如图1至图3所示,本实施例提供了一种用于冷藏冷冻装置100内的电脑板120,其包括电路板121、用于向电路板121供电的电池122和连接电池122的正极和负极的电源引线,特别地,电源引线包括第一引线段123和第二引线段124,第一引线段123和第二引线段124中的一个与电池122的正极连接,另一个与电池122的负极连接,并增设导电金属件125和绝缘片129,导电金属件125与第一引线段123未与电池122连接的一端连接,第二引线段124未与电池122连接的一端具有外露的导电部126,且导电金属件125覆盖于导电部126的外侧,绝缘片129可受操作地被放置于导电金属件125与导电部126之间,以使得导电金属件125与导电部126隔离,或者,可受操作地被从导电金属件125与导电部126之间抽离,以使得导电金属件125与导电部126连通。
也即是说,原本的电源引线被截断为两段,一段引线的一端开裸露的铜皮作为前述的导电部126,另一段引线的一端固定导电金属件125,电脑板120不使用时,绝缘片129被放到导电金属件125与导电部126之间,阻隔电流,电脑板120使用时,绝缘片129被抽离,导电金属件125与导电部126连通,电路正常工作,使得两段引线之间为同一电位,避免了凝露对电路的影响。
电路板121和电源引线的外侧还覆盖有外壳,外壳可开设有第一开口127和第二开口,导电金属件125的一端穿过第一开口127与第一引线段123未与电池122连接的一端连接,导电金属件125通过固定件101固定于外壳上,例如,导电金属件125通过螺钉固定于外壳上。而导电部126则通过第二开口外露,在保证第一引线段123与第二引线段124可连接的同时,保护电路板121和电源引线。
导电金属件125为弹性金属件,其一端通过螺钉固定于外壳上,另一端自由,方便绝缘片129的放置和抽离。
在一些实施例中,导电金属件125朝向导电部126的一侧可形成有向导电部126凸出的凸起,如图1所示,导电金属件125背离导电部126的一侧向导电部126凹陷,在导电金属件125背离导电部126的一侧形成凹槽125a,在导电金属件125朝向导电部126的一侧形成前述的凸起。
绝缘片129被从导电金属件125与导电部126之间抽离时,凸起与导电部126接触,如此方便导电金属件125与导电部126的良好接触。
电路板121、电池122、电源引线的外表面均可涂敷三防漆,以保护电路板121、电池122及电源引线免受环境侵蚀。
图4是根据本发明一个实施例的电脑板120的示意性结构图,示出了芯片和低速晶振。
如图4所示,本实施例的电脑板120的至少一个作用可用于控制指示灯128的点亮和熄灭,以向用户展示相关部件的状态。具体地,电脑板120还包括连接于电路板121上的芯片102、高速晶振(未示出)、低速晶振103以及指示灯128,高速晶振、低速晶振103、指示灯128分别与芯片102连接,芯片102则配置为通过高速晶振和/或低速晶振103计时,以控制指示灯128的点亮和/或熄灭时间,从而向用户展示相关部件的不同状态。
具体地,芯片102可配置为在电路板121被初次上电时,通过高速晶振计时,控制指示灯128以点亮第一预设时间,熄灭第二预设时间的方式闪烁循环第一预设次数。例如,第一预设时间、第二预设时间均为0.5s,第一预设次数为5,高速晶振计时,控制指示灯128进行5个循环闪烁,闪烁过程为亮0.5s、熄灭0.5s,以此向用户传达相关部件开始工作的提示。
芯片102还配置为在指示灯128闪烁第一预设次数之后,通过低速晶振103计时。也即是说,前述示例的5个循环闪烁结束后,芯片102利用低速晶振103计时,计时周期为下述的第三预设时间,第三预设时间可以为相关部件的工作寿命,例如,第三预设时间为一年。
芯片102还配置为在低速晶振103计时第三预设时间后,通过高速晶振计时,控制指示灯128点亮第四预设时间,再通过低速晶振103计时,控制指示灯128熄灭第五预设时间的方式闪烁循环第二预设次数,以提示用户相关部件需要更换。第三预设时间大于第一预设时间,并大于第二预设时间,并大于第四预设时间,并大于第五预设时间。例如,第三预设时间为1s,第四预设时间为5s,指示灯128以电量1s熄灭5s的闪烁状态,提示用户相关 部件寿命到期,需要及时更换。
低速晶振103可设置于芯片102的外部,而高速晶振可集成于芯片102的内部。
本实施例利用高速晶振和低速晶振分情况及时,利用高速晶振计时较短,利用低速晶振103计时较长,可降低电脑板120的整体电量消耗,延长电池122的使用时间。
前述的相关部件可以为下述的除味部件130,除味部件130可通过物理吸附作用对冷藏冷冻装置100进行除味净化。本实施例的电脑板120的芯片102通过控制指示灯128的闪烁,向用户展示除味部件130的工作状态,便于及时更换吸附饱和的除味部件130。
图5是根据本发明一个实施例的冷藏冷冻装置100的示意图。
如图5所示,本实施例还提供了一种冷藏冷冻装置100,包括限定有储物间室111的箱体110以及前述任一实施例的电脑板120,其中,电脑板120放置于储物间室111内,绝缘片129的放置或抽离可以由用户操作,由用户决定电脑板120的开启时间。
