另外,术语“设置”、“连接”、“固定”应做广义理解。例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,可拆卸连接,或整体式构造;可以是机械连接,或电连接;可以是直接相连,或者是通过中间媒介间接相连,又或者是两个装置、元件或组成部分之间内部的连通。对于本领域普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本公开实施例中的具体含义。
除非另有说明,术语“多个”表示两个或两个以上。
本公开实施例中,字符“/”表示前后对象是一种“或”的关系。例如,A/B表示:A或B。
术语“和/或”是一种描述对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系。例如,A和/或B,表示:A或B,或,A和B这三种关系。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本公开实施例中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
结合图1、2所示,本公开实施例提供了一种冰箱,包括主体10,还包括固定板20和悬挂组件30。其中,固定板20设置于主体10,与主体10之间形成第一空间21,且设有与第一空间21连通的卡槽22;悬挂组件30包括容置结构31,以及与容置结构31连接的卡件32,卡件32可通过正向转动穿过卡槽22并延伸至第一空间21,然后反向转动抵靠于固定板20的内侧壁,以卡接悬挂组件30和固定板20。
主体10可以是冰箱的侧壁,也可以是冰箱的门体。将固定板20设置在冰箱的门体,则可以将悬挂组件30悬挂在冰箱的门体内侧。可选地,固定板20与门体平行设置。这样,在尽量减小对冰箱内部空间占用的基础上,便于固定板20与主体10之间形成第一空间21。固定板20设有与第一空间21连通的卡槽22,卡槽22能够允许卡件32延伸至第一空间21。将卡件32设计成能够通过正向转动穿过卡槽22,且延伸至第一空间21内的结构;并在卡件32反向转动时,位于第一空间21内的结构抵靠于固定板20的内侧壁,能够实现悬挂组件30与固定板20的连接,还避免了增加其他连接件。固定板20的内侧壁是指固定板20朝向第一空间21的侧壁。可选地,门体上围绕固定板20的外周设有挡板40。挡板40能够使固定板20更加牢固稳定。
正向转动是指悬挂组件30背向固定板20的一侧,相对于固定板20向上方翻转;反向转动是指,沿正向转动的轨迹反向转回。
悬挂组件30的容置结构31能够放置物品,悬挂组件30通过卡件32的正向转动穿过固定板20的卡槽22,并延伸至固定板20与主体10之间的第一空间21,然后卡件32反向转动抵靠在固定板20的内侧壁上,实现悬挂组件30与固定板20的卡接,使悬挂组件30与固定板20之间的不但可以拆卸,而且安装后牢固稳定,不易脱落。
可选地,容置结构31包括底板和围绕于底板上部的围挡。这样,可以将物品放置于底板,围挡围绕于底板的外周,防止物品从容置结构31内掉出。可选地,容置结构31还包括与底板相对设置的盖板,盖板可打开和关闭容置结构31。这样,平时盖板关闭,可以保护内部的物品,在需要放置或取出物品时,可以将盖板打开。可选地,容置结构31为瓶座。使用容置结构31放置瓶装的物品。
可选地,固定板20与主体10之间的距离大于1mm。这样,便于卡件32在正向转动和反向转动时,具有足够的空间实现动作调节。可选地,卡槽22的槽口形状为矩形。矩形的槽口形状规整,便于卡件32伸入至第一空间21,且能够限制竖直状态的卡件32退回卡槽22,有利于卡件32抵靠于固定板20的内侧壁。
可选地,容置结构31和卡件32一体成型或可拆卸连接。两种方式均能够实现容置结构31的挂置。当容置结构31和卡件32可拆卸连接时,也可以将其他物品与卡件32连接,实现挂置。
结合图3至5所示,在一些实施例中,卡件32包括连接部320和限位部321。其中,连接部320与容置结构31连接,可在卡件32正向转动时穿过卡槽22;限位部321与连接部320的穿入侧连接,可在卡件32正向转动时穿过卡槽22并伸入第一空间21,在卡件32反向转动时抵靠于固定板20的内侧壁。
连接部320实现容置结构31与卡件32的连接。限位部321与连接部320的穿入侧连接,当连接部320穿过卡槽22时,限位部321位于第一空间21内。卡件32正向转动时,限位部321可以调整至合适角度,在该角度下限位部321能够穿过卡槽22进入第一空间21。当限位部321伸入第一空间21后,卡件32反向转动,限位部321能够抵靠于固定板20的内侧壁。并且,由于卡件32反向转动,限位部321的角度发生变化,也无法从卡槽22内脱出,所以,容置结构31与固定板20实现了固定。
