为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决现有的香薰结构香味单一、更换香味麻烦等问题,本发明一方面提供了一种香薰组件,所述罩壳内形成有至少一个安装位,每个安装位配置有至少一个香薰模块,所述香薰模块包括安装构件以及盛放于所述安装构件的香薰料,所述香薰模块通过所述安装构件设置于所述安装位,所述香薰组件还包括驱动传动机构,所述驱动传动机构与所述香薰模块相连,以便通过所述驱动传动机构使所述香薰模块以可活动的方式设置于所述安装位,并且所述安装构件上具有连通结构,所述罩壳内形成有允许空气通过的送风通道,以便:在所述香薰模块在所述驱动传动机构的带动下活动至所 述安装位的目标位置的情形下,所述香薰料的香味能够通过所述连通结构和所述送风通道进入目标空间;其中,在所述香薰模块的个数为多个的情形下,多个所述香薰模块散发出的香味中至少有一部分与其余部分不同。
在上述香薰组件的优选技术方案中,在所述香薰模块在所述驱动传动机构的带动下活动至所述安装位的目标位置的情形下,至少所述安装构件对应于所述连通结构所在的位置位于所述送风通道内,从而使所述香薰料的香味能够通过所述连通结构和所述送风通道进入目标空间。
在上述香薰组件的优选技术方案中,每个香薰模块配置有一个驱动传动机构,以便在所述香薰模块的个数为多个的情形下,多个所述香薰模块能够以相互独立的方式向目标空间散发香味。
在上述香薰组件的优选技术方案中,所述罩壳内设置有安装结构,所述安装位形成于所述安装结构,所述香薰模块能够通过所述驱动传动机构相对于所述安装结构移动。
在上述香薰组件的优选技术方案中,所述香薰组件还包括促进所述香薰模块的香味到达目标空间的送风机构,所述罩壳在对应于送风机构的送风方向围设有第一区域和第二区域,所述安装结构设置于所述第一区域,所述第二区域的至少一部分为沿所述送风方向的开放结构从而形成所述送风通道。
在上述香薰组件的优选技术方案中,所述驱动传动机构包括驱动构件以及与所述驱动机构相连的所述传动构件,所述传动构件与所述安装构件相连。
在上述香薰组件的优选技术方案中,所述传动构件包括齿轮齿条副,所述齿轮齿条副包括齿轮和齿条,所述齿条与所述安装构件相连,从而使所述安装构件通过所述齿轮和齿条的配合相对于所述罩壳移动。
在上述香薰组件的优选技术方案中,所述香薰组件还包括安装座,所述安装构件设置于所述安装座,所述齿条以固定连接或者一体成型的方式设置于所述安装座,所述安装座以可活动的方式设置于所述 罩壳,从而通过所述齿条与所述齿轮的配合带动所述安装座能够相对于所述罩壳移动。
在上述香薰组件的优选技术方案中,所述安装结构上设置有至少一个阻隔构件,所述安装结构、所述阻隔构件和所述罩壳形成所述安装位,所述安装座以可活动的方式设置于所述阻隔构件。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的技术方案中,香薰组件包括罩壳,罩壳内形成有至少一个安装位,每个安装位上配置有至少一个香薰模块,如可以是每个安装位设置有一个香薰模块,也可以是每个安装位均设置有多个香薰模块,还可以是部分安装位设置有一个香薰模块、部分安装位设置有多个香薰模块,这样也就能够将多个香味相同或者不同的香薰模块设置在罩壳内。其中,香薰模块包括安装构件和香薰料,香薰料盛放于安装构件,香薰模块通过安装构件设置于安装位,该安装构件上形成有连通结构,香薰料的香味就可以通过该连通结构到达安装构件的外部。香薰组件包括驱动传动机构,该驱动传动机构与香薰模块相连,这样,通过驱动传动机构就可以将香薰模块以可活动的方式设置于安装位,并且罩壳内形成有允许空气通过的送风通道,这样在香薰模块活动至安装位的目标位置的情形下,香薰料的香味能够通过安装构件上的连通结构和送风通道到达目标空间,从而达到调整目标空间的香味的目的。如一个驱动传动机构可以仅驱动一个香薰模块,也可以是一个驱动传动机构驱动所有香薰模块中的一部分,还可以是一个驱动传动机构驱动全部的香薰模块。并且,在香薰模块的个数为多个的情形下,多个香薰模块中的香薰液散发出来的香味至少有一部分与其余部分不同,这样通过使不同的香薰模块活动至目标位置,就能够使不同的香薰模块中的香薰料的香味进入目标空间,从而达到调整目标空间的香味的目的,满足用户更丰富的需求。
