预设至少一发动机扭矩值C0;和

根据本发明的一实施例,在所述步骤(c)进一步包括步骤:
检测所述液压值A、所述转速值B以及所述发动机扭矩值C是否下降,如果所述液压值A、所述转速值B以及所述发动机扭矩值C保持在预设范围内,控制所述生成一控制信号,其中所述控制信号控制所述阀组启动;和
基于所述控制信号调整所述阀组的至少一换向阀和控制所述控制阀的所述第二控制阀电导通,以使得所述动力输出装置复归原位。
根据本发明的一实施例,在所述步骤(c)进一步包括步骤:
预设一最大角度差值w1;
检测所述动力输出装置的所述转动角度w,和基于一操作元件的转动角度得出所述动力输出装置驱动所述悬挂组件的转动角度w0;以及
如果|w-w0|≥w1,生成一控制信号,由所述控制信号控制所述阀组的所述换向阀和所述控制阀,以通过控制所述油液流向的方式控制所述动力输出装置的移动方向,以便所述动力输出装置达到与所述操作元件相对应的角度范围。

所述农机主机100进一步包括一农机主体110、设置于所述农机主体110的至少一发动机120、以及至少一农机控制器130,其中所述发动机120驱动所述农机主体110运动,其中所述农机控制器130被设置于所述农机主体110,由所述农机控制器130控制所述农机主体110。所述农机在运行过程中,所述农机控制器130实施地反馈所述农机的所述发动机120的扭矩值信息,以供所述电控液压系统200根据所述农机的所述扭矩值信息自动地调整抬升或下降的高度。
参照本发明说明书附图之图2A至图5所示,具体阐释了本发明第一较佳实施例的所述农机的所述电控液压系统200。所述电控液压系统200包括一液压组件10、一控制器20、至少一连接支架30、至少一动力输出装置40以及可在所述液压组件10和所述动力输出装置40之间传动的至少一油液50,其中所述液压组件10电气连接于所述控制器20,由所述控制器20发送控制信号至所述液压组件10。所述液压组件10接收所述控制器20的控制信号,并基于所述控制信号控制所述液压组件10内油液50的传动。所述动力输出装置40被可导通地连接于所述液压组件10,由所述液压组件10基于所述控制信号将油液50导入至所述动力输出装置40,藉由所述动力输出装置40输出液压动力;或者所述动力输出装置40将油液50回流至所述液压组件10,所述动力输出装置40处于泄压状态。
在本发明的该优选实施例中,所述动力输出装置40被设置于所述连接支架30,其中所述连接支架30被固定地设置于所述农机主机100。换言之,所述农机主机100通过所述连接支架30拖行和支撑所述电控液压系统200。优选地,在本发明的该优选实施例中,所述液压组件10被设置于所述连接支架30,由所述连接支架30将所述液压组件10固定于所述农机主机100。
值得一提的是,在本发明的该优选实施例中,所述控制器20通过电控的方式控制所述液压组件10内所述油液50的传动,从而控制所述动力输出装置40输出液压动力,有利于精确地控制所述电控液压系统200输出的液压动力。
如图3A和图3B所示,所述液压组件10包括一油箱11、至少一油泵12、至少一阀组13,其中所述油泵12可导通地连接于所述油箱11,由所述油泵12将所述油箱11存储的所述油液50泵至所述阀组13,其中所述阀组13不参与液压动力的油液50可回流至所述油箱11,由所述油箱11存储所述油液。所述液压组件10进一步包括至少一进油管道101和至少一出油管道102,其中所述进油管道101连通所述油泵12于所述阀组13,即所述油泵12通过所述进油管道101将油液泵入至所述阀组13。所述出油管道102连通所述阀组13于所述油箱11,其中所述阀组13将不参与液压的所述油液50通过所述出油管道102回流至所述油箱11。
值得一提的是,所述液压组件10的所述进油管道101和所述出油管道102为液压软管或硬管。可以理解的是,所述进油管道101和所述出油管道102的管道类型在此仅仅作为示例性的,而非限制。
值得一提的是,所述液压组件10的所述油泵12被可传动地设置于所述农机主机100,由所述农机主机100驱动所述油泵12,将所述油液50泵入至所述阀组13。优选地,在本发明的该优选实施例中,所述油泵12为齿轮泵。可以理解的是,所述油泵12的驱动方式在此仅仅作为示例性的,而非限制。因此,所述油泵12还可被实施为其他类型的泵装置。
所述阀组13被电气连接于所述电控液压系统200的所述控制器20,其中所述控制器20控制所述阀组13的开启与闭合,由所述阀组13引导所述油液50 在所述阀组13和所述动力输出装置40之间定向的传动。详细地说,当所述电控液压系统200驱动上升或下降运动时,所述控制器20控制所述液压组件10的所述阀组13将所述油液50导入至所述动力输出装置40,以供所述动力输出装置40向上或向下地提供液压动力。当所述电控液压系统200处于泄压状态时,所述控制器20控制所述阀组13导出所述动力输出装置40的所述油液50。
