作为本发明高温消毒洗碗机的一种优选方案,所述水路系统包括储水容器、储水杯、清洁水泵和排水泵,储水杯安装在洗碗机的洗碗腔体底部,储水杯内部设有相隔开的进水腔室和排水腔室,储水容器向进水腔室输送清洁水,进水腔室内的清洁水输送到清洁水泵,清洁水泵驱动水输送到喷臂组件,喷臂组件驱动旋转式碗碟架转动清洁餐具,清洁完餐具的污水落入排水腔室,排水腔室的水经排水泵驱动流向外部。
作为本发明高温消毒洗碗机的一种优选方案,所述水路系统还包括供水管、清洁水泵进水管、清洁水泵出水管、排水泵进水管、排水泵出水管,储水容器通过供水管连通进水腔室,进水腔室通过清洁水泵进水管连通清洁水泵的进水端口,清洁水泵的出水端口通过清洁水泵出水管连通喷臂组件的进水管,排水腔室通过排水泵进水管连通排水泵的进水端口,排水泵的出水端口连通排水泵出水管。
作为本发明高温消毒洗碗机的一种优选方案,清洁水泵出水管、排水泵出水管、总出水管、喷臂组件的进水管处安装有控制管路切换导通的球阀转换装置。
作为本发明高温消毒洗碗机的一种优选方案,所述储水杯包括外杯主体和内杯套,内杯套安装在外杯主体内,外杯主体内壁与内杯套外壁之间间隔空间形成进水腔室,内杯套中心处设有排水孔,排水腔室设置在外杯主体底部,排水孔连通排水腔室。
作为本发明高温消毒洗碗机的一种优选方案,所述旋转式碗碟架包括篮架、转盘、固定座、固定架、滚轮,篮架底部中心处转动安装转盘,转盘转动安装于固定座上方,固定座外周侧安装固定架,固定架上方安装滚轮,滚轮有多个围绕转盘中心轴圆周排列,滚轮与篮架底部滚动接触。
作为本发明高温消毒洗碗机的一种优选方案,所述喷臂组件包括喷臂进水管和喷臂,喷臂进水管连通喷臂,喷臂设有多个不同角度组合的喷水孔,喷水孔喷出不同角度的清洁水驱动洗碗腔体内的旋转式碗碟架转动。
作为本发明高温消毒洗碗机的一种优选方案,所述喷臂组件包括喷臂转动机构,喷臂转动机构包括电机、齿轮箱、主齿轮、副齿轮,齿轮箱安装在洗碗腔体内,电机输出轴伸入齿轮箱内连接主齿轮,主齿轮啮合副齿轮,副齿轮安装在喷臂底部。
作为本发明高温消毒洗碗机的一种优选方案,所述蒸汽发生装置包括蒸汽炉和蒸汽进气管道,储水容器侧方安装蒸汽炉水泵,蒸汽炉水泵供水到蒸汽炉,蒸汽进气管道安装在洗碗腔体侧方,蒸汽进气管道端口连通洗碗腔体内,蒸汽炉所产生蒸汽经蒸汽进气管道到达洗碗腔体内。
作为本发明高温消毒洗碗机的一种优选方案,所述洗碗腔体底部安装有高压热风组件,高压热风组件包括高压热风器和热风管道,高压热风器安装在洗碗腔体底部,热风管道出口端安装有进风栅格板,高压热风器产生热风经热风管道输送到洗碗腔体内,热风驱动旋转式碗碟架转动和烘干餐具。
作为本发明高温消毒洗碗机的一种优选方案,所述洗碗腔体内壁设有磨砂层。
一种高温消毒洗碗方法,包括以下步骤,
①储水容器通过供水管向储水杯的进水腔室供水,储水杯安装在洗碗腔体底部,进水腔室内的清洁水输送到清洁水泵,清洁水泵驱动水输送到喷臂组件,喷臂组件驱动旋转式碗碟架转动清洁餐具;
②蒸汽发生装置产生蒸汽输送到洗碗腔体内,高温高压的蒸汽无死角加热餐具,使餐具的油污快速熔化,蒸汽配合清洁水实现高温消毒快速洗碗;
③清洁完餐具的污水落入排水腔室,排水腔室的水经排水泵驱动流向外部;
④高压热风组件产生热风经热风管道输送到洗碗腔体内,热风风干水路管道、洗碗腔体内壁、餐具,高压热风同时使碗架转动无死角杀毒;
⑤排风系统排出洗碗腔体内气体。
本发明的优点在于:
⑴喷臂组件喷出清洁水喷射清洁餐具同时驱动旋转式碗碟架转动,旋转式碗碟架带动餐具转动,蒸汽发生装置产生蒸汽输送到洗碗腔体内,而且能杀毒除菌保证餐具干净,同时蒸汽也加热液态清洁水,最后高压热风烘干餐具、洗碗腔体内腔;同时高压热风冲击驱动旋转式碗碟架转动,达到增强洗碗清洁效果防止细菌滋生的目的;
