背景技术
交流电机是用于实现机械能和交流电能相互转换的机械。由于交流电力系统的巨大发展,交流电机已成为最常用的电机。交流电机与直流电机相比,由于没有换向器(见直流电机的换向),因此结构简单,制造方便,比较牢固,容易做成高转速、高电压、大电流、大容量的电机。
现有的交流电机底部均固定安装有支座,通过支座给予电机支撑,便于整体安装固定到指定安装位置上,这类支座结构较为单一,虽然制造成本低,但是支撑效果差,不能很好地稳定住电机,影响了电机的使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,提供一种装配有固定支架的交流电机,结构新颖,稳定性高,使用可靠,实用性强。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种装配有固定支架的交流电机,包括电机本体,其特征在于:电机本体上套设有固定支架,固定支架包括支撑板、固定环和弧形加固板,弧形加固板对称分布在固定环之间,支撑板与固定环之间设有固定板,固定环固定在电机本体的外侧,弧形加固板上设有弹性支撑件,弹性支撑件给予电机本体支撑;该交流电机结构新颖,稳定性高,使用可靠,实用性强。
进一步,弹性支撑件包括压簧和承载板,压簧设于承载板与弧形加固板之间,承载板抵住电机本体的外壁,通过压簧产生的反弹力施加在承载板上,使得承载板给予电机本体持续支撑,稳定住电机本体,防止其晃动,提高其稳定性,多个方向同时作用,支撑效果好。
进一步,弧形加固板上均匀分布有通气槽,通气槽位于弹性支撑件之间,便于空气流通,不影响电机本体的散热。
进一步,支撑板与弧形加固板之间设有斜支撑筋,支撑板通过斜支撑筋给予弧形加固板支撑,提高了弧形加固板的抗压强度,使其通过弹性支撑件能够给予电机本体更好地支撑作用,多点支撑,整体更加稳定。
进一步,斜支撑筋之间设有加固杆,将两根斜支撑筋连成一体,受力更均匀,提高了抗荷载强度。
进一步,固定环的外侧设有延伸边,增加了固定环与电机本体的接触面积,从而提高了连接强度,不容易脱开。
进一步,支撑板上设有安装沉孔,向安装沉孔内穿钉,可将整体固定到指定的安装位置上,提高了安装的便捷性。

固定支架通过固定环固定支撑电机本体,防止电机本体自由晃动,减小振动带来的影响,提高其稳定性,支撑板通过固定板给予固定环支撑,提高了固定环的抗压强度,不容易受压变形;弹性支撑件通过压簧产生的反弹力施加在承载板上,使得承载板给予电机本体持续支撑,稳定住电机本体,防止其晃动,提高其稳定性,多个方向同时作用,支撑效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,为本实用新型一种装配有固定支架的交流电机,包括电机本体1,电机本体1上套设有固定支架,固定支架包括支撑板2、固定环3和弧形加固板4,弧形加固板4对称分布在固定环3之间,支撑板2与固定环3之间设有固定板5,固定环3固定连接在电机本体1的外侧,固定环3固定支撑电机本体1,防止电机本体1自由晃动,减小振动带来的影响,提高其稳定性,支撑板2通过固定板5给予固定环3支撑,提高了固定环3的抗压强度,不容易受压变形。固定环3的外侧设有延伸边6,增加了固定环3与电机本体1的接触面积,从而提高了连接强度,不容易脱开。支撑板2上设有安装沉孔7,向安装沉孔7内穿钉,可将整体固定到指定的安装位置上,提高了安装的便捷性。
弧形加固板4上设有弹性支撑件8,弹性支撑件8包括压簧9和承载板10,压簧9设于承载板10与弧形加固板4之间,承载板10抵住电机本体1的外壁,通过压簧9产生的反弹力施加在承载板10上,使得承载板10给予电机本体1持续支撑,稳定住电机本体1,防止其晃动,提高其稳定性,多个方向同时作用,支撑效果好。
弧形加固板4上均匀分布有通气槽11,通气槽11位于弹性支撑件8之间,便于空气流通,不影响电机本体1的散热,且节省了材料,降低了成本。支撑板2与弧形加固板4之间设有斜支撑筋12,支撑板2通过斜支撑筋12给予弧形加固板4支撑,提高了弧形加固板4的抗压强度,使其通过弹性支撑件8能够给予电机本体1更好地支撑作用,多点支撑,整体更加稳定。斜支撑筋12之间设有加固杆13,将两根斜支撑筋12连成一体,受力更均匀,提高了抗荷载强度。
