本申请实施例还提供一种显示面板,所述显示面板包括曲面屏保护膜,所述曲面屏保护膜包括平面区及位于所述平面区外侧的至少一弯曲区,所述曲面屏保护膜处于展平态时,所述曲面屏保护膜对应每个所述弯曲区的部分至少具有一凹陷部。
有益效果
相较于现有技术,本申请实施例提供的曲面屏保护膜及曲面盖板,所述曲面屏保护膜包括平面区及位于所述平面区外侧的至少一弯曲区,所述曲面屏保护膜处于展平态时,所述曲面屏保护膜对应每个所述弯曲区的部分至少具有一凹陷部,以提高所述曲面屏保护膜的弯曲性能,改善所述曲面屏保护膜贴附在曲面屏或曲面盖板上时,所述曲面屏保护膜边缘易翘起,产生气泡的问题。

为使本申请的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本申请进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
具体的,请参阅图1A,其为本申请第一实施例曲面屏保护膜在展平状态下的结构示意图,如图1B所示,其为图1A所示的曲面屏保护膜的俯视图;所述曲面屏保护膜100包括平面区100a及位于所述平面区100a外侧的至少一弯曲区100b,所述曲面屏保护膜100处于展平态时,所述曲面屏保护膜100对应每个所述弯曲区100b的部分至少具有一凹陷部101。
所述凹陷部101由一底壁101a和位于所述底壁101a相对两侧的内侧壁101b和外侧壁101c围合而成。
在展平状态下,所述平面区100a及所述弯曲区100b与x轴相平行;所述内侧壁101b及所述外侧壁101c与y轴相平行。
请参阅图1C,其为图1A所示的曲面屏保护膜在弯曲状态下的结构示意图;在弯曲状态下,所述曲面屏保护膜100的所述平面区100a仍保持与x轴相平行,而所述弯曲区100b具有可弯曲性,所述弯曲区100b弯曲形成曲率半径为r的弧形;所述曲率半径r依据所述曲面屏保护膜100应用场合的不同会有所不同。所述凹陷部101可减小所述弯曲区100b的弯曲应力,避免所述曲面屏保护膜100在贴附至曲面屏上时,所述弯曲区100b易出现翘起产生气泡的问题。
所述凹陷部101的纵截面为矩形、弧形或阶梯形的至少一种,具体地可根据所述弯曲区100b弯曲时曲率的不同设置,以使所述弯曲区100b在弯曲时具有较好的弯曲性能。即在所述弯曲区100b弯曲时,曲率越小,所述弯曲区100b弯曲时的弯曲程度也越小,所述凹陷部101的纵截面为矩形、弧形的其中一种;若所述弯曲区100b弯曲时,曲率较大,所述弯曲区100b弯曲时的弯曲程度也越大,所述凹陷部101的纵截面为阶梯形,以减小弯曲应力对所述弯曲区100b的影响。
所述曲面屏保护膜100的制备材料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
所述曲面屏保护膜100在设置有所述凹陷部101表面相对的一侧表面设置有粘附层102,所述粘附层102的制备材料为硅胶,所述粘附层102的厚度小于所述曲面屏保护膜100的厚度;具体地,所述粘附层102为0.02毫米。
所述凹陷部101的深度小于所述曲面屏保护膜100的厚度,具体地,所述曲面屏保护膜100的厚度为大于或等于0.01毫米且小于或等于0.04毫米,所述凹陷部101的深度与所述曲面屏保护膜100的厚度差大于或等于0.005毫米;进一步地,所述凹陷部101的深度等于所述曲面屏保护膜100与所述黏附层102的厚度之和的一半;更进一步地,所述凹陷部101的深度等于0.025毫米。
在一些实施例中,所述曲面屏保护膜100对应每个所述弯曲区100b的部分具有多个所述凹陷部101,至少部分所述凹陷部101的深度从靠近所述平面区100a至远离所述平面区100a递增。
具体地,请参阅图2,其为本申请第二实施例曲面屏保护膜在展平状态下的结构示意图;
所述凹陷部101包括第一凹陷部1011、第二凹陷部1012及第三凹陷部1013;
所述第一凹陷部1011远离所述平面区100a设置;
所述第三凹陷部1013靠近所述平面区100a设置;
所述第二凹陷部1012位于所述第一凹陷部1011与所述第三凹陷部1013之间;
所述第一凹陷部1011的深度大于所述第二凹陷部1012的深度,所述第二凹陷部1012的深度等于所述第三凹陷部1013的深度,以在所述弯曲区100b处于弯曲状态时,在远离所述平面区100a的所述弯曲区100b内减小拉应力对所述弯曲区100b的影响。
具体地,所述第一凹陷部1011的深度等于所述曲面屏保护膜100厚度的0.8倍,所述第二凹陷部1012和所述第三凹陷部1013的深度等于所述曲面屏保护膜100厚度的0.5倍。
由于所述弯曲区100b在弯曲时处于所述弯曲区100b内的各点所受到的弯曲应力不同,为降低弯曲应力对所述弯曲区100b的影响,所述第一凹陷部1011、所述第二凹陷部1012以及所述第三凹陷部1013的间距不同。
