2.本发明利用低弹纱线的特性编织形成花纹提花层,且在面层和底层上均形成丰富的提花结构,使得网布上的网孔更加多样化,提花效果更好,增加了美观性,透气性能良好。
3.本发明利用涤纶单丝纱线的特性编织形成毛高层,来调节网布的厚度,从而调节网布的支撑性能和保型性,其中涤纶单丝纱线可以为30D、40D、64D的涤纶单丝纱线。
4.本发明通过利用涤纶单丝透明纱线的特性编织形成固定层,来增加网布结构的稳定性。
5.本发明利用双贾卡机台的原理,奇妙的工艺设计,使得纱架网布产品更加的丰富,可以利用2把贾卡进行网孔提花,既保留了纱架原来的透明度,还增加了纱架产品的网孔多样性,解除了原老式纱架产品只能面部和底部有做简单规律的网孔,或利用电子横移系统面部和底部设计不同大小网孔渐变,成功地利用2把贾卡提花网孔,使得纱架类型网布产品更加丰富多彩,富有创新性,立体效果更佳,同时也有效解决了双层纱架产品容易起皱、起泡、布边卷边等问题。
6.本发明制作方法简单,利用了特殊工艺设计、贾卡梳栉的灵活性、以及纱架供纱送经量的灵活变动性,可以通过设计大小网孔使其张力均匀,使其不易面底张力收缩不均或局部张力失调等问题,使得网孔设计更加的灵活、多变,使得纱架产品更加的丰富多彩,能够顺应市场时尚的潮流。

本实施例的网布及通过本实施例中制作方法制作获得的网布具有如下特点:网布表面的网孔31具有多样化,提花结构41丰富多彩,结构稳定性强,透明度高,具有很好的透视感、立体感及触摸感,网布的厚度及硬挺度可以通过毛高层进行调节,满足不同产品的需求。
实施例4
如图1所示,一种网孔式提花纱架双贾卡网布,包括由经编机一体编织而成的网布本体,所述网布本体包括面层1、底层2,所述面层1由涤纶单丝透明纱编织而成,所述底层2由涤纶低弹纱编织而成,所述面层1与底层2之间设有由涤纶低弹轻网纱编织而成的网孔提花层3,所述网孔提花层3在面层1上编织形成网孔31,所述网孔31从面层1的上表面贯穿至底层2的上表面。利用了涤纶单丝透明纱的特性来编织形成面层1,且还在面层1与底层2之间设有从面层1上表面贯穿至底层2上表面的网孔提花层3,并在面层1上形成各种各样的网孔31,使得网布的结构更加稳定,立体感更强,手感柔软,具有不皱、不易起泡、不易卷边、耐磨等特点,透气效果好,保型性良好,支撑性能好。
如图2所示,所述面层1与网孔提花层3之间设有由CD低弹纱编织而成的花纹提花层4,所述花纹提花层4在面层1上形成提花结构41,所述提花结构41从面层1的上表面贯穿至网孔提花层3的上表面。利用低弹纱线的特性编织形成花纹提 花层4,且在面层1上形成丰富的提花结构41,使得网布上的网孔31更加多样化,提花效果更好,增加了美观性。
如图3所示,所述底层1与网孔提花层3之间设有由CD低弹纱编织而成的花纹提花层4,所述花纹提花层4在底层2上形成提花结构41,所述提花结构41从底层2的下表面贯穿至网孔提花层3的下表面。利用低弹纱线的特性编织形成花纹提花层4,且在底层2上形成丰富的提花结构41,使得网布上的网孔31更加多样化,提花效果更好,增加了美观性,透气性能良好。
如图4所示,所述面层1与底层2之间设有由CD低弹纱编织而成的花纹提花层4,所述花纹提花层4在面层1上和底层2上形成提花结构41,所述提花结构41从面层1的上表面贯穿至底层2的下表面。利用低弹纱线的特性编织形成花纹提花层4,且在面层1和底层2上均形成丰富的提花结构41,使得网布上的网孔31更加多样化,提花效果更好,增加了美观性,透气性能良好。
如图5所示,所述面层1与底层2之间设有由涤纶单丝透明纱编织而成的毛高层5,所述毛高层5从面层1的下表面贯穿至底层2的上表面。利用涤纶单丝纱线的特性编织形成毛高层5,来调节网布的厚度,从而调节网布的支撑性能和保型性,其中涤纶单丝纱线可以为30D、40D、64D的涤纶单丝纱线。
如图6所示,所述面层1与底层2之间设有由涤纶单丝透明纱编织而成的固定层6,所述固定层6从面层1的下表面贯穿至底层2的上表面。通过利用涤纶单丝透明纱线的特性编织形成固定层6,来增加网布结构的稳定性。
本实施例还提供了一种网孔式提花纱架双贾卡网布的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
A.梳栉设置:选用双针床双贾卡经编机进行编织,经编机至少具有8把梳栉,6把梳栉从前针床至后针床依次设为地梳梳栉GB1、地梳梳栉GB2、贾卡梳栉 JB3、贾卡梳栉JB4、贾卡梳栉JB5、贾卡梳栉JB6、地梳梳栉GB7、地梳梳栉GB8,其中贾卡梳栉JB3和贾卡梳栉JB4均为半机号贾卡梳栉;
B.整经:地梳梳栉GB1整经64D涤纶单丝透明纱线,6个盘头每个盘头512根纱,地梳梳栉GB1涤纶单丝透明纱含量占1.403%左右,地梳梳栉GB2整经30D涤纶单丝透明纱线,6个盘头每个盘头512根纱,地梳梳栉GB2涤纶单丝透明纱含量占6.066%左右,贾卡梳栉JB3整经150D涤纶低弹轻网纱线,纱架1536根纱,贾卡梳栉JB3涤纶低弹轻网纱线含量占17.826%左右,贾卡梳栉JB4整经150D涤纶低弹轻网纱线,纱架1536根纱,贾卡梳栉JB4涤纶低弹轻网纱线含量占17.2826%左右,贾卡梳栉JB5整经200D CD低弹纱线,纱架1536根纱,贾卡梳栉JB5CD低弹纱线含量占23.767%左右,贾卡梳栉JB6整经200D CD低弹纱线,纱架1536根纱,贾卡梳栉JB6CD低弹纱线含量占23.767%左右,地梳梳栉GB7整经64D涤纶单丝透明纱线,6个盘头每个盘头512根纱,地梳梳栉GB7涤纶单丝透明纱含量占1.811%左右,地梳梳栉GB8整经150D涤纶低弹纱线,6个盘头每个盘头512根纱,地梳梳栉GB8涤纶低弹纱含量占7.533%左右;