在本发明的优选技术方案中,在香薰模块活动至安装位的目标位置的情形下,至少安装构件对应于连通结构所在的位置位于送风通道内,这样香薰料的香味就能够通过连通结构到达安装构件的外部,再由流经送风通道的空气将其香味带到目标空间,从而达到调整目标空间的香味的目的。
进一步地,每个香薰模块配置有一个驱动传动机构,这样在香薰模块的个数为多个的情形下,多个香薰模块就能够以相互独立的方式向目标空间散发香味,这样也就不会造成因多个香薰模块同时散发香味而导致的窜味,从而能够更好地调整目标空间的香味。
进一步地,罩壳内设置有安装结构,安装位形成于该安装结构,香薰模块能够通过驱动传动机构沿安装结构移动。优选地,香薰组件还包括送风机构,通过该送风机构能够将香薰料的香味吹出罩壳,从而就能够促进香薰料的香味到达目标空间。罩壳在对应于送风机构的送风方向围设有第一区域和第二区域,上述安装结构设置于第一区域,第二区域的至少一部分为沿送风方向的开放结构,从而也就形成了送风通道,送风机构吹出的风经该送风通道进入目标空间。如,送风机构为风扇,风扇吹出的风流经送风通道时将位于送风通道内的香薰模块的香味吹出罩壳,从而就能够更好地将香味送达至目标空间。
进一步地,驱动传动机构包括驱动构件以及与驱动构件相连的传动构件,传动构件与安装构件相连,这样就可以通过驱动构件带动传动构件移动,进而带动安装构件在罩壳内移动,如直线运动或者转动等。优选地,传动构件为齿轮齿条副,齿轮齿条副包括齿轮和齿条,齿条与安装构件相连,这样通过齿轮和齿条的配合就能够带动安装构件在罩壳内移动。
进一步地,香薰模块包括安装座,安装构件设置在该安装座上,齿条以固定连接或者一体成型的方式设置于该安装座,安装座以可活动的方式设置于罩壳,这样通过齿轮和齿条的配合,能够使安装座相对于罩壳移动,从而就能够带动安装构件在罩壳内移动。
进一步地,安装结构上设置有至少一个阻隔构件,由安装结构、阻隔构件和罩壳形成上述安装位,其中,安装座以可活动的方式设置于该阻隔构件,从而在齿轮和齿条的配合作用下,使得安装座可以相对于阻隔构件移动。
本发明另一方面还提供了一种空调器,所述空调器包括空调室内机,所述空调室内机配置有前述任一项方案所述的香薰组件。
需要说明的是,该空调器具有前述的香薰组件的所有技术效果,在此不再赘述。

下面参照附图来描述本发明的优选实施方式。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。虽然本实施例是以壁挂式空调器为例来进行阐述的,但是还可以适用于吊顶式空调器、窗机等其他类型的空调器的室内机。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、 以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
参照图1至图7,图1是本发明一种实施例的柜式空调器的香薰组件设置在壳体内的结构示意图,图2是图1中局部A的放大示意图,图3是本发明一种实施例的柜式空调器的香薰组件的结构示意图一,图4是图3中局部B的放大示意图,图5是本发明一种实施例的柜式空调器的香薰组件的结构示意图二,图6是图5中局部C的放大示意图,图7是本发明一种实施例的柜式空调器的香薰组件的结构示意图三。如图1至图7所示并按照图1所示的方位,柜式空调器包括空调室内机,空调室内机包括壳体1,壳体1上具有进风口11和两个出风口12,进风口11位于左侧,两个出风口12分别位于空调室内机的右侧的上方和下方,壳体1内配置有两个室内风机13,在两个室内风机13的作用下,进入壳体1内的空气就能够分别从上下两个出风口12进入室内空间。空调室内机在靠近下出风口12的位置形成有安装位,在该安装位内设置有香薰组件2,该香薰组件2包括罩壳21和作为送风机构的风扇23,按照图3所示的方位,罩壳内从左至右形成有四个安装位,这四个安装位内分别设置有一个香薰模块,该香薰模块包括安装构件和香薰料,香薰料盛放在安装构件内,这四个香薰料的香味均不相同,香薰模块通过安装构件设置在对应的安装位上,该安装构件上形成有连通结构,香薰料的香味就可以通过该连通结构到达安装构件的外部。