发光件130设于电极安装座110和非金属电极片121之间,发光件130与电极安装座110和非金属电极片121中的至少一个连接,发光件130发出的光线适于透过非金属电极片121。通过设置具有透光效果的非金属电极片121可以使发光件130发出的光线穿过非金属电极片121照射到按摩组件1000外部,光线可以照射到人体皮肤进而能够使按摩组件1000具有光疗的效果。例如,发光件130可以发出远红外辐射以使得按摩仪具有红外理疗功能。另外,发光件130还可以提供装饰光、氛围光、指示光等多种效果。
根据本申请实施例的按摩组件1000,通过将在按摩组件1000上设置发光件130,并且使发光件130发射出的光线传递至按摩组件1000的外部,从而可以使按摩组件1000发光或具有光疗功能。
在一些示例中,结合图2-图6,电极安装座110内可以具有电路板190,电路板190与非金属电极片121电连接,发光件130可以设于电路板190。按摩仪器可以设有供电结构以使电路板190实现通电。通过设置电路板190可以使按摩组件1000具有电刺激理疗式的按摩效果,非金属电极片121与人体皮肤接触可以给用户提供电刺激理疗等理疗效果,按摩仪通过向人体施加脉冲电流,可以加快人体肌肉的血液循环,能够有效地对肌肉产生舒缓的作用。此外,通过设置电路板190减少了按摩组件1000内的导线结构,可以节省导线占据的内部空间,便于优化按摩组件1000的部件。
根据本申请的一些可选实施例,非金属电极片121为导电件,非金属电极片121适于与人体皮肤接触以为用户提供理疗等按摩功能。
根据本申请的一个可选实施例,按摩组件1000还包括发热膜230,发热膜230位于电路板190和非金属电极片121之间,发热膜230与电路板190电连接。发热膜230发热将热量传导至非金属电极片121上可以提供热敷效果,通过设置发热膜230可以使得按摩仪具有多种按摩功能,从而可以提高按摩仪的按摩的多样性,保证了用户使用时的体验感。发热膜230可以为透光件或者发热膜230设有透光孔。如此,发光件130发出光线可以穿过发热膜230以保证按摩组件1000的光疗效果。
具体地,发热膜230与电路板190通过铆接组件240铆接并且电连接。如此,可以无需设置电连接线可以发热膜230与电路板190的电连接,从而可以避免发热膜230与电路板190中间走线而影响发热膜230的平整度。另外,铆接的电连接方式可靠性良好,发热膜230与电路板190的电连接稳定。
进一步地,按摩组件1000还可以包括用于检测发热膜230温度的温度检测元件(图未示出),温度检测元件与发热膜230接触以检测发热膜230的温度,可以便于调试温度,保证温度适宜,提高用户使用的舒适性。温度检测元件设于电路板190朝向非金属电极片121的一个表面的中部,所述温度检测元件的至少一部分与发热膜230接触,发热膜230与非金属电极片121贴合。可选地,温度检测元件可以集成于电路板190,如此可以减少装配步骤,提高了生产的效率。
根据本申请的一个实施例,铆接组件240包括第一铆接件241和第二铆接件(图未示出),第一铆接件241设于电路板190,第二铆接件设于发热膜230,第一铆接件241和第二铆接件铆接。如此,可以使发热膜230与电路板190通过第一铆接件241和第二铆接件铆接电连接,铆接电连接方式可靠,电连接稳定。
根据本申请的一些可选实施例,铆接组件240为两组,两组铆接组件240均匀设置。两组铆接组件240可以形成回路,结合图8,两个第一铆接件241在电路板190的长度或宽度方向的中心对称设置,两个第二铆接件在发热膜230的长度或宽度方向的中心对称设置。如此,可以进一步地保证发热膜230与电路板190的电连接的稳定性。
在一些实施例中,两个第一铆接件241在电路板190的长度或宽度方向中心对称设置,两个第二铆接件在发热膜230的长度或宽度方向中心对称设置。
如图2所示,电极安装座110还包括载体122,非金属电极片121设于载体122的表面以使非金属电极片121稳固地设置于电极安装座110。
