在附图中,结构相同的部件以相同数字标号表示,各处结构或功能相 似的组件以相似数字标号表示。附图所示的每一组件的尺寸和厚度是任意示出的,本发明并没有限定每个组件的尺寸和厚度。为了使图示更清晰,附图中有些地方适当夸大了部件的厚度。
图1为本发明实施例的一种婴儿摇床的主视图、图2为本发明实施例的一种婴儿摇床的内部结构示意图、图3为本发明实施例的一种婴儿摇床的立体图,如图1至3所示,本发明提供了一种婴儿摇床包括:床厢1、至少两个摆动杆2和U形底座3;其中,所述床厢1通过所述摆动杆2悬挂于所述底座3中,所述床厢1可沿所述底座3的U形空间延展方向摇摆;所述床厢1包括:床板11、推杆电机12、电机横杆13和两端开口的围栏14;所述电机横杆13设于所述围栏14的底部,所述电机横杆13的延伸方向与所述底座3的U形空间延展方向一致;所述床板11的头部底面与所述推杆电机12的一端枢轴连接,所述床板11的脚部边沿与所述围栏14枢轴连接;所述推杆电机12的另一端与所述电机横杆13枢轴连接。
床厢1通过摆动杆2悬挂于底座3上且与底座3互不干涉,摆动杆2的优选数量为四,两个一组分设于床厢1与底座3相邻处,床厢1可由人或机械推动以底座3为支点进行摆动。电机横杆13设于底座3的底部用于支撑直杆电机并间接支撑床板11,电机横杆13最好设于床板11头部的下方,直杆电机推动床板11以其与围栏14的枢轴连接为转轴抬升或下降,实现床板11的翻转。喂奶后,把婴儿竖抱一段时间再放到床上,吐奶就会明显减少。可见,将婴儿放于本婴儿摇床,直杆电机驱动床板11抬升,床板11倾斜,这样将婴儿放在床上就变成了斜躺,吐奶就会减少,床板11翻转的角度越大,越接近竖抱的效果,防溢奶效果也就越好,再配合床厢1摆动,防溢奶的同时还帮助婴儿快速入睡,解放父母,省心省力。
床板11的翻转角度为0-30°,如果角度过大,床板1与护栏6的间隙就会越大,易出现夹伤婴儿的情况;优选0-10°,更能保证婴儿的安全。
围栏14将床板11、推杆电机12、电机横杆13围于其内部,其高度根据婴儿的体型设置,但从处于最高位的床板11面垂直到围栏14最低处测量内部高度应至少为275毫米,防止婴儿跌落,保证婴儿的安全。优选地,床板1上可增设多个镂空孔,用于通风透气,还能减轻整体的重量。 进一步地,图4为本发明实施例的一种婴儿摇床的剖面图、图5为本发明实施例中绕线桶的结构示意图,如图4和图5所示,婴儿摇床还包括:绕线桶4、第一线体41和第二线体42,所述电机横杆13的底面设有第一固定杆131和第二固定杆132;其中,所述绕线桶4可往复转动设于所述底座3的顶面且位于所述第一固定杆131和所述第二固定杆132中间;所述第一线体41和所述第二线体42的一端分别缠绕于所述绕线桶4上,所述第一线体41的缠绕方向与所述第二线体42相反,所述第一线体41和所述第二线体42的另一端分别与所述第一固定杆131和所述第二固定杆132连接。
绕线桶4的轴心与电机横杆13垂直,绕线桶4发生转动时,第一线体41和第二线体42会根据绕线桶4的转动程度带动床厢1进行水平往复摇摆。此外,根据第一线体41和第二线体42在绕线桶4上缠绕的长度,即绕线的圈数,可以调整水平往复运动的摆幅。
进一步地,图6为本发明实施例中绕线桶的局部的放大图,如图6所示,所述绕线桶4包括:第一V形口43和第二V形口44;其中,所述第一V形口43和所述第二V形口44均为环状;所述第一V形口43与所述第二V形口44的开口方向与所述绕线桶4的转动方向一致,所述第一线体41缠绕于所述第一V形口43,所述第二线体42缠绕于所述第二V形口44。通过第一V形口43和第二V形口44将第一线体41和第二线体42分开缠绕,避免互相干涉,保证摇摆的连续和平稳。
绕线桶4通过第一V形口43和第二V形口44,第一V形口43和第二V形口44内均设有圆孔,第一线体41和第二线体42的一端固定于圆孔中,令第一线体41和第二线体42可紧密地分别缠绕于第一V形口43和第二V形口44中,防止脱落。
进一步地,由于床厢1在进行水平往复摇摆时存在高低差,因此设置第一V形口43和第二V形口44的V形夹角为30°至120°,以补偿高低差,防止线体在绕线桶4转动过程中脱离。
进一步地,如图5所示,绕线桶4由马达45驱动,马达45被设置为正向及反向旋转,带动绕线桶往返转动4,使婴儿摇床的摆动自动化。马 达45还可使用遥控装置驱动,实现远距离遥控。自动化摆动无需体力支出,可以不间断的摇摆,安抚婴儿。
进一步地,图7为本发明实施例中A部放大图,如图3和图7所示,所述围栏14包括:厢体141和可翻转的侧板142,所述侧板142的底部与所述厢体141铰接5,所述侧板142的侧部与所述厢体141可拆卸连接。