所述阀组13进一步包括一集成阀块131、设置于所述集成阀块131的至少一电磁溢流阀132、至少一换向阀133、以及至少一控制阀134,其中所述电磁溢流阀132、所述换向阀133以及所述控制阀134被电气连接于所述控制器20,由所述控制器20控制各所述阀件的开启与闭合,以控制所述油液50的传动方向或传动速度。所述集成阀块131通过所述进油管道101可导通地连接于所述油泵12,其中所述油泵12将所述油箱11内的油液50泵入至所述集成阀块131。所述集成阀块131通过所述出油管道102可导通地连接于所述油箱11,所述集成阀块131的所述油液50通过所述出油管道102回流至所述油箱11。
所述电磁溢流阀132被电气连接于所述控制器20,由所述控制器20控制所述电磁溢流阀132的导通与断开,当所述电控液压系统200需要动作时,所述控制器20控制所述电磁溢流阀132导通,以使得所述阀组13建立工作压力,其中所述油泵12将所述油液泵入至所述阀组13;当所述电控液压系统200泄压时,由所述控制器20控制所述电磁溢流阀132断电,所述阀组13的所述油液50回流至所述油箱11。
所述换向阀133被设置于所述集成阀块131,并且所述换向阀133被可导通地连接于所述控制器20,其中所述换向阀133基于所述控制器20的控制信号切换所述阀组13内的油液的传动方向,从而控制所述动力输出装置40的运动方向,比如所述动力输出装置的上升运动、下降运动等。所述换向阀133还被用于控制所述阀组13油液50的流量速度,进而控制所述动力输出装置40的驱动速度,即所述动力输出装置40运动的快慢。
相应地,所述换向阀133进一步包括至少一第一换向阀单元1331和一第二换向阀单元1332,其中所述第一换向阀单元1331和所述第二换向阀单元1332被相互并联且独立地设置于所述集成阀块131,由所述第一换向阀单元1331和所述第二换向阀单元1332控制所述集成阀块131内的所述油液50的传动方向和传动速度。其中所述第一换向阀单元1331和所述第二换向阀单元1332被电气连接于所述控制器20,由所述控制器20控制所述第一换向阀单元1331和所述第二换向阀单元1332的工作状态。
优选地,在本发明的该优选实施例中,所述第一换向阀单元1331为微调流量阀,所述第二换向阀单元1332我平稳流量阀。当所述控制器20控制所述第一换向阀单元1331单独导通时,所述阀组13的所述集成阀块131内的所述油液的流量速度为X;当所述控制器20控制所述第二换向阀单元1332单独导通时,所述阀组13的所述集成阀块131内的所述油液的流量速度为Y,其中X≤Y;当所述控制器20控制所述第一换向阀单元1331和所述第二换向阀单元1332共 同处于电导通状态时,所述阀组13的所述集成阀块131内的所述油液的流量速度为X+Y。可以理解的是,所述动力输出装置40的驱动速度或运动速度取决于所述阀组13与所述动力输出装置40之间的所述油液50的传动速度。
值得一提的是,当所述控制器20控制所述第一换向阀单元1331单独电导通时,所述阀组13与所述动力输出装置40之间的油液交换速度较慢,所述动力输出装置40以较小的驱动速度运动。当所述控制器20控制所述第二换向阀单元1332单独电导通时,所述阀组13与所述动力输出装置40之间的油液交换速度较快,所述动力输出装置40以平速驱动。当所述控制器20控制所述第一换向阀单元1331和所述第二换向阀单元1332共同处于电导通状态时,所述阀组13与所述动力输出装置40之间的所述油液50,所述动力输出装置40以快速驱动。
简言之,在本发明的该优选实施例中,所述控制器20控制所述换向阀133的所述第一换向阀单元1331和所述第二换向阀单元1332的开启与闭合,可使得所述动力输出装置40具有三种不同的驱动速度。
换言之,当所述电控液压系统200需要快速驱动时,所述控制器20控制所述换向阀133的所述第一换向阀单元1331和所述第二换向阀单元1332共同处于导通状态,以加快所述阀组13的流量速度,从而使得所述动力输出装置40以快速的驱动速度驱动所述农机的作业装置。当所述电控液压系统200需要快速驱动时,比如上升到高端或下降到低端时,所述动力输出装置40需要以较小的速度驱动。因此,所述控制器20单独地导通所述换向阀133的所述第一换向阀单元1331而关闭第二换向阀单元1332;或单独地导通所述第二换向阀单元1332而关闭所述第一换向阀单元1331,以使得所述阀组13以较小的油液流量传动,以使得所述动力输出装置40以较小的速度驱动。
优选地,在本发明的该优选实施例中,所述阀组13的所述第一换向阀单元1331和所述第二换向阀单元1332可以但不限于电磁换向阀或比例换向阀。
所述阀组13进一步包括至少一转接头135,其中所述转接头135连接所述集成阀块131,其中所述集成阀块131内的所述油液经由所述转接头135流向所述动力输出装置40。所述控制阀134控制所述转接头135的开启与闭合,其中当所述电控液压系统200动作时,所述控制器20电导通所述控制阀134,所述控制阀134控制所述转接头135开启,以允许所述油液50从所述集成阀块131流至所述动力输出装置40。当所述电控液压系统200处于泄压状态时,所述控制器20使得所述控制阀134断电,其中所述控制阀134控制所述转接头135关闭,从而阻止所述油液50通过。

