Abstract
本申请公开了一种显示装置,包括:像素电路以及多个运算放大器;同一列像素单元与同一运算放大器电连接。本申请所属现实装置利用运算放大器稳定电压并放大电流,解决由于薄膜晶体管制程不成熟的原因造成其阈值电压和沟道电子迁移率不同所引起的显示面板不均匀,使得面板均匀性提高。
Description
本申请涉及发光显示技术领域,具体涉及一种显示装置。
目前显示面板的大趋势为AMOLED(Active-matrix organic light-emitting diode,有缘阵列有机发光二极管)。但是因为工艺制程能力目前还不成熟,使得在同一面板处不同位置各TFT(Thin Film Transistor,薄膜晶体管)特性不同,即存在阈值电压(Vth)不均匀问题。而现有像素电路(如:7T1C等)采用的是电压补偿Vth的方式,虽然可以满足需要,但是对于驱动TFT(DTFT)的沟道电子迁移率无法补偿。
因此,有必要提供一种显示装置,用以解决由于TFT制程不成熟的原因造成的、DTFT阈值电压和沟道电子迁移率不同所引起的显示面板不均匀问题。
发明内容
本申请目的在于提供一种显示装置,能够解决由于驱动薄膜晶体管制程不成熟的原因造成其阈值电压和沟道电子迁移率不同所引起的显示面板不均匀问题,提高面板均匀性。
本申请实施例提供一种显示装置,包括:像素电路以及至少一运算放大器;所述像素电路包括至少一像素单元,所述像素单元包括驱动晶体管、存储电容以及发光器件;所述运算放大器与所述驱动晶体管构成负反馈回路,用于控制所述发光器件的输入端的电压与外部输入的数据电压一致;所述运算放大器进一步用于对所述存储电容进行充电,以使得所述存储电容充电结束后,通过所述驱动晶体管驱动所述发光器件发光,其中,所述运算放大器对所述存储电容充电的充电时间小于一预设值。
本申请的有益效果为:利用运算放大器的负反馈作用,使得在每一个像素中,流过发光器件的电流与驱动薄膜晶体管无关,解决由于薄膜晶体管制程不 成熟的原因造成其阈值电压和沟道电子迁移率不同所引起的显示面板不均匀性问题,使得面板均匀性提高。且,运算放大器输出的电压可快速对存储电容进行充电,提高充电效率,降低充电时间;同时,通过开关控制,在运算放大器工作完成之后将其断开,降低其对像素电路发光的影响,实现更好的控制像素显示装置工作。
下面结合附图,通过对本申请的具体实施方式详细描述,以提供对本申请的技术方案以及现有技术的进一步理解。附图及其表达作为本说明书的一部分,仅用于解释本申请的技术方案,但并不构成对本申请的限制。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地说明,藉此阐述和解释本申请如何应用技术手段解决上述现有技术的问题。除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本申请的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本申请的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施方式的目的,不能视为对本申请的限制。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,均在本申请保护的范围之列。
请参阅图1-图2,其中,图1为本申请显示装置的一个实施例的电路连接示意图,图2为本申请运算放大器的一工作状态的电阻的等效原理示意图。
如图1所示,本申请实施例提供一种显示装置1,所述显示装置1包括:像素电路10以及至少一运算放大器(OP)11。所述像素电路10包括至少一像素单元101,所述像素单元101包括驱动晶体管M0、存储电容C0以及发光器件D1。所述运算放大器11与所述驱动晶体管M0构成负反馈回路,用于控制所 述发光器件D1输入端的电压与外部输入的数据电压V
data一致;所述运算放大器11进一步用于对所述存储电容C0进行充电,以使得所述存储电容C0充电结束后,通过所述驱动晶体管M0驱动所述发光器件D1发光。其中,所述运算放大器11对所述存储电容C0充电的充电时间小于一预设值;即所述运算放大器11可以输出较大电压,其输出的电压可快速对所述存储电容C0进行充电,提高充电效率,使得所述存储电容C0可以很快充电完成,降低充电时间。
