Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité d'entraînement (120) destinée à déplacer un dispositif (110) dans un système de traitement sous vide. L'unité d'entraînement comprend un ou plusieurs électroaimants (124) ayant une ou plusieurs bobines (126) et un boîtier (122). Le ou les électroaimants sont disposés à l'intérieur du boîtier. Le boîtier comprend en outre une structure nervurée (130) qui recouvre le ou les électroaimants. La structure nervurée a en outre une ou plusieurs structures (132) s'étendant dans une direction commune vers le ou les électroaimants.
