Description
本发明涉及笔头下料技术领域,具体为一种棉芯笔头下料装置。
笔头是写字笔上的重要部件之一,是笔上用以书写的部分。笔头的种类很多,根据材质来分有钢笔头、毛笔头和棉芯笔头等等,其中棉芯笔头生产加工时需要用到下料装置。目前,现有的棉芯笔头下料装置较重体积较大,不易搬运,且稳定性不佳,撞击时易移动导致笔头溅落在外,无法满足实际使用中的需求,因此市面上迫切需要能改进的技术,来完善此设备。
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种棉芯笔头下料装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种棉芯笔头下料装置,包括下料导轨、底座和运输板车,所述下料导轨的下端从左到右依次通过第一支撑杆和第二支撑杆与底座固定连接,且第一支撑杆和第二支撑杆的上下端都分别焊接有第一垫片和第二垫片,所述第一垫片和第二垫片上分别安装有第一螺栓和第二螺栓,所述底座上左右对称位置分别固定有第一紧固机构和第二紧固机构,所述运输板车上放置有收集箱。
优选的,所述第一螺栓从下到上穿过第一垫片与下料导轨固定连接,且第一垫片与下料导轨的下端抵接连接。
优选的,所述第二螺栓从上到下穿过第二垫片与底座固定连接,且第二垫片与底座的上端抵接连接,所述底座的下端左右对称位置固定有第一万向轮。
优选的,所述第一紧固机构和第二紧固机构都包括T型螺纹杆和吸盘,且T型螺纹杆的下端与吸盘固定连接。
优选的,所述底座上左右对称位置都开设有螺纹旋孔,且底座通过螺纹旋孔与T型螺纹杆转动连接。
优选的,所述运输板车上设置有把手,且运输板车的下端左右对称位置固定有第二万向轮。
本发明提供了一种棉芯笔头下料装置,具备以下有益效果。
(1)本发明通过设置第一万向轮、第一螺栓、第一垫片、第二垫片和第二螺栓,解决了棉芯笔头下料装置较重体积较大不易搬运的问题,本发明第一螺栓从下到上穿过第一垫片与下料导轨固定连接,可向下旋转所有的第一螺栓,直到所有的第一螺栓完全脱离第一垫片,即分离第一垫片和下料导轨,而本发明第二螺栓从上到下穿过第二垫片与底座固定连接,可向上旋转所有的第二螺栓,直到第二螺栓完全脱离第二垫片,即分离第二垫片和底座,达到可拆卸的效果,最后本发明底座的下端左右对称位置固定有第一万向轮,可通过第一万向轮带动底座移动,便于搬运。
(2)本发明通过设置第一紧固机构和第二紧固机构,解决了棉芯笔头下料装置稳定性不佳撞击时易移动导致笔头溅落在外的问题,本发明的底座通过螺纹旋孔与T型螺纹杆转动连接,可向下旋转第一紧固机构和第二紧固机构上的T型螺纹杆,旋转的的T型螺纹杆会带动吸盘向下移动,直到吸盘与地面紧紧抵接,然后通过挤压吸盘,将吸盘内空气挤出,利用气压差使得吸盘能牢牢地吸住地面,稳定性俱佳。

请参阅图1-4所示,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种棉芯笔头下料装置,包括下料导轨1、底座4和运输板车8,下料导轨1的下端从左到右依次通过第一支撑杆2和第二支撑杆3与底座4固定连接,第一支撑杆2和第二支撑杆3用于连接下料导轨1和底座4,起到很好地支撑效果,且第一支撑杆2和第二支撑杆3的上下端都分别焊接有第一垫片10和第二垫片11,第一垫片10和第二垫片11上分别安装有第一螺栓9和第二螺栓12,通过第一螺栓9和第一垫片10可将第一支撑杆2和第二支撑杆3固定在下料导轨1上,而通过第二螺栓12和第二垫片11可将第一支撑杆2和第二支撑杆3固定在底座4上,底座4上左右对称位置分别固定有第一紧固机构5和第二紧固机构6,第一紧固机构5和第二紧固机构6可将底座4牢牢地固定在地面上,提高稳定性,运输板车8上放置有收集箱17,收集箱17存放棉芯笔头。
进一步,第一螺栓9从下到上穿过第一垫片10与下料导轨1固定连接,且第一垫片10与下料导轨1的下端抵接连接,可向下旋转所有的第一螺栓9,旋转的第一螺栓9会慢慢向下移动,直到第一螺栓9完全脱离第一垫片10为止,即可分离第一垫片10与下料导轨1,便于搬运。