具体的,在本实施例中,所述驱动晶体管M0的栅极与第一公共端A电连接,其漏极与第一电源VDD电连接,其源极与第二公共端D电连接。所述存储电容C0的第一端与所述第一公共端A电连接,其第二端与第二电源VSS电连接。所述发光器件D1的阳极作为其输入端、与所述第二公共端D电连接,其阴极与所述第二电源VSS电连接。所述运算放大器11的同相输入端P与所述第二公共端D电连接,其反相输入端N用于接收所述数据电压V
data、同时耦接至其输出端OUT,其输出端OUT进一步耦接至所述第一公共端A。
在本实施例中,所述驱动晶体管M0为N型薄膜晶体管,所述发光器件D1为有机发光二极管(OLED)。应该理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述发光器件还可以为其他利用电致发光材料受到激励而发光的器件。
本实施例中,所述运算放大器11还包括第一电源端以及第二电源端。其中,第一电源端用于与电源VGH连接,为所述运算放大器11提供电源VGH(高电压);第二电源端用于与电源VGL连接,为所述运算放大器11提供电源VGL(低电压)。这样,所述运算放大器11在接收到同相输入端P和反相输入端N的信号后,计算输出的电压信号介于电源VGH的电压值与电源VGL的电压值之间,使得Vg能够在足够的范围内进行负反馈调节。在其它实施例中,所述运算放大器11也可以采用与像素电路相同的电源:第一电源VDD以及第二电源VSS。
优选的,所述显示装置1还包括:第一电阻R1以及第二电阻R2;所述运算放大器11的反向输入端N经由所述第一电阻R1接收所述数据电压V
data,同时经由所述第二电阻R2电连接其输出端OUT。
如图2所示,所述第一电阻R1和第二电阻R2可以均采用薄膜晶体管(TFT)的形式;其中,作为所述第一电阻R1的TFT的栅极电连接所述运算放大器11的 第二电源端、以接收电源VGL,其第一电极接入所述运算放大器11的反向输入端N,其第二电极接入所述数据电压V
data;作为所述第二电阻R2的TFT的栅极电连接所述运算放大器11的第二电源端、以接收电源VGL,其第一电极接入所述运算放大器11的输出端OUT,其第二电极接入所述运算放大器11的反向输入端N。当TFT的栅极接收到电源VGL时,则处于开启状态,根据TFT特性,其可作为一个电阻使用。
请继续参考图1,依据图中所述驱动晶体管M0、所述存储电容C0、以及所述运算放大器11的连接方式情况,其中所述运算放大器11的输出端电压范围为∈(VGL,VGH)。根据TFT的工作原理可以知道流过所述发光器件D1的电流和流过所述驱动晶体管M0的电流相等,即:

out可快速对存储电容C0进行充电,提高其充电效率。通过上述运算放大电路的负反馈作用,使得数据电压V
data和第二公共端D的电压一致,即不同灰阶流过发光器件D1的电流、所对应的第二公共端D的电压就是数据电压V
data。从而可知,在每一个像素单元101中,流过发光器件D1的电流和第二公共端D的电压相关,而与驱动晶体管M0无关,驱动晶体管M0为发光器件D1发光提供驱动电流。
优选的,所述运算放大器11进一步响应开关控制信号SW而断开与所述像素单元101之间的通路,以保证所述存储电容C0为工作在饱和区的所述驱动晶体管M0提供稳定的电压,从而所述驱动晶体管M0可以为所述发光器件D1的发光提供驱动电流。通过开关控制,在运算放大器工作完成之后将其断开,降低其对像素电路发光的影响,实现更好的控制像素显示装置工作。
具体的,所述显示装置1还包括一开关管S1;所述开关管S1电连接在所述运算放大器11的输出端OUT与所述第一公共端A之间,其控制端用于接收所述开关控制信号SW。所述开关管S1可为开关元件、三极管、MOS管等可以实现开关作用的元件。
本申请利用运算放大器的负反馈作用,使得在每一个像素中,流过发光器件的电流与驱动薄膜晶体管无关,解决由于薄膜晶体管制程不成熟的原因造成其阈值电压和沟道电子迁移率不同所引起的显示面板不均匀性问题,使得面板均匀性提高。且,运算放大器输出的电压可快速对存储电容进行充电,提高充电效率,降低充电时间;同时,通过开关控制,在运算放大器工作完成之后将其断开,降低其对像素电路发光的影响,实现更好的控制像素显示装置工作。
请参阅图3-图4,其中,图3为本申请显示装置的一个实施例的架构示意图,图4为图3所示实施例的开关控制信号波形意图。
如图3所示,本申请实施例提供一种显示装置1,所述显示装置1包括:像素电路10以及多个运算放大器11(OP1-OPn)。像素电路10包括阵列分布的多个像素单元101,所述像素单元101包括驱动晶体管M0、存储电容C0以及发光器件D1,电路详细参考图1。所述运算放大器11与所述驱动晶体管M0 构成负反馈回路,用于控制所述发光器件D1输入端的电压与外部输入的数据电压V
