当大翻盖盖在桶体上时,大翻盖与触控开关接触而产生控制信号,电控单元接收该控制信号后,即启动负压吸风单元,负压吸风单元带走垃圾袋外侧与桶体内壁之间的空气,使垃圾袋吸附在桶体内壁上。
在上述的垃圾桶中,所述的桶体内设有分隔件,所述的分隔件将桶内空间分隔成至少两个分类垃圾存放区,所述的大翻盖上形成有与分类垃圾存放区一一对应的垃圾投放口;
所述的垃圾袋切割机构设置在该分隔件的顶面。
在同一个桶体内利用分隔件设置多个垃圾存放区,则在投放垃圾时,用户就能够将不同种类的垃圾经不同的垃圾投放口投放到不同的垃圾存放区内,在同一个桶体内实现垃圾分类投放,免去了设置多个垃圾桶的麻烦。将垃圾袋切割结构设置在该分隔件的顶面,则能够方便地对处于分隔件两侧的两个分类垃圾存放区内的垃圾袋实现切割。
在上述的垃圾桶中,所述的顶盖组件还包括与大翻盖相连的小翻盖,该小翻盖与垃圾投放口一一对应设置,每一小翻盖均具有覆盖到垃圾投放口上的关闭位,以及移动至垃圾投放口侧方的垃圾投放位。
在垃圾桶使用过程中,大翻盖不打开,避免在不取出垃圾袋时频繁触发触控开关,延长触控开关的使用寿命。投放垃圾时,只需打开相应分类垃圾存放区上的小翻盖即可。在各小翻盖上可以设置可投放垃圾类别的标记。
在上述的垃圾桶中,所述的桶体包括底座和设于底座顶面外周缘的若干立面侧板,相邻的立面侧板之间通过弧形连接板相连,所述的立面侧板和弧形连接板均可拆卸地拼接在底座上。将桶体分解成若干零件后能够实现轻松地拆卸、拼接,便于垃圾桶的搬运和收纳。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果体现在:
(1)本实用新型将垃圾袋盒存放区直接设置在大翻盖上,由于大翻盖与桶体相铰接,当大翻盖打开后,垃圾袋主体被拉出,用户在手动进行垃圾袋打包的过程中,无须面对和接触垃圾袋敞口,既确保了用户打包和取出垃圾袋时的干净卫生,又大大降低了垃圾桶的制造成本,消费者易于接受,垃圾桶的受众范围更广。
(2)本实用新型中的垃圾袋切割机构包括刀座,该刀座上开设有切割槽位,所述的切刀安装在该切割槽位的底部。切割槽位不仅能够在不需要切割垃圾袋时对设于其底部的切刀进行保护,而且在需要切割垃圾袋时,只需将垃圾袋置入切割槽位中即可,无需再取走任何多余的部件(如刀鞘等刀刃保护结构),避免零件遗失。
(3)本实用新型中,在切割槽位内,切刀的刀刃是倾斜设置的,如此不仅增大了刀刃与垃圾袋的接触面积,而且在将垃圾袋按下的过程中,垃圾袋能够沿刀刃自上至下地滑动,提高切割效率。
(4)本实用新型的桶体内还设有垃圾袋敞开机构,垃圾袋敞开机构能够使 垃圾袋外周贴近桶体内壁,避免垃圾袋与桶体之间因间隙过大而影响垃圾投放。
(5)本实用新型在同一个桶体内利用分隔件设置多个垃圾存放区,则在投放垃圾时,用户就能够将不同种类的垃圾经不同的垃圾投放口投放到不同的垃圾存放区内,在同一个桶体内实现垃圾分类投放,免去了设置多个垃圾桶的麻烦;同时,本实用新型将垃圾袋切割结构设置在分隔件顶面,则能够方便地对处于分隔件两侧的两个分类垃圾存放区内的垃圾袋实现切割。
(6)本实用新型的桶体是由底板、若干立面侧板、若干弧形连接板和若干隔板可拆卸地拼接而成的,同时顶盖组件也是与立面侧板可拆卸地连接的,如此便于对垃圾桶进行收纳和搬运。
(7)本实用新型将垃圾袋盒存放区直接设置在大翻盖上,并在桶体内设置需要手动操作的垃圾袋切割机构和垃圾袋热封机构,当大翻盖打开后,垃圾袋主体被拉出,用户在利用垃圾袋切割机构和垃圾袋热封机构手动进行垃圾袋打包的过程中,无须面对和接触垃圾袋敞口,既确保了用户打包和取出垃圾袋时的干净卫生,又大大简化了垃圾桶的结构,降低了垃圾桶的制造成本,消费者易于接受,垃圾桶的受众范围更广。
(8)本实用新型中,垃圾袋热封机构所提供的温度只需能对垃圾袋进行热封即可,无需熔断,因此热封过程对垃圾袋本身的性质改变较小,不会产生脆性高、韧性差的封口,热封效率高,热封后垃圾袋的垃圾包裹能力强,垃圾袋底不会出现垃圾泄漏的情况。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
如图1、图2所示,本实施例一种垃圾桶,包括桶体1以及与桶体1相铰接配合的顶盖组件2,该顶盖组件2能够相对于桶体1发生翻转,以打开或关闭桶体1。
