本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在门衬上设置预埋件,以便电源线通过预埋件为储物装置供电。如此,可防止发泡过程出现溢料。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明中的技术方案,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。
请参图1至图14所示为本发明冰箱门体的实施例,所述冰箱门体具有门壳1、门衬2、连接门衬2和门壳1的饰条3、形成于门壳1和门衬2之间的保温腔、安装于所述门衬2上的储物装置4,其中,所述冰箱门体还包括用以向所述储物装置4供电的供电模块,所述供电模块具有固定于保温腔内并自门衬2向外暴露的预埋件5、自保温腔穿过预埋件5而引出的电源线6、设置于预埋件5与储物装置4之间的连接机构、所述连接机构电性连接所述电源线6。
具体地,如图11至图13所示,所述预埋件5包括与饰条3相固定的第一固定部51、与门衬2侧壁相固定的第二固定部52、自所述第二固定部52突伸以供连接机构安装的安装机构,所述第一固定部51和所述第二固定部52通过多个上下间隔设置的连接筋53连接。如此,当所述储物装置4安装至所述挂耳7上时,所述储物装置4有侧饰条3承重,从而避免所述门衬2受损,进而保证所述挂耳7与所述储物装置4的良好电性连接。
所述门衬2侧壁具有沿横向方向贯穿的安装孔21,所述安装机构自所述安装孔21突出于所述门侧侧壁以便所述挂耳7安装,所述安装机构包括沿前后方向间隔设置且沿上下方向延伸的一对滑轨521、位于所述一对滑轨521下方的底板522,所述底板522沿横向方向的一侧突设有突伸形成的卡扣5221。
在本实施例中,所述安装机构还包括位于所述一对滑轨521之间以供所述电源线6穿过的过线孔523,所述一对滑轨521与所述底板522 相连设置。如此,可增加所述滑轨521和所述底板522的结构强度。
在本实施例中,如图1和图14所示,所述门衬2为吸塑成型,所述门衬2呈向内开口的U型设置,具体的,所述门衬具有位于其沿横向方向两侧的凹陷部22,所述凹陷部22自前向后呈逐渐变窄设置,所述凹陷部22从外部观察即为所述门衬2的侧壁。
所述第二固定部52具有与所述凹陷部22的沿横向方向一侧的内壁相贴合的贴合壁、位于所述贴合壁前后两侧的前后侧壁及位于所述贴合壁上下两侧的上下侧壁,所述前后侧壁和所述上下侧壁均贴合于所述凹陷部22沿横向方向另一侧的内壁设置,其中,所述安装机构自所述贴合壁突伸形成。如此,所述第二固定部52的四周可无缝贴合所述凹陷部22,从而避免在发泡过程中出现溢料的情况。
所述第二固定部52还具有沿上下方向贯穿其上侧壁以收容所述电源线6的限位孔524。如此,可使所述电源线6顺利与所述挂耳7相连接,同时由于所述限位孔524的孔径较小,也可进一步避免发泡过程中溢料产生。
在本实施例中,所述饰条包括固定于门衬两侧的侧饰条3,所述预埋件5固定于侧饰条3朝向保温腔的一侧,所述侧饰条3上设有用以对预埋件5进行预定位设置的预定位结构和位于预定位结构旁侧的饰条固定孔32,所述第一固定部51设有与预定位结构相匹配的扣持结构、与饰条固定孔32对应的预埋件固定孔512,所述冰箱门体还具有固定所述饰条固定孔32和所述预埋件固定孔512的固定销。
具体的,所述预定位结构为设置于所述侧饰条3沿上下方向间隔设置的一对卡勾31,所述扣持结构为设置于所述第一固定部51的扣合槽511,当然在其他实施例中,所述挂耳7位于较高位置时,所述预埋件5也可固定至上饰条上,亦或者固定于其他结构上,比如加强件。
如图1至图4所示,所述储物装置4具有与所述挂耳7相配合的配合槽41,所述供电模块还包括设置于挂耳7上的第一连接器71、设置于 配合槽41处的第二连接器42,所述第一连接器71和第二连接器42在储物装置4安装后相互对接配合。在本实施例中,所述连接机构为挂耳7和设置于所述储物装置4上与所述挂耳7相配合的配合槽41,
如图5至图7所示,所述挂耳7具有固定于所述门衬2侧壁上的外壳72、固定于所述外壳72内的电路板73,所述第一连接器71电性连接所述电路板73并向外暴露于所述外壳72设置。