data一致;所述运算放大器11进一步用于对所述存储电容C0进行充电,以使得所述存储电容C0充电结束后,通过所述驱动晶体管M0驱动所述发光器件D1发光,其中,所述运算放大器11对所述存储电容C0充电的充电时间小于一预设值。
本实施例中,同一列像素单元101与同一运算放大器11电连接。具体地,同一列所述像素单元101的驱动晶体管M0的栅极与第一公共端A电连接、并接入同一运算放大器11的输出端;每一列所述像素单元101的驱动晶体管M0的源极与第二公共端D电连接、并接入同一运算放大器11的同相输入端P;每一所述运算放大器11的反相输入端N与一数据线电连接、以接收相应的数据电压V
data。
其中,同一行所述像素单元101响应同一开关控制信号SW而断开与相应运算放大器11(OP1-OPn)之间的通路;如图3所示,SW<1>至SW<N>为在相应运算放大器11(OP1-OPn)稳定后,控制断开其和像素单元101的连接的开关控制信号,从而降低运算放大器11(OP1-OPn)对像素电路101发光的影响。同一行所述像素单元101响应同一像素开启信号GOA;如图3所示,GOA<1>至GOA<N>为可控制相应行像素单元101开启信号。
具体地,所述显示装置1包括显示区1a以及围绕所述显示区1a的非显示区1b;所述像素电路10设置于所述显示区1a,所述运算放大器11(OP1-OPn)设置于所述非显示区1b。具体地,所述运算放大器11(OP1-OPn)设置于外部驱动IC与所述像素电路10之间;外部驱动IC通过数据线输入数据电压V
data,从而提供电流,并经过运算放大器11(OP1-OPn)将电流放大并储存到存储电容C0中,等到存储电容C0稳定之后断开相应的运算放大器11(OP1-OPn),从而使得驱动晶体管M0驱动相应发光器件D1发光。
因为运算放大器11的可以输出较大电压,使得存储电容C0很快充电完成,降低充电时间。为例更好的控制像素显示装置工作,则需要在运算放大器11工作完成之后将其断开,保证存储电容能使得驱动晶体管M0工作在饱和区所需电压稳定,则开关控制信号SW控制运算放大器11是否在显示装置1的电路工作,使用如图4所示的SW信号波形。
由图4可以看出,当开关控制信号SW处于低电平时,运算放大器11处于工作状态,此时对存储电容C0进行充电。而当开关控制信号SW为高电平时,运算放大器11断开,此时存储电容C0确保驱动晶体管M0工作在饱和区,使得驱动晶体管M0能够为发光器件D1发光提供驱动电流。
本申请通过电流驱动发光器件发光可以很好的补偿驱动TFT的阈值电压和沟道迁移率对发光器件发光电流的影响,使得显示面板均匀性提高。同时,运算放大器输出的电压可快速对存储电容进行充电,提高充电效率,降低充电时间;同时,通过开关控制,在运算放大器工作完成之后将其断开,降低其对像素电路发光的影响,实现更好的控制像素显示装置工作。
为简化本申请的公开,在上述实施例中仅对特定例子的部件和设置、以及本申请的原理及实施方式进行阐述。以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,仅用于帮助理解本申请的技术方案及其核心思想。本申请对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。当然,它们仅仅作为本申请的较佳实施例而被探讨,不能以此来限定本申请的权利范围。

Claims (17)
- 一种显示装置,包括:像素电路,包括阵列分布的多个像素单元,每一所述像素单元包括一驱动晶体管、一存储电容以及一发光器件;以及,多个运算放大器,同一列像素单元与同一运算放大器电连接;其中,每一运算放大器与相应驱动晶体管构成负反馈回路,用于控制所述发光器件的输入端的电压与外部输入的数据电压一致;每一运算放大器进一步用于对相应存储电容进行充电,以使得所述存储电容充电结束后,通过所述驱动晶体管驱动所述发光器件发光;所述运算放大器对所述存储电容充电的充电时间小于一预设值,其中,同一列所述像素单元的驱动晶体管的栅极与第一公共端电连接,并接入同一运算放大器的输出端;其漏极与第一电源电连接,每一列所述像素单元的驱动晶体管的源极与第二公共端电连接、并接入同一运算放大器的同相输入端;所述存储电容的第一端与所述第一公共端电连接,其第二端与第二电源电连接;所述发光器件的阳极作为其输入端、与所述第二公共端电连接,其阴极与所述第二电源电连接;每一所述运算放大器的同相输入端与所述第二公共端电连接,其反相输入端用于接收所述数据电压、同时耦接至其输出端,其输出端进一步耦接至所述第一公共端。
