背景技术
随着用户需求的提升,用户对照明灯具的性能的要求越来越高。但是,目前的照明灯具大部分设计成固定照明角度,但是照明角度无法调节,这无疑较难实现灵活使用的目的,进而给用户带来不便。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的是提供一种照明灯具,能够解决照明灯具无法调节照射角度的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请是这样实现的:
一种照明灯具,包括底座、灯管和光源模组,其中,底座包括底座主体和设置在底座主体两端的两个端盖;灯管包括灯管主体和盖板,两个盖板分别设置在灯管主体的两端,且与灯管主体形成灯腔,光源模组的至少部分设置于灯腔之内;盖板与端盖之间配合连接,盖板与端盖中,一者设置有连接轴,另一者设置有连接孔,两个盖板分别与两个端盖均通过连接轴和连接孔转动配合。
本申请采用的技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
本申请实施例采用灯管与底座之间的转动配合的方式实现照明灯具的较多照射角度的调节,本申请实施例通过灯管两端的盖板与底座两端的端盖连接实现转动配合,通过外力转动灯管,进而实现在各种照明场景中照明灯具的较多照射角度的调节。在照明灯具的安装过程中,本申请实施例具有结构简单、安装迅捷的优势,可以缩短照明灯具安装的时间。

底座100包括底座主体110和设置在底座主体110的两端的两个端盖120。底座100能够为灯管200提供安装基础,而且,底座100能够为电源模组400提供安装位置。底座100通常为非金属材料制成,当然,底座100也可以由铝合金、不锈钢制成,进而能够提高底座的散热功能,底座主体110和端盖120的制造材料相同,也可以不同,例如,底座主体110的制造材料为塑胶材质,端盖120的制造材料为塑胶材质,再例如,底座主体110的制造材料为不锈钢材质,端盖120的制造材料为铝合金材质。本申请实施例不限制底座主体110和端盖120的具体材质。

在一种可行的方案中,盖板220可以开设穿孔,光源模组300可以穿过穿孔,且部分伸至灯腔211内,光源模组300的部分可以外露于灯腔211之外,且与电源模组400电连接,光源模组300在工作时发出的光线能够通过灯管200的配光后投射出。光源模组300部分位于灯腔211内,从而实现照明,与此同时,由于光源模组300的部分位于灯腔211之外,因此可以在灯腔211之外实施光源模组300与电源模组400之间的电连接,相比于在灯腔211这种较为局促的环境内实施电连接操作而言,光源模组300与电源模组400的电连接操作发生在灯腔211之外,无疑能够使得操作较为简单、方便。
而且,光源模组300可以与盖板220可拆卸配合,从而能够使得在对光源模组300单独检修的过程中,操作人员可以直接将光源模组300从盖板220上抽离,而无需打开盖板220。
另外,光源模组300与盖板220的装配,更容易实现光源模组300在灯腔211内位置的保持,同时在组装的过程中,操作人员可以将光源模组300与盖板220装配后的整体装入灯管200上,这无疑能够实现模块化装配,使得装配操作更加容易。
当然,光源模组300的发光区域可以位于灯腔211之内,光源模组300的非发光区域可以位于灯腔211之外,从而使得光源模组300发出的光线全部经过灯管200配光后射出,同时,也不会存在发光区域在灯腔211之外的情况,进而能够减少杂散光,这不但能够提高光利用率,而且还能够提高照明灯具的发光效果。
在本申请实施例中,盖板220与端盖120之间配合连接,盖板220与端盖120中,一者设置有连接轴221,另一者设置有连接孔121。具体的,盖板220可以设置有连接轴221,端盖120可以设置有连接孔121,当然,端盖120 可以设置有连接轴221,相应的,盖板220可以设置有连接孔121。盖板220与端盖120均通过连接轴221和连接孔121同轴连接实现转动配合。
在本申请实施例中,底座100和灯管200通过连接轴221和连接孔121的配合实现转动配合,进而实现灯管200与底座100之间的相对转动,最终实现照明灯具在照明场景中调节照射角度的有益效果。
为了更好地维持转动后灯管200的位置,一种可选的方案中,连接轴221可以设置有沿其周向排列的多个第一啮合齿222,连接孔121的内壁可以设置有沿其周向排列的第二啮合齿122,第一啮合齿222与第二啮合齿122弹性啮合,连接轴221受到外力扭动时,连接轴221设置的第一啮合齿222与连接孔121设置的第二啮合齿122之间会发生弹性形变,进而使得两者之间能够发生相对转动。在外力撤销后,第二啮合齿122在变形回复后,另一个第一啮合齿222与第二啮合齿122弹性啮合,连接轴221和连接孔121通过第一啮合齿222与第二啮合齿122弹性啮合,最终实现灯管200与底座100之间相对位置的保持。
在本申请实施例中,盖板220与端盖120之间配合连接中,盖板220可以设置有第一限位部,端盖120可以设置有第二限位部。具体的,在连接轴221的转动方向上,盖板220与端盖120通过第一限位部与第二限位部限位配合,从而实现灯管200与底座100的转动角度限位的目的,防止连接轴221在某一转动方向上过度转动,进而能够避免灯管200内设置的光源模组300的线缆由于过度转动而容易扭断的问题。