这样一来,在风扇23吹出的风的作用下,就能够将香薰料的香味吹出罩壳。空调室内机在对应于安装位的位置形成有引导结构14,该引导结构14包括与香薰组件2相连的连通管道141以及与进风口11相连的引导板142,从罩壳出来的风就能够依次经连通管道141和引导板142进入壳体1内,然后在两个室内风机13的作用下,香薰料散发的香味就能够与室内空间的空气一起被送到室内空间,从而就能够在调整室内空间的温度的同时调整室内空间的香味。其中,香薰组件2还包括四个驱动传动机构26,每个香薰模块配置有一个驱动传动机构26,驱动传动机构26与安装构件相连,这样通过驱动传动机构26就能够将香薰模块以可活动的方式设置在安装位上。罩壳21的上部形成有送风通道,在安装构件向上移动至目标位置的情形下,安装构件位于该送风通道内,此时,其连通 结构自然也位于送风通道内,位于安装构件内的香薰料的香味通过连通结构到达安装构件的外部后,流经送风通道的风就能够将该香味带到室内空间。在本实施例中,四个安装构件中的香薰料的香味均不相同,这样,通过使不同的安装构件移动至目标位置,就能够使不同的香薰料的香味进入室内空间,这样也就能够达到调整室内空间的香味的目的。
可以理解的是,每个安装位也可以设置其他数量的香薰模块,如两个或者三个或者其他数量的香薰模块,本领域技术人员可以根据需要灵活选择每个安装位设置的香薰模块的数量,以便适应更加具体的应用场合。
可以理解的是,多个香薰模块中的香薰料所散发的香味还可以是部分相同部分不同,本领域技术人员可以根据具体的应用场景灵活选择多个香薰模块中的香薰料的香味的种类,以便适应更加具体的应用场合。显然,香薰料可以是香薰液,也可以是固态香薰料,如多个香薰模块的安装构件内设置的均为香薰液或者均为固态香薰料或者部分为香薰液、部分为固态香薰料等。
可以理解的是,一个驱动传动机构也可以与多个香薰模块相连,如同时与两个或者三个或者其他数量的香薰模块相连,本领域技术人员可以根据需要灵活选择与驱动传动机构相连的香薰模块的数量,以便适应更加具体的应用场合。
可以理解的是,驱动传动机构还可以使安装构件以其他的运动方式运动至目标位置,如转动、滚动等其他可能的运动方式,本领域技术人员可以根据具体的应用场景灵活选择安装构件的运动方式,以便适应更加具体的应用场合。
在本实施例中,由于风道的径向空间往往有限,因此将香薰模块设置在风道之外并为其单独配置预留空间,该预留空间可以是壳体内的任意可能的位置,这样一来,就能够保证香薰模块具有足够的安装空间且不影响风道的设计。基于上述香薰组件的结构,在风扇的作用下,香薰液的香味就能够被吹到风道最终被送入室内空间。显然,也可以不设置风扇,如在风道与香薰组件之间设置导风结构,该导风结构可以将风道内的具有一定速度的空气引导至香薰组件,将香薰组件内香薰模块的香味吹入壳体内,然后再与壳体内的空气一起被送入室内空间。可以 理解的是,假设风道具有足够的空间,显然也可以将香薰模块的全部或者部分设置在风道内,这样香薰组件就可以不设置风扇,仅通过流经风道的空气就能够将香薰液的香味携带至室内空间。本领域技术人员可以根据具体的应用场景灵活选择将香薰模块的香味送至壳体内的具体实现方式,以便适应更加具体的应用场合。为了阐述方便,下面以香薰组件包括风扇并结合附图来描述本发明的可能的实现方式。
继续参照图1至图7,如图1至图7所示并按照图3所示的方位,风扇23包括蜗壳231、轮毂232以及沿轮毂232的周向分布的多个叶片233,蜗壳231为大致与罩壳21尺寸相当的方形结构,该蜗壳231的前侧和后侧在四个拐角处形成有螺钉孔,前侧通过螺栓与罩壳21相连,后侧通过螺栓与壳体1相连,这样就能够将香薰组件2固定设置在壳体1内。罩壳21内围设有位于下半部分的第一区域和上半部分的第二区域,第一区域沿左右方向设置有作为安装结构的板状结构24,第二区域为前后贯通的开放结构,这样也就在第二区域形成了送风通道,这样一来,叶片233转动吹出的风就能够经由送风通道从后往前吹到罩壳21的外部,此时,位于送风通道的安装构件内的香薰料的香味就能够更好地被风扇23吹出的风送出罩壳21,从而能够更快、更好地调整室内空间的香味。