- 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,还包括第一电阻以及第二电阻;每一所述运算放大器的反向输入端经由所述第一电阻接收所述数据电压,同时经由所述第二电阻电连接其输出端。
- 如权利要求2所述的显示装置,还包括一开关管;所述开关管电连接在每一所述运算放大器的输出端与所述第一公共端之间,其控制端用于接收所述开关控制信号。
- 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,每一所述运算放大器进一步响应开关控制信号而断开与相应像素单元之间的通路,以保证所述存储电容为工作 在饱和区的所述驱动晶体管提供稳定电压。
- 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,同一行所述像素单元响应同一开关控制信号而断开与相应运算放大器之间的通路。
- 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,同一行所述像素单元响应同一像素开启信号。
- 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,每一所述运算放大器的反相输入端与一数据线电连接、以接收相应的数据电压。
- 一种显示装置,包括:像素电路以及至少一运算放大器;所述像素电路包括至少一像素单元,所述像素单元包括驱动晶体管、存储电容以及发光器件;所述运算放大器与所述驱动晶体管构成负反馈回路,用于控制所述发光器件的输入端的电压与外部输入的数据电压一致;所述运算放大器进一步用于对所述存储电容进行充电,以使得所述存储电容充电结束后,通过所述驱动晶体管驱动所述发光器件发光,其中,所述运算放大器对所述存储电容充电的充电时间小于一预设值。
- 如权利要求8所述的显示装置,其中,所述驱动晶体管的栅极与第一公共端电连接,其漏极与第一电源电连接,其源极与第二公共端电连接;所述存储电容的第一端与所述第一公共端电连接,其第二端与第二电源电连接;所述发光器件的阳极作为其输入端、与所述第二公共端电连接,其阴极与所述第二电源电连接;所述运算放大器的同相输入端与所述第二公共端电连接,其反相输入端用于接收所述数据电压、同时耦接至其输出端,其输出端进一步耦接至所述第一公共端。
- 如权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,所述运算放大器进一步响应开关控制信号而断开与所述像素单元之间的通路,以保证所述存储电容为工作在饱和区的所述驱动晶体管提供稳定电压。
- 如权利要求10所述的显示装置,还包括一开关管;所述开关管电连接 在所述运算放大器的输出端与所述第一公共端之间,其控制端用于接收所述开关控制信号。
- 如权利要求9所述的显示装置,还包括:第一电阻以及第二电阻;所述运算放大器的反向输入端经由所述第一电阻接收所述数据电压,同时经由所述第二电阻电连接其输出端。
- 如权利要求8所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括多个运算放大器,所述像素电路包括阵列分布的多个像素单元,其中同一列像素单元与同一运算放大器电连接。
- 如权利要求13所述的显示装置,其特征在于,同一列所述像素单元的驱动晶体管的栅极与第一公共端电连接、并接入同一运算放大器的输出端,每一列所述像素单元的驱动晶体管的源极与第二公共端电连接、并接入同一运算放大器的同相输入端;每一所述运算放大器的反相输入端与一数据线电连接、以接收相应的数据电压。
- 如权利要求13所述的显示装置,其特征在于,同一行所述像素单元响应同一开关控制信号而断开与相应运算放大器之间的通路。
- 如权利要求13所述的显示装置,其特征在于,同一行所述像素单元响应同一像素开启信号。
- 如权利要求8所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括显示区以及围绕所述显示区的非显示区;所述像素电路设置于所述显示区,所述运算放大器设置于所述非显示区。
