下面参考图1-图8描述根据本公开实施例的电极组件100,电极组件100可以应用于颈部按摩仪,颈部按摩仪包括机身(图未示出)和按摩头1000。
根据本公开实施例的电极组件100,包括金属载体122和非金属电极片121。
在一些实施例中,非金属电极片可以为凝胶片,下文中以凝胶片制成的非金属电极片121举例描述。由于凝胶具有内部含有液体的特点,因此可以将非金属电极片130设置为凝胶片,可以使得电极组件100的按摩效果较佳。当然下文中凝胶片制成的非金属电极片121也可以根据使用需求和使用环境替换为使用导电硅胶片、导电橡胶片、导电布、导电纤维片或ITO导电膜等非金属材料制成的非金属电极片121,在此不做限定。
金属载体122可拆卸地与按摩仪的按摩头机械连接和电连接。凝胶片设于金属载体122的表面,凝胶片与金属载体122层叠设置,金属载体122用于承载支撑凝胶片,凝胶片适于与人体皮肤接触,凝胶片在金属载体122的承载下,跟随金属载体122同步实现与按摩头之间的连接与分离。
可以理解,金属载体122指的是其至少一部分或全部为金属材质。金属载体122具有导热性,按摩仪内具有发热元件时,凝胶片可以与人体皮肤接触,以对用户进行热敷,金属载体122能够有效地传递发热元件的热量至凝胶片,以使得电极组件100的热敷效果好。
举例而言,金属载体122可以为刚性的金属载体122,可以理解,刚性的金属载体122为硬质材料,刚性的金属载体122结构强度高,并且能够起到塑造形状的作用。刚性的金属载体122可以有效承载支撑凝胶片。
另外,凝胶片的至少一部分为凝胶材质,凝胶片与用户的接触的一个表面可以为凝胶材质。凝胶材质质地柔软,并且具有一定的粘性,如此可以提高凝胶片与122之间的连接强度,同时凝胶片具有较好的贴肤性和亲肤性,且在使用时能够产生水气,从而能够与皮肤形成有效地贴合,另外,水凝胶嵌入人体皮肤表层的角质层,水凝胶内作为分散介质的水可以起到电导通的作用,从而避免因接触不良导致的刺痛。此外,当用户进行转动、扭动等动作时,凝胶片可以在一定程度上跟随人体动作发生变形,从而可以与人体的皮肤紧密贴合以保证按摩仪的按摩效果。
当电极组件100应用于例如按摩仪等按摩设备时,金属载体122可拆卸地与按摩仪的机身机械连接和电连接。可以理解,金属载体122拆装时可以连同凝胶片一同拆装,这样,通过拆卸金属载体122可更换凝胶片,能够有效地解决凝胶片水分含量变低、易损坏、易脏污的问题,使凝胶片始终具有优异的电极性能,另外,通过将金属载体122设置为刚性的金属载体122,在拆装金属载体122时,电极组件100不会发生变形,便于装配的同时,避免因反复装配导致凝胶片变形和被污染的情况出现。此外,在按摩仪内部设置线路板或导线等电连接结构可以实现金属载体122的电连接,由此,可以使得按摩仪具有电刺激理疗式的按摩效果,凝胶片与人体皮肤接触可以给用户提供电刺激理疗,按摩仪通过向人体施加脉冲电流,可以加快人体肌肉的血液循环,能够有效地对肌肉产生舒缓的作用。
因凝胶片质地较柔软、易变形且具有一定的粘性,凝胶片在对人体施加电刺激时,人体肌肉产生抖动,凝胶片也会随同肌肉一同抖动,刚性的金属载体122对于凝胶片提供刚性支撑,对凝胶片的形态具有一定的限定作用,能够有效地防止凝胶片长时间抖动后产生褶皱。在用户进行转动、扭动时,刚性的金属载体122不会跟随用户转动或扭动,并且贴设凝胶片时,金属载体122不会发生形变而挤压凝胶片,避免了凝胶片起皱或者脱离金属载体122的情况发生。这样,通过刚性的金属载体122的设置,可以有效支撑凝胶片,避免当用户进行转动、扭动等动作时,凝胶片与金属载体122出现缝隙,甚至脱离金属载体122的情况,提高了凝胶片的使用寿命,同时保证了电极组件100的结构可靠性。
此外,金属载体122可以做不锈铁或者电镀处理,如此可以防止空气或者凝胶片析出的水对金属载体122的腐蚀,以提高电极组件100的结构的可靠性。
根据本公开实施例的电极组件100,由于凝胶片具有较好的贴肤性和亲肤性,凝胶片与人体皮肤贴合,可以使得电极组件100与人体的贴合性好,以提高按摩仪的按摩效果。另外,金属载体122的设置,可以使得电极组件100的热敷效果好,此外,电极组件100的结构可靠性好。
