1 상품에 대한 정보가 포함되며,
    상기 제1 영상 컨텐츠 중 제2 상품이 제공되는 제2 구간에서는 상기 비가청 신호에 상기 제2 상품에 대한 정보가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 구매 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 영상 컨텐츠에 포함되는 복수의 상품에 대응하여 상기 비가청 신호에는 상기 복수의 상품에 대한 정보가 포함되며,
    상기 단말에서는 상기 복수의 상품 중 하나 이상을 선택하여 구매할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 구매 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 비가청 신호에는 상기 영상 컨텐츠 제공 장치를 식별할 수 있는 식별 정보가 함께 포함되며,
    상기 단말에서는 상기 식별 정보를 고려하여 상기 제1 상품에 대한 구매 절차를 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 구매 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 단말에서 상기 비가청 신호를 수신하지 못하는 경우,
    상기 단말에서는 상기 제1 영상 컨텐츠의 미리 정해진 음성 신호를 인식하여 상기 제1 상품을 산출하고,
    상기 제1 상품에 대한 구매 절차를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 구매 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서,
    제2 서버가 상기 단말로 현재 방송 중인 제2 영상 컨텐츠에 포함되는 상품에 대한 정보를 제공하고 사용자가 상기 단말에서 상기 제공된 정보를 선택하면,
    상기 단말은 상기 제2 영상 컨텐츠에 대한 정보를 포함하는 비가청 신호를 상기 영상 컨텐츠 제공 장치로 송신하여,
    상기 영상 컨텐츠 제공 장치에서 상기 제2 영상 컨텐츠를 제공하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 구매 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서,
    제2 서버가 상기 단말로 현재 방송 중인 제2 영상 컨텐츠에 포함되는 상품에 대한 정보를 제공하고 사용자가 상기 단말에서 상기 제공된 정보를 선택하면,
    상기 단말은 자신과 동일한 억세스 포인트(AP)를 사용하는 영상 컨텐츠 제공 장치를 검색해 상기 제2 영상 컨텐츠에 대한 정보를 송신하여,
    상기 영상 컨텐츠 제공 장치에서 상기 제2 영상 컨텐츠를 제공하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 구매 방법.
  12. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 서버는 상기 사용자의 과거 구매 이력과 현재 방송되고 있는 하나 이상 채널의 영상 컨텐츠에 포함되는 상품을 대비하여 연관성이 있는 상품이 있는 경우,
    상기 단말로 상기 연관성이 있는 상품이 방송되는 제2 영상 컨텐츠에 포함되는 상품에 대한 정보를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 구매 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 단말에서는,
    복수의 영상 컨텐츠 제공 장치에서 발신되는 복수의 비가청 신호 중 하나 이상에 포함되는 식별 정보를 고려하여 상기 복수의 비가청 신호 중 상기 단말에 대응하는 제1 비가청 신호를 산출하고,
    상기 제1 비가청 신호를 이용하여 상기 제1 상품에 대한 구매 절차를 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 구매 방법.
  14. 서버가 단말로 앱(App)을 전송하는 앱 전송 단계;
    상기 앱(App)에 의하여 상기 단말에서 영상 컨텐츠 제공 장치의 제1 영상 컨텐츠 제공 중 발신되는 제1 상품에 대한 정보를 포함하는 비가청 신호를 수신하도록 하는 비가청 신호 수신 단계;
    상기 앱(App)에 의하여 상기 단말에서 사용자의 미리 정해진 제1 동작 수행을 인식하도록 하는 동작 수행 인식 단계;
    상기 앱(App)에 의하여 상기 단말에서 상기 비가청 신호를 이용하여 상기 제1 상품에 대한 정보를 산출하도록 하는 제1 상품 정보 산출 단계; 및
    상기 앱(App)에 의하여 상기 단말에서 상기 제1 상품에 대한 구매 절차를 제공하도록 하는 구매 절차 제공 단계;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 구매 방법.
  15. 컴퓨터에서 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 각 단계를 실행시키기 위한 컴퓨터로 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 저장된 컴퓨터 프로그램.
  16. 영상 컨텐츠 제공 장치에서 제1 영상 컨텐츠 제공 중 발신되는 제1 상품에 대한 정보를 포함하는 비가청 신호를 수신하는 비가청 신호 수신부;
    사용자의 미리 정해진 제1 동작 수행을 인식하는 동작 수행 인식부;
    상기 비가청 신호를 이용하여 상기 제1 상품에 대한 정보를 산출하는 제1 상품 정보 산출부; 및
    상기 제1 상품에 대한 구매 절차를 제공하는 구매 절차 제공부;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단말.
  17. 제1 영상 컨텐츠 제공 중 제1 상품에 대한 정보를 포함하는 비가청 신호를 발신하는 영상 컨텐츠 제공 장치; 및
    상기 영상 컨텐츠 제공 장치에서 발신되는 상기 비가청 신호를 수신하고, 사용자의 미리 정해진 제1 동작 수행을 인식하여, 상기 비가청 신호를 이용해 상기 제1 상품에 대한 정보를 산출한 후, 상기 제1 상품에 대한 구매 절차를 제공하는 단말;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 구매 시스템.
