为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,本实用新型实施例提供了一种用于吸尘器的地刷,包含:底座,所述底座设有吸尘口;进风罩,所述进风罩与所述底座相连并限定出腔室,气流可由所述吸尘口进入所述腔室;滚刷,所述滚刷可滚动 地设于所述腔室内;所述地刷还包含:上盖,所述上盖与所述进风罩限定出安装腔;灯板,所述灯板倾斜设置于所述安装腔,且所述灯板的出光面倾斜朝向所述地刷的前进方向。
进一步地,所述进风罩和/或所述上盖设有限位结构,所述限位结构与所述灯板配合以固定所述灯板。
进一步地,所述限位结构包含第一限位部,所述第一限位部设置于所述进风罩,所述第一限位部与所述灯板的出光面接触以支撑所述灯板。
进一步地,所述灯板包含多个灯,所述上盖或所述进风罩的至少一部分设置成允许所述灯的出射光从中通过,所述进风罩还包含透光部,所述灯的出射光可穿过所述透光部,所述第一限位部设于所述透光部与所述灯板之间。
进一步地,所述第一限位部构造为弧形筋板,所述灯板的所述出光面与所述弧形筋板接触。
进一步地,所述限位结构还包含第二限位部,所述第二限位部设置于所述上盖,所述第二限位部推抵所述灯板的与所述出光面朝向相反的背光面,所述上盖的内表面与所述灯板的上端面接触。
进一步地,所述第二限位部构造为弧形筋板,所述灯板的上端面与所述背光面限定出第一棱边,所述弧形筋板与所述第一棱边接触。
进一步地,所述限位结构还包含第三限位部,所述第三限位部设置于所述进风罩,且所述第三限位部可与所述灯板的侧面接触。
进一步地,所述限位结构还包含第四限位部,所述第四限位部设置于所述进风罩,所述灯板的下端面与所述背光面限定出第二棱边,所述第四限位部与所述第二棱边接触。
为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,本实用新型实施例提供了一种吸尘器,所述吸尘器包含上述任一用于吸尘器的地刷。
本实用新型的有益效果如下:
利用上盖与进风罩限定出的安装腔来收纳灯板,并且灯板倾斜安置,使得 在有效利用设计空间的同时,能够保证灯板上的带电体与进风罩或上盖的绝缘距离,提高安全性。
进一步地,将灯板倾斜设置于安装腔中,且灯板的出光面倾斜朝向所述地刷的前进方向,以此,灯的出射光可照亮更大范围的待清洁区域。
进一步地,所述进风罩和/或所述上盖设有限位结构,所述限位结构与所述灯板配合以固定所述灯板,本实用新型的地刷仅通过进风罩及上盖,便使得灯板稳定地倾斜设置于安装腔中,而无需额外设置固定灯板的零件,以此,简化了地刷的结构,节约了成本。
进一步地,所述第一限位部及所述第二限位部均构造为弧形筋板,且所述弧形筋板与所述灯板的棱边接触以实现所述灯板的固定,以此,所述限位结构与所述灯板的接触面积小,所述灯板的前后留有较大的走线空间,避免了灯板上的电线等带电体与进风罩或上盖直接接触,提高安全性。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”等的特征可以明示或隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种用于吸尘器的地刷,其中,所述吸尘器在本实施例中具体为立式吸尘器,用户可推动立式吸尘器移动以进行作业。需要注意的是,在其他实施例中,所述吸尘器也可以是手持吸尘器,用户可握持吸尘器,并通过地刷进行桌面,墙角等区域的清洁,当然,所述吸尘器也可以是其他类型的,这里不再赘述。
请参考图1,所述吸尘器包含地刷1、基座2、吸尘装置3及手柄4。所述 吸尘装置3可拆卸地安装于所述基座2,以此,当所述吸尘装置3与所述基座2相连时,用户可以通过所述地刷1对家庭地面进行全面清扫,清洁效率高;若用户仅需对一个面积较小或不适于所述地刷1工作的区域进行清扫,用户可以从所述基座2上取下所述吸尘装置3,手持所述吸尘装置3进行清洁作业,从而用户可以根据具体情况选择合适的清洁方式,更为快速地进行家庭房间的清扫,提高了用户体验。所述手柄4通过导管6与所述基座2相连,以此,用户可通过所述手柄4携带所述吸尘器进行清洁作业,清洁作业更为方便。