进一步地,载体122可以为金属件。如此,载体122可以作为导电件,从而可以直接与非金属电极片121贴合以实现非金属电极片121的电连接。载体122朝向人体皮肤方向凹陷形成避让第二铆接件的避位空间260,第二铆接件的至少一部分容纳于避位空间260内,第二铆接件与非金属电极片121之间具有间隙,或者第二铆接件与非金属电极片121之间设有绝缘膜,这样避免了第二铆接件与金属件的载体122之间接触并电连接而影响按摩组件1000的可靠性。
在一些示例中,载体122具有至少一个贯通孔1221,可以理解的是,贯通孔1221沿非金属电极片121与载体122的层叠方向贯通,发光件130发出的光线适于透过贯通孔1221,从而可以使光线更有效地照射到非金属电极片121上,减小了光线损耗。贯通孔1221可以位于载体122的中部,例如,贯通孔1221可以为一个,如此,可以使光线发射较集中。从而可以为用户有针对性地按摩所需部位。
在另一些示例中,结合图7,贯通孔1221分为多组,每组包括多个间隔开的贯通孔1221,每组贯通孔1221沿载体122的周向方向分布。也就是说,每组贯通孔1221可以呈封闭或具有开口的环状布置,多组贯通孔1221层层排布,并且多组贯通孔1221的外轮廓从中心到边沿的方向上依次增大,另外,多组贯通孔1221的外轮廓可以与载体122的外轮廓的形状相适应。如此,可以使光线穿过贯通孔1221均匀发散,保证了光疗效果。
可选地,相邻的两个贯通孔1221的孔距为0.5-2.0mm,可以理解的是,孔距指的是两个相邻的贯通孔1221的之间的最短间距。如此,可以保证载体122结构的可靠性,同时可以保证透光效果。
在本申请的一些实施例中,贯通孔1221为多个,并且贯通孔1221的沿载体122厚度方向的横截面为圆形。贯通孔1221的孔径为0.1-0.3mm,如此,可以利用水的表面张力原理,在贯通孔1221处形成水封,从而可以避免非金属电极片121中的水穿过贯通孔1221与线路接触导致短路的情况产生。另外,当非金属电极片121为凝胶电极片时,凝胶为热的不良导体,即凝胶的导热效果较差,当按摩组件1000内设有发热件时,非金属电极片121的厚度应设置的较薄。可以理解的是,非金属电极片121的厚度为非金属电极片121与用户的接触面与背离接触面之间的最短距离。
当然,贯通孔1221也具有多种排布方式,例如贯通孔1221可以为呈多排多列并排排布。
根据本申请的一个可选实施例,贯通孔1221为激光穿设孔,激光打孔方向为由靠近电极安装座110的一侧向靠近非金属电极片121的一侧,如此,毛刺可以伸入到非金属电极片121内,从而可以提高载体122与非金属电极片121之间连接强度,同时减少了去除毛刺的步骤,提高了生产效率和按摩组件1000的结构强度。
在一些实施例中,非金属电极片121可以为凝胶电极片,例如,非金属电极片121与人体皮肤贴合处为凝胶材质,凝胶材质质地柔软,并且具有一定的粘性,当用户进行转动、扭动等动作时,凝胶电极片与人体接触时可以在一定程度随人体动作发生变形,凝胶电极片可以从而可以与人体的皮肤紧密贴合以保证按摩仪的按摩效果。通过将凝胶材质与人体皮肤贴合,可以使非金属电极片121具有较好的贴肤性和亲肤性,从而使按摩组件1000与人体的贴合性好,可以提高按摩组件1000的按摩效果,另一方面,凝胶材质透光效果好,透光的凝胶电极片在一定程度上可以便于观察按摩组件1000的内部结构,从而可以及时发现零件老化或松动等问题,因此将非金属电极片121设置为凝胶电极片,可以使得按摩组件1000的按摩效果较佳。当然上文中凝胶电极片制成的非金属电极片121也可以根据使用需求和使用环境替换为使用导电硅胶片、导电橡胶片、导电布、导电纤维片或ITO导电膜等非金属材料制成的非金属电极片121,在此不做限定。
在一些示例中,载体122与电极安装座110可拆卸地连接,通过拆卸载体122可以将非金属电极片121同时拆装,例如,当非金属电极片121为凝胶电极片时,能够有效地解决凝胶水分含量变低、易损坏、易脏污的问题,使凝胶电极片始终具有良好的电极性能与结构稳定性。
举例而言,发热膜230为石墨烯膜。石墨烯结构强度高,同时还具有很好的韧性,并且可以弯曲。通过设置石墨烯膜可以发热并且发出红外辐射以提高按摩仪的按摩效果。