将围栏14的侧边改为可翻转侧板142,侧板142可通过铰链翻下,方便用户移动婴儿。铰链被设置在侧板142与厢体141的内部,如此在侧板142复位与厢体141形成完整的周面时,铰链可被隐藏在侧板142与厢体141相应的内部空间中,隐藏式铰链更加美观。
进一步地,图8为本发明实施例中B部放大图,如图8所示,所述侧板142的侧部与所述厢体141通过插销143可拆卸连接,所述侧板142的侧部设有插销143和通孔144,所述插销143设于所述通孔144中,所述插销143沿所述侧板142延展方向穿贯穿所述侧板142的边缘插入设置在所述厢体141内的销槽中。
侧板142上设有插销143,插销143置于通孔144中,插销143包括:销顶1431、第一杆部1432和第二杆部1433,插销143沿与侧板142平行的方向穿过侧板142的一部分,露出第二杆部1433。在厢体141上与第二杆部1433对应的位置设有销槽,第二杆部1433插入销槽令侧板142固定在床厢1上。第一杆部1432的直径窄于销顶1431和第二杆部1433,第一杆部1432上套有弹簧,弹簧仅能在插销143穿过侧板142形成的通孔144中活动,在拉动销顶1431时,弹簧被压缩,第二杆部1433离开销槽,令侧板142通过铰链翻下,释放销顶1431时,插销143即通过弹簧复位。方便实用,避免戳伤婴儿,安全性更好。
进一步地,还可采用另一种插销进行可拆卸连接,图9为本发明实施例中另一种插销安装示意图、图10为本发明实施例中另一种插销爆炸图,如图9和图10所示,所述侧板142的侧部与所述厢体141通过所述插销143可拆卸连接,所述插销143设于所述侧板142的侧部边缘;其中,所述插销143包括:插销座1434和插销芯1435,所述插销座设有贯穿自身的滑道,所述插销芯可滑动地设于所述滑道中,所述厢体141设有容纳部 分所述插销芯1435的插销孔。
可拆卸连接方式有很多种,例如,侧板142边缘设凹槽用于安装插销143,插销143最好不超出侧板142的表面防止刮伤使用者并提升美观,便于随时拿掉侧板142,方便照顾婴儿。
还可增设弹簧1436,插销座1434和插销芯1435相互朝向的侧壁上均设有相互匹配的容置槽1437,弹簧1436置于相互匹配的容置槽1437中,容置槽1437的长度大于弹簧1436的长度。推动插销芯1435部分进入插销孔中,完成侧板142与厢体141的可拆卸连接,简单快捷;增设弹簧1436则可以进行缓冲,在插销芯1435挤压弹簧1436时起到缓冲作用,防止插销达到极限位发生碰撞声惊扰婴儿。增设弹簧则可以进行缓冲,在插销芯1435挤压弹簧1436时起到缓冲作用,防止插销143达到极限位发生碰撞声惊扰婴儿。
进一步地,图11为本发明实施例中摆动杆的爆炸图,如图11所示,所述摆动杆2包括:摆杆21、轴承22、第一转轴23和第二转轴24;其中,所述摆杆21的两端分别设有一所述轴承22;所述第一转轴23设于所述底座3的内壁,所述第二转轴24设于所述床厢1与所述第一转轴23相对的外壁上,所述轴承22分别以所述第一转轴23和所述第二转轴24转动;所述第一转轴23的水平高度大于所述第二转轴24的水平高度。
摆杆21采用金属制成,摆杆21两端分别固设一轴承22,第一转轴23和第二转轴24分别贯穿轴承22并分别与底座3和床厢1连接,第一转轴23和第二转轴24平行,摆杆21以第一转轴23和第二转轴24为轴摆动配合床厢1摇摆。该结构摆动方向固定,稳定性好,轴承使用寿命长且噪音小。
进一步地,如图4所示,所述第一线体41和所述第二线体42均通过弹性件46分别与所述第一固定杆131和所述第二固定杆132连接。
弹性件46优选为弹簧,即使马达45在床厢1的摆动过程中夹到物体,马达45也不会卡死,仍能扯动弹性件46进行转动,在马达45转动至预设的转动极限后,及可反向转动,令被夹到的物体脱离,而不是马达45一直未达到预设的转动极限,使马达45卡死。通过调整第一线体41和第 二线体42在绕线桶4上的缠绕圈数,还可调整弹性件46的松紧度,在撞击或夹到物体时降低伤害,还可起到缓冲作用,弹性件46是的摇摆方向变换过程更加平缓,避免摇摆至极限位反向移动过于僵硬而惊扰婴儿,改善用户体验。
进一步地,图12为本发明实施例的一种婴儿摇床的仰视图,如图12所示,底座3还包括:支撑连接件31和滚轮32,所述支撑连接件31设于所述底座3的连接拐角处,所述滚轮32与所述支撑连接件31固定连接。