如图3所示,本实施例中,桶体1包括底座11、四块立面侧板12和四块弧形连接板13,立面侧板12和弧形连接板13均可拆卸地安装在底座11上,立面侧板12和弧形连接板13同样相互拼接,并合围形成桶内空间。
本实施例中,桶体1内还设有分隔件3,该分隔件3包括相对设置且固定连接的两块隔板31,两块隔板31之间围合成装配型腔,在该装配型腔内能够隐藏安装一些零部件,这些零部件留待下文表述。
分隔件3能够将桶内空间分隔成相互独立的分类垃圾存放区14,不同的分类垃圾存放区14用于盛装不同类别的垃圾,从而在同一桶体1内实现垃圾分类。根据具体的垃圾分类需要,可以设置相应数量的分隔件3;本实施例中以采用一件分隔件3将桶内空间分隔成两个分类垃圾存放区14(可分别用于盛装干垃圾和湿垃圾)为例,作进一步介绍。
如图4所示,本实施例的顶盖组件2包括与桶体1相铰接的大翻盖21,大翻 盖21上带有便于开合大翻盖21的把手21a,大翻盖21上形成有与桶体1内的分类垃圾存放区14一一对应的垃圾投放口21b。
在垃圾投放口21b的四周,大翻盖21的顶面形成有沉槽,该沉槽即为垃圾袋盒存放区21c,垃圾袋盒22即嵌装或放置在该沉槽内。为了确保垃圾袋盒22在垃圾袋盒存放区21c内保持位置稳定,该沉槽内还嵌装有处于垃圾袋盒22上方的压盖23。显然,垃圾袋盒22和压盖23上均形成有与垃圾投放口21b相应的通孔。
如图4和图8所示,顶盖组件2还包括与大翻盖21相连的小翻盖24,本实施例中,该小翻盖24与垃圾投放口21b是一一对应设置的,大翻盖21的两相对内周壁上成对地设置有滑槽21d,小翻盖24即滑动安装在相应的一对滑槽21d内。
垃圾袋盒22里装载的是无断点式垃圾袋,将垃圾袋置入分类垃圾存放区14后,需要采用垃圾袋敞开机构4驱使垃圾袋外周贴近桶体1内壁,以避免垃圾袋与桶体1之间因间隙过大而影响垃圾投放。
如图5所示,本实施例的垃圾袋敞开机构4包括安装在隔板31顶沿的第二触控开关41,该第二触控开关41靠近大翻盖21的把手21a侧且与电控单元(安装在分割件14内的装配型腔内,图中未示出)电连接,当大翻盖21盖上时,第二触控开关41与大翻盖21接触而产生控制信号;隔板31内还安装有负压吸风单元42,该负压吸风单元42可以采用负压风机42a(安装在分割件14内的装配型腔内),负压风机42a也与电控单元电连接。负压风机42a的数量是与分类垃圾存放区14一一对应的,且隔板31上开设有与负压风机42a一一对应的吸风口31a,该吸风口31a朝向相应的分类垃圾存放区14,而桶体1上则开设有出风口15。桶体1外侧还设有与电控单元相连通的电源开关43和充电接口17。
当大翻盖21盖在桶体1上时,大翻盖21与第二触控开关41接触而产生控制信号,电控单元接收该控制信号后,即启动负压风机42a,负压风机42a带走垃圾袋外侧与桶体1内壁之间的空气,使垃圾袋吸附在桶体1内壁上。
待垃圾袋里装满垃圾后,需要利用垃圾袋切割机构5将盛装有垃圾的垃圾袋部分与垃圾袋主体切割分离,以便将盛装有垃圾的垃圾袋打包取出。
如图6所示、结合图3和图5可见,本实施例的垃圾袋切割机构5包括刀座51,该刀座51处于分隔件3的顶面,自分隔件3的顶面嵌入分隔件3的装配空 腔内。刀座上上开设有切割槽位51a,隔板31上则形成有与切割槽位51a相贯通的贯穿槽31b,切割槽位51a的底部安装有切刀52。当需要切割垃圾袋时,将垃圾袋拉入切割槽位51a内,利用切刀52进行切割即可。
为了避免垃圾袋误入切割槽位51a而被切刀52刮破,切割槽位51a的槽宽度是相对较窄的,确保垃圾袋不会自由进入切割槽位51a。不过,为了在切割时方便操作,因此切割槽位51a还带有便于垃圾袋纳入的第一扩口部51b。显然,切刀52应当不处于该第一扩口部51b内。同时,如图6所示,切刀52的刀刃倾斜设置在切割槽位51a的两相对侧壁之间。倾斜设置的刀刃不仅增大了刀刃与垃圾袋的接触面积,而且在将垃圾袋按下的过程中,垃圾袋能够沿刀刃自上至下地滑动,提高切割效率。
本实施例垃圾桶的工作原理为:
使用前,打开小翻盖24,取出压盖23,将新的垃圾袋盒22置入大翻盖21的沉槽内,而后嵌入压盖23,盖上小翻盖24。