根据本公开的一个可选实施例,金属载体122具有沉槽1222,电极组件100设置于按摩仪时,按摩仪可以具有与按摩仪的机身连接的按摩主体110,金属载体122朝向按摩主体110凹陷以构造出沉槽1222,凝胶片贴设于沉槽1222。沉槽1222沿金属载体122的周向设置,如此设置的沉槽1222一方面可以为凝胶片定位,从而便于凝胶片的安装,另一方面可以降低凝胶片的暴露面,提高了凝胶片的耐脏能力。此外,还可以提高按摩头1000的结构强度。例如,金属载体122的中部朝向远离凝胶片的方向突出,且凝胶片具有与沉槽1222的形状以使其紧密贴合。
根据本公开的一个具体实施例,凝胶片的厚度大于等于沉槽1222的深度,从而可以保证凝胶片能够与人体的皮肤有效接触,同时可以避免凝胶片与人体皮肤贴合不紧密的情况。
在一些示例中,凝胶片的厚度与所述沉槽1222的深度的差值为0.2mm-0.6mm。也就是说,在凝胶片的厚度方向上,即凝胶片朝向用户的方向,凝胶片凸出于沉槽1222的高度为0.2mm-0.6mm。如此,保证了凝胶片可以有效接触人体皮肤并且使凝胶片的厚度不会过大,从而可以控制成本,同时这样设置的凝胶片易于保持原有形状。例如,凝胶片的厚度与所述沉槽1222的深度的差值为0.2mm-0.3mm。
可选地,金属载体122的厚度为0.2mm-0.3mm。可以理解的是,金属载体122厚度指的是金属载体122沿电极组件100与用户的贴合面到背离贴合面的方向(例如图2的上下方向)的尺寸,如此,可以保证金属载体122的结构的可靠性,同时可以使金属载体122有效地承载支撑凝胶片。此外,当按摩仪器具有热敷效果时,这样设置的金属载体122可以提高传热效率,保证了用户的体验感。
在一些示例中,凝胶片的厚度大于等于1mm。可以理解的是,凝胶片的厚度指的是凝胶片沿电极组件100与用户的贴合面到背离贴合面的方向的尺寸。举例而言,凝胶片的厚度为1mm-1.2mm,这样设置的凝胶片不容易产生损坏,同时其与人体皮肤的贴合性好,并且有利于按摩仪的小型化设计,另外可以降低生产成本。此外,凝胶片的外沿与按摩主体110之间距离较小,不易使凝胶片产生褶皱或松脱的情况,增大了按摩头1000的结构稳定性,同时保证了按摩效果。
根据本公开的一个可选实施例,金属载体122为刚性载体,金属载体122朝向凝胶片的表面为凹弧面,弧面沿图4的左右方向延伸,凝胶片贴设在所述凹弧面时被适配为与凹弧面匹配的弧形片,也就是说,凝胶片与金属载体122的贴合面、凝胶片与用户的贴合面可以同样为凹弧面,这样可以使其与金属载体122更加贴合,并且可以与接触的人体皮肤相适应以提高接触紧密性。
在一些示例中,金属载体122可以与凝胶片粘接,并且金属载体122与凝胶片的贴合面可以相适应,如此可以使其粘接更牢固,保证了电极组件100的可靠性。另外,凝胶片与金属载体122之间的粘接力大于凝胶片与人体皮肤之间的粘接力。也就是说,凝胶片与金属载体122接触面的黏度大于凝胶片与人体接触面的黏度,这样,可以避免在使用过程中凝胶片从金属载体122上脱离而粘上人体皮肤。
根据本公开实施例的按摩头1000,包括按摩主体110和上述电极组件100。电极组件100的金属载体122可以与按摩主体110可拆卸地连接。这样,通过更换电极组件100能够有效地解决凝胶片水分含量变低、易损坏、易脏污的问题,使凝胶片始终具有优异的电极性能,另外,在安装电极组件100时,电极组件100不会发生变形,便于电极组件100的装配的同时,避免因反复装配导致凝胶片变形和被污染的情况出现。此外,这样设置可以无需更换按摩主体110,仅更换电极组件100即可,降低了成本并且拆装方便。
在图4的示例中,金属载体122的边缘朝向按摩主体110翻折以构造出翻边1223,通过翻边1223的设置可以增大按摩主体110与金属载体122的接触面积,从而提高了其连接的可靠性。
此外,翻边1223与沉槽1222的侧壁之间可以具有倒角。倒角可以面向人体皮肤设置,如此可以防止金属载体122的边沿刮伤人体皮肤,同时增强了凝胶片与金属载体122之间连接的结构强度。
根据本公开的一个具体实施例,翻边1223的自由端的边缘朝向背离用户皮肤的方向折弯以构造出折边1224,折边1224与翻边1223之间具有倒角,如此可以进一步地保证凝胶片与金属载体122的连接的可靠性。可以理解的是,折边1224与翻边1223的厚度(例如,图4左右方向的尺寸)可以为0.2mm-0.3mm。