⑵水路系统结构设计合理,储水容器向进水腔室输送清洁水,进水腔室内的清洁水输送到清洁水泵,清洁水泵驱动水输送到喷臂组件,喷臂组件清洁洗碗腔体内部的餐具,清洁完餐具的污水落入排水腔室,排水腔室的水经排水泵驱动流向外部,由于进水腔室和排水腔室相隔开且清洁水泵用于进清洁水、排水泵用于排污水,所以清水和污水不混流不会产生二次污染,从而更好发挥洗碗机清洗效果,无污水残留使泵及腔体保持透气通风,不会产生细菌感染餐具;
⑶在水路系统中采用球阀转换装置控制管路切换导通,从而实现清洗和排水的水路流向问题,保证水路的水能够及时排水;
⑷洗碗腔体内壁设有磨砂层,防止洗碗腔体内壁表面会凝结出水珠,而且高压热风组件能进一步加快洗碗腔体快速干燥,杜绝滋生细菌,保证餐具不会受到污染,实用性强,满足健康使用需求。

如图1~4所示,一种高温消毒洗碗机,包括洗碗腔体1、盖板2、旋转式碗碟架3、喷臂组件4、水路系统、蒸汽发生装置6和高压热风组件7,洗碗腔体1上方盖合盖板2,盖板2表面装有液晶控制屏,液晶控制屏控制洗碗机,洗碗腔体1内部安装旋转式碗碟架3、喷臂组件4,旋转式碗碟架3用于固定放置碗碟餐具,洗碗腔体1底部安装水路系统,水路系统用于供水到喷臂组件4和收集洗碗后的污水,喷臂组件4喷出清洁水驱动旋转式碗碟架3转动,蒸汽发生装置6产生蒸汽输送到洗碗腔体1内,蒸汽配合清洁水实现高温消毒快速洗碗。
如图3~5所示,水路系统包括储水容器51、储水杯52、清洁水泵53和排水泵55,储水杯52安装在洗碗机的洗碗腔体1底部,储水杯52内部设有相隔开的进水腔室521和排水腔室522,储水容器51优选为水箱,储水容器51连接有连通外部水源的进水管,储水容器51向进水腔室521输送清洁水,进水腔室521内的清洁水输送到清洁水泵53,清洁水泵53驱动水输送到喷臂组件4,喷臂组件4驱动旋转式碗碟架3转动清洁餐具,清洁完餐具的污水落入排水腔室 522,排水腔室522的水经排水泵55驱动流向外部。
具体的,水路系统还包括供水管56、清洁水泵进水管57、清洁水泵出水管58、排水泵进水管59、排水泵出水管510,储水容器51通过供水管56连通进水腔室52a,进水腔室52a通过清洁水泵进水管57连通清洁水泵53的进水端口,清洁水泵53的出水端口通过清洁水泵出水管58连通喷臂组件的进水管,排水腔室522通过排水泵进水管59连通排水泵55的进水端口,排水泵55的出水端口连通排水泵出水管510,另外,清洁水泵出水管57、排水泵出水管59、总出水管511、喷臂组件的进水管处安装有控制管路切换导通的球阀转换装置512,清洁洗碗时,球阀转换装置512控制清洁水泵出水管58、喷臂组件的进水管导通;清洁水进入喷臂组件,排污水时则清洁水泵出水管9、喷臂组件的进水管不导通;排水泵出水管59与总出水管511导通排出污水,同时为了避免清洁水泵有残留水,清洁水泵出水管58也与总出水管511导通排出残留水,达到清洁水泵53、排水泵55都无液态水残留确保通气。
如图6和7所示,储水杯52包括外杯主体523和内杯套524,内杯套524安装在外杯主体523内,外杯主体523内壁与内杯套524外壁之间间隔空间形成进水腔室521,内杯套524中心处设有排水孔525,排水腔室522设置在外杯主体523底部,排水孔525连通排水腔室522,当储水杯52安装在洗碗腔体底部时,内杯套524是伸入到洗碗腔体内的而外杯主体523不进入,所以洗碗腔体内的水会经排水孔525进入到排水腔室522内,而排水孔525中安装有垃圾收集篮526,垃圾收集篮526用于收集厨余垃圾避免垃圾进入管道中堵塞管道。
如图8和9所示,旋转式碗碟架3包括篮架31、转盘32、固定座33、固定架34、滚轮35,篮架31底部中心处转动安装转盘32,转盘32转动安装于固定座33上方,固定座33外周侧安装固定架34,固定架34上方安装滚轮35,滚 轮35有多个围绕转盘32中心轴圆周排列,滚轮35与篮架31底部滚动接触,滚轮35与篮架31底部滚动接触,滚轮35利于限位和支撑篮架31保证稳定转动。