所述第一连接器71具有与电路板73电性连接的连接端子,所述外壳72设有供连接端子穿过的穿孔721,所述连接端子具有用以与第二连接器42电性连接的连接部711和穿过穿孔721并与电路板73焊接的焊接部712。在本实施例中,所述第一连接器71即所述连接端子。
在本实施例中,所述外壳72具有位于其上方的支撑壁722、沿前后方向间隔设置且连接所述支撑壁722的一对第一侧壁723、沿横向方向设置且连接所述一对第一侧壁723和所述支撑壁722的第二侧壁724,所述穿孔721沿上下方向贯穿所述支撑壁722,所述连接部711暴露于所述支撑壁722的上表面,所述第二连接器42设置于所述配合槽41的上内壁处。
所述第一侧壁723呈不对称设置,所述电路板73与第一侧壁723的内壁相对的侧缘也呈不对称设置,在本实施例中,其中一所述第一侧壁723具有向内凹陷设置凹槽,以便和配合槽41上凸块相互配合固定所述储物装置4,如此,可方便安装所述挂耳7和所述电路板73,避免安装错误。
当然在其他实施例中,所述穿孔721也可设置于所述第一侧壁723或第二侧壁724上,所述连接部711暴露于所述第一侧壁723或第二侧壁724的外表面,所述第二连接器42只需设置于所述配合槽41内与所述第一侧壁723或第二侧壁724相对应的位置即可。
所述外壳72还具有形成于所述支撑壁722沿横向方向且靠近所述储物装置4一侧的遮挡部725,所述支撑壁722形成有向下凹陷的内凹部 726,所述连接部711位于所述内凹部726和所述遮挡部725形成的空间内。如此,不仅所述第一连接器71固定更加可靠,而且当所述储物装置4安装至所述挂耳7上时,所述遮挡部725还可将所述第一连接器71和所述第二连接器42遮挡,增加美观度。
所述电源线6的末端设有插座,所述电路板73设有与所述插座相配合插头。如此,当所述挂耳7出现损伤时,可方便拆卸下来更换或维修。
当然在其他实施例中,所述电源线6也可直接与所述第一连接器71或所述电路板73相连接以便给所述第二连接器42供电。例如,所述第一连接器71为设置于所述电源线6末端的插座,所述第二连接器42为与该插座相配合的插头,如此,结构十分简单,成本较低。
在本实施例中,所述第二侧壁724具有自其内壁突伸形成的多个定位柱7241,所述电路板73具有与所述定位柱7241相配合的定位孔731,然后通过胶粘或卡扣等方式固定至所述外壳72上。如此,可在所述电路板73上设置更多的电器元件来满足跟多的需求以及实现更多的功能,例如,防触电功能。
所述外壳72还具有自所述一对第一侧壁723的内壁相对突伸且与上述滑轨521相配合的一对滑块7231、自所述第二侧壁724的内壁凹陷和上述卡扣5221相配合的卡槽7242,所述第二侧壁724的内壁还具有位于所述卡槽7242下方且倾斜设置的导引部7243。
所述挂耳7还具有设置于所述电路板73上的指示灯74,所述外壳72沿横向方向的侧壁具有与所述指示灯74的外形相匹配以收容所述指示灯74的镂空部727。所述指示灯74可用于显示所述挂耳7是否处于通电状态,即所述指示灯74亮时既可显示挂耳7为通电状态,也可显示所述挂耳7为断电状态,可根据实际需求进行设置。
例如,设置所述指示灯74亮时,所述挂耳7为通电状态,如此,当未安装所述储物装置4时,可提醒用户小心所述挂耳7带电。又或者设置所述指示灯74亮时,所述挂耳7为断电状态,如此,当未安装所述储 物装置4时,可告知用户所述挂耳7为安全状态,可进行挂耳7的维修或更换等操作。
具体的,在本实施例中,所述电源线6可从门体铰链中引至所述固定件的过线孔523内,然后通过密封件将所述过线孔523密封住,之后开始发泡,发泡完成后,所述电源线6裸露在所述滑轨521之间。当安装所述挂耳7时,先将所述电源线6插接至所述电路板73上,然后将外壳72上的滑块7231对准滑轨521,从上至下滑动直至所述卡槽7242与所述卡扣5221相互卡合,最终将所述储物装置4安装至所述挂耳7上即可实现电性连接。