可以理解的是,风扇的个数还可以是其它的数量,如四个,即风扇与第一容纳腔的数量相同,又如三个,其中一个风扇对准两个第一容纳腔,等等,本领域技术人员可以根据具体的应用场景灵活选择风扇的数量,以便适应更加具体的应用场合。
继续参照图1至图7并按照图3所示的方位,驱动传动机构26包括驱动构件和传动构件,驱动构件为驱动电机261,驱动电机261设置在板状结构24上,传动构件为齿轮齿条副,齿轮齿条副包括匹配相接的齿轮262和齿条263,齿轮262与驱动电机261的动力输出端相连,齿条263沿竖直方向分布、且其右侧与安装座27的左侧固定相连。显然,齿条还可以是与安装座以一体成型的方式设置,也可以是直接在安装座上形成有能够与齿轮相匹配的锯齿状结构,本领域技术人员可以根据具体的应用场景灵活选择传动构件带动安装构件上下移动的具体实现方式,以便适应更加具体的应用场合。
继续参照图1至图7并按照图3所示的方位,板状结构24的背风面设置有三个作为阻隔构件的隔板25,这样就在罩壳21内形成了上述四个安装位,每个安装位内设置有一个香薰模块,这样就能够使四个香薰模块彼此独立,不会窜味。香薰组件2还包括大致为长条状的安装座27,安装构件大致为圆柱状的香薰瓶22,该香薰瓶22设置在安装座27的顶端,香薰瓶22的顶部形成有作为连通结构的开口221,这样,当空气流经该开口221时,就能够快速地将香薰瓶内香薰料的香味带走。
显然,在罩壳内也可以不设置上述板状结构和隔板,安装位为罩壳向内凹陷形成的凹陷结构,香薰模块可活动地设置于该凹陷结构,本领域技术人员可以根据具体的应用场景灵活选择安装位的形成方式,以便适应更加具体的应用场合。
继续参照图1至图7并按照图3所示的方位,安装座27的右侧形成有滑道271,隔板25在相应的位置形成有滑轨251,这样通过滑道271和滑轨251的配合,安装座27就能够沿隔板25上下滑动。显然,上述通过滑道和滑轨的匹配实现安装座相对于隔板上下移动属于一种示例性的描述,本领域技术人员可以根据具体的应用场景灵活选择安装座相对于隔板移动的具体实现形式,如滑轮和滑道等,以便适应更加具体的应用场合。
需要说明的是,上述滑道与滑轨长度不同,但设计人员显然是可以根据具体的应用场景来调整滑道和滑轨的长度的,只要确保安装座能够向上移动至使香薰瓶的开口位于送风通道内、向下移动至使香薰瓶的开口位于板状结构的背风面即可。
通过上述设置方式,在驱动电机261的驱动作用下,就可以带动与之相接的齿轮262转动进而带动齿条263移动,从而带动安装座27沿隔板25上下移动,这样一来,用户需要哪种香味的香薰,就可以使与具有该香味的香薰模块相连的驱动电机261运转,带动相应的香薰瓶22向上移动至使香薰瓶22的开口221位于送风通道内,空气在流经香薰瓶22时就能够将该香味带到罩壳21的外部。
可以理解的是,还可以通过其他的方式实现香薰瓶的上下移动,如丝杠螺母等,本领域技术人员可以根据具体的应用场合灵活选择驱动传动机构的具体设置形式,以便适应更加具体的应用场合。
可以理解的是,安装结构还可以设置为其他的形式,如多个独立设置的安装槽,香薰模块设置在安装槽内,可以是一个安装槽设置一个香薰模块,也可以是一个安装槽内设置多个香薰模块,本领域技术人员可以根据具体的应用场景灵活选择安装结构的设置形式,以便适应更加具体的应用场合。
综上所述,在本发明的优选技术方案中,通过在空调室内机的壳体内设置香薰组件、香薰组件的罩壳内设置多个安装位和风扇、通过驱动传动机构可活动地设置的香薰模块以及安装构件上形成有连通结构,这样在香薰模块活动至目标位置的情形下,安装构件的连通结构处位于送风通道内,风扇就能够将位于安装构件内部的香薰料的香味带到目标空间;通过使多个香薰模块中的香薰液散发出来的香味至少有一部分与其余部分不同,这样就能够实现不同香味的调整;通过板状结构的设置、板状结构的背风面设置多个隔板的设置、齿轮和齿条的设置以及安装座能够沿隔板上下移动,从而在板状结构上形成多个相对独立的安装位,各个安装位内的香薰料的香味不会互相窜味,在齿轮和齿条的作用下向上移动至香薰瓶的开口送风通道内时,位于该香薰瓶内的香薰料的香味在流经该开口处的空气的作用下带到壳体内,使不同的齿轮和齿条运转,就可以使不同的香薰料的香味进入壳体,从而达到调整香味的目的。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种香薰组件,其特征在于,所述香薰组件包括罩壳,所述罩壳内形成有至少一个安装位,每个安装位配置有至少一个香薰模块,