在实际安装过程中,将悬挂组件30正向转动,使卡件32伸入卡槽22并向斜上方移动,限位部321延伸至第一空间21,然后将悬挂组件30反向转动,直至限位部321抵靠于固定板20的内侧壁,再使悬挂组件30向下移动直至连接部320与卡槽22的下边缘相接触,此时,限位部321依然抵靠于固定板20的内侧壁,实现悬挂组件30与固定板20之间的固定。在实际拆卸过程中,先让悬挂组件30向上移动,使连接部320与卡槽22的上边缘相接触,然后卡件32相对卡槽22的上边缘正向转动,使限位部321进入卡槽22,再向斜下方移动,使卡件32脱离卡槽22,实现悬挂组件30与固定板20之间的分离。
可选地,限位部321为板状。板状的限位部321在转动时角度调节便于把握,便于从卡槽22中通过,且易于实现与固定板20内侧壁的抵靠。
结合图5、6所示,在一些实施例中,限位部321包括第一侧边3210和第二侧边3211。其中,第一侧边3210抵靠于固定板20的内侧壁;第二侧边3211抵靠于固定板20的内侧壁,且位于第一侧边3210的下方;以及,第一侧边3210与第二侧边3211之间的距离,大于卡槽22在竖直方向的长度。
第一侧边3210和第二侧边3211之间的距离,大于卡槽22在竖直方向的长度,这样,可以通过悬挂组件30的正向转动,使限位部321倾斜,使第一侧边3210和第二侧边3211在卡槽22上的投影长度小于卡槽22在竖直方向的长度,从而能够从卡槽22中通过。当卡件32反向转动时,限位部321保持竖直状态,由于第一侧边3210和第二侧边3211之间距离大于卡槽22在竖直方向的长度,故限位部321卡于第一空间21内,无法经过卡槽22脱出。
当卡件32正向转动从外部伸入卡槽22内时,第一侧边3210先进入卡槽22,第二侧边3211后进入卡槽22。当限位部321与固定板20的内侧壁产生抵靠时,第一侧边3210抵靠于卡槽22上方的内侧壁,第二侧边3211抵靠于卡槽22下方的内侧壁。当卡件32正 向转动从第一空间21伸入卡槽22内时,第二侧边3211先进入卡槽22,第一侧边3210后进入卡槽22,然后后退并向斜下方移动,离开卡槽22。
结合图6所示,在一些实施例中,连接部320与限位部321的连接处至第一侧边3210的距离为d1,连接部320与限位部321的连接处至第二侧边3211的距离为d2,d1>d2。
当连接部320与限位部321的连接处,与第一侧边3210和第二侧边3211的距离关系满足该条件时,通过悬挂组件30的正向转动,限位部321能够从外部经过卡槽22伸入第一空间21。悬挂组件30反向转动后,由于第一侧边3210距离连接处较远,故依然能够抵靠于固定板20的内侧壁。即使悬挂组件30向下移动,直至连接部320与卡槽22的下边缘接触时,第一侧边3210依然能够抵靠于固定板20的内侧壁。第二侧边3211与连接处的距离较短,便于限位部321经过卡槽22完全伸入第一空间21,并且便于限位部321从第一空间21退回卡槽22,进而与卡槽22分离。
结合图3所示,在一些实施例中,连接部320包括第一板件3201和第二板件3202。第一板件3201与容置结构31连接;第二板件3202与第一板件3201连接,且相对第一板件3201朝向固定板20一侧折弯并伸入卡槽22;其中,限位部321与第二板件3202连接。
第二板件3202相对第一板件3201朝向固定板20一侧折弯,限位部321与第二板件3202连接,便于伸入卡槽22以及第一空间21。可选地,第一板件3201和第二板件3202之间的夹角为90度。这样,便于第一板件3201与容置结构31连接,且便于第二板件3202伸入卡槽22。
可选地,限位部321为板状,限位部321与第二板件3202之间的夹角为90度。这样,在悬挂组件30转动到一定角度时,第二板件3202和限位部321均能够伸入至卡槽22内,且限位部321在伸入第一空间21后,能够通过反向转动抵靠于固定板20的内侧壁。
结合图3所示,在一些实施例中,容置结构31呈箱体状,第一板件3201与容置结构31的侧壁相贴合。箱体状的容置结构31便于放置物品,且有利于物品在容置结构31内保持稳定,不易晃动歪倒。第一板件3201与容置结构31的侧壁相贴合,能够最大限度地使第一板件3201保持牢固稳定,从而使第二板件3202以及限位部321保持牢固稳定。在限位部321伸入第一空间21内时,限位部321与固定板20之间的抵靠作用力,通过第二板件3202传递至第一板件3201,第一板件3201能够牢固地支撑悬挂组件30保持稳定。
在一些实施例中,容置结构31的上部为敞口。敞口便于将物品放置于容置结构31,或从容置空间取出物品。
