本发明涉及夹持装置领域,特别涉及一种电子元件加工用夹持装置。

电子元件是组成电子产品的基础,在电子产品生产过程中,需要将电子元件进行夹持固定,但是现有的电子元件夹持装置在使用时存在一定的弊端,首先,由于电子元件的型号与尺寸不同,导致现有的夹持装置无法满足所有尺寸的电子元件的夹持,而且夹持过程较为繁琐,其次,现有的夹持装置大都为一体式,不便于拆卸,不便于更换操作台,为此,我们提出一种电子元件加工用夹持装置。

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种电子元件加工用夹持装置,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。

为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为。
一种电子元件加工用夹持装置,包括底座,所述底座的上端设置有操作台,所述操作台的上端设置有支撑板,所述支撑板的表面设置有螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆的末端设置有夹持板,所述夹持板的表面设置有橡胶垫,所述操作台的下端设置有连接座,所述底座的表面对应连接座的嵌入处开设有凹槽,所述凹槽的内侧设置有活动插杆,所述活动插杆的表面靠近底座的侧端设置有连接盒。
优选的,所述支撑板与操作台之间通过焊接固定连接,所述支撑板的数量为四组,且呈对称排布,所述螺纹杆贯穿于支撑板的表面,且与螺纹杆之间为螺纹连接,所述夹持板与螺纹杆的连接处设置有活动块,所述活动块与螺纹杆之间为固定连接,所述活动块与夹持板之间转动连接,所述橡胶垫与夹持板之间为固定连接。
通过采用上述技术方案,可达到如下技术效果:利用支撑板配合螺纹杆以及夹持板,可以夹持不同型号不同尺寸的电子元件,而且夹持操作过程简单。
优选的,所述连接座与操作台之间为固定连接,所述连接座与凹槽的形状吻合,所述操作台的下端靠近拐角处设置有定位柱,所述定位柱与操作台之间为固定连接,所述定位柱的数量为四组,且呈阵列排布,所述底座的上端外表面对应定位柱的连接处开设有定位孔,所述定位孔与定位柱的形状吻合。
通过采用上述技术方案,可达到如下技术效果:利用定位柱与连接座,方便将操作台与底座连接。
优选的,所述连接盒与底座之间为固定连接,所述连接盒的数量为两组,且呈对称排布,所述活动插杆贯穿于连接盒,且与连接盒之间为活动连接,所述活动插杆的表面对应连接盒的内侧连接处设置有限位弹簧,所述限位弹簧与连接盒、活动插杆之间均为固定连接,所述连接座的表面以及凹槽的内侧外表面对应活动插杆的连接处均开设有通孔。

通过采用上述技术方案,可达到如下技术效果:利用活动插杆方便将操作台进行固定,可以保证操作台的稳定性。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:该电子元件加工用夹持装置,通过设置有支撑板、夹持板以及螺纹杆,将需要加工的电子元件放置在操作台表面,之后再转动支撑板表面的螺纹杆,使得螺纹杆沿支撑板内侧向操作台中间移动,从而带动末端的夹持板移动,使得夹持板表面的橡胶垫与电子元件接触,继续转动螺纹杆,使得夹持板夹紧电子元件,保证电子元件的稳定性,利用橡胶垫可以对电子元件起到保护作用,可以避免电子元件表面被刮伤,同时利用螺纹杆配合支撑板与夹持板,使得夹持装置可以夹持不同型号不同尺寸的电子元件,通过设置有活动插杆,当需要更换操作台时,同时向两侧抽动活动插杆,使得活动插杆压缩连接盒内部的限位弹簧,从而将活动插杆从连接座表面的通孔内抽出,使得连接座脱离底座的固定,之后再将操作台向上提起,使得连接座与定位柱分别从凹槽以及定位孔内脱离,之后再将新的操作台插入凹槽内,并松开活动插杆,使得操作台被固定,利用活动插杆可以保证操作台的稳定性,同时有利于快速更换操作台。

如图1-4所示,一种电子元件加工用夹持装置,包括底座1,底座1的上端设置有操作台2,操作台2的上端设置有支撑板3,支撑板3的表面设置有螺纹杆4,螺纹杆4的末端设置有夹持板5,夹持板5的表面设置有橡胶垫6,操作台2的下端设置有连接座7,底座1的表面对应连接座7的嵌入处开设有凹槽10,凹槽10的内侧设置有活动插杆13,活动插杆13的表面靠近底座1的侧端设置有连接盒12。
支撑板3与操作台2之间通过焊接固定连接,支撑板3的数量为四组,且呈对称排布,螺纹杆4贯穿于支撑板3的表面,且与螺纹杆4之间为螺纹连接,夹持板5与螺纹杆4的连接处设置有活动块15,活动块15与螺纹杆4之间为固定连接,活动块15与夹持板5之间转动连接,橡胶垫6与夹持板5之间为固定连接。
连接座7与操作台2之间为固定连接,连接座7与凹槽10的形状吻合,操作台2的下端靠近拐角处设置有定位柱9,定位柱9与操作台2之间为固定连接,定位柱9的数量为四组,且呈阵列排布,底座1的上端外表面对应定位柱9的连接处开设有定位孔11,定位孔11与定位柱9的形状吻合。
连接盒12与底座1之间为固定连接,连接盒12的数量为两组,且呈对称排布,活动插杆13贯穿于连接盒12,且与连接盒12之间为活动连接,活动插杆13的表面对应连接盒12的内侧连接处设置有限位弹簧14,限位弹簧14与连接盒12、活动插杆13之间均为固定连接,连接座7的表面以及凹槽10的内侧外表面对应活动插杆13的连接处均开设有通孔8。
底座1与操作台2之间通过连接座7以及活动插杆13活动连接。
需要说明的是,本发明为一种电子元件加工用夹持装置,在使用时,使用者将需要加工的电子元件放置在操作台2表面,之后再转动支撑板3表面的螺纹杆4,使得螺纹杆4沿支撑板3内侧向操作台2中间移动,从而带动末端的夹持板5移动,使得夹持板5表面的橡胶垫6与电子元件接触,继续转动螺纹杆4,使得夹持板5夹紧电子元件,保证电子元件的稳定性,利用橡胶垫6可以对电子元件起到保护作用,可以避免电子元件表面被刮伤,同时利用螺纹杆4配合支撑板3与夹持板5,使得夹持装置可以夹持不同型号不同尺寸的电子元件,当需要更换操作台2时,使用者同时向两侧抽动活动插杆13,使得活动插杆13压缩连接盒12内部的限位弹簧14,从而将活动插杆13从连接座7表面的通孔8内抽出,使得连接座7脱离底座1的固定,之后再将操作台2向上提起,使得连接座7与定位柱9分别从凹槽10以及定位孔11内脱离,之后再将新的操作台2插入凹槽10内,并松开活动插杆13,使得操作台2被固定,利用活动插杆13可以保证操作台2的稳定性,同时有利于快速更换操作台2。