具体的,第一限位部可以包括围绕连接轴221的部分圆周的基部224及分别设置在基部224的两端的两个第一限位挡块223,第二限位部为第二限位挡块123,第二限位挡块123设于两个第一限位挡块223形成的限位空间 内,在第一转动方向上,第二限位挡块123与一个第一限位挡块223限位配合,在第二转动方向上,第二限位挡块123与另一个第一限位挡块223限位配合。两个第一限位挡块223的设置范围决定了形成的限位空间的大小,限位空间形成的转动角度范围为照明灯具的灯管200的照射角度范围。盖板220与端盖120通过第一限位挡块223与第二限位挡块123之间限位配合的方式能够实现双向限位,进而能够较好地限制转动角度。
在本申请实施例中,盖板220与端盖120中,一者可以设置有角度刻度,另一者可以设置有指示箭头,进而实现灯管200与底座100较高精度的转动配合,具体的,具体的,盖板220与端盖120可以设置角度刻度和指示箭头实现较为精准的转动角度,盖板220设置有角度刻度,端盖120可以设置有指示箭头,当然,端盖120可以设置有角度刻度,相应的,盖板220可以设置有指示箭头,本申请实施例对此不作限制,盖板220与端盖120通过设置有角度刻度和指示箭头,进而照明灯具可以在照明场景中调节精准的照射角度,最终照明灯具可以实现更好的照明效果。
在本申请实施例中,端盖120可以包括端盖主体124和凸起部125。端盖120可以通过多种方式制造,例如,端盖120可以通过机床加工实现,可选的方案中,端盖120可以为一体式注塑结构件,通过注塑的方式更容易保证端盖120批量生产的结构一致性,同时也能够提高生产效率。具体的,凸起部125可以设置于端盖主体124的内壁,凸起部125沿圆周方向围成连接孔121,连接孔121与连接轴221可以形成具有间隙的转动配合,操作人员在安装照明灯具时,操作人员可以不需要借助工具完成底座100和灯管200的连接,与此同时,操作人员也可在间隙内填充润滑介质(例如润滑油脂),进而使灯管200与底座100的转动配合进一步地顺畅。
在本申请实施例中,底座主体110为管状结构件,管状结构件具有内腔111。底座主体110可以通过多种方式制造,例如,底座主体110可以通过机床加工实现。在一种可选的方案中,底座主体110可以为一体式注塑结构件,通过注塑的方式更容易保证底座主体110批量生产的结构一致性,同时也能够提高生产效率。
在本申请实施例公开的照明灯具包括电源模组400,电源模组400与光源模组300电连接,电源模组400可以通过多种方式设置,例如电源模组400可以设置于内腔111中,两个端盖120分别封堵管状结构件的两个端口112,这种放置方式既合理的利用了内腔111的空间,底座主体110又能够为电源模组400提供较好的防护。
在本申请实施例中,操作人员通过手动转动灯管200来调节照明灯具的照射角度,即便操作人员调节好其照射角度,光源模组300的发光部件发出的光线依然有部分沿其它照射角度散射,底座100与灯管200可以采用多种方案实现聚光效果。
在一种可行的方案中,底座100朝向灯管200的一侧可以包括与灯管200相适配的曲面113,在此种情况下,曲面113与灯管200相适配,从而能够提高装配的紧凑性。在进一步的技术方案中,曲面113可以为反射曲面,在照明灯具调节到合适的照射角度后,光源模组300的发光部件发出大部分的光线沿其照射角度照射,少部分的光线通过曲面113反射,并且沿照射角度照射,从而能够提高光线的利用率。
在本申请实施例中,照明灯具包括电源模组400,电源模组400与线缆电或柔性电路板连接,进而提供给光源模组300电能,线缆或柔性电路板与电源模组400可以通过多种方式连接。
在一种可选的方式中,端盖120设有容纳空间126,照明灯具还包括电源连接端子500,电源连接端子500的部分位于容纳空间126内,且与容纳空间126形成电源插口,电源连接端子500的一端穿过容纳空间126的内壁,且与电源模组400电连接,电源连接端子500与容纳空间126形成电源插口能够给电源模组400的电连接端提供防护,避免电源模组400的连接端直接裸露在照明场景中。具体的,本申请实施例公开的照明灯具还可以包括电连接头600,电连接头600可以与电源插口插接配合,电连接头600可用于连接相邻的两个照明灯具。
在本申请实施例中,底座100可以包括底座主体110和设置在底座主体110两端的两个端盖120,底座主体110与端盖120有多种方式进行连接,例如,底座主体110与端盖120可以通过螺纹连接件、粘接等方式实现连接,当然还可以采用其他方式,在一种可选的方式中,端盖120包括插接部127,插接部127与内腔111的端口112插接配合,且插接部127与内腔111的内壁贴合。在另一种具体的实施方式中,端盖120和内腔111的端口112中,一者可设有第一卡扣,另一者可设有第一卡扣槽,在具体的操作过程中,操作人员可以直接将端盖120与底座主体110扣压,即可使第一卡扣与第一卡扣槽的扣合。当然,操作人员可以直接掰开端盖120与底座主体110,进而实现底座100的打开,采用第一卡扣与第一卡扣槽的配合方式实现连接存在操作方便、结构简单等优势。
如上文所述,底座主体110与端盖120连接,操作人员在连接过程中,容易误操作将端盖120直接安装在底座主体110内,导致操作人员无法维护底座主体110内的电源模组400,避免以上情况的发生有多种方式实现连接,例如,底座主体110与端盖120之间可以通过增加垫环、螺纹连接件等实现 连接,当然还可以采用其他方式,在一种可选的方式中,端盖120还包括限位凸起128,限位凸起128与端口112所在的端面限位配合,从而通过这种端面限位配合可以有效避免操作人员误操作,而且采用限位凸起128与端口112的端面限位配合的方式存在操作方便、结构简单等优势。