使用时,打开电源开关43,此时大翻盖21盖在桶体1上,与第二触控开关41接触而产生控制信号,电控单元接收该控制信号后即启动负压风机42a,负压风机42a带走垃圾袋外侧与桶体1内壁之间的空气,使垃圾袋吸附在桶体1内壁上。
当需要投放垃圾时,根据小翻盖24上的指示标志打开相应的小翻盖24,将垃圾投入相应的分类垃圾存放区14;待分类垃圾存放区14内装满垃圾后,打开大翻盖21,将一手抓紧盛装有垃圾的垃圾袋部分,另一手抓紧垃圾袋主体,而后将垃圾袋压入切割槽位51a内,使盛装有垃圾的垃圾袋部分与垃圾袋主体切割分离,而后分别将取出的垃圾袋部分的切口扎紧、将仍处于桶体1内的垃圾袋主体的切口扎紧。重新盖上大翻盖21,触发第二触控开关41,负压风机42a再次启动,再次将垃圾袋吸入至贴紧桶体1内壁。
如图7所示,本实施例的垃圾桶,包括桶体,如图7和图9所示,本实施例一种垃圾桶,包括桶体1以及与桶体1相铰接配合的顶盖组件2,该桶体的结构与实施例1相同,顶盖组件2的结构也与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于,如图8所示,小翻盖24与大翻盖21是相互铰接配合的,且可以只设置一个小翻盖24来覆盖几个垃圾投放口。
同时,为了在特定的使用场景下增加桶体1所处的高度,可以在桶体1底部 设置可拆卸的支撑机构7,该支撑机构7包括支撑座71以及竖直安装在支撑座71和底座11之间的四根支撑杆72。此外,在支撑座71和底座11之间还形成了额外的容置空间73,在该容置空间73内可以放置副垃圾桶74,增加垃圾桶收集的垃圾容量。
本实施例的桶体1内同样设有与实施例1中相同的垃圾袋敞口机构4和垃圾袋切割机构5。
如图10和图11所示,本实施例一种垃圾桶,包括桶体1以及与桶体1相铰接配合的顶盖组件2,该顶盖组件2能够相对于桶体1发生翻转,以打开或关闭桶体1。
本实施例中,桶体1可以是由底座11、四块立面侧板12和四块弧形连接板13拼接而成的,此时,立面侧板12和弧形连接板13均可拆卸地安装在底座11上,立面侧板12和弧形连接板13同样相互拼接,并合围形成桶内空间。当然,桶体1也可以做成不可拆卸式的。
本实施例中,桶体1内还设有分隔件3,该分割件3包括相对设置且固定连接的两块隔板31,两块隔板31之间围合成装配型腔,在该装配型腔内能够隐藏安装一些零部件。
分隔件3能够将桶内空间分隔成相互独立的分类垃圾存放区14,不同的分类垃圾存放区14用于盛装不同类别的垃圾,从而在同一桶体1内实现垃圾分类。根据具体的垃圾分类需要,可以设置相应数量的分隔件3;本实施例中以采用一块分隔件3将桶内空间分隔成两个分类垃圾存放区14(可分别用于盛装干垃圾和湿垃圾)为例,作进一步介绍。
如图12所示,本实施例的顶盖组件2包括与桶体1相铰接的大翻盖21,大翻盖21上带有便于开合大翻盖21的把手21a,大翻盖21上形成有与桶体1内的分类垃圾存放区14一一对应的垃圾投放口21b。
在垃圾投放口21b的四周,大翻盖21的顶面形成有沉槽,该沉槽即为垃圾袋盒存放区21c,垃圾袋盒22即嵌装或放置在该沉槽内。为了确保垃圾袋盒22在垃圾袋盒存放区21c内保持位置稳定,该沉槽内还嵌装有处于垃圾袋盒22上方的压盖23。显然,垃圾袋盒22和压盖23上均形成有与垃圾投放口21b相应的通孔。
如图12所示,顶盖组件2还包括与大翻盖21相连的小翻盖24,本实施例中, 该小翻盖24是与垃圾投放口21b一一对应设置的,大翻盖21的两相对内周壁上成对地设置有滑槽21d,小翻盖24即滑动安装在相应的一对滑槽21d内。
垃圾袋盒22里装载的是无断点式垃圾袋,将垃圾袋置入分类垃圾存放区14后,需要采用垃圾袋敞开机构4驱使垃圾袋外周贴近桶体1内壁,以避免垃圾袋与桶体1之间因间隙过大而影响垃圾投放。
如图12所示,本实施例的垃圾袋敞开机构4包括安装在分隔件3顶沿的第二触控开关41,该第二触控开关41靠近大翻盖21的把手21a侧且与电控单元(安装在分割件3内的装配型腔内,图中未示出)电连接,当大翻盖21盖上时,第二触控开关41与大翻盖21接触而产生控制信号;分隔件3内还安装有负压吸风单元42,该负压吸风单元42可以采用负压风机42a(安装在分割件3内的装配型腔内),负压风机42a也与电控单元电连接。负压风机42a的数量是与分类垃圾存放区14一一对应的,且隔板31上开设有与负压风机42a一一对应的吸风口31a,各吸风口31a朝向相应的分类垃圾存放区14,而桶体1上则开设有与负压风机42a相连的出风口15。桶体1外侧还设有与电控单元相连通的电源开关43和充电接口17。