根据本公开的一个可选实施例,如图2所示,按摩头1000还可以包括保护套170,保护套170包裹于翻边1223和折边1224。保护套170可以沿金属载体122的外轮廓套设在金属载体122上,如此,可以保护避免金属载体122的边沿暴露在外,从而可以提高金属载体122结构的可靠性。金属载体122为金属件,保护套170可以为由不导电的亲肤绝缘的材料制成,这样不会对皮肤产生毒性,且保护套170将皮肤和金属载体122绝缘,不会因皮肤接触金属载体122出现接触不良产生刺痛感。举例而言,保护套170为硅胶套或者蛋白皮套。
在一些示例中,折边1224和翻边1223的至少部分凸出于按摩主体110。可以理解的是,折边1224与翻边1223沿按摩主体110的长度方向(例如,图2的左右方向)凸出于按摩主体110,这样,用户在需要更换电极组件100时,可以以折边1224或翻边1223为支点使电极组件100与按摩主体110完全分离或部分分离,从而可以便于电极组件100的更换。
例如,折边1224和翻边1223的整体结构沿所述按摩主体110的径向方向凸出于按摩主体110的部分的高度长度为2mm-3mm,可以理解的是,高度指的是凸出部分在按摩主体110长度方向上的尺寸。这样,既不会使折边1224和翻边1223过于突出而影响按摩主体110与凝胶片之间连接的可靠性,还可以便于凝胶片的拆卸。
根据本公开的一个可选实施例,结合图4,折边1224与沉槽1222的侧壁的外表面构造出定位槽1225,按摩主体110具有定位凸筋111,定位凸筋111凸筋插设于定位槽1225内,定位槽1225的设置,可以进一步地提高电极组件100的结构可靠性。可选地,定位凸筋111为环形筋条,如此,环形筋条可以与电极组件100扣位连接,这样的连接方式简单,并且装配效率高。
如图8所示,金属载体122可以具有贯通孔1221,按摩头1000还包括发光件130,发光件130可以发出光线,发光件130可以设于按摩主体110和电极组件100之间,发光件130发出的光线适于透过贯通孔1221。通过设置贯通孔1221可以使发光件130发出的光线穿过凝胶片照射到按摩头1000外部,进而能够使按摩头1000提供装饰光、氛围光、指示光或者具有理疗等一种或多种效果。光线可以照射到人体皮肤以实现光疗效果,可以理解的是,贯通孔1221可以沿图2的上下方向贯通。按摩头1000可以设有发热组件以使按摩头具有热敷效果,同时,贯通孔1221的设置可以提高导热效率和热敷效果。
可选地,相邻的两个贯通孔1221的净距为0.5-2.0mm,这里的“净距”指的是两个相邻的贯通孔1221的之间的最短间距,也即两个贯通孔1221边缘之间的最小距离。如此,可以保证金属载体122结构的可靠性,同时可以保证透光效果。
在本公开的一些实施例中,贯通孔1221为多个,并且贯通孔1221的沿金属载体122厚度方向的横截面为圆形。贯通孔1221的孔径为0.1-0.3mm,如此,可以利用水的表面张力原理,在贯通孔1221处形成水封,从而可以避免凝胶片的水穿过贯通孔1221与线路接触导致短路的情况产生。另外,凝胶为热的不良导体,即凝胶的导热效果较差,当按摩头1000内设有发热膜230时,凝胶片的厚度应设置的较薄。可以理解的是,凝胶片的厚度可以为凝胶片与用户的接触面与背离接触面之间的最短距离。在本公开的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
在另一些示例中,结合图7,贯通孔1221可以分为多组,每组包括多个间隔开的贯通孔1221,每组内的多个贯通孔1221沿金属载体122的周向方向分布,贯通孔1221沿金属载体122的径向间隔分布。每组贯通孔1221可以呈封闭或具有开口的环状布置,多组贯通孔1221层层排布,并且多组贯通孔1221的外轮廓从中心到边沿的方向上依次增大,另外,多组贯通孔1221的外轮廓可以与金属载体122的外轮廓的形状相适应。如此,可以使光线穿过贯通孔1221均匀发散,保证了光疗效果。
当然,贯通孔1221也具有多种排布方式,例如贯通孔1221可以为呈多排多列并排排布。
根据本公开的一个可选实施例,贯通孔1221为激光穿设孔,激光打孔方向为由靠近按摩主体110的一侧向靠近凝胶片的一侧,如此,激光打孔产生的毛刺可以伸入到凝胶片内,从而可以提高金属载体122与凝胶片之间连接强度,同时减少了去除毛刺的步骤,提高了生产效率且保证了按摩头1000的结构强度。