根据本申请的一个实施例,石墨烯膜可以为透明膜。可以理解的是,石墨烯具有良好的光学特性,在较宽波长范围内吸收率约为2.3%,看上去几乎是透明的。当按摩组件1000内设有发光件130时,石墨烯膜不会影响光线的传出,如此,可以有效保证按摩仪具有多种功效,并且按摩效果好。
在一些示例中,按摩组件1000还可以包括聚光件210,聚光件210用于聚合发光件130散发的光线。聚光件210罩设于发光件130以使发光件130发出的光线沿预设光路传递。
在一些实施例中,聚光件210上可以设有让位孔212,发光件130可以伸入至让位孔212内,均光板160可以贴设在聚光件210的背离电路板的一侧,发光件130可以不伸出让位孔212以保证其可以与聚光件210和均光板160紧密贴合,从而可以保证光线不会从零部件之间的缝隙透出,降低了光线的损耗,并且聚光效果好,同时有利于减小按摩组件1000的小型化设计。
可选地,让位孔212可以为多个,让位孔212对第一铆接件、第二铆接件或温度检测装置让位,以在保证按摩组件1000的可靠新的同时,使按摩组件1000的内部结构更加紧凑,从而降低按摩组件1000的占用空间。
此外,按摩组件1000还可以包括均光板160,在光线的传递方向上,所述均光板160位于所述聚光件210的下游,从而可以提高按摩组件1000的出光效果。为了简化按摩组件1000,例如,均光板160可以与聚光件210为一体件,如此可以降低按摩组件1000内的零件数量,提高安装效率和生产效率。
在一些实施例中,均光板160与所述聚光件210为一体件,如此可以减小按摩组件1000的零件数量,提高了安装和生产的效率。
根据本申请的一个实施例,按摩组件1000的内外方向上按摩组件1000的非金属电极片121的投影中,均光板160的外轮廓不超出非金属电极片121的外轮廓。可选地,均光板160的外轮廓不超过贯通孔的外轮廓,如此,可以保证经过均光板160传出的光线可以有效地从贯通孔1221穿出,保证按摩组件的光疗效果。
在一些实施例中,按摩组件1000还可以包括导光板140。当然,在一些示例中,聚光件210也可以作为导光板140使用,也就是说,聚光件210可以具有导光的效果。嵌入部142为沿导光板140厚度方向贯通导光板140的贯通结构,发光件130还可以设置于嵌入部142,导光板140的朝向非金属电极片121的表面为出光面141,以使光线适于从贯通孔1221发出。可选地,导光板140可以为半透明板,并且具有雾面,如此可以提高其均光效果。此外,导光板140与聚光件210可以贴合设置。
如图3所示,按摩组件1000可以还包括第一遮光板143,第一遮光板143环绕于所述导光板140外周,以导引光线从出光面141传出,出光面141与贯通孔1221相对,通过设置第一遮光板143可以将发光件130发出的光能够更多地导向导光板140。
根据本申请的一个具体实施例,如图2所示,电极安装座110还包括第二遮光板144,第二遮光板144设于嵌入部142以使光线经过导光板140,从而可以使得导光板140仅具有朝向电极组件的发光面,出光效果更好。此外,第二遮光板144可以具有反光作用,可以使得更多的光线从导光板140的出光面141上透出。
进一步地,结合图3,按摩组件1000还可以包括反光板,反光板设于导光板140的背离出光面141的表面。通过设置反光板可以折射发散的光线,从而可以使更多的光线通过导光板140的出光面141透出,有效地保证了按摩组件1000的出光效果。
根据本申请的一个具体实施例,非金属电极片121的厚度大于等于1mm。可以理解的是,厚度指的是非金属电极片121与用户的贴合面到背离贴合面的方向(例如图2的上下方向)的尺寸。举例而言,非金属电极片121的厚度为1mm-1.2mm,这样设置的非金属电极片121不容易产生损坏,同时其与人体皮肤的贴合性好,并且有利于按摩仪的小型化设计,另外可以降低生产成本。此外,非金属电极片121的外沿与电极安装座110之间距离较小,不易使非金属电极片121产生褶皱或松脱的情况,增大了按摩组件1000的结构稳定性,同时保证了按摩效果。
