Abstract

一种具有对开门的冰箱(100),包括箱体(1)、门体(2)及安装于门体(2)上的竖梁(3)。该箱体(1)与竖梁(3)其中之一上设置导向柱(4),其中另一上设置与导向柱(4)相配合的导向槽(5)。导向柱(4)上设置有第一导电端子(41),导向槽(5)内设有第二导电端子(51)。当门体(2)关闭时,导向柱(4)与导向槽(5)相配合以引导竖梁(3)翻转,第一导电端子(41)与第二导电端子(51)接触并实现电性连接。该对开门冰箱(100)无需对门体(2)进行预装布线,简化工艺,提高效率。

Description

一种具有对开门的冰箱 技术领域
本发明涉及冰箱的制造领域,特别涉及一种具有对开门的冰箱的竖梁电热丝的电连接结构。
背景技术
现有具有对开门的冰箱的左、右两个门体之间的间隙会造成冷量的流失,业内普遍采用的是安装至一侧门体且可翻转的竖梁以实现两侧门体的搭接与密封。但竖梁本身的厚度较小,其表面温度相对较低;并且竖梁位于左、右门体之间,空气流通性较差,因此,竖梁上容易产生凝露。通常地,会在竖梁的内侧设置一加热部件以解决其表面凝露问题。目前的设计均是通过门体发泡前预装布线,加热部件通过门体内的导线连通电源以完成取电加热。其中,专利CN203443225U公开了一种导线预埋盒用以收纳竖梁加热导线,避免门体中的导线受发泡工艺的影响。但,并未解决门体布线所带来的工艺复杂、成本增加的问题,且门体的反复开启/关闭亦会影响线束的稳定性。
鉴于此,有必要提供一种新的具有对开门的冰箱。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种具有对开门的冰箱,无需对门体进行预装布线,简化工艺,提高效率。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种具有对开门的冰箱,包括箱体、门体及安装于所述门体上的竖梁,所述箱体与竖梁其中之一上设置导向柱,所述箱体与竖梁其中另一上设置与所述导向柱相配合的导向槽,所述导向柱上设置有第一导电端子;所述导向槽内设有第二导电端子,当门体关闭时,所述导向柱与导向槽相配合以引导竖梁翻转,所述第一导电端子与第二导电端子接触并实现电性连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一导电端子设置于所述导向柱朝向所述导向槽的一端;所述第二导电端子设置于所述导向槽的末端。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述导向柱包括主体部及自主体部朝向所述导向槽的一端形成的呈弧形的端部,所述第一导电端子设置于所述端部与主体部的连接处。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述导向槽形成有弯折延伸的侧壁,所述第二导电端子突伸设置于所述侧壁上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述导向槽还具有自开口处朝向两侧延伸形成的导引部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述导向槽设置于所述竖梁的上端面,所述竖梁的内侧还设有电热丝,所述电热丝与第二导电端子电性连接;所述导向柱设置于所述箱体的上方开口处,所述第一导电端子与所述冰箱的电源端电连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述箱体的上方开口处还设有一基座,所述导向柱固定于所述基座上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一导电端子与所述冰箱的电源端之间还连接设置有一开关,所述开关设置为在第一导电端子与第二导电端子相接触时导通,并在第一导电端子与第二导电端子相分离时断开。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述冰箱还包括电源转换器,所述电源转换器的输入端连接至所述冰箱的电源端;所述电源转换器的输出端连接至所述第一导电端子。
本发明的有益效果:采用本发明具有对开门的冰箱,通过分别设置于导向柱及导向槽内的第一导电端子与第二导电端子,在门体关闭时即可为竖梁供电,无需对门体进行预装布线,简化工艺,提高效率。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图所示的实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但该实施方式并不限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据该实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
如图1所示为本发明具有对开门的冰箱100的结构示意图。所述冰箱100包括箱体1、门体2及安装于所述门体2上的竖梁3。