当大翻盖21盖在桶体1上时,大翻盖21与第二触控开关41接触而产生控制信号,电控单元接收该控制信号后,即启动负压风机42a,负压风机42a带走垃圾袋外侧与桶体1内壁之间的空气,使垃圾袋吸附在桶体1内壁上。
待垃圾袋里装满垃圾后,需要利用垃圾袋切割机构5将盛装有垃圾的垃圾袋部分与垃圾袋主体切割分离,以便将盛装有垃圾的垃圾袋打包取出。
如图13所示、结合图12可见,本实施例的垃圾袋切割机构5包括刀座51,该刀座51嵌装在分隔件3顶沿。刀座51上开设有切割槽位51a,两块隔板31上均则形成有与切割槽位51a相贯通的贯穿槽31b,切割槽位51a的底部安装有切刀52。当需要切割垃圾袋时,将垃圾袋拉入切割槽位51a内,利用切刀52进行切割即可。
为了避免垃圾袋误入切割槽位51a而被切刀52刮破,切割槽位51a的槽宽度是相对较窄的,确保垃圾袋不会自由进入切割槽位51a。不过,为了在切割时方便操作,因此切割槽位51a的开口端还带有便于垃圾袋纳入的第一扩口部51b。显然,切刀52应当不处于该第一扩口部51b内。同时,如图13所示,切刀52的刀刃倾斜设置在切割槽位51a的两相对侧壁之间。倾斜设置的刀刃不仅增大了 刀刃与垃圾袋的接触面积,而且在将垃圾袋按下的过程中,垃圾袋能够沿刀刃自上至下地滑动,提高切割效率。
切割完成后,可以采用垃圾袋热封机构6对盛装有垃圾的垃圾袋部分的袋口,以及垃圾袋主体底端的切口进行热封。
如图14和图15所示、结合图12可见,本实施例中的垃圾袋热封机构6包括嵌装在分隔件3顶沿的热封座61,热封座61在分割件3顶沿的嵌装位置与刀座相邻,便于在切割完成后及时地热封。
热封座61上形成有贯穿热封座61的热封槽位61a,而隔板31上则同样地开设有与热封槽位61a相贯通的贯穿槽31c。如图15所示,热封座61也是由两块相对设置的型板61b固定连接而成的,两块型板61b之间形成有与热封槽位61a相连通的容置空间61c。在该容置空间61c内设有分别处于热封槽位61a两侧的加热组件62和压合组件63,其中,加热组件62的位置是固定的,而压合组件63能够在垃圾袋的挤压下向加热组件62移动,从而将纳入热封槽位61a内的垃圾袋夹紧在压合组件63和加热组件62之间,实现对垃圾袋的热封。
其中,加热组件62包括与固定安装在热封座61上的隔热件62a,该隔热件62a朝向压合组件63的一侧设有加热片62b,该加热片62b与电控单元电连接;隔热件62a能够隔绝或减弱加热片62b与热封座61之间的热量传递,确保加热片62b保持足够的热量以确保热封效率。
如图15所示,本实施例中,压合组件63包括呈L型的摆动件63a,L型摆动件63a的固定端与热封座61相铰接,L型摆动件63a的自由摆臂则处于与加热组件62相对的位置;该自由摆臂朝向加热片62b的一侧还设有导热片63b,导热片63b使得加热片62b散发的热量能够快速地通过垃圾袋传递到导热片63b上,进一步提高热封效率。
如图15所示,在L型摆动件63a的拐角处,热封座61上还安装有第一触控开关64,当L型摆动件63a的自由摆臂摆动至与加热组件62相接触时,L型摆动件63a也与第一触控开关64相接触从而产生控制信号发送给电控单元,电控单元即启动加热组件62。
在没有外力作用下,摆动件63a是远离加热组件62的,在摆动件63a与热封座61的铰接点66处设置有第一弹性结构67可以是扭簧,以便使摆动件63a保持着远离加热组件62和第一触控开关64摆动趋势。
如图15所示,L型摆动件63a的自由摆臂两侧(或其中一侧)上带有延伸至热封槽位61a内的挡块63c,挡块63c一方面对垃圾袋的移动行程终点进行限定,同时实现了垃圾袋与摆动件63a之间的传动。该挡块63c延伸至隔热件62a的侧方,且挡块63c上形成有驱使沿热封槽位61a下压的垃圾袋向摆动件63a一侧靠近的导向斜面63d。