优选地,在本发明的该优选实施例中,所述动力输出装置40在所述液压组件10的作用下抬升、下降、中立或浮动。换言之,所述液压组件10将所述油液50输出至所述动力输出装置40,使得所述动力输出装置40在所述油液50的作用下抬升作业装置;或者所述动力输出装置40在所述油液50的作用下降升作业装置;或者所述动力输出装置40在所述油液50的作用下保持中立的状态;或者所述动力输出装置40在所述作业装置的驱动作用下上下地移动。
所述液压组件10进一步包括一抬升作用油管103和一下降作用油管104,其中所述抬升作用油管103连通所述阀组13的一转接头135于所述动力输出装置40,其中所述第一控制阀1341控制所述转接头135的开启与关闭。当所述控制器20导通所述第一控制阀1341时,所述阀组13的所述集成阀块131内的油液50经由所述转接头135和所述抬升作用油管103流至所述动力输出装置40,其中所述动力输出装置40在所述油液50的液压作用下抬升所述作业装置。所述下降作用油管104连通所述阀组13的一转接头135于所述动力输出装置40,其中所述第二控制阀1342控制所述转接头135的开启与闭合。当所述控制器20导通所述第二控制阀1342时,所述阀组13的所述集成阀块131内的所述油液50经由所述转接头135和所述下降作用油管104流至所述动力输出装置40,其中所述动力输出装置40在所述油液50的液压作用下下降所述作业装置。
所述液压组件10进一步包括至少一自动调节装置15,其中所述自动调节装置15被可导通地设置于所述转接头135和所述动力输出装置40之间,由所述自动调节装置15调整所述动力输出装置40内的所述油液的压力。优选地,在本发明的该优选实施例中,所述自动调节装置15连通于所述阀组13的所述转接头135,其中所述自动调节装置15通过所述抬升作用油管103和所述下降作用油管104连接于所述动力输出装置40。所述阀组13将所述油液50通过所述转接头135、所述自动调节装置16以及所述抬升作用油管103或所述下降作用油管104导入至所述动力输出装置40。
当所述电控液压系统200受外力作用被抬起时,比如所述农机耕地过程中受到地面向上抬升的作用力时,所述动力输出装置40内的所述油液被挤压回流至所述自动调节装置15。所述自动调节装置15存储所述油液并蓄压,当所述电控液压系统200所受外力减小时,所述自动调节装置15将存储的所述油液50导入至所述动力输出装置40,以使得所述动力输出装置40驱动农机的作业装置回复到初始位置。
如图4和图5所示,所述动力输出装置40包括至少一驱动油缸41和至少一动力输出轴42,其中所述动力输出轴42被可驱动地连接于所述驱动油缸41。所述液压组件10的所述阀组13将所述油液50传输至所述动力输出装置40的 所述驱动油缸41,其中所述驱动油缸41在所述油液50的作用下驱动所述动力输出轴42上下地运动。可以理解的是,所述动力输出装置40的所述驱动油缸41将液压作用力转换成驱动所述动力输出轴42在上下方向移动的驱动作用力,藉由所述动力输出轴42驱动所述作业装置的上升、下降或者保持不动的状态。
优选地,在本发明的该优选实施例中,所述动力输出装置40的所述驱动油缸41的数量为二,其中所述驱动油缸41被对称地和固定地设置于所述连接支架30的两侧,各所述驱动油缸41在所述连接支架30的支持作用下驱动所述动力输出轴42运动。可以理解的是,在本发明的该优选实施例中,所述动力输出装置40的所述驱动油缸41的数量在此仅仅作为示例性的,而非限制。
更优选地,所述驱动油缸41为双作用驱动油缸,即当所述油液50被传输至所述驱动油缸41时,由所述驱动油缸41以抬升的方式驱动所述动力输出轴42向上地运动;或者所述驱动油缸41以下降的方式驱动所述动力输出轴42向下地移动。
各所述驱动油缸41通过所述抬升作用油管103或所述下降作用油管104连通于所述阀组13的所述转接头135,即所述阀组13将所述油液50通过所述抬升作用油管103或所述下降作用油管104输出至所述驱动油缸41,由所述驱动油缸41将所述液压作用力转化为驱动所述动力输出轴42运动的驱动作用力。
所述驱动油缸41进一步包括一缸体411和可伸缩地设置于所述缸体411的一驱动杆412,其中所述阀组13将油液导入至所述缸体411,通过所述油液的压力驱动所述驱动杆412伸缩地运动。所述动力输出轴42被可传动地连接于所述驱动油缸41的所述驱动杆412,藉由所述驱动杆412在所述油液50的液压作用下驱动所述动力输出轴42上下地移动。
所述抬升作用油管103导通地连接于所述缸体411的下端,当所述油液50通过所述抬升作用油管103输出至所述缸体411的下端时,所述缸体411内的所述油液50在液压作用下向上地驱动所述驱动杆412移动,即所述驱动杆412在油液的压力作用下向外伸展。所述下降作用油管104导通地连接于所述缸体411的上端,当所述油液50通过所述下降作用油管104输出至所述缸体411的下端时,所述缸体411内的所述油液在液压作用下向下地驱动所述驱动杆412移动,即所述驱动杆412在所述油液50的压力作用下缩回至所述缸体411。

所述动力输出装置40的所述动力输出轴42被可传动地设置于所述连接支架30,由所述驱动油缸41的所述驱动杆412驱动所述动力输出轴42在上下地摆动。优选地,所述动力输出轴42基于一旋转轴被可枢转地设置于所述连接支架30的上端,当所述驱动油缸41驱动所述动力输出轴42时,所述动力输出轴42基于所述旋转轴上下地转动。