如图10所示,喷臂组件4包括喷臂进水管41和喷臂42,喷臂进水管41连通喷臂42,喷臂42设有多个不同角度组合的喷水孔42a,喷臂42位于洗碗腔体1四个角的任一处,旋转式碗碟架3位于洗碗腔体1内部中心处,喷水孔42a喷出不同角度的清洁水冲击驱动洗碗腔体内的旋转式碗碟架3转动,而喷臂组件4还包括喷臂转动机构,喷臂转动机构包括电机43、齿轮箱44、主齿轮45、副齿轮46,齿轮箱44安装在洗碗腔体内,电机输出轴伸入齿轮箱44内连接主齿轮45,主齿轮45啮合副齿轮46,副齿轮46安装在喷臂42底部,电机43驱动主齿轮45转动,主齿轮45驱动副齿轮46转动,副齿轮46驱动喷臂0~45°转动从而调整喷水孔42a喷出的清洁水方位,从而更好的使碗架转动和清洗餐具。
如图6和11,蒸汽发生装置6包括蒸汽炉61和蒸汽进气管道62,储水容器51侧方安装蒸汽炉水泵63,蒸汽炉水泵63供水到蒸汽炉61,蒸汽进气管道62安装在洗碗腔体1侧方,蒸汽进气管道62端口连通洗碗腔体1内,蒸汽炉61所产生蒸汽经蒸汽进气管道62到达洗碗腔体1内,高温高压的蒸汽无死角加热餐具,使餐具的油污快速熔化有助于快速洗碗,而且能杀毒除菌保证餐具干净,达到增强洗碗清洁效果防止细菌滋生的目的。另外,在洗碗腔体1外侧安装有排气系统,排气系统主要用于排气其结构为现有技术不再累述。
如图12所示,洗碗腔体1底部安装有高压热风组件,高压热风组件包括高压热风器71和热风管道72,高压热风器71安装在洗碗腔体1底部,热风管道出口端安装有进风栅格板73,高压热风器产生热风经热风管道输送到洗碗腔体 内1,进风栅格板处输出约80-100℃温度热风对腔体高温杀毒,同时有助于快速干燥且使碗架转动,而在洗碗腔体内壁设有磨砂层,磨砂层有利于加快腔体内壁快速干燥,解决内壁凝水珠现象,另外,洗碗腔体1外侧安装排气系统,排气系统用于排出洗碗腔体内气体。
一种高温消毒洗碗方法,包括以下步骤,
①储水容器通过供水管向储水杯的进水腔室供水,储水杯安装在洗碗腔体底部,进水腔室内的清洁水输送到清洁水泵,清洁水泵驱动水输送到喷臂组件,喷臂组件驱动旋转式碗碟架转动清洁餐具;
②蒸汽发生装置产生蒸汽输送到洗碗腔体内,高温高压的蒸汽无死角加热餐具,使餐具的油污快速熔化,蒸汽配合清洁水实现高温消毒快速洗碗;
③清洁完餐具的污水落入排水腔室,排水腔室的水经排水泵驱动流向外部;
④高压热风组件产生热风经热风管道输送到洗碗腔体内,热风风干水路管道、洗碗腔体内壁、餐具,高压热风同时使碗架转动无死角杀毒;
⑤排风系统排出洗碗腔体内气体。

  1. 一种高温消毒洗碗机,包括洗碗腔体和盖板,洗碗腔体上方盖合盖板,其特征在于:还包括旋转式碗碟架、喷臂组件、水路系统、蒸汽发生装置和高压热风组件,洗碗腔体内部安装旋转式碗碟架、喷臂组件,旋转式碗碟架用于固定放置碗碟餐具,洗碗腔体底部安装水路系统,水路系统用于供水到喷臂组件和收集洗碗后的污水,喷臂组件喷出清洁水驱动旋转式碗碟架转动,蒸汽发生装置产生蒸汽输送到洗碗腔体内,蒸汽配合清洁水实现高温消毒快速洗碗,高压热风组件产生高压热风烘干餐具,高压热风同时驱动旋转式碗碟架转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高温消毒洗碗机,其特征在于:所述水路系统包括储水容器、储水杯、清洁水泵和排水泵,储水杯安装在洗碗机的洗碗腔体底部,储水杯内部设有相隔开的进水腔室和排水腔室,储水容器向进水腔室输送清洁水,进水腔室内的清洁水输送到清洁水泵,清洁水泵驱动水输送到喷臂组件,喷臂组件驱动旋转式碗碟架转动清洁餐具,清洁完餐具的污水落入排水腔室,排水腔室的水经排水泵驱动流向外部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种高温消毒洗碗机,其特征在于:所述水路系统还包括供水管、清洁水泵进水管、清洁水泵出水管、排水泵进水管、排水泵出水管,储水容器通过供水管连通进水腔室,进水腔室通过清洁水泵进水管连通清洁水泵的进水端口,清洁水泵的出水端口通过清洁水泵出水管连通喷臂组件的进水管,排水腔室通过排水泵进水管连通排水泵的进水端口,排水泵的出水端口连通排水泵出水管。