当各该使用者2碰上困难而欲请求协助时,步骤S21,各该使用者2可利用该服务请托单元111的请托服务程序填写一请托窗口而形成一请托请求1110,且该服务请托单元111通过该服务模块103传送该请托请求1110至对应的各该该服务者3。该第一联络人信息1100及该第二联络人信息1200中皆可标注联络人身份,比如一般会员、志工、社工或工作人员等,使各该使用者2于填写该请托窗口时可于一地址栏内填上社工或志工等字样后,该服务请托单元111即驱动该第一联络人单元110反馈相应的该第一联络人信息1100,以供各该使用者2全部 或部分选取欲请托的该服务者3。如此,该使用者2即使未分群管理该第一联络人信息1100,仍可直觉式地轻易实施该请托请求1110,使本发明确达到贴心为银发族考虑及通过科技运用而实现温馨互动的成果。
若各该使用者2见其亲友有所状况发生而代为提出该请托请求1110,以协请该服务者3代为帮忙时,该请托请求1110中将可能附有其亲友的至少一该第一联络人信息1100,故步骤S22,该请托事件单元121于接收该请托请求1110时,检测是否附有该第一联络人信息1100?若无,步骤S220,该请托事件单元121的请托服务程序形成一请托事件1210,并通知各该服务者3进行处理,此时该服务者3可检视该请托事件1210内容是否有请托对象的联络数据,有则自行输入形成该第二联络人信息1200并记录该请托事件1210于其中。反之,若该请托请求1110内含该第一联络人信息1100,则步骤S221,该请托事件单元121驱动该第二联络人单元120比对该第一联络人信息1100是否已内建于该第二联络人信息1200内?若是,步骤S2210,该请托事件单元121利用对应的该第二联络人信息1200形成该请托事件1210,并记录该请托事件1210于该第二联络人信息1200中。反之,步骤S2211,该请托事件单元121驱动该第二联络人单元120储存该第一联络人信息1100成该第二联络人信息1200并形成该请托事件1210,记录该请托事件1210于新建的该第二联络人信息1200中。顺带一提的是,该使用者2倘为初次加入系统的成员,则各该服务者3可能尚未实时编辑新增该第二联络人信息1200,或尚未使该第二联络人单元120同步该联络人模块100而更新该第二联络人信息1200,因此,该请托事件单元121于接收该请托请求1110时亦同步检测请求传送人的数据是否已存于该第二联络人信息1200中,若无,则于该请托事件1210形成时警示该服务者3储存新联络人数据。
步骤S23,该服务者3处理该请托事件1210并记录一处理回报1211时,该请托事件单元121储存该处理回报1211于对应的该第二联络人信息1200中,并通过该服务模块103传送该处理回报1211予对应的该使用者2,且步骤S230,该请托事件单元121上传对应的该请托事件1210、该处理回报1211及该第二联络人信息1200至该服务模块103中,以供该服务模块103统计分析而获得一区域内银发族的服务需求趋向,使该社照服务机构得以更清楚知晓未来应规划的活动类型与服务项目等。并且,步骤S24,该使用者2利用该服务请托单元111检视该处理回报1211而得知请托结果后,可通过该第一对话单元113的短信程序随时通过文字、语音或视频的一即时消息传送一确认通知或反映一意见想法予该 服务者3,且该服务者3通过该第二对话单元123的短信程序自该沟通模块102接收该即时消息后与该使用者2进行实时沟通,以期进一步完善请托的处理成效。如此,受该使用者2的人际脉络延伸及其对周遭亲友的关怀影响,该请托事件1210的服务需求更加实时且符合实际需求,不仅提升该服务者3的作业准确性与效率、改善该社照服务机构的资源实用率外,更进一步推广社会照顾服务的涵盖范围及落实程度。又一提的是,该使用者2或该服务者3皆可随时选择联络或依群组选择联络人后通过该短信程序任意与该使用者2及该服务者3传送信息或对话。
并且,步骤S25,当一该服务者3利用该第二活动单元122的行事历建立一公开活动1220,例如银发共餐餐会、健康讲座、老幼共学活动或知识分享文章等并传送至该活动模块101时,该活动模块101传送该公开活动1220予所有连结的该第一活动单元112与该第二活动单元122。如此,通过该活动模块101的实时批次推播功能,各该使用者2及各该服务者3皆可分别通过该第一活动单元112的最新消息程序及该第二活动单元122的最新消息程序得知相关活动及知识等,使该社照服务机构可于无须耗费巨额的文宣、短信或短片等广告费的情况下即轻易营销其理念、分享智识新知与号召活动参与等。