所述悬挂组件60包括至少一传动连杆61、一传动支架62以及至少一连接件63,其中所述传动连杆61可传动地连接所述动力输出轴42于所述传动支架62,当所述电控液压系统200上升或下降动作时,所述动力输出轴42驱动所述传动连杆61,并由所述传动连杆61带动所述传动支架62上下地移动。所述传动支架62被可枢转地设置于所述连接支架30,所述传动连杆61驱动所述传动支架62基于所述连接支架30转动。所述连接件63可枢转地连接所述传动支架62于所述农机主机100。
如图3A至图3B所示,所述液压组件10的所述阀组13进一步包括至少一外部液压控制阀136和至少一外部液压转接头137,其中所述外部液压控制阀136被设置于所述集成阀块131,所述外部液压转接头137可导通地连接于所述集成阀块131。所述外部液压控制阀136控制所述外部液压转接头137的开启与闭合。外部液压工具比距犁具、耕具等的液压传动装置可通过所述外部液压转接头137连接至所述液压组件10,即所述液压组件10可为所述外部液压工具提供液压动力所需要的所述油液50。
所述外部液压控制阀136被电气连接于所述控制器20,由所述控制器20控制所述外部液压控制阀136的导通状态。当所述控制器20导通所述外部液压控制阀136时,所述外部液压控制阀136控制所述外部液压转接头137开启,其中所述集成阀块131内的所述油液50可通过所述外部液压转接头137输出至外部液压工具,藉由所述液压组件10驱动所述外部液压工具工作。优选地,所述外部液压控制阀136可以但不限于一电磁换向阀。
优选地,在本发明的该优选实施例中,所述液压组件10的所述阀组13被固定地设置于所述连接支架30,其中所述阀组13位于所述油箱11的上方,以便所述阀组13的油液可回流至所述油箱11。所述液压组件10进一步包括至少一固定架14,由所述固定架14固定所述阀组13于所述连接支架30。
如图2A至图2C所示,所述控制器20包括一控制单元21和多个通信电缆22,其中所述通信电缆22电气连接所述控制单元21于所述液压组件10,藉由 所述通信电缆22传递所述控制单元21的控制信号。所述控制单元21基于检测到的数据信息和操作人员的操作信息生成并传输所述控制信号至所述液压组件10的所述阀组13,以控制所述液压组件10通过所述动力输出装置40输出液压动力。

优选地,在本发明的该优选实施例中,所述操作元件71被实施为一操作手柄或旋钮装置,当使用者操作所述操作元件71时,所述转角传感器72实时地采集所述操作元件71的转动角度。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,所述控制器20基于操作人员的操作信息自动地控制所述液压组件10的所述阀组13的导通,进而控制所述动力输出装置40的动作。
所述电控液压系统200进一步包括至少一角度传感器80,其中所述角度传感器80被设置于所述动力输出装置40的所述动力输出轴42,由所述角度传感器80实时地采集所述动力输出轴42的转动角度。所述角度传感器80被电气连接于所述控制器20的所述控制单元21,由所述角度传感器80实时地反馈所述动力输出轴42的转动角度。所述控制器20的所述控制器单元21基于所述角度传感器80采集到的角度信息控制所述液压组件10的所述阀组13的点导通状态,以便于调整所述动力输出装置40的传动速度。
示例性地,当所述控制器20基于所述角度传感器80采集到所述动力输出轴42的角度信息,得出所述动力输出装置40的加速度值较大时,由所述控制器20控制所述阀组13的所述换向阀133的导通状态,以便控制所述阀组13与所述动力输出装置40之间的油液传动速度。
所述电控液压系统200进一步包括至少一液压传感器90,其中所述液压传感器90被设置于所述液压组件10的所述阀组13,由所述液压传感器90采集所述阀组13内所述油液50的液压值为A。所述液压传感器90被电气连接于所述控制器20的所述控制单元21,由所述液压传感器90传输所述阀组13的所述液压数据信息至所述控制单元21,由所述控制单元21基于采集到的所述液压数据 信息控制所述阀组13的导通状态,通过调整所述动力输出装置40移动的方式调整所述阀组13内所述油液50的液压。
优选地,所述液压传感器90被设置于所述阀组13的所述集成阀块131,由所述液压传感器90采集所述集成阀块131内和油管内的所述油液50的压力。
所述控制器20的所述控制单元21预设一标准液压值A0,其中当所述阀组13内的所述油液50的所述液压值A<A0时,所述农机的所述农机主机100和所述电控液压系统200可正常工作。若所述液压传感器90检测到的所述液压值A接近或即将超过所述标准液压值A0时,所述控制器20控制所述阀组13的所述换向阀133和所述控制阀134的所述第一控制阀1341导通。所述阀组13内的所述油液导入至所述动力输出装置40,由所述动力输出装置40抬升所述悬挂组件60,以降低所述阀组13内的所述油液50的液压值A。