具体地,所述第一凹陷部1011距所述第二凹陷部1012的宽度a1小于所述第二凹陷部1012距所述第三凹陷部1013的宽度a2,以减小弯曲应力对所述弯曲区100b的影响。具体地,所述第二凹陷部1012距所述第三凹陷部的宽度a2等于所述第一凹陷部1011距所述第二凹陷部1012宽度a1的1.1倍~2倍。
请参图3,其为本申请第三实施例曲面屏保护膜在展平状态下的结构示意图,所述第二凹陷部1012、所述第三凹陷部1013位于所述第一凹陷部1011的相对两侧,所述第三凹陷部1013靠近所述弯曲区100b的边界的一侧还可设置多个所述凹陷部,即所述第三凹陷部1013靠近所述弯曲区100b的边界一侧还设置有凹陷部1014。
由于所述第三凹陷部1013位于所述第二凹陷部1012外侧,所述第二凹陷部1012的深度可大于所述第三凹陷部1013的深度;具体地,所述第一凹陷部1011的深度等于所述曲面屏保护膜100厚度的0.8倍,所述第二凹陷部1012的深度等于所述曲面屏保护膜100厚度的0.6倍,所述第三凹陷部1013的深度等于所述曲面屏保护膜100厚度的0.4倍。
请参阅图4A,其为本申请实施例提供的第四种曲面屏保护膜在展平状态下的结构示意图,如图4B所示,其为图4A所示的曲面屏保护膜的俯视图;所述曲面屏保护膜100对应每个所述弯曲区100b的部分具有多个所述凹陷部101,多个所述凹陷部101的深度相等;进一步地,多个所述凹陷部101之间的距离相等,具体地,多个所述凹陷部101自距所述平面区100a与所述弯曲区100b的交接处的距离a处开始,以每个所述凹陷部101之间间隔距离保持a向所述弯曲区100b的边界处均匀分布,进一步地,所述距离a等于1mm。
请参阅图5,其为本申请实施例提供的第五种曲面屏保护膜在展平状态下的结构示意图;由于所述弯曲区100b与所述平面区100a的交界处在弯曲时,也会受到的弯曲应力,所以为减小所述弯曲区100b与所述平面区100a的交界处的弯曲应力,在所述弯曲区100b与所述平面区100a的交界处设置有所述凹陷部1015。
所述凹陷部1015的深度大于或等于位于所述弯曲区100b内的具有最深深度的所述第一凹陷部1011的深度;具体地,所述凹陷部1015的深度等于所述曲面屏保护膜100厚度的0.8倍。
请参阅图6A,其为本申请实施例提供的第六种曲面屏保护膜在展平状态下的结构示意图;如图6B,其为图6A中的第六种曲面屏保护膜在弯曲状态下的结构示意图;所述曲面屏保护膜600包括平面区603及弯曲区604;
所述弯曲区604包括第一弯曲区6041以及第二弯曲区6042;
所述平面区603位于所述第二弯曲区6042的相对两侧,所述第一弯曲区6041位于所述平面区603远离所述第二弯曲区6042的一侧;
所述第一弯曲区6041设置有所述凹陷部6011,所述第二弯曲区6042设置有所述凹陷部6012,以减小所述弯曲区604弯曲时的弯曲应力。
进一步地,所述凹陷部6012的深度及分布密度大于所述凹陷部6011的深度及分布密度。
所述粘附层602设置在与所述凹陷部601表面相对的一侧表面。
请参阅图7,其为本申请实施例提供的曲面盖板的结构示意图,所述曲面盖板包括所述曲面屏保护膜700及盖板本体703,所述盖板本体703包括非弯折区703a及位于所述非弯折区703a外侧的至少一弯折区703b;所述弯折区703b可弯折。
所述曲面屏保护膜700的所述平面区700a对应所述非弯折区703a设置,所述曲面屏保护膜700的所述弯曲区700b对应所述弯折区703b设置,以避免所述曲面屏保护膜700贴附在所述盖板本体703时,所述曲面屏保护膜700易翘起,产生气泡的问题。
所述曲面屏保护膜700通过所述黏附层702贴附在所述盖板本体703上。所述盖板本体703的制备材料为玻璃。
可以理解的,所述曲面屏保护膜700、所述曲面盖板可以应用于显示面板中;进一步地,所述显示面板包括液晶显示面板、柔性显示面板。
更进一步地,所述曲面屏保护膜700、所述曲面盖板还可以应用于显示装置中;所述显示装置包括移动终端(如手机、笔记本电脑等)、非移动终端(如电视、台式电脑等)等。
本申请还提供一种显示面板,所述显示面板包括所述的曲面屏保护膜。