根据本申请的一个可选实施例,非金属电极片121朝向人体皮肤的表面为弧形面,出光面141为弧形面。可以理解的是,这里指的是非金属电极片121与人体皮肤的接触面在不发生形变的情况下为弧形面,同时出光面141可以为弧形面,由此可以使得导光板140上的每一点到出光面141所对应的每一点的距离相等,实现了面与面对应的同时可以使点与点对应,使按摩组件1000具有更为均匀的出光效果。
当然,可以理解的是,非金属电极片121与出光面141只要具有相同或相近的形状都可以达到上述效果,并不局限于弧形面,也可以设置为平面等形状。
根据本申请的一个可选实施例,非金属电极片121朝向电极安装座110凹陷以构造出沉槽1222,沉槽1222可以沿载体122的周向设置,如此设置的沉槽1222一方面为非金属电极片121定位,从而便于非金属电极片121的安装,另一方面可以降低非金属电极片121的暴露面,提高了非金属电极片121的耐脏能力。此外,还可以提高按摩组件1000的结构强度。
根据本申请的一个具体实施例,非金属电极片121的厚度大于等于沉槽1222的深度,从而可以保证非金属电极片121能够与人体的皮肤有效接触,同时可以避免非金属电极片121与人体皮肤贴合不紧密的情况。
在一些示例中,所述非金属电极片121的厚度与所述沉槽1222的深度的差值为0.2mm-0.6mm。也就是说,非金属电极片121凸出于沉槽1222的高度为0.2mm-0.6mm。如此,保证了非金属电极片121可以有效接触人体皮肤并且使非金属电极片121的厚度不会过大,从而可以控制成本,同时这样设置的厚度较小的非金属电极片121易于保持原有形状。例如,所述非金属电极片121的厚度与所述沉槽1222的深度的差值为0.2-0.3mm。
在图4的示例中,载体122的边缘朝向电极安装座110翻折以构造出翻边1223,翻边1223位于沉槽1222外部。通过设置翻边1223可以增大电极安装座110与载体122的接触面积,从而提高了其连接的可靠性。
此外,翻边1223与沉槽1222的侧壁之间具有倒角。倒角面向人体皮肤设置,如此可以防止载体122的边沿刮伤人体皮肤,同时增强了非金属电极片121与载体122之间连接的结构强度。
根据本申请的一个具体实施例,翻边1223的自由端的边缘朝向背离用户皮肤的方向折弯以构造出折边1224,折边1224与翻边1223之间具有倒角,如此可以进一步地保证非金属电极片121与载体122的连接的可靠性。
根据本申请的一个可选实施例,结合图4,折边1224与沉槽1222的侧壁的外表面构造出定位槽1225,电极安装座110具有定位凸筋111,定位凸筋111凸筋插设于定位槽1225内。可选地,定位凸筋111为环形筋条,如此,可以进一步地提高其连结构的可靠性。
根据本申请的一个可选实施例,如图2所示,按摩组件1000还包括保护套170,保护套170包裹于翻边1223和折边1224。保护套170可以沿载体122的外轮廓套设在载体122上,如此,可以保护避免载体122的边沿暴露在外,从而可以提高载体122结构的可靠性。举例而言,保护套170为硅胶套。
在一些示例中,折边1224和翻边1223的至少部分凸出于电极安装座110。可以理解的是,折边1224与翻边1223沿电极安装座110的长度方向(例如,图2的左右方向)凸出于电极安装座110,这样,用户在需要更换非金属电极片121时,可以以折边1224或翻边1223为支点使非金属电极片121与电极安装座110完全分离或部分分离,从而可以便于非金属电极片121的更换。
例如,折边1224和翻边1223凸出于电极安装座110的部分的高度为2mm-3mm,可以理解的是,高度指的是凸出部分在电极安装座110长度方向上的尺寸。这样,既不会使折边1224和翻边1223过于突出而影响电极安装座110与非金属电极片121之间连接的可靠性,还可以便于非金属电极片121的拆卸。
可选地,载体122的厚度为0.2mm-0.3mm。如此可以保证非金属电极片121结构的可靠性的同时,厚度较薄以保证用户的体验感。此外,当按摩仪具有热敷效果时,这样设置的载体122的厚度可以提高传热效率。