所述电控液压系统200进一步包括至少一转速传感器1100,其中所述转速传感器1100被设置于所述农机主机100,由所述转速传感器1100实时地采集所述农机主机100的转速值B。所述转速传感器1100被电气连接于所述控制器20的所述控制器单元21,其中所述转速传感器1100采集到的所述转动速度数据信息被传输至所述控制器单元21,由所述控制器单元21基于所述农机主机100的转动速度调整所述动力输出装置40的抬升或下降高度。
详细地讲,所述控制器20基于所述农机的所述农机主机100类型预设一标准转速值B0,其中当所述农机主机100的转速值B<B0时,所述农机的所述农机主机100能够正常工作。若所述转速传感器1100采集到的所述转速值B接近或即将超过所述标准转速值B0时,所述农机主机100在带动所述电控液压系统200进行作业时可能会导致所述农机主机100熄火。因此,当所述转速传感器1100采集到的所述转速值B接近或即将超过所述标准转速值B0时,所述控制器20的所述控制器单元21控制所述阀组13的所述换向阀133和所述控制阀134的所述第一控制阀1341导通。所述阀组13内的所述油液导入至所述动力输出装置40,由所述动力输出装置40抬升所述悬挂组件60,避免农机在作业过程中熄火。
所述农机主机100的所述农机控制器130被电气连接于所述控制器20的所述控制器单元21,其中所述农机控制器130将所述农机主机100的所述发动机扭矩值C传输至所述控制器单元21,由所述控制器20基于所述发动机扭矩值C控制所述动力输出装置40的抬升或下降高度。值得一提的是,当所述农机主机100以不同的档位行驶时,所述农机主机100的所述发动机120的所述发动机扭矩值不同。因此,所述控制器20基于所述农机主机100的行驶档位预设一标准发动机扭矩值C0。当所述农机控制器130传输至所述控制单元21的所述发动机扭矩值C接近或即将超过当前所述农机主机100运行档位对应的所述标准发动机扭矩值C0时,所述控制器20控制所述阀组13的所述换向阀133和所述控制阀134的所述第一控制阀1341导通。所述阀组13内的所述油液导入至所述动力输出装置40,由所述动力输出装置40抬升所述悬挂组件60,避免农机在作 业过程中熄火。所述电控液压系统200进一步包括至少一位移传感器201,其中所述位移传感器201被设置于所述动力输出装置40,由所述位移传感器201采集所述动力输出装置40的位移信息。所述位移传感器201被电气连接于所述控制器20,所述位移传感器201将采集到的所述动力输出装置40的位移信息传输至所述控制器20,藉由所述控制器20控制所述液压组件10的所述阀组13的导通状态,以便控制所述动力输出装置40。
当所述电控液压系统200处于卸荷状态时,所述控制器20控制所述阀组13的所述电磁溢流阀132,所述换向阀133以及所述控制阀134处于断电状态。当所述电控液压系统200需要抬升或下降时,所述控制器20控制所述阀组13的所述电磁溢流阀132处于电导通状态,由所述电磁溢流阀132建立压力。所述控制器20基于所述操作装置70的所述转角传感器72采集到的所述操作元件71的角度数据信息、所述角度传感器80以及所述液压传感器90采集到的数据信息,得到所述动力输出装置40的加速度值(或减速度值),并得到所述动力输出装置40所需要的所述油液50的流量。所述控制器20的所述控制单元21单独地控制所述换向阀133的所述第一换向阀单元1331导通;或由所述控制单元21单独地控制所述第二换向阀单元1332导通;或者由所述控制单元21控制所述第一换向阀单元1331和所述第二换向阀单元1332共同处于导通状态,以满足所述动力输出装置40对所述油液50的流量需求。
因此,当所述操作装置70的所述操作元件71被操作时,所述转角传感器72实时地将采集到的所述操作元件71的操作数据信息传输至所述控制器20,藉由所述控制器20的所述控制单元21基于所述操作数据信息控制所述阀组13的阀单元开启或关闭。
所述电控液压系统200具有一浮动液压模式和一强压模式,由所述控制器20的所述控制单元21控制所述电控液压系统200的工作模式。当所述电控液压系统200处于所述浮动工作模式时,所述油液50被泵入至所述阀组13的所述集成阀块131。所述控制器20控制所述阀组13的所述电磁溢流阀132通电,以使所述阀组13建立压力,所述控制器20控制所述阀组13的所述换向阀133不工作时,所述控制器20控制所述控制阀134的所述第一控制阀1341通电,其中所述动力输出装置40的所述驱动油缸41上端无压力,并且所述驱动油缸41的下端下压。所述电控液压系统200的所述动力输出装置40在所述悬挂组件60的重力和牵引作用下泄压,直到所述动力输出装置40的所述动力输出轴42下降至所述操作装置70所要求的位置,所述阀组13处于中位卸荷状态。所述控制器20控制所述第一控制阀1341通电和控制所述第二控制阀断电时,所述动力输出装置40的所述驱动油缸41的下端保压,并且所述驱动油缸41的上端无压,所述悬挂组件60保持一定的悬挂高度不变。