本申请实施例提供的曲面屏保护膜及曲面盖板,所述曲面屏保护膜包括平面区及位于所述平面区外侧的至少一弯曲区,所述曲面屏保护膜处于展平态时,所述曲面屏保护膜对应每个所述弯曲区的部分至少具有一凹陷部,以提高所述曲面屏保护膜的弯曲性能,改善所述曲面屏保护膜贴附在曲面屏或曲面盖板上时,所述曲面屏保护膜边缘易翘起,产生气泡的问题。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种曲面屏保护膜,其中,包括平面区及位于所述平面区外侧的至少一弯曲区,所述曲面屏保护膜处于展平态时,所述曲面屏保护膜对应每个所述弯曲区的部分至少具有一凹陷部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的曲面屏保护膜,其中,所述曲面屏保护膜对应每个所述弯曲区的部分具有多个所述凹陷部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的曲面屏保护膜,其中,多个所述凹陷部的深度相等;多个所述凹陷部等间隔分布。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的曲面屏保护膜,其中,至少部分所述凹陷部的深度从靠近所述平面区至远离所述平面区递增。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的曲面屏保护膜,其中,多个所述凹陷部包括第一凹陷部、第二凹陷部及第三凹陷部;
    所述第一凹陷部远离所述平面区设置;
    所述第三凹陷部靠近所述平面区设置;
    所述第二凹陷部位于所述第一凹陷部与所述第三凹陷部之间;
    所述第一凹陷部的深度大于所述第二凹陷部的深度,所述第二凹陷部的深度等于所述第三凹陷部的深度。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的曲面屏保护膜,其中,所述第一凹陷部的深度等于所述曲面屏保护膜厚度的0.8倍,所述第二凹陷部和所述第三凹陷部的深度等于所述曲面屏保护膜厚度的0.5倍。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的曲面屏保护膜,其中,所述第一凹陷部距所述第二凹陷部的宽度小于所述第二凹陷部距所述第三凹陷部的宽度。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的曲面屏保护膜,其中,所述第二凹陷部距所述第三凹陷部的宽度等于所述第一凹陷部距所述第二凹陷部宽度的1.1倍~2倍。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的曲面屏保护膜,其中,所述弯曲区与所述平面区的交接处设置有所述凹陷部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的曲面屏保护膜,其中,所述凹陷部的深度等于所述曲面屏保护膜厚度的0.8倍。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的曲面屏保护膜,其中,所述凹陷部的深度小于所述曲面屏保护膜的厚度。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的曲面屏保护膜,其中,所述曲面屏保护膜的厚度为大于或等于0.01毫米且小于或等于0.04毫米。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的曲面屏保护膜,其中,所述凹陷部的深度与所述曲面屏保护膜的厚度之差大于或等于0.005毫米。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的曲面屏保护膜,其中,所述曲面屏保护膜在设置有所述凹陷部表面相对的一侧表面设置有粘附层。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的曲面屏保护膜,其中,所述粘附层的厚度小于所述曲面屏保护膜的厚度。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的曲面屏保护膜,其中,所述粘附层的厚度为0.02毫米。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的曲面屏保护膜,其中,所述凹陷部的深度等于所述曲面屏保护膜与所述黏附层的厚度之和的一半。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的曲面屏保护膜,其中,所述凹陷部的纵截面为矩形、弧形或阶梯形的至少一种。
  19. 一种曲面盖板,其中,所述曲面盖板包括曲面屏保护膜,所述曲面屏保护膜包括平面区及位于所述平面区外侧的至少一弯曲区,所述曲面屏保护膜处于展平态时,所述曲面屏保护膜对应每个所述弯曲区的部分至少具有一凹陷部。
  20. 一种显示面板,其中,所述显示面板包括曲面屏保护膜,所述曲面屏保护膜包括平面区及位于所述平面区外侧的至少一弯曲区,所述曲面屏保护膜处于展平态时,所述曲面屏保护膜对应每个所述弯曲区的部分至少具有一凹陷部。