结合图1、2所示,在一些实施例中,卡槽22的数量为多个,且在固定板20上沿横向和/或纵向间隔分布。
多个卡槽22在固定板20上沿横向和/或纵向间隔分布,使悬挂组件30选择性地挂置于固定板20的不同位置。例如,若多个卡槽22在固定板20沿横向分布,则悬挂组件30可以挂置于固定板20横向的不同位置;若多个卡槽22在固定板20沿横向分布,则悬挂组件30可以挂置于固定板20纵向的不同位置;若多个卡槽22在固定板20上沿横向和纵 向间隔分布时,则悬挂组件30选择余地更大,可以挂置于固定板20的不同位置。
在实际使用中,用户可根据冰箱内部空间需要,将悬挂组件30挂在合适位置,以避免与其他物品发生空间干涉,以充分利用冰箱内部空间。或者,用户也可以将多个悬挂组件30挂置在固定板20的不同位置。当多个卡槽22在固定板20上沿横向和纵向间隔分布时,卡槽22呈矩阵状设置。这样,卡槽22的分布更加规整,对于多个悬挂组件30,便于合理选择卡槽22。并且,对于单个悬挂组件30,若设置了多个卡件32,也便于将悬挂组件30挂置于不同位置。
结合图2所示,在一些实施例中,卡件32的数量为多个,且设置于容置结构31的同一侧。多个卡件32设置于容置结构31的同一侧。这样,将该侧朝向固定板20,能够使多个卡件32与固定板20卡接,从而增强容置结构31的稳定性。可选地,相邻卡件32之间的间距与相邻卡槽22之间的间距相同。这样,能够使多个卡件32均卡入与之位置对应的卡槽22中。可选地,多个卡槽22呈矩阵状分布。这样,设有多个卡件32的容置结构31能够挂置于固定板20的各个位置。
示例性地,容置结构31呈箱体状,容置结构31的一侧设有两个卡件32,卡槽22的数量为多个且呈矩阵状分布。这样,可以在固定板20上选择合适的位置,将容置结构31通过两个卡件32,卡入位置对应的卡槽22内,实现悬挂组件30与固定板20的连接。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冰箱,包括主体,其特征在于,还包括:
    固定板,设置于所述主体,与所述主体之间形成第一空间,且设有与所述第一空间连通的卡槽;
    悬挂组件,包括容置结构,以及与所述容置结构连接的卡件,所述卡件可通过正向转动穿过所述卡槽并延伸至所述第一空间,然后反向转动抵靠于所述固定板的内侧壁,以卡接所述悬挂组件和所述固定板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述卡件包括:
    连接部,与所述容置结构连接,可在所述卡件正向转动时穿过所述卡槽;
    限位部,与所述连接部的穿入侧连接,可在所述卡件正向转动时穿过所述卡槽并伸入所述第一空间,在所述卡件反向转动时,抵靠于所述固定板的内侧壁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述限位部包括:
    第一侧边,抵靠于所述固定板的内侧壁;
    第二侧边,抵靠于所述固定板的内侧壁,且位于所述第一侧边的下方;
    其中,所述第一侧边与所述第二侧边之间的距离,大于所述卡槽在竖直方向的长度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述连接部与所述限位部的连接处至所述第一侧边的距离为d1,所述连接部与所述限位部的连接处至所述第二侧边的距离为d2,d1>d2。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述连接部包括:
    第一板件,与所述容置结构连接;
    第二板件,与所述第一板件连接,且相对所述第一板件朝向所述固定板一侧折弯并伸入所述卡槽;
    其中,所述限位部与所述第二板件连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述容置结构呈箱体状,所述第一板件与所述容置结构的侧壁相贴合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述容置结构的上部为敞口。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述卡槽的数量为多个,且在所述固定板上沿横向和/或纵向间隔分布。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述卡件的数量为多个,且设置于所述容置结构的同一侧。
  10. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述卡槽的形状为矩形。