而如图14所示,热封槽位61a的开口端带有第二扩口部61d,且其底端则带有向加热组件62一侧倾斜的折弯部61e。当垃圾袋沿经第二扩口部61d进入热封槽位61a并沿热封槽位61a下压的过程中,垃圾袋先沿导向斜面63d滑入摆动件63a与挡块63c形成的夹弯里,既避免垃圾袋滑脱摆动件63a和挡块63c,又能够增大下压的垃圾袋施加在摆动件63a上的作用力;当垃圾袋沿着热封槽位61a滑入其底端的折弯部61e内时,垃圾袋同时也会挤压导向斜面63d,使摆动件63a和挡块63c更加靠近加热组件62,进一步夹紧垃圾袋,提高热封效率。
当垃圾袋滑至折弯部61e的底端时,L型摆动件63a即与第一触控开关64相接触。
本实施例垃圾桶的工作原理为:
使用前,打开小翻盖24,取出压盖23,将新的垃圾袋盒22置入大翻盖21的沉槽内,而后嵌入压盖23,盖上小翻盖24。
使用时,打开电源开关43,此时大翻盖21盖在桶体1上,与触控开关41接触而产生控制信号,电控单元接收该控制信号后即启动负压风机42a,负压风机42a带走垃圾袋外侧与桶体1内壁之间的空气,使垃圾袋吸附在桶体1内壁上。
当需要投放垃圾时,根据小翻盖24上的指示标志打开相应的小翻盖24,将垃圾投入相应的分类垃圾存放区15;待分类垃圾存放区15内装满垃圾后,打开大翻盖21,将一手抓紧盛装有垃圾的垃圾袋部分,另一手抓紧垃圾袋主体,而后将垃圾袋压入U型切割槽位51a内,使盛装有垃圾的垃圾袋部分与垃圾袋主体切割分离。
切割完毕后,盛装有垃圾的垃圾袋可以直接取出,手动扎起袋口;也可以采用垃圾袋热封机构6封口。封口时,将垃圾袋的袋口沿热封槽位61a下压,当垃圾袋接触挡块63c后,沿挡块63c上的导向斜面63d滑入摆动件63a与挡块63c形成的夹弯里,并带动摆动件63a克服扭簧的压力,向加热片62b一侧摆动;当垃圾袋沿着热封槽位61a滑入其底端的折弯部61e内时,垃圾袋同时也会挤压导 向斜面63d,使摆动件63a更加靠近加热片62b,直至导热片63b和加热片62b夹紧垃圾袋;此时摆动件63a也触发第一触控开关64,第一触控开关64向电控单元发送控制信号,电控单元接收第一触控开关64发出的控制信号并根据该控制信号为加热片62b加热,实现对垃圾袋的热封。盛装有垃圾的垃圾袋热封完成后,采用同样的方法将垃圾袋主体底端的切口进行热封。
热封完成后,重新盖上大翻盖21,触发第二触控开关41,负压风机42a再次启动,再次将垃圾袋吸入至贴紧桶体1内壁,为新一轮的垃圾投放作好准备。
如图16和图18所示,本实施例一种垃圾桶,包括桶体1以及与桶体1相铰接配合的顶盖组件2,该桶体的结构与实施例1相同,顶盖组件2的结构也与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于,如图17所示,小翻盖24与大翻盖21是相互铰接配合的,且可以只设置一个小翻盖24来覆盖几个垃圾投放口。
同时,为了在特定的使用场景下增加桶体1所处的高度,可以在桶体1底部设置可拆卸的支撑机构7,该支撑机构7包括支撑座71以及竖直安装在支撑座71和底座11之间的四根支撑杆72。此外,在支撑座71和底座11之间还形成了额外的容置空间73,在该容置空间73内可以放置副垃圾桶74,增加垃圾桶收集的垃圾容量。

如图19可见,本实施例的垃圾袋热封机构6包括嵌装在分隔件3顶沿的热封座61,本实施例中,热封座61与刀座是一体设置的,便于在切割完成后及时地热封。热封座61上形成有贯穿热封座61的热封槽位61a,而隔板31上则同样地开设有与热封槽位61a相贯通的贯穿槽31c。
如图20所示,热封座61也是由两块相对设置的型板61b固定连接而成的,两块型板61b之间形成有与热封槽位61a相连通的容置空间61c。在该容置空间61c内设有分别处于热封槽位61a两侧的加热组件62和压合组件63,其中,加热组件62的位置是固定的,而压合组件63能够在垃圾袋的挤压下向加热组件62移动,从而将纳入热封槽位61a内的垃圾袋夹紧在压合组件63和加热组件62之间,实现对垃圾袋的热封。
其中,如图21和图22所示,加热组件62包括与固定安装在热封座61上的隔热件62a,该隔热件62a朝向压合组件63的一侧设有加热片62b,该加热片 62b与电控单元电连接;隔热件62a能够隔绝或减弱加热片62b与热封座61之间的热量传递,确保加热片62b保持足够的热量以确保热封效率。