根据本公开的一些可选实施例,凝胶片可以121为透光件,这样设置的凝胶片较为美观,并且在一定程度上可以观察按摩头1000的内部结构,从而可以及时发现零件老化或松动等问题。此外,当按摩头1000内设有发光件时,光线可以穿过凝胶片有效射出。
在一些示例中,按摩头1000还可以包括聚光件,聚光件用于聚合发光件130散发的光线。聚光件罩设于发光件130以使发光件130发出的光线沿预设光路传递。
在图3的示例中,按摩头1000还可以包括导光板140,导光板140设于发光件130处,导光板140的朝向凝胶片的表面为出光面141,以使光线适于从贯通孔1221发出。可选地,导光板140可以为半透明板,并且具有雾面,如此可以提高其均光效果。此外,导光板140与聚光件可以贴合设置。
此外,按摩头1000还可以包括均光板160,在光线的传递方向上,所述均光板160位于所述聚光件的下游。为了简化按摩头1000,在一些实施例中,均光板160与所述聚光件为一体件。
根据本公开的一个可选实施例,如图2所示,导光板140可以具有嵌入部142,嵌入部142为沿导光板140厚度方向贯通导光板140的贯通结构,发光件130嵌设于嵌入部142内。嵌入部142可以起到定位发光件130的作用。举例而言,嵌入部142设置在导光板140的侧面,上述侧面为与导光板140朝向凝胶片的面的相邻的一个侧面,从而可以使按摩头1000射出的光更加均匀。
如图3所示,按摩头1000还包括第一遮光板143,第一遮光板143环绕于所述导光板140外周,以导引光线从出光面141传出,出光面141与贯通孔1221相对,通过设置第一遮光板143可以将发光件130发出的光能够更多地导向导光板140。
根据本公开的一个具体实施例,如图2所示,嵌入部142为沿导光板140厚度方向贯通导光板140的贯通结构。按摩主体110还包括第二遮光板144,第二遮光板144可以设于嵌入部142位置,以使光线经过导光板140,从而可以使得导光板140仅具有朝向电极组件的发光面,出光效果更好。此外,第二遮光板144朝向导光板140的一个面可以具有反光作用,可以使得更多的光线从导光板140的出光面141上透出。
在一些示例中,均光板160可以设于导光板140的出光面141,均光板160可以将导光板140透出的光均匀导出,从而进一步地提高按摩头1000的出光效果。
进一步地,结合图3,按摩头1000还可以包括反光板,反光板设于导光板140的背离出光面141的表面。通过设置反光板可以折射发散的光线,从而可以使更多的光线通过导光板140的出光面141透出,有效地保证了按摩头1000的出光效果。
更进一步地,出光面141可以设有为均光板160,均光板160可以将导光板140透出的光均匀导出,从而进一步地提高按摩头1000的出光效果。例如,均光板160可以与聚光件为一体件,如此可以降低按摩头1000内的零件数量,提高安装效率和生产效率。
根据本公开的一个可选实施例,凝胶片朝向人体皮肤的表面为弧形面,出光面141为弧形面。可以理解的是,这里指的是凝胶片与人体皮肤的接触面在不发生形变的情况下为弧形面,同时出光面141可以为弧形面,由此可以使得导光板140上的每一点到出光面141所对应的每一点的距离相等,实现了面与面对应的同时可以使点与点对应,使按摩头1000具有更为均匀的出光效果。
当然,可以理解的是,凝胶片与出光面141只要具有相同或相近的形状都可以达到上述效果,并不局限于弧形面,也可以设置为平面等形状。
根据本公开的一个可选实施例,金属载体122和凝胶片之间可以设有导电层180,导电层180用于电连接按摩主体110和凝胶片。通过设置导电层180可以实现凝胶片的电连接。可选地,导电层180为透明的ITO(Indium Tin Oxide,掺锡氧化铟)膜,ITO膜贴附在金属载体122朝向凝胶片的弧面的底部,或者导电层180为导电银浆,导电银浆可以印刷在金属载体122朝向凝胶片的弧面的底部。
当然,金属载体12可以作为导电件,从而可以直接与凝胶片贴合以实现凝胶片的电连接,也就是说,不需要设置导电层180即可实现凝胶片的导电,可以省去设置电连接线等部件。
结合图2-图6,按摩主体110内可以具有电路板190,电路板190与电极组件100电连接。通过设置电路板190可以使按摩头1000具有电刺激理疗式的按摩效果,凝胶片与人体皮肤接触可以给用户提供电刺激理疗,按摩仪通过向人体施加脉冲电流,可以加快人体肌肉的血液循环,能够有效地对肌肉产生舒缓的作用。可以理解的是,按摩头1000在拆卸状态时,电路板190与电极组件100断路。
