本实施例的工作原理是:拖把杆1通过连接部3的旋转轴32 和第二固定轴33与拖布支架2和转向复位组件5连接。所述的复位组件52在不受外力时始终顶压于凸轮51的限位平面上,拖布支架2可以稳定的进行清洁,当拖布支架2受周向转动方向的外力时,拖布支架2以连接部3轴线为中心转动,复位弹簧521发生形变,凸轮压块522随限位环523相对凸轮51转动,即复位组件52从限位平面512向导向弧面511移动,保证拖布支架2的相对稳定。当外力消失时,复位弹簧521产生的作用力使得复位组件52向限位平面512复位,从而带动拖布支架2复位。

尽管本文较多地使用了拖把杆1、拖布支架2、连接部3、转向复位组件5、拖布转向盘4、凸轮51、复位组件52、导向弧面511、限位平面512、复位弹簧521、凸轮压块522、限位环523、定位槽524、旋转定位块513、配合槽513a、旋转固定件41、十字槽411、导向块412、第一固定轴31、旋转轴32、第二固定轴33等术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本实用新型的本质,把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本实用新型精神相违背的。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种万向拖把,包括拖把杆(1)、拖布支架(2),其特征在于:所述的拖把杆(1)与拖布支架(2)之间设有连接部(3),所述的拖把杆(1)与连接部(3)铰接,所述的连接部(3)与拖布支架(2)之间周向转动连接,所述的连接部(3)与拖布支架(2)之间设有转向复位组件(5),且当拖布支架(2)受周向转动方向的外力时,拖布支架(2)可以连接部(3)轴线为中心转动,当拖布支架(2)解除周向转动方向外力时所述的拖布支架(2)可在转向复位组件(5)的作用下复位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种万向拖把,其特征在于:所述的连接部(3)与拖布支架之间还设有拖布转向盘(4),所述的拖布转向盘(4)和拖布支架(2)周向转动连接,所述的拖把杆(1)和拖布支架(2)通过拖布转向盘(4)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种万向拖把,其特征在于:所述的转向复位组件(5)包括凸轮(51)和复位组件(52),所述的凸轮(51)和拖布转向盘(4)固定连接,所述的凸轮(51)上包括导向弧面(511)和限位平面(512),所述的复位组件(52)具有始终顶压于凸轮(51)外表面的趋势,所述的复位组件(52)在不受外力时始终顶压于凸轮(51)的限位平面上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种万向拖把,其特征在于:所述的导向弧面(511)和限位平面(512)数量均不小于2个,所述的2个复位组件(52)对称设置在拖布支架(2)轴心线两侧,所述的复位组件(52)包括若干复位弹簧(521),所述的复位弹簧(521)一端与凸轮(51)相接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种万向拖把,其特征在于:所述的复位组件(52)还包括凸轮压块(522)和限位环(523),所述的凸轮压块(522)设置在复位弹簧(521)靠近凸轮(51)的一端,所述的限位环(523)与复位弹簧(521)相配合,所述的限位环(523)与凸轮压块(522)固定连接,所述的限位环(523) 的长度短于复位弹簧(521)的长度。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种万向拖把,其特征在于:所述的复位组件(52)还包括定位槽(524),所述的定位槽(524)设置在复位弹簧(521)远离凸轮(51)的一端,所述的定位槽(524)与限位环(523)滑动连接,所述的定位槽(524)在与限位环(523)相接的一端还设置让位槽。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种万向拖把,其特征在于:所述的复位组件(52)包括不少于两根复位弹簧(521),所述的不少于两根的复位弹簧(521)均与1个凸轮压块(522)相连,所述的凸轮压块(522)与复位弹簧(521)相连的一侧设置若干弹簧定位块。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种万向拖把,其特征在于:所述的凸轮压块(522)包括对称设置的2个限位弧面(511)和2个导向平面(512),所述的2个导向平面(512)之间通过限位弧面(511)相连,所诉的2个限位弧面(511)之间的距离大于2个导向平面(512)之间的距离。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种万向拖把,其特征在于:所述的拖布支架(2)沿复位弹簧(521)轴向的截面为梯形,所述的定位槽(524)远离凸轮(51)的一端凸起于拖布支架(2)上表面。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的一种万向拖把,其特征在于:所述的凸轮(51)与拖布转向盘(4)相接的一面的轴心处设置旋转定位块(513),所述的旋转定位块(513)设置与连接部(3)未和拖把杆(1)相连的一端相配合的配合槽(513a)。