步骤S26,该第一活动单元112的最新消息程序接收该公开活动1220后通知该使用者2,且于该公开活动1220为讲座、课程或活动事件时,该使用者2可点选该公开活动1220上的报名键而通过该活动模块101反馈一报名信息予该服务者3完成报名,同时,该第一活动单元112记录该活动信息1220至该行事历中并形成一报到标识符,以供该使用者2直接利用该移动装置展示该报到标识符而作为完成活动点名的载具;该第二活动单元122的最新消息程序亦同。该记录单元125记录该服务者3发送过的信息历程,同时,也统整历史信息的后续反馈数据,因此,当各该使用者2反馈该报名信息时,该服务者3除可利用该行事历管理该公开活动外,亦可通过该记录单元125查看该公开活动1220的报名人员名单1010,以直接作为活动点名机制而统计实际出席率。具通常知识者可知,本发明的该第二活动单元122及该记录单元125皆可随时上传数据至该活动模块101存储文件,且该活动模块101亦可电性连接卫福部或政府单位的伺服主机,以上传该活动信息而申请相关社照补助。
承上实施例所述,该使用者2可通过该第一应用程序11自主选择传送联络人数据、行事历数据、请托数据、对话数据或定位数据等予其他各该使用者2或各该服务者3,以进行双向的数据交流而使该使用者2或该服务者3于拜访行前 即可快速掌握探视对象的背景与活动状态,以此优化人与人之间的互动形态而实现人间处处有温暖的大同世界。由于该供建立人际网络的社区照护系统1可用于商务企业、医疗组织、联谊团体、社区管委会或邻里互助会等,故为进一步述明其运作效益,在此举一推广健康乐活的养生组织为例。
为达到健康老化、快乐生活、营造幸福美满的人生为宗旨,该养生组织除设有一总部,例如乐活交流中心、健康商城或奇林乐活体验转化馆外,亦可于各地社区设置服务据点,例如乐活社团或118联谊会等而使该资源规划主机10为多个使用形态且各受一管理者,即该多个服务者3之一监管。其余该多个服务者3可为该养生组织的基层员工或业务,该管理者可直接于该联络人模块100中建立该多个服务者3的数据并指定其身份等级。而各该使用者2则可为主动或受邀参与该养生组织的会员,且使用该第一应用程序11而注册该联络人模块100将获取一身份属性1000,如图6所示,且当各该使用者2欲介绍亲友加入该养生组织时,可通过该第一对话单元113传送建置的该第一联络人信息1100予该服务者3,且该服务者3协助其亲友加入会员时,可驱动该联络人模块100记录一分享点数至该使用者2的数据中。该养生组织可依据该分享点数提供福利制度,而诱使各该使用者2分享经验并介绍新成员加入,实现强势推广组织之效,且通过社区式的服务据点设置形态,亦便利各该使用者2及各该服务者3深入另一该使用者2或其他潜在会员的生活中提供关怀与协助,以加强人与人间的交往连结强度并可第一线地掌握各该使用者2,甚至是各该服务者3对组织的参与热络度、积极度及贡献度。
该管理者除通过该活动模块101对该多个使用者2及该多个服务者3批次推播健康常识、分享养生新知及营销Back to Original的乐活理念外,亦可利用该活动模块101告知课程、举办活动及号召志工活动等,如图7所示,而各该使用者2利用该第一活动单元112或各该服务者3利用该第二活动单元122报名课程或活动后,该管理者即可于该活动模块101中检视与管理该报名人员名单1010。又,于课程或活动结束后,所有参与记录皆会回馈至该联络人模块100中,以更新对应的各该第一联络人信息1100或各该第二联络人信息1200,使各该服务者3,甚至是各该使者用2皆可检视每一会员的课程进修状态、活动参与状态或志工服务状态等。并且,该活动模块101可自动累计每一会员的课程进修时数、活动参与时数或志工服务时数等,以于时数到达一指标时即触动该联络人模块100自动调整对应此会员的该身份属性1000或该身份等级,使达到促进会员热切投入学 习与服务付出。以此,各移动装置、社区系统及主管机关间将有效建立信息串接,并利用区块链记账方式的信息不可篡改特性而使各该使用者与各该服务者皆得以放心使用,并依此提供正确的活动举办及参与信息供主管机关查核以方便其协力或补助实施各类照护行为。最终使该养生组织通过各该服务者3及各该使用者2的人际脉络间彼此关怀、督促与分享,即可完成坚强的人脉巨网,以彻底阐扬Back to Original的健康理念及实现活到118岁的乐活精神。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用以限定本发明实施的范围;故在不脱离本发明的范围下所作的均等变化与修饰,皆应涵盖于本发明的权利要求范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种供建立人际网络的社区照护系统,以方便多个使用者及多个服务者分别利用一移动装置进行互动,实现社区人道关怀的提升,其特征在于,包含:
    一资源规划主机;
    一第一应用程序,供该多个使用者使用并电性连接该资源规划主机,其设有一第一联络人单元及一服务请托单元,各使用者利用该第一联络人单元编辑至少一第一联络人信息,且当各使用者利用该服务请托单元形成一请托请求后,传送予各服务者;及
    一第二应用程序,供该多个服务者使用并电性连接该资源规划主机,其设有一第二联络人单元及一请托事件单元,各服务者利用该第二联络人单元编辑至少一第二联络人信息,当该请托事件单元接收该请托请求时形成一请托事件并通知各服务者进行处理,且该请托请求内含有至少一该第一联络人信息时,该请托事件单元驱动该第二联络人单元储存该第一联络人信息成该第二联络人信息并形成该请托事件;
    其中,该第一应用程序及该第二应用程序为独立存在且功能界面不同的应用程序,利用该第一应用程序及该第二应用程序能够相互触发信息传送并将信息传送更新内容以区块链记账方式同步储存于该资源规划主机。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的供建立人际网络的社区照护系统,其特征在于,服务者处理该请托事件并记录一处理回报时,该请托事件单元反馈该处理回报予使用者,同时储存该处理回报至对应的该第二联络人信息中。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的供建立人际网络的社区照护系统,其特征在于,该请托事件单元上传该请托事件、该处理回报及该第二联络人信息至该资源规划主机,且该资源规划主机统计分析而获知使用者的请托行为趋向。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的供建立人际网络的社区照护系统,其特征在于,该资源规划主机设有一沟通模块、该第一应用程序设有一第一对话单元、该第二应用程序设有一第二对话单元,该沟通模块电性连接该第一对话单元与该第二对话单元,当使用者利用该第一对话单元通过文字、语音或视频的一即时消息与服务者进行沟通时,该沟通模块传送该即时消息至该第二对话单元。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的供建立人际网络的社区照护系统,其特征在于,该服务请托单元电性连接该第一对话单元,使用者利用该服务请托单元检视该处理回报时,通过该第一对话单元传送一确认通知或一想法意见至该第二对话单元。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的供建立人际网络的社区照护系统,其特征在于,该第一联络人单元与该第二联络人单元皆具有文字编辑、图照扫描辨识与语音录制分析的功能,以分别允许使用者与服务者扫描一名片后编辑或更新该第一联络人信息与该第二联络人信息。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的供建立人际网络的社区照护系统,其特征在于,该第一联络人信息及该第二联络人信息分别包含生日、毕业纪念日或结婚纪念日的活动信息,且该第一应用程序设有一第一活动单元,该第一活动单元电性连接该第一联络人单元,以读取并显示该第一联络人信息的活动信息;该第二应用程序设有一第二活动单元,该第二活动单元电性连接该第二联络人单元,以读取并显示该第二联络人信息的活动信息。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的供建立人际网络的社区照护系统,其特征在于,该资源规划主机设有一联络人模块,该联络人模块电性连接该第一联络人单元及该第二联络人单元,以供使用者传送该第一联络人信息或服务者传送该第二联络人信息至该联络人模块储存。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的供建立人际网络的社区照护系统,其特征在于,该资源规划主机设有一活动模块,该活动模块电性连接该联络人模块、该第一活动单元及该第二活动单元,当该多个服务者的其中之一利用该第二活动单元建立一活动信息并传送至该活动模块时,该活动模块转送予该第一活动单元及该第二活动单元而通知该多个使用者及该多个服务者。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的供建立人际网络的社区照护系统,其特征在于,该沟通模块设有一定位器,该第一应用程序设有一第一定位单元,且该第一定位单元电性连接该沟通模块及第一联络人单元,以供使用者搜寻该第一联络人信息的定位;该第二应用程序设有一第二定位单元,且该第二定位单元电性连接该沟通模块及该第二联络人单元,以供服务者搜寻该第二联络人信息的定位。