根据本申请的一个可选实施例,载体122朝向非金属电极片121的表面为凹弧面,并且非金属电极片121的两侧可以同样为凹弧面,这样可以使其与载体122更加贴合,并且可以与接触的人体皮肤相适应以提高接触紧密性。
举例而言,载体122与非金属电极片121粘接,并且载体122与非金属电极片121的贴合面可以相适应,如此可以使其粘接更牢固,保证其粘接的可靠性。
根据本申请的一个具体实施例,非金属电极片121与载体122之间的粘接力大于非金属电极片121与人体皮肤之间的粘接力。也就是说,非金属电极片121与载体122接触面的黏度大于非金属电极片121与人体接触面的黏度,这样,可以避免在使用过程中非金属电极片121从载体122上脱离而粘上人体皮肤。
根据本申请的一个可选实施例,按摩组件1000还可以包括弹针连接器200,弹针连接器200的一端与电路板190电连接连接,且弹针连接器200的另一端可以与非金属电极片121电连接。通过设置电路板190与弹针连接器200可以使按摩组件1000内部实现无线化电连接,从而可以使按摩组件1000的内部结构更加的规整,也减少了焊接步骤,提高了装配效率。
在一些实施例中,弹针连接器200可以与电路板190焊接以保证其连接稳定性。或者,电路板190可以具有插口191,弹针连接器200插设于插口191内。如此,可以降低装配时间,提高了生产效率。此外,可以便于维修。
根据本申请的一个具体实施例,弹针连接器200为多个,多个弹针连接器200均匀分布。举例而言,弹针连接器200为两个,两个弹针连接器200关于电路板190的中心对称设置,如此可以保证电路板190与非金属电极片121电连接稳定。在其中一个弹针连接器200接触不良时,另外的弹针连接器200可以继续保证按摩组件1000正常工作。
进一步地,结合图2,按摩组件1000还包括保护罩,保护罩罩设于电路板190,所述保护罩与电路板190之间通过弹性件连接,且保护罩相对于电路板190可动。另外,保护罩具有通孔211,弹针连接器200适于穿设于通孔211内,当弹针连接器200的自由端穿过通孔211时,弹针连接器200与非金属电极片121电连接。当弹针连接器200的自由端与非金属电极片121分离时,所述弹性件推动保护罩朝向远离电路板190的方向移动,弹针连接器200位于保护罩内。如此,弹性连接器可浮动地设置,并且弹针连接器200可以保持始终与电路板190电连接,这样设置的弹性连接器能够稳定地与非金属电极片121电连接,并且有利于缩小按摩组件1000的厚度,提高了用户的体验感。
更进一步地,弹性件的一端与电路板190焊接,弹性件的另一端与保护罩抵接,或者弹性件的另一端与保护罩通过螺纹件连接。例如,弹性件的另一端上设有第一螺纹孔,保护罩上设有第二螺纹孔,第一螺纹孔与第二螺纹孔对应设置,通过螺纹件可以将第一螺纹孔与第二螺纹孔固定,从而可以使保护罩与弹性件稳固连接。
在一些实施例中,聚光件210也可以作为保护罩使用,也就是说聚光件210可以具有保护电路板190的功能,并且这样设置可以降低按摩组件1000内的零件数量,提高安装效率和生产效率。
可选地,弹性件为金属片。金属片可以为多个,并且多个金属片可以环绕电路板190间隔设置,这样,可以保证聚光件210与电路板190的连接稳定性,避免了发生一侧歪斜情况。
根据本申请的一个具体实施例,电路板190上可以设有一个或多个发光件130,当发光件130为多个时,发光件130均匀分布于电路板190,这样设置的多个发光件130之间具有稳定的相对位置,并且散发的光线更加均匀。可选地,可以采用SMC(Super-Multi Coating,镀膜)技术将发光件130与电路板190电连接。
可选地,聚光件和散光件可以将发热膜230与电路板190间隔开,从而可以避免发热膜230散发的热量影响电路。这样可以保证按摩组件1000的使用寿命,并且避免安全隐患。