当所述电控液压系统200处于所述浮动液压模式时,当所述液压传感器90检测到的所述液压值A接近或即将超过所述标准液压值A0时;或者当所述转速传感器1110检测到的所述农机主机100的转速值B接近或即将超过所述标准 转速值B0时;或者当所述农机控制器130传输的所述发动机扭矩值C接近或即将超过设定的所述标准发动机扭矩值C0时,所述控制器20的所述控制器单元21调整所述阀组13的所述换向阀133和控制所述控制阀134的所述第一控制阀1341导通,所述阀组13内的所述油液导入至所述动力输出装置40。所述动力输出装置40向上地抬升所述悬挂组件60,以使得所述液压值A、所述转速值B以及所述发动机扭矩值C保持在预设值内。当所述液压值A、所述转速值B以及所述发动机扭矩值C不再上升并有回落时,所述控制器20通过控制所述阀组13,使得所述动力输出装置40停止提升,和当所述电控液压系统受到的压力回落时,由所述控制器20控制所述动力输出装置40下降,以降低所述悬挂组件60的高度。当所述控制器20选择强压模式时,使用者操作所述操作装置70的所述操作元件71,其中所述转角传感器72采集所述操作元件71的转动角度,并将所述转动角度数据传输至所述控制器20的所述控制单元21。所述控制器20控制所述电磁溢流阀132导通,使得所述阀组13建立压力。所述控制器20控制所述换向阀133,并且控制所述控制阀134的所述第一控制阀1341或所述第二控制阀1342导通,其中所述阀组13内的所述油液导入至所述动力输出装置40,藉由所述动力输出装置40驱动所述悬挂组件60上升或下降。当所述控制器20选择所述强压模式时,所述操作装置70的所述操作元件71停留在任一位置,所述控制器20基于所述转角传感器72采集到的所述操作元件71的转动角度得出所述动力输出装置40驱动所述悬挂组件60的转动角度w0。所述角度传感器80实时地检测所述动力输出装置40驱动所述悬挂组件60的所述转动角度w,如果|w-w0|<w1时,其中w1为预设的最大角度差值,则不再调整。相反地如果|w-w0|≥w1时,则所述控制器20通过控制所述阀组13的所述换向阀133和所述控制阀134,以通过控制所述油液50流动的方式控制所述动力输出装置40的抬升或下降,以便所述动力输出装置40达到与所述操作元件71相对应的角度范围。
当所述控制器处于所述强压模式时,所述农机在运行过程中遇到阻力或压力时,检测到的所述液压值A、所述转速值B以及所述发动机扭矩值C变化。如果所述液压值A、所述转速值B以及所述发动机扭矩值C任一检测数据接近或即将超过预设的标准值时,所述控制器20的所述控制器单元21通过调整所述阀组13的所述换向阀133和控制所述控制阀134的所述第一控制阀1341导通。所述阀组13内的所述油液50被导入至所述动力输出装置40,其中所述动力输出装置40抬高所述悬挂组件60,以使所述液压值A、所述转速值B以及所述发动机扭矩值C降低至预设的标准值范围内。
根据本发明的另一方面,本发明进一步提供一电控液压系统200的自动调整方法,其中所述自动调整方法包括如下步骤:(a)预设一标准液压值A0;
(b)获取一阀组13的液压值A,如果所述液压值A上升至接近预设的所述标准液压值A0,生成一控制信号,其中所述控制信号控制所述阀组13启动;以及
(c)调整所述阀组13的至少一换向阀133和控制所述控制阀134的所述第一控制阀1341电导通,以使得所述动力输出装置40抬升。
在本发明的上述自动调整方法的所述步骤(c)之前进一步包括步骤:
预设一标准转速值B0;和
检测一农机主机100的转速值B,如果所述转速值B上升至接近预设的所述标准转速值B0,生成一控制信号,其中所述控制信号控制所述阀组13启动。
在本发明的上述自动调整方法的所述步骤(c)之前进一步包括步骤:
预设至少一发动机扭矩值C0;和
获取所述农机主机100的发动机转速值C,如果所述发动机转速值C上升至接近预设的所述发动机扭矩值C0,生成一控制信号,其中所述控制信号控制所述阀组13启动。
在本发明的上述自动调整方法的所述步骤(c)中,进一步包括步骤:
检测所述液压值A、所述转速值B以及所述发动机扭矩值C是否下降,如果所述液压值A、所述转速值B以及所述发动机扭矩值C保持在预设范围内,控制所述生成一控制信号,其中所述控制信号控制所述阀组13启动;和
基于所述控制信号调整所述阀组13的至少一换向阀133和控制所述控制阀134的所述第二控制阀1342电导通,以使得所述动力输出装置40复归原位。
在本发明的上述自动调整方法的所述步骤(c)进一步包括步骤:
预设一最大角度差值w1;
检测所述动力输出装置40的所述转动角度w,和基于一操作元件71的转动角度得出所述动力输出装置40驱动所述悬挂组件60的转动角度w0;以及
如果|w-w0|≥w1,生成一控制信号,由所述控制信号控制所述阀组13的所述换向阀133和所述控制阀134,以通过控制所述油液50流向的方式控制所述动力输出装置40的移动方向,以便所述动力输出装置40达到与所述操作元件71相对应的角度范围。
本领域的技术人员应理解,上述描述及附图中所示的本发明的实施例只作为举例而并不限制本发明。本发明的目的已经完整并有效地实现。本发明的功能及结构原理已在实施例中展示和说明,在没有背离所述原理下,本发明的实施方式可以有任何变形或修改。

Claims (22)

  1. 一电控液压系统,适于一农机主机,其特征在于,包括:
    一液压组件;
    一动力输出装置和可在所述液压组件与所述动力输出装置之间传动的油液,其中所述动力输出装置可导通地连接于所述液压组件,其中所述动力输出装置以所述油液的传动的方式输出液压动力;