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种高温消毒洗碗机,其特征在于:清洁水泵出水管、排水泵出水管、总出水管、喷臂组件的进水管处安装有控制管路切换导通的球阀转换装置。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种高温消毒洗碗机,其特征在于:所述储水杯包括 外杯主体和内杯套,内杯套安装在外杯主体内,外杯主体内壁与内杯套外壁之间间隔空间形成进水腔室,内杯套中心处设有排水孔,排水腔室设置在外杯主体底部,排水孔连通排水腔室。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高温消毒洗碗机,其特征在于:所述旋转式碗碟架包括篮架、转盘、固定座、固定架、滚轮,篮架底部中心处转动安装转盘,转盘转动安装于固定座上方,固定座外周侧安装固定架,固定架上方安装滚轮,滚轮有多个围绕转盘中心轴圆周排列,滚轮与篮架底部滚动接触。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高温消毒洗碗机,其特征在于:所述喷臂组件包括喷臂进水管和喷臂,喷臂进水管连通喷臂,喷臂设有多个不同角度组合的喷水孔,喷水孔喷出不同角度的清洁水驱动洗碗腔体内的旋转式碗碟架转动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种高温消毒洗碗机,其特征在于:所述喷臂组件包括喷臂转动机构,喷臂转动机构包括电机、齿轮箱、主齿轮、副齿轮,齿轮箱安装在洗碗腔体内,电机输出轴伸入齿轮箱内连接主齿轮,主齿轮啮合副齿轮,副齿轮安装在喷臂底部。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的一种高温消毒洗碗机,其特征在于:所述蒸汽发生装置包括蒸汽炉和蒸汽进气管道,储水容器侧方安装蒸汽炉水泵,蒸汽炉水泵供水到蒸汽炉,蒸汽进气管道安装在洗碗腔体侧方,蒸汽进气管道端口连通洗碗腔体内,蒸汽炉所产生蒸汽经蒸汽进气管道到达洗碗腔体内。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高温消毒洗碗机,其特征在于:所述洗碗腔体底部安装有高压热风组件,高压热风组件包括高压热风器和热风管道,高压热风器安装在洗碗腔体底部,热风管道出口端安装有进风栅格板,高压热风器产生热风经热风管道输送到洗碗腔体内,高压热风驱动旋转式碗碟架转动和烘干餐具。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高温消毒洗碗机,其特征在于:所述洗碗腔体内壁设有磨砂层。
  12. 一种高温消毒洗碗方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
    ①储水容器通过供水管向储水杯的进水腔室供水,储水杯安装在洗碗腔体底部,进水腔室内的清洁水输送到清洁水泵,清洁水泵驱动水输送到喷臂组件,喷臂组件驱动旋转式碗碟架转动清洁餐具;
    ②蒸汽发生装置产生蒸汽输送到洗碗腔体内,高温高压的蒸汽无死角加热餐具,使餐具的油污快速熔化,蒸汽配合清洁水实现高温消毒快速洗碗;
    ③清洁完餐具的污水落入排水腔室,排水腔室的水经排水泵驱动流向外部;
    ④高压热风组件产生热风经热风管道输送到洗碗腔体内,热风风干水路管道、洗碗腔体内壁、餐具,高压热风同时使碗架转动无死角杀毒;
    ⑤排风系统排出洗碗腔体内气体。