所述吸尘装置3包含工作组件(未图示),在本实施例中,所述工作组件包含叶轮(未图示)及电机(未图示),所述电机可驱动叶轮转动以在所述吸尘装置3内产生负压,并引起含尘气流进入所述吸尘装置3。具体来说,所述吸尘装置3至少包含第一工作状态及第二工作状态,所述吸尘装置3处于所述第一工作状态时,所述吸尘装置3安装于所述基座2,所述地刷1与所述吸尘装置3共同工作,含尘气流由所述地刷1进入所述基座2后,先通过所述导管6,再由软管5进入所述吸尘装置3,以此用户可通过地刷1快速地进行清洁作业;所述吸尘装置3处于所述第二状态时,所述吸尘装置3与所述基座2分离,所述含尘气流直接由吸尘装置3的吸口(未图示)进入所述吸尘装置3,以此用户可根据需要,从所述基座2上取下所述吸尘装置3,并携带吸尘装置3进行清洁作业。需要注意的是,在其他实施例中,所述吸尘装置3还包含第三工作状态,所述手柄4连接有吸嘴(未图示),当所述吸尘装置3处于所述第三工作状态时,用户可同时通过所述吸嘴及所述地刷1进行清洁作业,以此,清洁效率更高。
请具体参考图2-图10,所述地刷1包含主体10,所述主体10包含吸尘口11及出风口12,含尘气流可由所述吸尘口11进入所述主体10,并由所述出风口12离开所述主体10。具体地,所述主体10包含底座13及安装于所述底座13上方的进风罩14,所述进风罩14与所述底座13相连并限定出腔室17。所述吸尘口11设置于所述底座13,所述第一腔室17的远离所述吸尘口11的一 端还设有出风口12,所述出风口12内设有连接管30,含尘气流可由所述吸尘口11进入所述第一腔室17,并由所述连接管30离开所述地刷1。进一步地,在本实施例中,所述连接管30与所述基座2相连,则所述含尘气流由所述连接管30进入所述基座2,并由所述基站2进入所述吸尘装置3。所述地刷1还包含滚刷18,所述滚刷18可滚动地设于所述腔室17内,在所述吸尘器工作时,所述滚刷18旋转,并将地面的灰尘扬起,以此,提高了所述吸尘器的吸尘效率。优选地,所述滚刷18安装于所述底座13。需要注意的是,所述进风罩14与所述底座13通过卡扣可拆卸地连接,在其他实施例中,所述进风罩14也可以是与所述底座13胶合或通过螺钉连接。
进一步地,所述地刷1还包含滚轮组件16,所述滚轮组件16安装于所述底座13。具体来说,当所述地刷1放置于地面时,通过所述滚轮组件16,所述地刷1可在地面上移动。以此,当所述吸尘装置3处于所述第一工作状态时,用户通过对所述手柄4施加推力,便可以推动所述吸尘器移动,从而用户可更为顺畅地进行清洁作业,提高了用户体验。
为了便于用户在周围环境光线较弱或者无光的情况下进行清洁作业,所述地刷1还包含照明组件20,所述照明组件20安装于所述主体10。具体地,所述照明组件20包含灯板21,所述主体10还包含上盖15,所述上盖15设置于所述灯板21的上方,所述上盖15与所述进风罩14限定出安装腔19,所述灯板21固定设于所述安装腔19中。所述灯板21包含多个灯(未图示),所述上盖15或者所述进风罩21的至少一部分设置成允许所述灯的出射光从中通过,所述灯的出射光可照亮所述地刷1的前方待清洁的区域,以此,即便是在夜晚,用户也可以通过地刷进行清洁作业,从而用户可更为灵活地选择进行清洁作业的时间,提高了用户体验。在本实用新型的优选实施例中,所述灯板21优选为PCB板,所述灯板21包含出光面211,所述灯安装于所述出光面211,所述灯的出射光由所述出光面211向外发射;进一步地,所述灯板21包含与所述出光面211朝向相反的背光面212,通常,所述背光面212设有所述灯板21的电线 等其他电路元件。所述灯板21上间隔设有多个LED灯,以此,可扩大所述照明灯所照亮的待清洁区域的范围。需要注意的是,在本实用新型的优选实施例中,所述进风罩14还包含透光部143,所述灯的出射光由所述透光部143通过以照射至待清洁区域。当然,在其他实施例中,所述透光部也可以是设置于所述上盖或所述上盖与所述进风罩的连接处,以此,所述灯的出射光可以从所述上盖15或者所述进风罩14的至少一部分中通过。
所述灯板21倾斜设置于所述安装腔19,且所述灯板21的出光面211倾斜朝向所述地刷的前进方向。在本实用新型的优选实施例中,所述灯板21的出光面211的倾斜角度为25°-35°,以此,一方面,所述灯的出射光可照亮更大范围的待清洁区域;另一方面,在有效利用设计空间的同时,所述灯板21的前后留有较大的走线空间,能够保证所述灯板21上的电线等带电体与所述进风罩14或所述上盖15的绝缘距离,避免了所述灯板21上的电线等带电体与所述进风罩14或所述上盖15直接接触,提高安全性。
