Description
本实用新型涉及加工设备领域,特别涉及一种机械加工用机床。
机械加工用机床是一种用来完成对相应构件进行加工的一种设备;现有的机械加工用机床不能够较好的实现对相应加工件的固定,固定不够方便,其次,相应加工件产生的废屑通常直接掉落与地面以机床的下端,不能够避免频繁的对地面进行清理,为此,我们提出一种机械加工用机床。
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种机械加工用机床,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案为。
一种机械加工用机床,包括底板,所属底板的上端设置有加工结构,所述加工结构的一侧设置有加工头,所述加工头的下端设置有加工台,所述加工台的上端设置有固定结构,所述固定结构包括滑动块、螺纹柱、连接壳和橡胶垫,所述加工台的下端设置有连接柱,所述连接柱的下端设置有支撑板,所述支撑板的上端设置有废料槽,所述连接柱的下端设置有限位块,所述加工台的一侧设置有操控台,所述操控台的上端设置有控制屏。
优选的,所述滑动块设于加工台两侧框架的上端外表面,所述螺纹柱设于滑动块的一侧外表面,所述连接壳设于螺纹柱的外表面,所述橡胶垫设于螺纹柱的顶端外表面。

优选的,所述操控台与底板之间为活动连接,所述控制屏与加工头之间为导电连接。
通过采用上述技术方案,可达到如下技术效果:利于通过控制屏来对设备进行操控。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:该机械加工用机床,通过设置有固定结构,在使用时,使用者可以将相应的待加工件放于加工台上,之后再推动滑动块在待加工的两侧外边缘上滑动,直至与待加工件位置相对应为止,之后使用者可以转动连接壳,使得螺纹柱与连接壳加起来的长度变长,直至橡胶垫接触待加工件将其固定即可完成对加工件的固定,固定效果较好,通过设置有连接柱、支撑板与废料槽,在整个设备的工作过程中,加工相应的工件所产生的废屑通过加工台上的缝隙掉落至下端的废料槽内,废料堆积于废料槽内快要装满时,使用者可以向外拉动废料槽,再将废料槽内的废料统一收集进行处理,从而避免废屑四处掉落造成的清理不便,使用的效果较好。

如图1-4所示,一种机械加工用机床,包括底板1,所属底板1的上端设置有加工结构2,加工结构2的一侧设置有加工头3,加工头3的下端设置有加工台4,加工台4的上端设置有固定结构5,固定结构5包括滑动块51、螺纹柱52、连接壳53和橡胶垫54,加工台4的下端设置有连接柱6,连接柱6的下端设置有支撑板7,支撑板7的上端设置有废料槽8,连接柱6的下端设置有限位块9,加工台4的一侧设置有操控台10,操控台10的上端设置有控制屏11。
滑动块51设于加工台4两侧框架的上端外表面,螺纹柱52设于滑动块51的一侧外表面,连接壳53设于螺纹柱52的外表面,橡胶垫54设于螺纹柱52的顶端外表面,有利于设备各个部件之间的有效布设。
滑动块51与加工台4之间为活动连接,螺纹柱52与滑动块51之间为转动连接,连接壳53与螺纹柱52之间通过螺纹形成转动连接,橡胶垫54与连接壳53之间为活动连接,有利于设备构件之间的连接效果。
加工结构2与加工头3之间为活动连接,连接柱6为柱状体设于加工台4的下端外表面靠近拐角处,连接柱6与加工台4之间为活动连接,支撑板7与连接柱6之间为活动连接,有利于设备部分构件的安装和拆卸。
废料槽8为凹型槽体,废料槽8略小于支撑板7的大小,废料槽8为玻璃材质制成,限位块9与连接柱6之间为固定连接,有利于设备加工废料的收集与整理。
操控台10与底板1之间为活动连接,控制屏11与加工头3之间为导电连接,有利于对设备整体的控制效果。
需要说明的是,本实用新型为一种机械加工用机床,在使用时,使用者可以将相应的待加工件放于加工台4上,之后再滑动待加工件两侧的滑动块51,使得滑动块51对应于待加工件放置的部位,之后使用者可以转动连接壳53,使得螺纹柱52与连接壳53加起来的长度变长,直至橡胶垫54接触待加工件将其挤压固定,即可完成对加工件的固定,对加工件的固定较为方便,同时在对整个加工件进行加工的过程中,加工头3加工相应待加工件时所产生的废屑通过加工台4上的缝隙掉落至加工台4下端的废料槽8内,在废料槽8快要装满废料时,使用者可以将废料槽8向外拉动,之后将废料槽8内的废料倒掉即可,同时连接柱6和支撑板7之间的可以较为方便的进行拆卸,从而避免废料直接追落地面以及机床设备下端造成的清理不便,实用性效果较强。