根据本公开的一个可选实施例,按摩头1000还可以包括弹针连接器200,弹针连接器200的一端与电路板190电连接连接,且弹针连接器200的另一端与凝胶片电连接。通过设置电路板190与弹针连接器200可以使按摩头1000内部实现无线化电连接,从而可以使按摩头1000的内部结构更加的规整,也减少了焊接步骤,提高了装配效率。
在一些实施例中,弹针连接器200可以与电路板190焊接以保证其连接稳定性。或者,电路板190可以具有插口191,弹针连接器200插设于插口191内。如此,可以降低装配时间,提高了生产效率。此外,可以便于维修。
根据本公开的一个具体实施例,弹针连接器200为多个,多个弹针连接器200均匀分布。举例而言,弹针连接器200为两个,两个弹针连接器200关于凝胶片的中心对称设置,如此可以保证电路板190与电极组件100电连接稳定。在其中一个弹针连接器200接触不良时,另外的弹针连接器200可以继续保证按摩头1000正常工作。
进一步地,结合图2,按摩头1000还包括保护罩210,保护罩210罩设于电路板190,保护罩210与电路板190之间可以通过弹性件(图未示出)连接,且保护罩210相对于电路板190可动。另外,保护罩210具有通孔211,弹针连接器200适于穿设于通孔211内,当弹针连接器200的自由端穿过通孔211时,弹针连接器200与凝胶片电连接。当弹针连接器200的自由端与凝胶片分离时,弹性件推动保护罩210朝向远离电路板190的方向移动,弹针连接器200位于保护罩210内。如此,弹针连接器200可浮动地设置,并且弹针连接器200可以保持始终与电路板190电连接,这样设置的弹针连接器200能够稳定地与凝胶片电连接,并且有利于缩小按摩头1000的厚度,提高了用户的体验感。
更进一步地,弹性件的一端与电路板190焊接,弹性件的另一端与保护罩210抵接,或者弹性件的另一端与保护罩210通过螺纹件连接。例如,弹性件的另一端上设有第一螺纹孔,保护罩210上设有第二螺纹孔,第一螺纹孔与第二螺纹孔对应设置,通过螺纹件可以将第一螺纹孔与第二螺纹孔固定,从而可以使保护罩210与弹性件稳固连接。
在一些实施例中,保护罩210也可以作为聚光件使用,也就是说保护罩210可以具有聚合发光件130散发的光线的功能,并且这样设置可以降低按摩头1000内的零件数量,提高安装效率和生产效率。
可选地,弹性件为金属片。金属片可以为多个,并且多个金属片可以环绕电路板190间隔设置,这样,可以保证保护罩210与电路板190的连接稳定性,避免了发生一侧歪斜情况。
根据本公开的一个可选实施例,按摩头1000还包括发热膜230,发热膜230位于电路板190和凝胶片之间。发热膜230发热将热量传导至凝胶片上可以提供热敷效果,通过设置发热膜230可以使得按摩仪具有多种按摩功能,从而可以提高按摩仪的按摩的多样性,保证了用户使用时的体验感。举例而言,发热膜230设于保护罩210的表面,如此可以保证发热膜230的平整度,可以保证发热膜230与凝胶片的贴合效果。举例而言,发热膜230可以为石墨烯膜,石墨烯膜具有一定的柔性和韧性以使得石墨烯膜可弯曲。通过设置石墨烯膜可以使按摩头1000具有热敷等按摩效果,并且发出红外辐射以使得按摩仪具有红外理疗功能,从而提高按摩仪器的按摩效果。同时,贯通孔1221的设置可以提高导热效率,保证按摩效果。
具体地,发热膜230与电路板190通过铆接组件240铆接并且电连接。如此,可以无需设置电连接线可以发热膜230与电路板190的电连接,从而可以避免发热膜230与电路板190中间走线而影响发热膜230的平整度。另外,铆接的电连接方式可靠性良好,发热膜230与电路板190的电连接稳定。
进一步地,凝胶片可以与发热膜230贴合。按摩头1000还可以包括用于检测发热膜230温度的温度检测元件,温度检测元件与发热膜230接触以检测发热膜230的温度,免发热膜230的温度过高烫伤用户。温度检测元件设于电路板190。可选地,温度检测元件可以集成于电路板190,如此可以减少装配步骤,提高了生产的效率。
根据本公开的一个实施例,铆接组件240包括第一铆接件241和第二铆接件(图未示出),第一铆接件241设于电路板190,第二铆接件设于发热膜230,第一铆接件241和第二铆接件铆接。如此,可以使发热膜230与电路板190通过第一铆接件241和第二铆接件铆接电连接,铆接电连接方式可靠,电连接稳定。