进一步,第二螺栓12从上到下穿过第二垫片11与底座4固定连接,且第二垫片11与底座4的上端抵接连接,可向上旋转所有的第二螺栓12,旋转的第二螺栓12会慢慢向上移动,直到第二螺栓12完全脱离第二垫片11为止,即可分离第二垫片11和底座4,便于搬运,底座4的下端左右对称位置固定有第一万向轮7,可通过第一万向轮7移动底座4,便于搬运。
进一步,第一紧固机构5和第二紧固机构6都包括T型螺纹杆14和吸盘15,且T型螺纹杆14的下端与吸盘15固定连接,T型螺纹杆14旋转移动时可带动吸盘15旋转移动,以便带动吸盘15与地面抵接,然后可通过挤压吸盘15的方式将内部空气排出,利用气压差使得吸盘15可牢牢吸住地面。
进一步,底座4上左右对称位置都开设有螺纹旋孔13,且底座4通过螺纹旋孔13与T型螺纹杆14转动连接,T型螺纹杆14上设置有螺纹,与底座4的螺纹连接,可使得T型螺纹杆14在底座4上旋转,便于带动吸盘15移动。
进一步,运输板车8上设置有把手16,可向把手16施加作用力,使得把手16带动运输板车8移动,且运输板车8的下端左右对称位置固定有第二万向轮18,第二万向轮18使得运输板车8可移动,便于搬运棉芯笔头。
工作原理:使用时,可先将第一支撑杆2和第二支撑杆3下端的第二垫片11对准底座4的上端,然后旋转第二螺栓12穿过第二垫片11有底座4连接固定,再将下料导轨1的下端对准第一支撑杆2和第二支撑杆3上端的第一垫片10,之后旋转第一螺栓9穿过第一垫片10与下料导轨1连接固定,随后通过第一万向轮7移动底座4,移动到合适位置后,先向下旋转第一紧固机构5上的T型螺纹杆14,移动的T型螺纹杆14会带动吸盘15与地面抵接,然后挤压吸盘15,按上述相同方法将第二紧固机构6与地面抵接即可,下料时,棉芯笔头可沿着下料导轨1的内壁自动下落,由于运输板车8的存在,下落的棉芯笔头自动掉落入运输板车8上的收集箱17内。
综上可得,本发明通过设置第一紧固机构5、第二紧固机构6、第一万向轮7、第一螺栓9、第一垫片10、第二垫片11和第二螺栓12,解决了棉芯笔头下料装置较重体积较大不易搬运和稳定性不佳撞击时易移动的问题。

- 一种棉芯笔头下料装置,包括下料导轨(1)、底座(4)和运输板车(8),其特征在于:所述下料导轨(1)的下端从左到右依次通过第一支撑杆(2)和第二支撑杆(3)与底座(4)固定连接,且第一支撑杆(2)和第二支撑杆(3)的上下端都分别焊接有第一垫片(10)和第二垫片(11),所述第一垫片(10)和第二垫片(11)上分别安装有第一螺栓(9)和第二螺栓(12),所述底座(4)上左右对称位置分别固定有第一紧固机构(5)和第二紧固机构(6),所述运输板车(8)上放置有收集箱(17)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种棉芯笔头下料装置,其特征在于:所述第一螺栓(9)从下到上穿过第一垫片(10)与下料导轨(1)固定连接,且第一垫片(10)与下料导轨(1)的下端抵接连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种棉芯笔头下料装置,其特征在于:所述第二螺栓(12)从上到下穿过第二垫片(11)与底座(4)固定连接,且第二垫片(11)与底座(4)的上端抵接连接,所述底座(4)的下端左右对称位置固定有第一万向轮(7)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种棉芯笔头下料装置,其特征在于:所述第一紧固机构(5)和第二紧固机构(6)都包括T型螺纹杆(14)和吸盘(15),且T型螺纹杆(14)的下端与吸盘(15)固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种棉芯笔头下料装置,其特征在于:所述底座(4)上左右对称位置都开设有螺纹旋孔(13),且底座(4)通过螺纹旋孔(13)与T型螺纹杆(14)转动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种棉芯笔头下料装置,其特征在于:所述运输板车(8)上设置有把手(16),且运输板车(8)的下端左右对称位置固定有第二万向轮(18)。