根据本申请的一个可选实施例,按摩组件1000上设有发热膜230时,发热膜230上设有避让孔231,弹针连接器200穿设于避让孔231内,或者按摩组件1000上设有导光板140时,导光板140可以设有避让孔231,再者,按摩组件1000上设有均光板160时,均光板160上可以设有避让孔231。
根据本申请的一个可选实施例,如图3所示,载体122可以包括第一载体1226和第二载体1227,第一载体1226可以对非金属电极片121的中部形成支撑,第二载体1227可以对非金属电极片121的环边形成支撑。第一载体1226与发热膜230或非金属电极片121接触的一面为弧形面,且为2D弧面,可以理解的是,2D弧面的意思是其能够展开成平面。第一载体1226可以固定在电极安装座110上,第二载体1227能够相对电极安装座110拆卸。可选地,第二载体1227为透光材质。
第一载体1226与第二载体1227之间可以通过磁吸连接形成可拆卸连接,从而使得第一载体1226与非金属电极片121能够相对电极安装座110可拆卸。举例而言,第二载体1227与导光板140为一体结构,即直接以导光板140作为非金属电极片121的中部支撑结构。
例如,当按摩组件1000同时设有发热膜230、导光板140、均光板160、反光板时,上述结构均可以对应设有避让孔231,弹针连接器200穿过避让孔231以与非金属电极片121接触,从而实现了电路板190与非金属电极片121的电连接,这样可以无需使用电连接线,从而可以保证按摩组件1000的内部更加规整,提高了装配效率。
如图2所示,电极安装座110可以包括基座112、第一磁吸件250和中壳113,中壳113与基座112连接且限定出安装空间114,第一磁吸件250设于安装空间114内,中壳113背离基座112的表面朝向基座112凹陷以构造出收容槽1131,电路板190设于收容槽1131内,如此设置可以容置电路板190的同时,可以使容置电路板190后的中壳113表面较平整。载体122适于被第一磁吸件250吸引或者载体122设有适于被第一磁吸件250吸引的第二磁吸件,这样可以将非金属电极片121可拆卸地固定于电极安装座110,可以使电极安装座110与非金属电极片121通过磁吸连接。并且,将非金属电极片121的外延凸出于电极安装座110设置,这样可以使用户在可以通过拆卸载体122进行更换非金属电极片121。
举例而言,第一磁吸件250设置于中壳113,第二磁吸件设置于载体122,如此可以使载体122相对于中壳可拆卸,拆卸载体122可以将设置在载体122上的非金属电极片121一同拆卸,这样,可以便于更换非金属电极片121以保证非金属电极片121的贴合性和稳定性。
根据本申请的一个可选实施例,第一磁吸件250为多个,多个第一磁吸件250沿电极安装座110的周向方向间隔开,从而可以提高非金属电极片121与电极安装座110之间连接的稳定性。
在一些实施例里中,载体122可以作为第二磁吸件,也即第一磁吸件250对载体122具有磁吸力,以使载体122吸附在电极安装座110上。
根据本申请的一个可选实施例,结合图4和图6,电路板190朝向基座112的侧壁具有插接柱192,插接柱192穿设于基座112,按摩仪具有主体结构,插接柱192适于与按摩仪的主体结构连接。插接柱192直接与主体结构电连接,由此,可以使得替代电连接线,保证了按摩组件1000内部规整,避免了连接线缠绕的情况发生,并且便于拆卸。或者,插接柱192的内部可以设置有容纳空间以放置用于与电路板190连接的连接线。
在另一些示例中,中壳113和电路板190中的一个具有定位柱(图未示出),另一个具有定位孔193,定位柱插设于定位孔193内,定位柱与定位孔193为多个,多个定位柱与定位孔193对应分散设置。如此,可以对电路板190起到定位的作用,可以便于中壳113与电路板190的安装,同时可以使中壳113与电路板190连接稳固。
进一步地,定位柱的自由端具有倒圆角,通过设置倒圆角可以起到导向的作用,进一步地便于中壳113与电路板190的安装,提高了安装效率。