    一液压传感器,其中所述液压传感器被设置于所述液压组件,以采集所述液压组件内所述油液的液压值A;以及
    一控制器,其中所述液压组件和所述液压传感器被电气连接于所述控制器,其中所述控制器预设一标准液压值A0,所述控制器基于所述液压值A的变化发送控制信号至所述液压组件,由所述液压组件基于所述控制信号控制所述油液的传动方向,以使得所述液压值A保持在所述标准液压值A0范围内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电控液压系统,其中所述电控液压系统进一步包括一转速传感器,所述转速传感器用于检测所述农机主机的转速值B,所述转速传感器被电气连接于所述控制器,其中所述控制器预设一标准转速值B0,所述控制器基于所述转速值B的变化发送控制信号至所述液压组件,以使得所述转速值B保持在所述标准转速值B0范围内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电控液压系统,所述控制器适于被可通信地连接于所述农机主机的一农机控制器,所述农机控制器传输所述农机主机的发动机扭矩值C至所述控制器,其中所述控制器预设至少一标准发动机扭矩值C0,所述控制器发送控制信号至所述液压组件,以使得所述发动机扭矩值C被保持在所述标准发动机扭矩值C0范围内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电控液压系统,所述控制器适于被可通信地连接于所述农机主机的一农机控制器,所述农机控制器传输所述农机主机的发动机扭矩值C至所述控制器,其中所述控制器预设至少一标准发动机扭矩值C0,所述控制器发送控制信号至所述液压组件,以使得所述发动机扭矩值C被保持在所述标准发动机扭矩值C0范围内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电控液压系统,其中所述液压组件包括一油箱、至少一油泵以及至少一阀组,其中所述油泵将存储于所述油箱的所述油液输送 至所述阀组,其中所述阀组被电气连接于所述控制器,由所述控制器控制所述阀组内所述油液的传动方向。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电控液压系统,其中所述阀组进一步包括一集成阀块、设置于所述集成阀块的至少一电磁溢流阀、至少一换向阀以及至少一控制阀,其中所述电磁溢流阀、所述换向阀以及所述控制阀被电气连接于所述控制器,由所述控制器控制所述电磁溢流阀,所述换向阀以及所述控制阀的电导通状态,其中当所述换向阀通电时,由所述换向阀控制所述油液的流动方向,当所述控制器控制所述控制阀通电时,所述阀组内的所述油液传动至所述动力输出装置,由所述动力输出装置输出液压动力。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电控液压系统,其中所述换向阀包括一第一换向阀单元和一第二换向阀单元,其中所述第一换向阀单元和所述第二换向阀单元被电气连接于所述控制器,由所述第一换向阀单元和所述第二换向阀单元控制所述阀组内所述油液的流量速度。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电控液压系统,其中所述第一换向阀单元控制所述油液的流量速度小于所述第二换向阀单元控制所述油液的流量速度,并且所述控制器可单独地控制所述第一换向阀单元和所述第二换向阀单元的电导通状态。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的电控液压系统,其中所述阀组进一步包括至少一转接头,其中所述转接头可导通地连接于所述集成阀块,由所述控制阀控制所述转接头的开启与闭合,当所述控制器控制所述控制阀电导通时,所述集成阀块通过所述转接头将所述油液传动至所述动力输出装置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电控液压系统,其中所述控制阀进一步包括一第一控制阀和一第二控制阀,其中所述第一控制阀和所述第二控制阀被设置于所述集成阀块,其中所述第一控制阀电导通时,所述动力输出装置被所述油液以抬升的方式输出驱动作用力,其中所述第二控制阀电导通时,所述动力输出装置被所述油液以下降到方式输出驱动作用力。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电控液压系统,其中所述动力输出装置包括至少一驱动油缸和至少一动力输出轴,其中所述动力输出轴被可驱动地连接于所述驱动油缸,所述阀组通过所述转接头可导通地连接于所述驱动油缸,当所述第一控制阀导通时,所述油液驱动所述动力输出轴抬升,当所述第二控制阀导 通时,所述油液驱动所述动力输出轴下降。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的电控液压系统,其中所述阀组进一步包括至少一外部液压控制阀和至少一外部液压转接头,其中所述外部液压控制阀和所述外部液压转接头被设置于所述集成阀块,所述外部液压控制阀控制所述外部液压转接头的开启与闭合,所述外部液压控制阀电气连接于所述控制器,由所述控制器控制所述外部液压控制阀的电导通状态,以便由所述外部液压转接头为外部工具提供液压动能。
