Description

一种用于煤矿降尘的喷雾器 技术领域
本发明涉及降尘器领域,具体涉及一种用于煤矿降尘的喷雾器。
背景技术
采矿工程中,采矿工作会产生大量粉尘,煤矿工人长期吸入矿井中的浮游粉尘会引起肺部的病变;煤尘在空气中呈悬浮状态,达到一定浓度或者受到冲击波的影响会发生爆炸,具有严重的安全隐患。因此,采矿中常常使用到用于煤矿降尘的喷雾器,通过在空气中喷雾,使得空气中的粉尘吸附沉降。
市场上已经存在多种用于煤矿降尘的喷雾器,但是现有的喷雾器大都仅仅单方面地通过喷雾进行降尘,这种情况下,部分粉尘没有与水雾结合,还是会被重新鼓吹到空气中,造成降尘不充分的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提出了用于煤矿降尘的喷雾器解决了现有用于煤矿降尘的喷雾器降尘不充分的技术问题。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种用于煤矿降尘的喷雾器,包括:
外壳体,至少一个开口,用于水雾喷出;
喷雾器,放置于所述外壳体内,通过所述开口向外喷射水雾;
多个水帘喷头,在所述开口外喷射水帘线,用于阻挡悬浮粉尘;
支架,用于支撑所述外壳体。
进一步地,所述水帘喷头围绕所述开口中心,呈等间距排布,多个所述水 帘喷头构造为喷头朝向均指向同一点,形成圆面或圆锥面的水幕。
进一步地,包括承接板与蓄水装置,所述承接板下方设有排水通道,所述承接板通过所述排水通道与所述蓄水装置连通。
进一步地,所述开口外侧设有转动环,所述转动环与所述外壳体转动连接,所述水帘喷头固定安装于所述转动环上,所述驱动机构可以驱动所述转动环绕开口中心转动。
进一步地,所述排水通道内设有过滤件。
进一步地,所述驱动机构为电动机,所述电动机的输出端连接有皮带轮,所述皮带轮通过皮带与所述转动环联动。
进一步地,所述外壳体上开设有若干水平的横槽,所述外壳体内设有调节环,所述调节环与所述外壳体同轴且沿着外壳体内壁布置,所述横槽内滑动连接又拉杆,所述拉杆的一端通过所述横槽探入所述外壳体内,并与所述调节环固定连接,所述拉杆的另一端延伸至所述外壳体外部;

进一步地,所述外壳体上开设有若干水平的横槽,所述外壳体内设有调节环,所述调节环与所述外壳体同轴且沿着外壳体内壁布置,所述横槽内滑动连接又拉杆,所述拉杆的一端通过所述横槽探入所述外壳体内,并与所述调节环固定连接,所述拉杆的另一端延伸至所述外壳体外部;
所述调节环内侧设有四个对称分布的导向板,所述导向板的一端所述外壳体铰接,两个所述导向板之间形成间隙,所述间隙与喷雾口对齐;每个所述导向板与所述外壳体之间均设有弹簧,所述导向板抵靠在所述调节环的内壁上。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的降尘器通过喷雾与水帘相结合,先通过水雾吸附空气中的粉尘,促进粉尘沉降,再通过水帘扑获、冲洗从水雾中逃逸出来的粉尘,降尘更加充分。