根据本公开的一些可选实施例,铆接组件240可以为两组,当每组所述铆接组件包括一个第一铆接件和一个第二铆接件时,两个第一铆接件241在电路板190的长度或宽度方向的中心对称设置,两个第二铆接件在发热膜230的长度或宽度方向的中心对称设置。如此,可以使两组铆接组件240形成回路,进一步地保证发热膜230与电路板190的电连接的稳定性。
根据本公开的一些可选实施例,第二铆接件与凝胶片之间具有间隙,或者第二铆接件可以与凝胶片之间设有绝缘膜,因金属载体122为金属件,通过设置绝缘膜可以避免第二铆接件与凝胶片之间接触发生电连接影响按摩头1000的电疗效果。
根据本公开的一个具体实施例,电路板190上可以设有发光件130,如此,使发光件130可以简化发光件130的安装步骤。发光件130可以为一个或多个,当发光件130为多个时,发光件130均匀分布于电路板190,这样设置的多个发光件130之间具有稳定的相对位置,并且散发的光线更加均匀。可选地,可以采用SMC(Super-Multi Coating,镀膜)技术将发光件130与电路板190电连接。
可选地,聚光件和散光件可以将发热膜230与电路板190间隔开,从而可以避免发热膜230散发的热量影响电路。这样可以保证按摩头1000的使用寿命,并且避免安全隐患。
根据本公开的一个可选实施例,按摩头1000上设有发热膜230时,发热膜230上设有避让孔231,弹针连接器200穿设于避让孔231内,或者按摩头1000上设有导光板140时,导光板140可以设有避让孔231,再者,按摩头1000上设有均光板160时,均光板160上可以设有避让孔231。
根据本公开的一个可选实施例,如图3所示,载体122可以包括第一载体1226和第二载体1227,第一载体1226可以对凝胶片的中部形成支撑,第二载体1227可以对凝胶片的环边形成支撑。第一载体1226与发热膜230或凝胶片接触的一面为弧形面,且为2D弧面,可以理解的是,2D弧面的意思是其能够展开成平面。第一载体1226可以固定在按摩主体110上,第二载体1227能够相对按摩主体110拆卸。可选地,第二载体1227为透光材质。
第一载体1226与第二载体1227之间可以通过磁吸连接形成可拆卸连接,从而使得第一载体1226与凝胶片能够相对按摩主体110可拆卸。举例而言,第二载体1227与导光板140为一体结构,即直接以导光板140作为凝胶片的中部支撑结构。
例如,当按摩头1000同时设有发热膜230、导光板140、均光板160、反光板时,上述结构均可以对应设有避让孔231,弹针连接器200穿过避让孔231以与凝胶片接触,从而实现了电路板190与凝胶片的电连接,这样可以无需使用电连接线,从而可以保证按摩头1000的内部更加规整,提高了装配效率。
根据本公开的一个实施例,石墨烯膜可以为透明膜。可以理解的是,石墨烯具有良好的光学特性,在较宽波长范围内吸收率约为2.3%,看上去几乎是透明的。当按摩头1000内设有发光件130时,石墨烯膜不会影响光线的传出,并且贯通孔1221可以允许光线或红外辐射从凝胶片穿出。如此,可以有效保证按摩仪具有多种功效,并且按摩效果好。
进一步地,按摩头1000还包括第一磁吸件250和第二磁吸件(图未示出),第一磁吸件250设于按摩主体110上,第二磁吸件设于电极组件100上,电极组件100通过第一磁吸件250和第二磁吸件磁吸连接在按摩主体110上,以使金属载体122与按摩主体110可拆卸地连接。电极组件100设有第二磁吸件,第一磁吸件250与第二磁吸件之间具有磁性吸引力,以将电极组件100可拆卸地固定于按摩主体110。如此,可以使按摩主体110与电极组件100通过磁吸连接。并且,将电极组件100的外延凸出于按摩主体110设置,通过设置上述折边1224与翻边1223可以加强按摩主体110与电极组件100的稳定性,另外,这样可以使用户在需要更换或拆卸电极组件100时,以折边1224或翻边1223为支点使电极组件100与按摩主体110完全分离或部分分离,从而可以便于电极组件100的更换。举例而言,第二磁吸件可设于金属载体122上。
根据本公开的一个可选实施例,第一磁吸件250为多个,多个第一磁吸件250沿按摩主体110的周向方向间隔开,从而可以提高电极组件100与按摩主体110之间连接的稳定性。