如图22所示、结合图19可见,本实施例中,压合组件63包括与加热组件62相对设置的第一平移件63e,第一平移件63e朝向加热片62b的一侧设有导热片63b,该第一平移件63e上连接有使第一平移件63e具有远离加热组件62移动趋势的第二弹性结构(图中未示出)。本实施例中,该第二弹性结构可以是抵接在第一平移件63e和隔热件62a之间的压簧,第一平移件63e和隔热件62a上均形成有用于容纳该压簧的沉槽63f。
本实施例的压合组件63还包括第二平移件63g,该第二平移件63g围设于隔热件62a和第一平移件63e外周,在竖直方向上,第二平移件63g与隔热件62a和第一平移件63e均滑动配合。套设在第一平移件63e的第二平移件63g能够确保第一平移件63e在受力后仅能向加热片62b一侧移动。
如图20所示,第二平移件63g上同样开设有与热封槽位61a相贯通的贯穿槽63h,但该贯穿槽63h的深度较浅,如此在确保垃圾袋能够进入热封槽位61a的同时,贯穿槽63h也作为阻挡件,对垃圾袋形成限位,当垃圾袋压入热封槽位61a时,垃圾袋会同步挤压该贯穿槽的底部,将第二平移件63g下压。在第二平移件63g的底部,该热封座61上固定安装有第一触控开关64,第二平移件63g上连接有使第二平移件63g具有远离第一触控开关64移动趋势的第三弹性结构(图中未示出);本实施例中,该第三弹性结构为抵接在第二平移件63g和热封座61之间的压簧,第二平移件63g的底部也形成有用于容纳该压簧的沉槽63i。
本实施例中,第二平移件63g的移动方向与第一平移件63e的移动方向相互垂直,即第一平移件63e是水平移动的,第二平移件63g是垂直升降的,第二平移件63g和第一平移件63e之间设有传动结构65,通过传动结构65将第二平移件63g移动产生的压力传动给第一平移件63e。如图22所示,该传动结构65包括设于第一平移件63e背向加热组件62一侧的第一楔形斜面65a,第二平移件63g上则形成有与该第一楔形斜面65a相抵触的第二楔形斜面65b。
本实施例垃圾桶的工作原理为:
使用前,打开小翻盖24,取出压盖23,将新的垃圾袋盒22置入大翻盖21的沉槽内,而后嵌入压盖23,盖上小翻盖24。
使用时,打开电源开关43,此时大翻盖21盖在桶体1上,与触控开关41 接触而产生控制信号,电控单元接收该控制信号后即启动负压风机42a,负压风机42a带走垃圾袋外侧与桶体1内壁之间的空气,使垃圾袋吸附在桶体1内壁上。
当需要投放垃圾时,根据小翻盖24上的指示标志打开相应的小翻盖24,将垃圾投入相应的分类垃圾存放区15;待分类垃圾存放区15内装满垃圾后,打开大翻盖21,将一手抓紧盛装有垃圾的垃圾袋部分,另一手抓紧垃圾袋主体,而后将垃圾袋压入U型切割槽位51a内,使盛装有垃圾的垃圾袋部分与垃圾袋主体切割分离。
切割完毕后,盛装有垃圾的垃圾袋可以直接取出,手动扎起袋口;也可以采用垃圾袋热封机构6封口。封口时,将垃圾袋的袋口沿热封槽位61a下压,当垃圾袋接触到贯穿槽的槽底时,第二平移件63g克服拉簧的弹力,随垃圾袋同步下行;第二平移件63g下行时,第二楔形斜面65b向下挤压第一楔形斜面65a,则第一平移件63e克服压簧的弹力向加热组件62一侧移动;当导热片63b与加热片62b将垃圾袋夹紧时,第二平移件63g也下行至与第一触控开关64接触,第一触控开关64即向电控单元发出控制信号,电控单元接收第一触控开关64发出的控制信号并根据该控制信号为加热片62b加热,实现对垃圾袋的热封。盛装有垃圾的垃圾袋热封完成后,采用同样的方法将垃圾袋主体底端的切口进行热封。
热封完成后,重新盖上大翻盖21,触发第二触控开关41,负压风机42a再次启动,再次将垃圾袋吸入至贴紧桶体1内壁,为新一轮的垃圾投放作好准备。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种低成本垃圾桶,包括桶体(1),所述的桶体(1)顶面设有顶盖组件(2),其特征在于,所述的顶盖组件(2)包括与桶体(1)相铰接的大翻盖(21),所述的大翻盖(21)上形成有垃圾投放口(21b)以及处于垃圾投放口(21b)四周的垃圾袋盒存放区(21c);
