工作原理说明:首先驱动部702开始运动,进而运动的驱动部702带动夹持臂704开始工作,进而运动的夹持臂704能够将搅拌桶901牢牢夹紧,当第一夹紧组件7完成夹紧工作后,此时气缸801开始工作,进而运动的气缸801带动连接杆802开始工作,进而运动的连接杆802带动传动连杆805开始工作,进而运动的传动连杆805带动夹持指804开始运动,从而能够调节夹持指804件的距离,进而使泡棉806位于搅拌桶901上,此时气缸801反向工作,进而使夹持指804能够紧紧的将搅拌桶901夹持住,进而完成夹持工作,避免搅拌桶901发生偏移,同时泡棉806中的多空结构,能够减少夹持指804对搅拌桶901的损坏,进而保证了搅拌桶901的安全;然后操作人员再打开废水运输装置10,进而将废水运送至搅拌桶901中,再之后操作人员将药剂加入至送料桶3中后,此时药剂在自身重力的影响下,经过送料管道4进入运输部5中,此时运输部5开始工作,进而运动的运输部5将药剂运送至搅拌搅拌桶901中,当药剂经由进料管道906中被加入到搅拌桶901中后,此时搅拌电机902开始工作,进而运动的搅拌电机902带动传动装置903开始工作,进而运动的传动装置903带动搅拌轴904开始工作,进而运动的搅拌轴904带动搅拌叶905开始工作,从而转动的搅拌叶905开始对废水进行搅拌,同时还能够加快药剂的溶解速度,进而能够提高装置的净水效率,并且还设有夹持组件,能够减少搅拌桶901的运动,进而能够保证废水处理装置的安全。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种废水处理装置,其特征是,包括:
    基础组件,包括框架,设置在所述框架上的支撑架,与所述支撑架固定连接的送料桶,与所述送料桶底部连接的送料管道,设置在所述送料管道另一端的运输部,以及安装在所述框架上的废水运输装置;
    搅拌组件,包括设置在所述框架上的搅拌桶,设置在所述搅拌桶上的传动装置,安装在所述传动装置上的搅拌电机,设置在所述传动装置上、且位于搅拌桶内的搅拌轴,以及设置在所述搅拌轴上的搅拌叶,所述搅拌叶为螺旋结构,所述废水运输装置与搅拌桶连接;
    第一夹紧组件,包括与所述框架固定连接的支撑部,设置在所述支撑部上的连接件,对称安装在所述连接件上的一组夹持臂,设置在所述夹持臂另一端的夹持部,以及设置在所述连接件上的驱动部,所述驱动部与夹持臂连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种废水处理装置,其特征在于:所述支撑部上还设有第二夹紧组件,所述第二夹紧组件包括设置在支撑部上的连接板,安装在所述连接板上的气缸,设置在所述气缸输出端的连接杆,对称安装在所述连接杆另一端的一组传动连杆,与所述传动连杆另一端连接的夹持指,以及设置在所述夹持指另一端的泡棉,所述连接板与连接件位于不同的高度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种废水处理装置,其特征在于:所述连接板上还设有用于限制传动连杆位置的定位板。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种废水处理装置,其特征在于:所述送料桶上还设有滤网。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种废水处理装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌桶上还设有进料管道,所述进料管道与送料管道连接。