电脑板120的作用可以是利用其上的指示灯128向用户展示相关部件的状态,相关部件可以为除味部件130。具体地,除味部件130设置于储物间室111内,用于吸附储物间室111内的异味,达到除味、净化的效果。例如,除味部件130包括可吸附储物间室111内异味的吸附模块,吸附模块具有一定的寿命,当吸附模块吸附饱和时,需要从储物间室111内取出进行解吸或更换新的吸附模块。
为向用户展示除味部件130的状态,如前所述,本实施例的电脑板120还包括连接于电路板121上的芯片102、高速晶振、低速晶振103和指示灯128,高速晶振、低速晶振103、指示灯128均与芯片102连接,芯片102配置为通过高速晶振和/或低速晶振103计时,以控制指示灯128的点亮和/或熄灭时间,从而向用户提示除味部件130的状态。
除味部件130和电脑板120可拆卸地连接,放置于储物间室111的同一位置。冷藏冷冻装置100可以为冰箱、冷柜等具有冷藏、冷冻存储功能的装置。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根 据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电脑板,包括:
    电路板;
    电池,用于向所述电路板供电;
    电源引线,连接所述电池的正极和负极,包括第一引线段和第二引线段,所述第一引线段和所述第二引线段中的一个与所述电池的正极连接,另一个与所述电池的负极连接;
    导电金属件,与所述第一引线段未与所述电池连接的一端连接,所述第二引线段未与所述电池连接的一端具有外露的导电部,且所述导电金属件覆盖于所述导电部的外侧;
    绝缘片,可受操作地被放置于所述导电金属件与所述导电部之间,以使得所述导电金属件与所述导电部隔离,或者,可受操作地被从所述导电金属件与所述导电部之间抽离,以使得所述导电金属件与所述导电部连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电脑板,还包括:
    外壳,覆盖所述电路板和电源引线,所述外壳形成有第一开口,所述导电金属件的一端穿过所述第一开口与所述第一引线段未与所述电池连接的一端连接,所述导电金属件通过固定件固定于所述外壳上;
    所述外壳还形成有第二开口,所述导电部通过所述第二开口外露。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电脑板,其中,
    所述导电金属件朝向所述导电部的一侧形成有向所述导电部凸出的凸起,所述绝缘片被从所述导电金属件与所述导电部之间抽离时,所述凸起与所述导电部接触。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电脑板,其中,
    所述电路板、电池、所述电源引线的外表面均涂敷三防漆。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电脑板,还包括:
    芯片,连接于所述电路板上;
    高速晶振和低速晶振,分别连接于所述电路板上,并分别与所述芯片连 接;
    指示灯,连接于所述电路板上,并与所述芯片连接;
    所述芯片配置为通过所述高速晶振和/或所述低速晶振计时,以控制所述指示灯的点亮和/或熄灭时间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电脑板,其中,
    所述芯片配置为在所述电路板被初次上电时,通过所述高速晶振计时,控制所述指示灯以点亮第一预设时间,熄灭第二预设时间的方式闪烁循环第一预设次数。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电脑板,其中,
    所述芯片还配置为在所述指示灯闪烁第一预设次数之后,通过所述低速晶振计时。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电脑板,其中,
    所述芯片还配置为在所述低速晶振计时第三预设时间后,通过所述高速晶振计时,控制所述指示灯点亮第四预设时间,再通过所述低速晶振计时,控制所述指示灯熄灭第五预设时间的方式闪烁循环第二预设次数;
    所述第三预设时间大于所述第一预设时间,并大于所述第二预设时间,并大于所述第四预设时间,并大于所述第五预设时间。
  9. 一种冷藏冷冻装置,包括:
    箱体,其内限定有储物间室;
    权利要求1至8任一项所述的电脑板,所述电脑板放置于所述储物间室内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的冷藏冷冻装置,还包括:
    除味部件,设置于所述储物间室内;
    所述电脑板包括连接于电路板上的芯片、高速晶振、低速晶振和指示灯,所述高速晶振、所述低速晶振、所述指示灯均与所述芯片连接;
    所述芯片配置为通过所述高速晶振和/或所述低速晶振计时,以控制所述指示灯的点亮和/或熄灭时间,从而向用户提示所述除味部件的状态。