例如,第一磁吸件250和第二磁吸件中的一个为磁性件,另一个为适于被磁吸件吸引的金属件,或者第一磁吸件250和第二磁吸件均为磁性件。上述两种方式都可以保证电极组件100与按摩主体110之间连接的稳定性。
在一些实施例里中,金属载体122可以作为第二磁吸件,也即第一磁吸件250对金属载体122具有磁吸力,以使金属载体122吸附在按摩主体110上。当然,金属载体122上也可以设有第二磁吸件,第二磁吸件与第一磁吸件250相互吸引。
根据本公开的一个具体实施例,按摩头1000包括电路板190,电路板190与凝胶片电连接。
如图2所示,按摩主体110可以包括基座112和中壳113,中壳113与基座112连接且限定出安装空间114,第一磁吸件250可以设于安装空间114内,中壳113背离基座112的表面朝向基座112凹陷以构造出收容槽1131,电路板190设于收容槽1131内,如此设置可以容置电路板190的同时,可以使容置电路板190后的中壳113表面较平整。
根据本公开的一个可选实施例,结合图4和图6,电路板190朝向基座112的侧壁具有插接柱192,插接柱192穿设于基座112,插接柱192适于与按摩仪的机身插接。通过插接柱192的设置,实现了按摩头1000与机身的电连接,且无需设置连接线。由此,可以使得按摩头1000内部规整,避免了连接线缠绕的情况发生。同时通过设置插接柱192可以提高基座112与电路板190之间连接的可靠性。
在另一些示例中,中壳113和电路板190中的一个具有定位柱(图未示出),另一个具有定位孔193,定位柱插设于定位孔193内,定位柱与定位孔193为多个,多个定位柱与定位孔193对应分散设置。如此,可以对电路板190起到定位的作用,可以便于中壳113与电路板190的安装,同时可以使中壳113与电路板190连接稳固。
进一步地,定位柱的自由端具有倒圆角,通过设置倒圆角可以起到导向的作用,进一步地便于中壳113与电路板190的安装,提高了安装效率。
根据本公开的一个可选实施例,结合图2,中壳113朝向基座112的表面具有定位凹陷1143,第一磁性件设于定位凹陷1143内。基座112具有止抵柱1121,止抵柱1121与第一磁性件止抵,以将第一磁性件限定于定位凹陷1143内。如此,可以保证按摩头1000的可靠性的同时,可以减小按摩头1000的厚度,从而可以满足按摩头1000的小型化需求。
根据本公开实施例的颈部按摩仪,包括上述按摩头1000和机身,按摩头1000的按摩主体110与机身连接。例如,按摩主体110可以与机身可拆卸地连接以便于更换与维修。通过在按摩仪上设置按摩头1000,可以保证颈部按摩仪与用户颈部的贴合性并且结构稳定可靠,且按摩仪可以具有例如热敷、光疗等多种按摩作用,且按摩效果好。
根据本公开实施例的可穿戴按摩设备,包括上述按摩头1000和穿戴件,穿戴件用于供人体穿戴,按摩头1000的按摩主体110与机身连接。例如,按摩主体110可以与穿戴件可拆卸地连接以便于更换与维修。通过在可穿戴按摩设备上设置按摩头1000,可以保证可穿戴按摩设备与用户皮肤的贴合性并且结构稳定可靠,且可穿戴按摩设备可以具有例如热敷、光疗等多种按摩作用,且按摩效果好。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种电极组件,应用于颈部按摩仪,颈部按摩仪包括机身和按摩头,其特征在于,包括:
    金属载体,所述金属载体可拆卸地与所述按摩头机械连接和电连接;
    非金属电极片,所述非金属电极片设于所述金属载体的表面,所述非金属电极片与所述金属载体层叠设置,所述金属载体用于承载支撑所述非金属电极片,所述非金属电极片适于与人体皮肤接触,所述非金属电极片在所述金属载体的承载下,跟随所述金属载体同步实现与所述按摩头之间的连接与分离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电极组件,其特征在于,所述金属载体具有沉槽,所述非金属电极片贴设于所述沉槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电极组件,其特征在于,所述非金属电极片的厚度大于等于所述沉槽的深度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电极组件,其特征在于,所述非金属电极片的厚度与所述沉槽的深度的差值为0.2mm-0.6mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电极组件,其特征在于,所述金属载体的厚度为0.2mm-0.3mm。