底座3的底部设有支撑连接件31,具体被设置于婴儿摇床的底座3底面的连接拐角处,用于底座3加固,支撑连接件31可为任意形状,在此不作限定。四个支撑连接件31分别连接于底座3的侧面间的连接拐角处,滚轮32与支撑连接件31的数量对应设置,并将滚轮32连接于支撑连接件31上,如此即可将婴儿摇床的支撑点移动至支撑连接件31上,增加了婴儿摇床的承重性,结构更安全,且方便婴儿床的移动。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例。应当理解,本领域的普通技术无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思作出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种婴儿摇床,其特征在于,包括:床厢、至少两个摆动杆和U形底座;
    其中,所述床厢通过所述摆动杆悬挂于所述底座中,所述床厢可沿所述底座的U形空间延展方向摇摆;
    所述床厢包括:床板、推杆电机、电机横杆和两端开口的围栏;
    所述电机横杆设于所述围栏的底部,所述电机横杆的延伸方向与所述底座的U形空间延展方向一致;
    所述床板的头部底面与所述推杆电机的一端枢轴连接,所述床板的脚部边沿与所述围栏枢轴连接;
    所述推杆电机的另一端与所述电机横杆枢轴连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的婴儿摇床,其特征在于,还包括:绕线桶、第一线体和第二线体,所述电机横杆的底面设有第一固定杆和第二固定杆;
    其中,所述绕线桶可往复转动设于所述底座的顶面且位于所述第一固定杆和所述第二固定杆中间;
    所述第一线体和所述第二线体的一端分别缠绕于所述绕线桶上,所述第一线体的缠绕方向与所述第二线体相反,所述第一线体和所述第二线体的另一端分别与所述第一固定杆和所述第二固定杆连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的婴儿摇床,其特征在于,所述绕线桶包括:第一V形口和第二V形口;
    其中,所述第一V形口和所述第二V形口均为环状;
    所述第一V形口与所述第二V形口的开口方向与所述绕线桶的转动方向一致,所述第一线体缠绕于所述第一V形口,所述第二线体缠绕于所述第二V形口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的婴儿摇床,其特征在于,所述第一V形口和所述第二V形口的V形夹角为30°至120°。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的婴儿摇床,其特征在于,所述绕线桶由马达驱动。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的婴儿摇床,其特征在于,所述围栏包括:厢 体和可翻转的侧板,所述侧板的底部与所述厢体铰接,所述侧板的侧部与所述厢体可拆卸连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的婴儿摇床,其特征在于,所述侧板的侧部与所述厢体通过插销可拆卸连接,所述侧板的两侧设有插销和多个通孔,所述插销设于所述通孔中,所述插销沿所述侧板延展方向穿贯穿所述侧板的边缘插入设置在所述厢体内的销槽中。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的婴儿摇床,其特征在于,所述侧板的侧部与所述厢体通过插销可拆卸连接,所述插销设于所述侧板的侧部边缘;
    其中,所述插销包括:插销座和插销芯,所述插销座设有贯穿自身的滑道,所述插销芯可滑动地设于所述滑道中,所述厢体设有容纳部分所述插销芯的插销孔。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的婴儿摇床,其特征在于,所述摆动杆包括:摆杆、轴承、第一转轴和第二转轴;
    其中,所述摆杆的两端分别设有一所述轴承;
    所述第一转轴设于所述底座的内壁,所述第二转轴设于所述床厢与所述第一转轴相对的外壁上,所述轴承分别以所述第一转轴和所述第二转轴转动;
    所述第一转轴的水平高度大于所述第二转轴的水平高度。
  10. 如权利要求2至8任一项所述的婴儿摇床,其特征在于,所述第一线体和所述第二线体均通过弹性件分别与所述第一固定杆和所述第二固定杆连接。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的婴儿摇床,其特征在于,还包括:支撑连接件和滚轮,所述支撑连接件设于所述底座的连接拐角处,所述滚轮与所述支撑连接件固定连接。