    所述的桶体(1)内安装有垃圾袋切割机构(5),所述的垃圾袋切割机构(5)用于将盛装有垃圾的垃圾袋部分与垃圾袋主体切割分离。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的低成本垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述的垃圾袋切割机构(5)包括固定安装在桶体(1)内的刀座(51),该刀座(51)上设有用于切割垃圾袋的切刀(52)以及刀刃保护结构。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的低成本垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述的刀刃保护结构为开设在刀座(51)上的切割槽位(51a),该切割槽位(51a)贯穿刀座(51),所述的切刀(52)安装在该切割槽位(51a)的底部。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的低成本垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述的切割槽位(51a)带有便于垃圾袋纳入的扩口部(51b)。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的低成本垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述的切刀(52)的刀刃倾斜设置在切割槽位(51a)的两相对侧壁之间。
  6. 如权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的低成本垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述的桶体(1)内还设有垃圾袋敞开机构(4),该垃圾袋敞开机构(4)用于驱使垃圾袋外周贴近桶体(1)内壁。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的低成本垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述的垃圾袋敞开机构(4)包括设置在桶体(1)内壁上的负压吸风单元(42),所述的桶体(1)顶面设有朝向大翻盖(21)的触控开关(41),该触控开关(41)与控制负压吸风单元(42)启停的电控单元电连接,所述的电控单元用于接收触控开关(41)因与大翻盖(21)接触而产生的控制信号并根据该控制信号控制负压吸风单元(42)开始工作。
  8. 如权利要求1-5和7中任意一项所述的低成本垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述的桶体(1)内设有分隔件(3),所述的分隔件(3)将桶内空间分隔成至少两个分类垃圾存放区(15),所述的大翻盖(21)上形成有与分类垃圾存放区(15)一一对应的垃圾投放口(21b);
    所述的垃圾袋切割机构(5)设置在该分隔件(3)的顶面。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的低成本垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述的顶盖组件(2)还包括与大翻盖(21)相连的小翻盖(24),该小翻盖(24)与垃圾投放口(21b)一一对应设置,每一小翻盖(24)均具有覆盖到垃圾投放口(21b)上的关闭位,以及移动至垃圾投放口(21b)侧方的垃圾投放位。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的低成本垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述的桶体(1)包括底座(11)和设于底座(11)顶面外周缘的若干立面侧板(12),相邻的立面侧板(12)之间通过弧形连接板(13)相连,所述的立面侧板(12)和弧形连接板(13)均可拆卸地拼接在底座(11)上。