C.穿纱:地梳梳栉GB1以满穿的方式进行穿纱,地梳梳栉GB2以满穿的方式进行穿纱,贾卡梳栉JB3、贾卡梳栉JB4均以1穿1空的方式进行穿纱,贾卡梳栉JB5、贾卡梳栉JB6均以1穿1空的方式进行穿纱,地梳梳栉GB7均以满穿的方式进行穿纱,地梳梳栉GB8均以满穿的方式进行穿纱,地梳梳栉GB1对应的齿轮送经量为1300~1800mm/腊克,地梳梳栉GB2对应的齿轮送经量为6000~8000mm/腊克,贾卡梳栉JB3对应的齿轮送经量为2300~3200mm/腊克,贾卡梳栉JB4对应的齿轮送经量为2300~3200mm/腊克,贾卡梳栉JB5对应的齿轮送经量2300~3200mm/腊克,贾卡梳栉JB6对应的齿轮送经量2300~3200mm/腊克,地梳梳栉GB7对应的齿轮送经量为1500~2300mm/腊克,地梳梳栉GB8对应的齿轮送经量为2800~3800mm/腊克;

本实施例的网布及通过本实施例中制作方法制作获得的网布具有如下特点:网布表面的网孔31具有多样化,提花结构41丰富多彩,结构稳定性强,透明度高,具有很好的透视感、立体感及触摸感,网布的厚度及硬挺度可以通过毛高层进行调节,满足不同产品的需求。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种网孔式提花纱架双贾卡网布,包括由经编机一体编织而成的网布本体,所述网布本体包括面层、底层,其特征在于:所述面层由涤纶单丝透明纱编织而成,所述底层由涤纶低弹纱编织而成,所述面层与底层之间设有由涤纶低弹轻网纱编织而成的网孔提花层,所述网孔提花层在面层上编织形成网孔,所述网孔从面层的上表面贯穿至底层的上表面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种网孔式提花纱架双贾卡网布,其特征在于:所述面层与网孔提花层之间设有由CD低弹纱编织而成的花纹提花层,所述花纹提花层在面层上形成提花结构,所述提花结构从面层的上表面贯穿至网孔提花层的上表面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种网孔式提花纱架双贾卡网布,其特征在于:所述底层与网孔提花层之间设有由CD低弹纱编织而成的花纹提花层,所述花纹提花层在底层上形成提花结构,所述提花结构从底层的下表面贯穿至网孔提花层的下表面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种网孔式提花纱架双贾卡网布,其特征在于:所述面层与底层之间设有由CD低弹纱编织而成的花纹提花层,所述花纹提花层在面层上和底层上形成提花结构,所述提花结构从面层的上表面贯穿至底层的下表面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种网孔式提花纱架双贾卡网布,其特征在于:所述面层与底层之间设有由涤纶单丝透明纱编织而成的毛高层,所述毛高层从面层的下表面贯穿至底层的上表面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种网孔式提花纱架双贾卡网布,其特征在于:所述面层与底层之间设有由涤纶单丝透明纱编织而成的固定层,所述固定层从面层的下表面贯穿至底层的上表面。
  7. 一种如权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的网孔式提花纱架双贾卡网布的制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    A.梳栉设置:选用双针床双贾卡经编机进行编织,经编机至少具有4把梳栉,4把梳栉从前针床至后针床依次设为地梳梳栉GB1、贾卡梳栉JB3、贾卡梳栉JB4、地梳梳栉GB8;
    B.整经;
    C.穿纱:地梳梳栉GB1以满穿的方式进行穿纱,贾卡梳栉JB3、贾卡梳栉JB4均以1穿1空的方式进行穿纱,地梳梳栉GB8均以满穿的方式进行穿纱,地梳梳栉GB1对应的齿轮送经量为1300~1800mm/腊克,贾卡梳栉JB3对应的齿轮送经量为2300~3200mm/腊克,贾卡梳栉JB4对应的齿轮送经量为2300~3200mm/腊克,地梳梳栉GB8对应的齿轮送经量为2800~3800mm/腊克;
    D.编织:地梳梳栉GB1在前针床上垫纱形成所述面层,贾卡梳栉JB3和贾卡梳栉JB4在前针床和/或后针床上垫纱形成所述网孔提花层,地梳梳栉GB8在后针床上垫纱形成所述底层,地梳梳栉GB1走编链组织1-0/0-0/0-1/1-1//,贾卡梳栉JB3走衬纬组织0-0/0-0/2-2/2-2//或走经平组织1-0/1-1/1-2/1-1//,贾卡梳栉JB4走衬纬组织0-0/0-0/2-2/2-2//或走经平组织1-0/1-1/1-2/1-1//,地梳梳栉GB8走重经组织0-2/2-2/3-1/1-1//。
  8. 一种如权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的网孔式提花纱架双贾卡网布的制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