为了便于理解,在本实施例中,请具体参考图2,以所述地刷在待清洁区域作业时前进的方向为向前,具体来说,图示的a方向即为本实施例所述的向前,可以理解的是,在本实施例中,所述滚刷18设置于所述滚轮组件16的前方。进一步地,以图示的b方向为向左,所述b方向与所述a方向相垂直,可以理解的是,所述b方向的反方向即为向右。进一步地,以抬起所述地刷远离所述待清洁区域的方向为向上,可以理解的是,在本实施例中,所述吸尘装置3位于所述地刷1的上方。
所述进风罩14和/或所述上盖15设有限位结构30,所述限位结构30与所述灯板21配合以固定所述灯板21。本实用新型的地刷仅通过所述进风罩14及所述上盖15,便使得所述灯板21稳定地倾斜设置于所述安装腔19中,而无需额外设置固定所述灯板21的零件,以此,简化了地刷的结构,节约了成本。当然,需要注意的是,在其他实施例中,所述限位结构30也可以是仅设于所述进风罩14或仅设于所述上盖15。
所述限位结构30包含第一限位部31,所述第一限位部31与所述灯板21的出光面211接触以支撑所述灯板21。具体地,所述第一限位部31设置于所述进风罩14,所述灯板的出光面211倾斜朝向所述地刷的前进方向,则所述灯板21具有向前翻倒的运动趋势,所述第一限位部31设置于所述透光部143与所述灯板21之间,所述第一限位部31与所述灯板的出光面211接触以使得所述灯板21无法向前翻倒,以此,所述第一限位部31可对所述灯板21进行限位。需要注意的是,在本实用新型的优选实施例中,所述第一限位部31构造为弧形筋板,所述灯板21的所述出光面211与所述弧形筋板接触,以此,所述第一限位部31与所述出光面211的接触面积较小,所述灯板21的前方留有较大的走线空间,在进行所述灯板21上的电线的安装时,可以将部分电线设置在所述灯板21的前方,而无需将所述灯板21的电线全部设置于所述灯板21的后方,从而进一步地避免了所述灯板21的电线与所述进风罩14或所述上盖15接触,提高安全性。
所述限位结构30还包含第二限位部32。具体地,所述灯板的出光面211倾斜朝向所述地刷的前进方向,通过所述第一限位部31,所述灯板21无法向前翻倒,但所述灯板21还具有向后翻倒及向上运动的运动趋势。所述第二限位部32设置于所述上盖15,所述第二限位部32推抵所述灯板21的背光面212以使得所述灯板21无法向后翻倒,所述上盖15的内表面151与所述灯板21的上端面213接触以使得所述灯板21无法向上运动,以此,所述灯板21得到了进一步地限位。需要注意的是,在本实用新型的优选实施例中,所述第二限位部32构造为弧形筋板,所述灯板21的上端面213与所述背光面212限定出第一棱边215,所述弧形筋板与所述第一棱边215接触以限制所述灯板21向后翻倒,以此,所述第二限位部32与所述灯板21的接触面积小,所述灯板的后方留有更大的走线空间,进一步地避免了所述灯板21上的电线与所述进风罩14或所述上盖15直接接触,提高安全性。
所述限位结构30还包含第三限位部33。具体地,所述灯板的出光面211 倾斜朝向所述地刷的前进方向,通过所述第一限位部31,所述灯板21无法向前翻倒;通过所述第二限位部32及所述上盖15的内表面151,所述灯板21无法向上运动,也无法向后翻倒,但是所述灯板21仍可以横向运动,即向左或向右运动。所述第三限位部33设置于所述进风罩14,且所述第三限位部33可与所述灯板21的侧面216接触以限制所述灯板21向左或向右运动,以此,所述灯板21得到了进一步地限位。需要注意的是,所述第三限位部33优选地设有两个,分别位于所述灯板21的两个所述侧面216旁。
所述限位结构30还包含第四限位部34。具体地,所述灯板的出光面211倾斜朝向所述地刷的前进方向,通过所述第一限位部31,所述灯板21无法向前翻倒;通过所述第二限位部32及所述上盖15的内表面151,所述灯板21无法向上运动,也无法向后翻倒;通过所述第三限位部33,所述灯板21无法横向运动,即无法向左或向右运动,但所述灯板21仍可以向后下方运动。所述第四限位部34设置于所述进风罩14,所述第四限位部34设于所述灯板21的背光面212的后方,所述灯板的下端面214与所述背光面212限定出第二棱边217,所述第四限位部34与所述第二棱边217接触,以此,一方面,所述灯板21无法向后下方运动,从而所述灯板21稳定地设置于所述安装腔19内;另一方面,所述第四限位部34与所述灯板21的接触面积小,所述灯板的后方留有更大的走线空间,进一步地避免了所述灯板21上的电线与所述进风罩14或所述上盖15直接接触,提高了安全性。