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的低成本垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述的桶体(1)内设有至少用于对垃圾袋主体的底端开口进行热封的垃圾袋热封机构(6)。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述的垃圾袋热封机构(6)包括固定安装在桶体(1)内的热封座(61),所述的热封座(61)上形成有贯穿热封座(61)的热封槽位(61a);在所述的热封座(61)内设有分别处于热封槽位(61a)两侧的加热组件(62)和压合组件(63),所述的压合组件(63)具有远离加热组件(62)的热封等待位,以及受处于热封槽位(61a)的垃圾袋挤压而将垃圾袋压合在加热组件(62)和压合组件(63)之间的热封位;
    所述的热封座(61)内设有第一触控开关(64),该第一触控开关(64)与控制加热组件(62)工作的电控单元电连接,所述的电控单元用于接收第一触控开关(64)因与处于热封位的压合组件(63)相接触而产生的控制信号并根据该控制信号控制加热组件(62)开始工作。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述的压合组件(63)包括摆动件(63a),该摆动件(63a)的其中一端与热封座(61)相铰接,所述的摆动件(63a)上连接有使摆动件(63a)具有远离加热组件(62)和第一触控开关(64)摆动趋势的第一弹性结构(67);
    所述的摆动件(63a)上带有跨过热封槽位(61a)向加热组件(62)侧延伸的挡块(63c),沿热封槽位(61a)下压的垃圾袋向所述的挡块(63c)上施加抵消所述摆动趋势的作用力。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述的第一弹性结构(67) 包括设置在摆动件(63a)和热封座(61)的铰接点(66)处的扭簧;或者,所述的第一弹性结构(67)包括拉簧,该拉簧的两端分别与摆动件(63a)和热封座(61)相连。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述的挡块(63c)自摆动件(63a)延伸至加热组件(62)的侧方,该挡块(63c)上形成有驱使沿热封槽位(61a)下压的垃圾袋向摆动件(63a)一侧靠近的导向斜面(63d);所述的热封槽位(61a)的底端带有朝加热组件(62)一侧倾斜设置的折弯部(61e)。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述的压合组件(63)包括与加热组件(62)相对设置的第一平移件(63e),该第一平移件(63e)上连接有使第一平移件(63e)具有远离加热组件(62)移动趋势的第二弹性结构;
    所述的压合组件(63)还包括第二平移件(63g),该第二平移件(63g)上连接有使第二平移件(63g)具有远离第一触控开关(64)移动趋势的第三弹性结构;该第二平移件(63g)的移动方向与第一平移件(63e)的移动方向相互垂直,所述的第二平移件(63g)和第一平移件(63e)之间设有传动结构(65);
    所述的第二平移件(63g)带有跨过热封槽位(61a)向加热组件侧延伸的阻挡件,沿热封槽位(61a)下压的垃圾袋向所述的阻挡件施加抵消第二平移件(63g)移动趋势的作用力。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述的传动结构(65)包括设于第一平移件(63e)背向加热组件(62)一侧的第一楔形斜面(65a),所述的第二平移件(63g)上形成有与该第一楔形斜面(65a)相抵触的第二楔形斜面(65b)。
  18. 如权利要求12所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述的加热组件(62)包括固定安装在热封座(61)上的隔热件(62a),该隔热件(62a)朝向压合组件(63)的一侧设有加热片(62b),所述的压合组件(63)朝向加热片(62b)的一侧设有导热片(63b)。