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电极组件,其特征在于,所述金属载体为刚性载体,所述金属载体朝向所述非金属电极片的表面为凹弧面,所述非金属电极片贴设在所述凹弧面时被适配为与所述凹弧面匹配的弧形片。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电极组件,其特征在于,所述金属载体与所述非金属电极片粘接,所述非金属电极片与所述金属载体之间的粘接力大于所述非金属电极片与人体皮肤之间的粘接力。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的电极组件,其特征在于,所述非金属电极片为凝胶片。
  9. 一种按摩头,其特征在于,包括:
    按摩主体;
    电极组件,所述电极组件为根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的电极组件,所述电极组件的所述金属载体与所述按摩主体可拆卸地连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9引用权利要求2-4中任一项条件下所述的按摩头,其特征在于,所述金属载体的边缘朝向所述沉槽外部翻折以构造出翻边,所述翻边与所述沉槽的侧壁之间具有倒角。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的按摩头,其特征在于,所述翻边的自由端的边缘朝向背离用户皮肤的方向折弯以构造出折边,所述折边与所述翻边之间具有倒角。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的按摩头,其特征在于,所述折边和所述翻边的至少部分凸出于所述按摩主体。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的按摩头,其特征在于,所述翻边凸出于所述按摩主体的部分的高度为2mm-3mm。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的按摩头,其特征在于,所述折边与所述沉槽的侧壁的外表面构造出定位槽,
    所述按摩主体具有定位凸筋,所述定位凸筋插设于所述定位槽内。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的按摩头,所述按摩头还包括第一磁吸件和第二磁吸件,所述第一磁吸件设于所述按摩主体上,所述第二磁吸件设于所述电极组件上,所述电极组件通过所述第一磁吸件和所述第二磁吸件磁吸连接在所述按摩主体上,以使所述金属载体与所述按摩主体可拆卸地连接。
  16. 根据权利要求9所述的按摩头,其特征在于,所述金属载体具有贯通孔,
    所述按摩头还包括发光件,所述发光件设于所述按摩主体和所述电极组件之间,所述发光件发出的光线适于透过所述贯通孔。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的按摩头,其特征在于,所述贯通孔为多个,所述贯通孔的孔径为0.1mm-0.3mm;相邻的两个所述贯通孔的净距为0.5mm-2.0mm。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的按摩头,其特征在于,所述贯通孔为激光穿设孔,激光打孔方向为由靠近所述按摩主体的一侧向靠近所述非金属电极片的一侧。
  19. 根据权利要求9所述的按摩头,所述按摩主体内具有电路板,所述电路板与所述电极组件电连接。
  20. 一种颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,包括:
    机身;
    以及如权利要求9-19中任一项所述的按摩头,所述按摩头的所述按摩主体与所述机身连接。
  21. 一种可穿戴按摩设备,其特征在于,包括:
    穿戴件,用于供人体穿戴;
    以及如权利要求9-19中任一项所述的按摩头,所述按摩头的所述按摩主体与所述穿戴件连接。