需要注意的是,在本实用新型的一实施例中,所述进风罩14还包含槽部142,所述灯板21安装于所述槽部142。具体地,在进行所述灯板21的安装时,通过所述槽部142,可获得所述灯板21的准确的放置位置,以此可便于所述灯板21的安装,提高装配效率。当然,需要注意的是,在其他实施例中,若所述槽部142的深度较深,则所述槽部142可对所述灯板21进行进一步地限位,此时,所述槽部142可限制所述灯板21的横向运动及向后下方运动。
进一步地,所述主体10还包含滚刷18,所述滚刷18安装于所述底座13, 所述进风罩14还包含透明视窗141,所述透明视窗141设置于所述滚刷18上方,以此,用户可透过所述透明视窗141,看到所述滚刷18的工作状况,当所述滚刷18缠绕上毛发时,用户可及时发现并进行处理。所述灯板21的出光面211倾斜朝向所述地刷的前进方向,所述灯的发射光可穿过所述透明视窗141,以此,用户在周围环境光线较弱或者无光的情况下进行清洁作业时,也可以看到所述滚刷18的工作状况,提高了用户体验。在本实用新型的优选实施例中,所述灯板21的出光面211的倾斜角度为25°-35°,以此,一方面,可使得用户在周围环境光线较弱或者无光的情况下进行清洁作业时,更为清楚地看到所述滚刷18的工作状况;另一方面,所述灯的出射光可照射至更远的地方,扩大了灯所照亮的待清洁区域的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于吸尘器的地刷,包含:
    底座,所述底座设有吸尘口;
    进风罩,所述进风罩与所述底座相连并限定出腔室,气流可由所述吸尘口进入所述腔室;
    滚刷,所述滚刷可滚动地设于所述腔室内;
    其特征在于,所述地刷还包含:
    上盖,所述上盖与所述进风罩限定出安装腔;
    灯板,所述灯板倾斜设置于所述安装腔,且所述灯板的出光面倾斜朝向所述地刷的前进方向。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述进风罩和/或所述上盖设有限位结构,所述限位结构与所述灯板配合以固定所述灯板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述限位结构包含第一限位部,所述第一限位部设置于所述进风罩,所述第一限位部与所述灯板的出光面接触以支撑所述灯板。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述灯板包含多个灯,所述上盖或所述进风罩的至少一部分设置成允许所述灯的出射光从中通过,所述进风罩还包含透光部,所述灯的出射光可穿过所述透光部,所述第一限位部设于所述透光部与所述灯板之间。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述第一限位部构造为弧形筋板,所述灯板的所述出光面与所述弧形筋板接触。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述限位结构还包含第二限位部,所述第二限位部设置于所述上盖,所述第二限位部推抵所述灯板的与所述出光面朝向相反的背光面,所述上盖的内表面与所述灯板的上端面接触。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述第二限位部 构造为弧形筋板,所述灯板的上端面与所述背光面限定出第一棱边,所述弧形筋板与所述第一棱边接触。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述限位结构还包含第三限位部,所述第三限位部设置于所述进风罩,且所述第三限位部可与所述灯板的侧面接触。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用于吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于,所述限位结构还包含第四限位部,所述第四限位部设置于所述进风罩,所述灯板的下端面与所述背光面限定出第二棱边,所述第四限位部与所述第二棱边接触。
  10. 一种吸尘器,其特征在于,所述吸尘器包含权利要求1-9任一所述的用于吸尘器的地刷。