根据本申请的一个可选实施例,结合图2,中壳113朝向基座112的表面具有定位凹陷1143,第一磁吸件250设于定位凹陷1143内。基座112具有止抵柱1121,止抵柱1121与第一磁吸件250止抵,以将第一磁吸件250限定于定位凹陷1143内。如此,可以保证按摩组件1000的可靠性的同时,可以减小按摩组件1000的厚度,从而可以满足按摩组件1000的小型化需求。
根据本申请实施例的按摩仪,包括根据本申请上述实施例的按摩组件1000和机身,非金属电极片121可以为透光件,非金属电极片121设于电极安装座110的表面,非金属电极片121适于与人体皮肤接触。发光件130设于电极安装座110和非金属电极片121之间,发光件130与电极安装座110和非金属电极片121中的至少一个连接,发光件130发出的光线适于透过非金属电极片121。按摩组件1000的电极安装座110与机身连接,通过在按摩仪上设置按摩组件1000,可以使按摩仪同时具有例如光疗、电刺激理疗和热敷等多种按摩方式,并且按摩仪发光均匀,光疗效果好。另外,采用非金属电极片121与人体的皮肤贴合按摩,可以提高按摩组件1000与用户皮肤的贴合性。

Claims (26)
- 一种按摩仪的按摩组件,包括:电极安装座;非金属电极片,所述非金属电极片为透光件,所述非金属电极片设于所述电极安装座的表面,所述非金属电极片适于与人体皮肤接触;发光件,所述发光件设于所述电极安装座和所述非金属电极片之间,所述发光件与所述电极安装座和所述非金属电极片中的至少一个连接,所述发光件发出的光线适于透过所述非金属电极片。
- 根据权利要求1所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,所述电极安装座内具有电路板,所述电路板与所述非金属电极片电连接,所述发光件设于所述电路板。
- 根据权利要求2所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,还包括发热膜,所述发热膜位于所述电路板和所述非金属电极片之间,所述发热膜与所述电路板电连接,所述发热膜为透光件或者所述发热膜设有透光孔。
- 根据权利要求3所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,所述按摩组件还包括用于检测所述发热膜温度的温度检测元件,所述温度检测元件设于所述电路板朝向所述非金属电极片的一个表面的中部,所述温度检测元件的至少一部分与所述发热膜接触,所述发热膜与所述非金属电极片贴合。
- 根据权利要求3所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,所述发热膜与所述电路板通过铆接组件铆接且电连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,所述铆接组件为两组,所述铆接组件包括第一铆接件和第二铆接件,所述第一铆接件设于所述电路板,所述第二铆接件设于所述发热膜,所述第一铆接件和所述第二铆接件铆接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,两个所述第一铆接件在所述电路板的长度或宽度方向中心对称设置,两个第二铆接件在所述发热膜的长度或宽度方向中心对称设置。
- 根据权利要求6所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,所述电极安装座还包括载体,所述非金属电极片设于所述载体的表面。
- 根据权利要求8所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,所述载体为金属件,所述载体朝向人体皮肤方向凹陷形成避让所述第二铆接件的避位空间,所述第二铆接件的至少一部分容纳于避位空间内,所述第二铆接件与所述载体之间具有间隙;或者所述第二铆接件与所述非金属电极片之间设有绝缘膜。
- 根据权利要求8所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,所述载体具有至少一个贯通孔,所述贯通孔位于所述载体的中部。