外壳体1,至少一个开口,用于水雾喷出;
喷雾器,放置于外壳体1内,通过开口向外喷射水雾;
多个水帘喷头2,在开口外喷射水帘线,用于阻挡悬浮粉尘;
支架,用于支撑外壳体1。
在本发明一个具体实施例中,水帘喷头2围绕开口中心,呈等间距排布,多个水帘喷头2构造为喷头朝向均指向同一点,形成圆面或圆锥面的水幕。
在实际工作过程中,将本发明的降尘器放置在矿井中,矿井中的空气被吸入外壳体1中,喷雾器向吸入外壳体1中的空气喷砂水雾,再从开口排出外壳体1外。在吸入与排出的过程中,空气中的粉尘都与水雾初步混合。在排出时仍然有可能存在自由悬浮在空气中的粉尘。为了防止粉尘再次逃逸进入空气中,开口外的水帘喷头2形成圆形或圆锥面形状的水幕,进一步地阻挡仍然悬浮在空气中的粉尘。可以理解的是,通过喷雾与水帘相结合,进一步提高了降尘效果,充分消除空气中的悬浮粉尘。特别是对于圆锥面形的水幕,水雾随空气从开口排出后,还有近一步地扩散空间,混合更加充分。
更进一步地,由于水帘喷头2与喷雾器不断地向外排水,为了节省水资源,同时也为了放置矿井内积水,本实施例中的降尘器还包括承接板3与蓄水装置,承接板3下方设有排水通道4,承接板3通过排水通道4与蓄水装置连通。也就是说,在水帘喷头2向外排水时,承接板3在水幕末端阻拦水幕向外延伸,并接受排出的水。然后,承接板3拦截的水通过排水通道4流入蓄水装置中,蓄水装置的水经过处理还能再次使用。这样,既节省矿井用水,又避免了由于喷水降尘导致的矿井积水。
进一步地,开口外侧设有转动环8,转动环8与外壳体1转动连接,水帘喷头2固定安装于转动环8上,驱动机构可以驱动转动环8绕开口中心转动。更具体地,驱动机构为电动机5,电动机5的输出端连接有皮带轮6,皮带轮6通过皮带7与转动环8联动。通过此种设置,电动机5带动转动环8转动,使得多个水帘喷头2在喷水的同时,随转动环8转动,这样就形成了旋转式的水帘,进一步地减小了粉尘逃逸的几率。
同样地,在本实施例中,为了防止矿井积水与水资源浪费,还设置有承接板3与蓄水装置,水帘喷头2由上向下喷射,承接板3布置于水帘喷头2下方,承接板3上开设有排水通道4,承接板3通过排水通道4与蓄水装置连通。这样,从水帘喷头2喷出的水至直接落入承接板3中,然后经过排水通道4流入蓄水装置。
进一步地,排水通道4内设有过滤件,通过过滤件过滤掉水中吸附的粉尘,流入蓄水装置。这样流入蓄水装置的水就可以直接再次投入使用,可以接入到喷雾器,形成水循环。
进一步地,请参照图3,外壳体1上开设有若干水平的横槽10,外壳体1内设有调节环11,调节环11与外壳体1同轴且沿着外壳体1内壁布置,横槽10内滑动连接又拉杆9,拉杆9的一端通过横槽10探入外壳体1内,并与调节环11固定连接,拉杆9的另一端延伸至外壳体1外部;
外壳体1内设有两根共线布置的滑轨13,两根滑轨13之间具有间隙,滑轨13上滑动连接有挡板16,挡板16上铰接有连杆12,连杆12的一端与拉杆9位于外壳体1的内部的一端铰接。
更具体地说,在进行喷雾降尘之前,可以移动拉杆9,带动调节环11沿着横槽10平移,调节环11带动连杆12转动,进而驱动挡板16下移,从而减小 喷雾口的喷出口截面积,适用于不同的工况。
在本发明的另一实施例中,请参照图4,外壳体1上开设有若干水平的横槽10,外壳体1内设有调节环11,调节环11与外壳体1同轴且沿着外壳体1内壁布置,横槽10内滑动连接又拉杆9,拉杆9的一端通过横槽10探入外壳体1内,并与调节环11固定连接,拉杆9的另一端延伸至外壳体1外部;
调节环11内侧设有四个对称分布的导向板14,导向板14的一端外壳体1铰接,两个导向板14之间形成间隙,间隙与喷雾口对齐;每个导向板14与外壳体1之间均设有弹簧15,导向板14抵靠在调节环11的内壁上。
更具体地说,在进行喷雾降尘之前,操作者可以移动拉杆9,带动调节环11移动,挤压导向板14,使得导向板14之间的间隙减小,从而调节喷雾口的喷出口截面积,适用于不同的工况。

  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于煤矿降尘的喷雾器,其特征在于,所述驱动机构为电动机(5),所述电动机(5)的输出端连接有皮带轮(6),所述皮带轮(6)通过皮带(7)与所述转动环(8)联动。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于煤矿降尘的喷雾器,其特征在于,所述外壳体(1)上开设有若干水平的横槽(10),所述外壳体(1)内设有调节环(11),所述调节环(11)与所述外壳体(1)同轴且沿着外壳体(1)内壁布 置,所述横槽(10)内滑动连接又拉杆(9),所述拉杆(9)的一端通过所述横槽(10)探入所述外壳体(1)内,并与所述调节环(11)固定连接,所述拉杆(9)的另一端延伸至所述外壳体(1)外部;
    所述外壳体(1)内设有两根共线布置的滑轨(13),两根所述滑轨(13)之间具有间隙,所述滑轨(13)上滑动连接有挡板(16),所述挡板(16)上铰接有连杆(12),所述连杆(12)的一端与所述拉杆(9)位于所述外壳体(1)的内部的一端铰接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于煤矿降尘的喷雾器,其特征在于,所述外壳体(1)上开设有若干水平的横槽(10),所述外壳体(1)内设有调节环(11),所述调节环(11)与所述外壳体(1)同轴且沿着外壳体(1)内壁布置,所述横槽(10)内滑动连接又拉杆(9),所述拉杆(9)的一端通过所述横槽(10)探入所述外壳体(1)内,并与所述调节环(11)固定连接,所述拉杆(9)的另一端延伸至所述外壳体(1)外部;
    所述调节环(11)内侧设有四个对称分布的导向板(14),所述导向板(14)的一端所述外壳体(1)铰接,两个所述导向板(14)之间形成间隙,所述间隙与喷雾口对齐;每个所述导向板(14)与所述外壳体(1)之间均设有弹簧(15),所述导向板(14)抵靠在所述调节环(11)的内壁上。