综上所述,本发明的冰箱门体通过在所述门衬2上设置所述预埋件5,以便所述电源线6通过预埋件5为储物装置4供电。如此,可防止发泡过程出现溢料,同时所述预埋件5固定于侧饰条3上,所述储物装置4的重量由侧饰条3承重,避免门衬2受损,增强电性连接的稳定性。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施例加以描述,但并非每个实施例仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施例。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施例的具体说明,并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施例或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冰箱门体,具有门壳、门衬、连接门衬和门壳的饰条、形成于门壳和门衬之间的保温腔、安装于所述门衬上的储物装置,其特征在于:所述冰箱门体还包括用以向所述储物装置供电的供电模块,所述供电模块具有固定于保温腔内并自门衬向外暴露的预埋件、自保温腔穿过预埋件而引出的电源线、设置于预埋件与储物装置之间的连接机构、所述连接机构电性连接所述电源线。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于:所述预埋件包括与饰条相固定的第一固定部、与门衬相固定的第二固定部、自所述第二固定部突伸以供连接机构安装的安装机构,所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部通过多个间隔设置的连接筋连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于:所述饰条包括固定于门衬两侧的侧饰条,所述预埋件固定于侧饰条朝向保温腔的一侧,所述侧饰条上设有用以对预埋件进行预定位设置的预定位结构和位于预定位结构旁侧的饰条固定孔,所述第一固定部设有与预定位结构相匹配的扣持结构、与饰条固定孔对应的预埋件固定孔,所述冰箱门体还具有固定所述饰条固定孔和所述预埋件固定孔的固定销。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于:所述饰条包括固定于门衬两侧的侧饰条,所述第一固定部固定于侧饰条朝向保温腔的一侧,所述门衬的两侧具有收容所述第二固定部的凹陷部,所述第二固定部具有与所述凹陷部的沿横向方向一侧的内壁相贴合的贴合壁、位于所述贴合壁前后两侧的前后侧壁及位于所述贴合壁上下两侧的上下侧壁,所述前后侧壁和所述上下侧壁均贴合于所述凹陷部沿横向方向另一侧的内壁设置,所述第二固定部具有贯穿其上侧壁以收容所述电源线的限位孔。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于:所述连接机构为挂耳和设置于所述储物装置上与所述挂耳相配合的配合槽,所述供电模块 还包括设置于挂耳上的第一连接器、设置于配合槽处的第二连接器,所述第一连接器和第二连接器在储物装置安装后相互对接配合。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于:所述挂耳具有固定于门衬侧壁上的外壳、设置于所述外壳内的电路板,所述第一连接器电性连接所述电路板,并向外暴露设置。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于:所述第一连接器具有与电路板电性连接的连接端子,所述外壳设有供连接端子穿过的穿孔,所述连接端子具有用以与第二连接器电性连接的连接部和穿过穿孔并与电路板焊接的焊接部。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于:所述电源线与所述电路板电性连接,所述电源线的末端设有插座,所述电路板设有与所述插座相配合插头。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于:所述外壳具有自其前后侧壁的内壁相对突伸且沿上下方向延伸的一对滑块、自其横向方向侧壁的内壁凹陷形成的卡槽,所述安装机构自所述贴合壁突伸形成,所述安装机构包括与所述一对滑块相配合的一对滑轨、位于所述一对滑轨下方的底板,所述底板沿横向方向的一侧突设有与所述卡槽相配合的卡扣。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于:所述安装机构还包括位于所述一对滑轨之间以供电源线穿过的过线孔,所述一对滑轨与所述底板相连设置。