参看图1至3,所述箱体1与竖梁3其中之一上设置导向柱4,所述箱体1与竖梁3其中另一上设置与所述导向柱4相配合的导向槽5,所述导向柱4上设置有第一导电端子41;所述导向槽5内设有第二导电端子51。当门体2关闭时,所述导向柱4与导向槽5相配合以引导竖梁3翻转,所述第一导电端子41与第二导电端子51接触并实现电性连接。
在本实施例中,所述导向柱4设置于所述箱体1的上方开口处,所述第一导电端子41与所述冰箱100的电源端电连接。特别地,所述箱体1的上方开口处还设有一基座6,所述 导向柱4沿纵向固定于所述基座6的下方,所述基座6通过紧固螺钉固定至箱体1上。所述导向槽5设置于所述竖梁3的上端面31,所述竖梁3的内侧还设有电热丝(未图示),所述电热丝与第二导电端子51电性连接。
所述第一导电端子41设置于所述导向柱4朝向所述导向槽5的一端;所述第二导电端子51设置于所述导向槽5的末端。具体地,所述导向柱4包括主体部42及自主体部42朝向所述导向槽5的一端形成的呈弧形的端部43,所述第一导电端子41设置于所述端部43与主体部42的连接处,以避免第一导电端子41受竖梁3的意外触碰撞击而受损;所述导向槽5具有底壁52及与所述底壁52相垂直并弯折延伸形成的侧壁53,所述第二导电端子51突伸设置于所述侧壁53上。并且,所述第二导电端子51的底部设置为高于所述底壁52,以避免所述导向槽5中存留的少量积水或其它杂质影响其与所述第一导电端子41的电性连接。
所述导向槽5还具有自开口处朝向两侧延伸形成的导引部54。当门体2关闭时,所述导向柱4朝向导向槽5的端部43率先进入导向槽5,并随着门体2的完全关闭而使得所述导向柱4全部进入导向槽5,进而使得第一导电端子41与第二导电端子51相接触。此过程中,所述导向柱4与所述导向槽5的侧壁52相互配合以引导竖梁3自垂直于门体2翻转至与所述门体2相平行。
进一步地,为避免所述第一导电端子41在门体2打开时向外暴露而导致的安全隐患,所述第一导电端子41与所述冰箱100的电源端之间还连接设置有一开关(未图示),所述开关设置为在第一导电端子41与第二导电端子51相接触时导通,并在第一导电端子41与第二导电端子51相分离时断开。
在本发明的其它实施方式中,所述冰箱100还包括电源转换器(未图示)。所述电源转换器的输入端连接至所述冰箱100的电源端;所述电源转换器的输出端连接至所述第一导电端子41。所述电源转换器将市电转换为人体安全电压后再通过第一导电端子41传输至竖梁3上的电热丝。
综上所述,采用本发明具有对开门的冰箱100,通过分别设置于导向柱4及导向槽5内的第一导电端子41与第二导电端子51,在门体2关闭时即可实现电热丝与电源端的电性连接,无需在门体2上预装布设导线,简化工艺,提高效率。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种具有对开门的冰箱,包括箱体、门体及安装于所述门体上的竖梁,所述箱体与竖梁其中之一上设置导向柱,所述箱体与竖梁其中另一上设置与所述导向柱相配合的导向槽,其特征在于:所述导向柱上设置有第一导电端子;所述导向槽内设有第二导电端子,当门体关闭时,所述导向柱与导向槽相配合以引导竖梁翻转,所述第一导电端子与第二导电端子接触并实现电性连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述第一导电端子设置于所述导向柱朝向所述导向槽的一端;所述第二导电端子设置于所述导向槽的末端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述导向柱包括主体部及自主体部朝向所述导向槽的一端形成的呈弧形的端部,所述第一导电端子设置于所述端部与主体部的连接处。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述导向槽形成有弯折延伸的侧壁,所述第二导电端子突伸设置于所述侧壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述导向槽还具有自开口处朝向两侧延伸形成的导引部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述导向槽设置于所述竖梁的上端面,所述竖梁的内侧还设有电热丝,所述电热丝与第二导电端子电性连接;所述导向柱设置于所述箱体的上方开口处,所述第一导电端子与所述冰箱的电源端电连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述箱体的上方开口处还设有一基座,所述导向柱固定于所述基座上。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述第一导电端子与所述冰箱的电源端之间还连接设置有一开关,所述开关设置为在第一导电端子与第二导电端子相接触时导通,并在第一导电端子与第二导电端子相分离时断开。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述冰箱还包括电源转换器,所述电源转换器的输入端连接至所述冰箱的电源端;所述电源转换器的输出端连接至所述第一导电端子。