  13. 根据权利要求5至12任一所述的电控液压系统,进一步包括一操作装置,其中所述操作装置电气连接于所述控制器,所述操作装置进一步包括一操作元件和至少一转角传感器,其中所述转角传感器被设置于所述操作元件,并且所述转角传感器电气连接于所述控制器,由所述转角传感器将检测到的所述操作元件的数据信息实时地传输至所述控制器,以供所述控制器基于所述操作数据信息控制所述液压组件的所述阀组。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电控液压系统,进一步包括至少一角度传感器,其中所述角度传感器被设置于所述动力输出装置,由所述角度传感器采集所述动力输出装置的转动角度w,所述角度传感器电气连接于所述控制器,其中所述控制器预设一最大角度差值w1,当所述操作元件停留在任一位置时,所述控制器基于所述操作元件的转动角度得出所述动力输出装置驱动所述悬挂组件的转动角度w0,如果|w-w0|≥w1,生成一控制信号,由所述控制信号控制所述阀组的所述换向阀和所述控制阀,以通过控制所述油液流向的方式控制所述动力输出装置的移动方向,以便所述动力输出装置达到与所述操作元件相对应的角度范围。
  15. 一农机,其特征在于,包括:
    一农机主机;和
    一电控液压系统,其中所述电控液压系统被搭载至所述农机主机,其中所述电控液压系统进一步包括:
    一液压组件;
    一动力输出装置和可在所述液压组件与所述动力输出装置之间传动的油液,其中所述动力输出装置可导通地连接于所述液压组件,其中所述动力输出装置以所述油液的传动的方式输出液压动力;
    一液压传感器,其中所述液压传感器被设置于所述液压组件,以采集所述液压组件内所述油液的液压值A;以及
    一控制器,其中所述液压组件和所述液压传感器被电气连接于所述控制器,其中所述控制器预设一标准液压值A0,所述控制器基于所述液压值A的变化发送控制信号至所述液压组件,由所述液压组件基于所述控制信号控制所述油液的传动方向,以使得所述液压值A保持在所述标准液压值A0范围内。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的农机,其中所述农机的所述电控液压系统进一步包括至少一连接支架,其中所述连接支架固定所述动力输出装置于所述农机主机。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的农机,其中所述农机主机进一步包括至少一农机主体设置于所述农机主体的至少一发动机以及一农机控制器,其中所述农机控制器被可通信地连接于所述控制器,由所述农机控制器将所述发动机的所述发动机扭矩实时地传输至所述控制器。
  18. 一电控液压系统的自动调整方法,其特征在于,其中所述自动调整方法包括如下步骤:
    (a)预设一标准液压值A0;
    (b)获取一阀组的液压值A,如果所述液压值A上升至接近预设的所述标准液压值A0,生成一控制信号,其中所述控制信号控制所述阀组启动;以及
    (c)调整所述阀组的至少一换向阀和控制所述控制阀的所述第一控制阀电导通,以使得所述动力输出装置抬升。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的自动调整方法,其中在所述步骤(c)之前进一步包括步骤:
    预设一标准转速值B0;和
    检测一农机主机的转速值B,如果所述转速值B上升至接近预设的所述标准转速值B0,生成一控制信号,其中所述控制信号控制所述阀组启动。
  20. 根据权利要求18或19所述的自动调整方法,其中在所述步骤(c)之前进一步包括步骤:
    预设至少一发动机扭矩值C0;和
    获取所述农机主机的发动机转速值C,如果所述发动机转速值C上升至接近预设的所述发动机扭矩值C0,生成一控制信号,其中所述控制信号控制所述 阀组启动。
  21. 根据权利要求18或19所述的自动调整方法,其中在所述步骤(c)进一步包括步骤:
    检测所述液压值A、所述转速值B以及所述发动机扭矩值C是否下降,如果所述液压值A、所述转速值B以及所述发动机扭矩值C保持在预设范围内,控制所述生成一控制信号,其中所述控制信号控制所述阀组启动;和
    基于所述控制信号调整所述阀组的至少一换向阀和控制所述控制阀的所述第二控制阀电导通,以使得所述动力输出装置复归原位。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的自动调整方法,其中在所述步骤(c)进一步包括步骤:
    预设一最大角度差值w1;
    检测所述动力输出装置的所述转动角度w,和基于一操作元件的转动角度得出所述动力输出装置驱动所述悬挂组件的转动角度w0;以及
    如果|w-w0|≥w1,生成一控制信号,由所述控制信号控制所述阀组的所述换向阀和所述控制阀,以通过控制所述油液流向的方式控制所述动力输出装置的移动方向,以便所述动力输出装置达到与所述操作元件相对应的角度范围。