同理,盖板220与灯管主体210中,一者可以设置有第二卡扣225,另一者可以设置有第二卡扣槽,盖板220可插接于灯管主体210的端部中,并通过第二卡扣225与第二卡扣槽之间的卡接配合,从而实现与灯管主体210之间的装配。
本发明实施例公开的照明灯具可以是线条灯、支架灯、台灯等灯具,本发明实施例不限制照明灯具的具体种类。
上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本申请的保护之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种照明灯具,其中,包括底座(100)、灯管(200)和光源模组(300),其中:
    所述底座(100)包括底座主体(110)和设置在所述底座主体(110)两端的两个端盖(120);
    所述灯管(200)包括灯管主体(210)和盖板(220),两个所述盖板(220)分别设置在所述灯管主体(210)的两端,且与所述灯管主体(210)形成灯腔(211),所述光源模组(300)的至少部分设置于所述灯腔(211)之内;
    所述盖板(220)与所述端盖(120)之间配合连接,所述盖板(220)与所述端盖(120)中,一者设置有连接轴(221),另一者设置有连接孔(121),两个所述盖板(220)分别与两个所述端盖(120)均通过所述连接轴(221)和所述连接孔(121)转动配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的照明灯具,其中,所述连接轴(221)设置有沿其周向排列的第一啮合齿(222),所述连接孔(121)的内壁设置有沿其周向排列的第二啮合齿(122),所述第一啮合齿(222)与所述第二啮合齿(122)弹性啮合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的照明灯具,其中,所述盖板(220)设置有第一限位部,所述端盖(120)设置有第二限位部,在所述连接轴(221)的转动方向上,所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部限位配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的照明灯具,其中,所述第一限位部包括围绕所述连接轴(221)的部分圆周的基部(224)及分别设置在所述基部(224)的 两端的两个第一限位挡块(223),所述第二限位部为第二限位挡块(123),所述第二限位挡块(123)设于两个所述第一限位挡块(223)形成的限位空间内,在第一转动方向上,所述第二限位挡块(123)与一个所述第一限位挡块(223)限位配合,在第二转动方向上,所述第二限位挡块(123)与另一个所述第一限位挡块(223)限位配合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的照明灯具,其中,所述端盖(120)包括端盖主体(124)和凸起部(125),所述凸起部(125)设置于所述端盖主体(124)的内壁,所述凸起部(125)围成所述连接孔(121)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的照明灯具,其中,所述底座主体(110)为管状结构件,所述管状结构件具有内腔(111),所述照明灯具包括电源模组(400),所述电源模组(400)设置于所述内腔(111)中,所述电源模组(400)与所述光源模组(300)电连接,两个所述端盖(120)分别封堵所述管状结构件的两个端口(112)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的照明灯具,其中,所述底座(100)朝向所述灯管(200)的一侧包括与所述灯管(200)相适配的曲面(113)。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的照明灯具,其中,所述端盖(120)设有容纳空间(126),所述照明灯具还包括电源连接端子(500),所述电源连接端子(500)的部分位于所述容纳空间(126)内,且与所述容纳空间(126)形成电源插口,所述电源连接端子(500)的一端穿过所述容纳空间(126)的内壁,且与所述电源模组(400)电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的照明灯具,其中,所述端盖(120)包括插接部(127),所述插接部(127)与所述内腔(111)的端口(112)插接配合,且所述插接部(127)与所述内腔(111)的内壁贴合。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的照明灯具,其中,所述照明灯具包括电源模组(400),所述盖板(220)开设有穿孔,所述光源模组(300)穿过所述穿孔,且部分伸至所述灯腔(211)内,所述光源模组(300)部分外露于所述灯腔(211)之外,且与所述电源模组(400)电连接。