    所述香薰模块包括安装构件以及盛放于所述安装构件的香薰料,所述香薰模块通过所述安装构件设置于所述安装位,
    所述香薰组件还包括驱动传动机构,所述驱动传动机构与所述香薰模块相连,以便通过所述驱动传动机构使所述香薰模块以可活动的方式设置于所述安装位,并且
    所述安装构件上具有连通结构,所述罩壳内形成有允许空气通过的送风通道,以便:
    在所述香薰模块在所述驱动传动机构的带动下活动至所述安装位的目标位置的情形下,所述香薰料的香味能够通过所述连通结构和所述送风通道进入目标空间;
    其中,在所述香薰模块的个数为多个的情形下,多个所述香薰模块散发出的香味中至少有一部分与其余部分不同。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的香薰组件,其特征在于,在所述香薰模块在所述驱动传动机构的带动下活动至所述安装位的目标位置的情形下,至少所述安装构件对应于所述连通结构所在的位置位于所述送风通道内,从而使所述香薰料的香味能够通过所述连通结构和所述送风通道进入目标空间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的香薰组件,其特征在于,每个香薰模块配置有一个驱动传动机构,以便在所述香薰模块的个数为多个的情形下,多个所述香薰模块能够以相互独立的方式向目标空间散发香味。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的香薰组件,其特征在于,所述罩壳内设置有安装结构,所述安装位形成于所述安装结构,所述香薰模块能够通过所述驱动传动机构相对于所述安装结构移动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的香薰组件,其特征在于,所述香薰组件还包括促进所述香薰模块的香味到达目标空间的送风机构,
    所述罩壳在对应于送风机构的送风方向围设有第一区域和第二区域,所述安装结构设置于所述第一区域,所述第二区域的至少一部分为沿所述送风方向的开放结构从而形成所述送风通道。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的香薰组件,其特征在于,所述驱动传动机构包括驱动构件以及与所述驱动构件相连的所述传动构件,所述传动构件与所述安装构件相连。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的香薰组件,其特征在于,所述传动构件包括齿轮齿条副,所述齿轮齿条副包括齿轮和齿条,所述齿条与所述安装构件相连,从而使所述安装构件通过所述齿轮和齿条的配合相对于所述罩壳移动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的香薰组件,其特征在于,所述香薰组件还包括安装座,所述安装构件设置于所述安装座,所述齿条以固定连接或者一体成型的方式设置于所述安装座,所述安装座以可活动的方式设置于所述罩壳,从而通过所述齿条与所述齿轮的配合带动所述安装座能够相对于所述罩壳移动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的香薰组件,其特征在于,所述安装结构上设置有至少一个阻隔构件,所述安装结构、所述阻隔构件和所述罩壳形成所述安装位,所述安装座以可活动的方式设置于所述阻隔构件。
  10. 一种空调器,其特征在于,所述空调器包括空调室内机,所述空调室内机配置有上述权利要求1-9中任一项所述的香薰组件。