- 根据权利要求10所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,所述贯通孔分为多组,每组包括多个间隔开的所述贯通孔,每组所述贯通孔沿所述载体的周向方向分布。
- 根据权利要求11所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,所述贯通孔的孔径为0.1-0.3mm;相邻的两个所述贯通孔的净距为0.5-2.0mm。
- 根据权利要求12所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,所述贯通孔为激光穿设孔,激光打孔方向为由靠近所述电极安装座的一侧向靠近所述非金属电极片的一侧。
- 根据权利要求8所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,所述电极安装座包括:基座;第一磁吸件;中壳,所述中壳与所述基座连接且限定出安装空间,所述第一磁吸件设于所述安装空间内,所述中壳背离所述基座的表面朝向所述基座凹陷以构造出收容槽,所述电路板设于所述收容槽内,所述载体适于被所述第一磁吸件吸引或者所述载体设有适于被所述第一磁吸件吸引的第二磁吸件。
- 根据权利要求14述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,所述电路板朝向所述基座的侧壁具有插接柱,所述插接柱穿设于所述基座,所述插接柱适于与所述按摩仪的机身连接。
- 根据权利要求15所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,所述中壳和所述电路板中的一个具有定位柱,另一个具有定位孔,所述定位柱插设于所述定位孔内。
- 根据权利要求16所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,所述定位柱的自由端具有倒圆角。
- 根据权利要求14所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,所述中壳朝向所述基座的表面具有定位凹陷,所述第一磁吸件设于所述定位凹陷内;所述基座具有止抵柱,所述止抵柱与所述第一磁吸件止抵,以将所述第一磁吸件限定于所述定位凹陷内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,所述发热膜为石墨烯膜。
- 根据权利要求19所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,所述石墨烯膜为透明膜。
- 根据权利要求1-20中任一项所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,还包括聚光件,所述聚光件罩设于所述发光件,以使所述发光件发出的光线沿预设光路传递。
- 根据权利要求21所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,所述聚光件上设有让位孔,所述发光件伸入至所述让位孔内。
- 根据权利要求22所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,还包括均光板,在光线的传递方向上,所述均光板位于所述聚光件的下游。
- 根据权利要求23所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,所述均光板与所述聚光件为一体件。
- 根据权利要求1-24中任一项所述的按摩仪的按摩组件,其中,所述非金属电极片为凝胶电极片。
- 一种按摩仪,其中,包括:机身;按摩组件,所述按摩组件包括电极安装座、非金属电极片、发光件,所述非金属电极片为透光件,所述非金属电极片设于所述电极安装座的表面,所述非金属电极片适于与人体皮肤接触;所述发光件设于所述电极安装座和所述非金属电极片之间,所述发光件与所述电极安装座和所述非金属电极片中的至少一个连接,所述发光件发出的光线适于透过所述非金属电极片,所述电极安装座与所述机身连接。
