Description

一种高精度管片焊铁架 技术领域
本实用新型涉及建筑工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种高精度管片焊铁架。
背景技术
预制混凝土在别处浇制而非在最后的施工现场,不同尺寸、形状的建筑用结构件都可采用预制混凝土的形式进行施工建设。近年来,预制混凝土以其低廉的成本,出色的性能,成为建筑业的新宠。繁多的样式、重量加上出色的挠曲强度和性能,使其在路障、储水池、外墙、建筑和装饰领域得到广泛应用。预制混凝土能加快住宅产业化速度,这也是我国经济体制改革的重点之一。
钢筋混凝土管片是预制力产品中最高端的产品,也是地铁地下工程最关键的结构件,目前为减少城市拆迁为主要优点的盾构法建设隧道已经在国内隧道工程领域得到大规模地普及使用,成型隧道结构质量优劣与隧道混凝土管片的质量密不可分,混凝土管片的质量在很大程度上取决于钢模具的质量,现有满足高精度要求用于管片钢筋屈折用的焊铁架在使用过程不方便对预制完成的混凝土管片进行卸料工作。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种高精度管片焊铁架。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种高精度管片焊铁架,包括底板,所述底板底部外壁两侧固定有支撑板,两个支撑板之间固定有同一个模具箱,模具箱顶部固定有支撑机构,支撑机构底端固定有上模板,上模板顶部外壁中心位置固定插接有入料斗,所述底板顶部外壁转动插接有两个螺杆,螺杆上螺纹套接有套管,套管顶端固定有下模板,所述螺杆底端固定有齿轮,螺杆通过齿轮传动连接有传动机构,传动机构传动连接有驱动机构。
进一步的,所述支撑机构包括两个侧板,两个侧板顶部固定有同一个顶板,顶板底部固定有两个与上模板固定连接的连接杆。
进一步的,所述传动机构包括两个固定板,两个固定板上转动插接有转轴,转轴两端均固定有与齿轮啮合的齿盘。
进一步的,所述驱动机构包括电机,电机的输出轴与转轴上均固定有传动齿轮,两个传动齿轮啮合。
进一步的,所述下模板与模具箱内壁形成滑动配合。
进一步的,将所述连接杆替换为液压杆。
进一步的,所述上模板与模具箱内壁形成滑动配合。
本实用新型的有益效果为:
1.通过上模板和下模板的设置能够配合模具箱形成浇筑腔室,将原料从入料斗导入浇筑腔室内完成混凝土管片的定型工作,预制完成后,驱动机构驱动两个螺杆转动,使得套管带动下模板及混凝土管片向下运动,实现混凝土管片从模具箱下方卸料工作,方便工作人员使用,增加了装置实用性。
2.通过液压杆能够带动上模板向上运动直至脱离模具箱,使得上模板底部内弧面暴露,方便工作人员对上模板内弧面进行清理工作。

参照图1和图2,一种高精度管片焊铁架,包括底板1,底板1底部外壁两侧固定有支撑板2,两个支撑板2之间固定有同一个模具箱4,模具箱4顶部固定有支撑机构,支撑机构底端固定有上模板5,上模板5顶部外壁中心位置固定插接有入料斗6,底板1顶部外壁转动插接有两个螺杆16,螺杆16上螺纹套接有套管15,套管15顶端固定有下模板3,螺杆16底端固定有齿轮14,螺杆16通过齿轮14传动连接有传动机构,传动机构传动连接有驱动机构12。
支撑机构包括两个侧板9,两个侧板9顶部固定有同一个顶板8,顶板8底部固定有两个与上模板5固定连接的连接杆7,传动机构包括两个固定板11,两个固定板11上转动插接有转轴10,转轴10两端均固定有与齿轮14啮合的齿盘13,驱动机构12包括电机,电机的输出轴与转轴10上均固定有传动齿轮,两个传动齿轮啮合,下模板3与模具箱4内壁形成滑动配合。
本实施例工作原理:上模板5和下模板3能够配合模具箱4形成浇筑腔室,将原料从入料斗6导入浇筑腔室内完成混凝土管片的定型工作,预制完成后,驱动机构12驱动两个螺杆16转动,使得套管15带动下模板3及混凝土管片向下运动,实现混凝土管片从模具箱4下方卸料工作,方便工作人员使用,增加了装置实用性。
实施例2
参照图3,一种高精度管片焊铁架,本实施例与实施例1区别在于,将连接杆7替换为液压杆17,上模板5与模具箱4内壁形成滑动配合。
本实施例工作原理:液压杆17能够带动上模板5向上运动直至脱离模具箱4,使得上模板4底部内弧面暴露,方便工作人员对上模板5内弧面进行清理工作。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高精度管片焊铁架,其特征在于,所述支撑机构包括两个侧板(9),两个侧板(9)顶部固定有同一个顶板(8),顶板(8)底部固定有两个与上模板(5)固定连接的连接杆(7)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高精度管片焊铁架,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括两个固定板(11),两个固定板(11)上转动插接有转轴(10),转轴(10)两端均固定有与齿轮(14)啮合的齿盘(13)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种高精度管片焊铁架,其特征在于,所述驱动机构(12)包括电机,电机的输出轴与转轴(10)上均固定有传动齿轮,两个传动齿轮啮合。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种高精度管片焊铁架,其特征在于,所述下模板(3)与模具箱(4)内壁形成滑动配合。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种高精度管片焊铁架,其特征在于,将所述连接杆(7)替换为液压杆(17)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种高精度管片焊铁架,其特征在于,所述上模板(5)与模具箱(4)内壁形成滑动配合。
