出库控制的方法、装置和系统
本专利申请要求于2020年4月16日提交的、申请号为202010300721.X、发明名称为“出库控制的方法、装置和系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全文以引用的方式并入本申请中。
技术领域
本公开的实施例涉及计算机技术领域,具体涉及出库控制的方法、装置和系统。
背景技术
供应链和物流系统的出库控制可能出现在很多个业务应用场景中,传统的出库控制逻辑一般是根据外部系统的指令,直接冻结库存明细的,冻结后可实现库存的实质监管,保证出库控制的安全性。
现有的技术中,存在一个非常大的缺点,就是在系统中监管的物品无法进行出库,影响货主的库存周转。
发明内容
本公开的实施例提出了出库控制的方法、装置和系统。
第一方面,本公开的实施例提供了一种出库控制方法,包括:接收出库请求,其中,出库请求包括:卖家标识、订单金额、平台标识;根据卖家标识获取卖家的信息,其中,信息包括:库存监管起点值、库存总额;若库存总额与订单金额之差小于库存监管起点值,则确定平台标识是否为无限制平台标识;若是无限制平台标识,则将预先生成的约定码发送给钱包服务器以查询约定码的有效性;响应于接收到钱包服务器发送的有效性确认消息,根据订单金额自动还款并向库存服务器发送出库指令。
在一些实施例中,出库请求还包括:物品标识;以及根据订单金 额自动还款,包括:根据物品标识和预设的变现价格清单计算出库请求涉及的物品的变现价值;向钱包服务器发送扣款请求;根据订单金额更新库存监管起点值;根据变现价值更新库存总额。

本申请的实施例提供的出库控制的方法、装置和系统,通过库存物品的虚拟价值、订单出库和钱包约定指令,实现物品的无限制平台的正常出库,即无限制平台流转的物品不监管。通过库存物品的虚拟价值、订单出库和钱包约定指令,实现物品的有限制平台的出库拦截,即有限平台监管。总体实现既能保证监管库存的安全性,又不影响物品流转的目的。

下面结合附图和实施例对本公开作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与有关发明相关的部分。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本公开中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本公开。
图1示出了可以应用本申请的出库控制的系统的架构图100。
如图1所示,出库控制的系统可以包括终端设备101、订单服务器102、控制服务器103、货主服务器104、钱包服务器105、库存服务器106。终端设备101、订单服务器102、控制服务器103、货主服务器104、钱包服务器105、库存服务器106之间通过有线或无线网络连接。
用户可以使用终端设备101通过网络与订单服务器102交互,以接收或发送消息等。终端设备101、102、103上可以安装有各种通讯客户端应用,例如网页浏览器应用、购物类应用、搜索类应用、即时通信工具、邮箱客户端、社交平台软件等。
终端设备101可以是硬件,也可以是软件。当终端设备101为硬件时,可以是支持网络购物功能的各种电子设备,包括但不限于智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP3播放器(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)、MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面4)播放器、膝上型便携计算机和台式计算机等等。当终端设备101、102、103为软件时,可以安装在上述所列举的电子设备中。其可以实现成多个软件或软件模块(例如用来提供分布式服务),也可以实现成单个软件或软件模块。在此不做具体限定。
订单服务器102接收终端设备101发送的订单,订单可包括买家标识、物品标识、物品数量、订单金额、平台标识等信息。平台标识指的是物品流转平台的标识,同一商家(货主)的物品可以在不同的物品流转平台流转。不同平台标识的物品的监管方式不同。平台分成 限制平台和无限制平台。在限制平台流转的物品在库存总额与订单金额之差不小于库存监管起点值时可以正常出库,小于时不允许出库;在无限制平台流转的物品,无论库存金额是多少都可以正常出库,他依赖于和协议钱包的扣款协同逻辑。
控制服务器103可接收货主的监管申请,计算库存监管起点值和库存总额,冻结库存中的货物进行监管,给货主贷款。如果货主资不抵贷,则在无限制平台流转且扣款成功的情况下允许货主卖出货物偿还贷款。钱包扣款成功后自动还贷。
货主服务器104可向控制服务器103申请监管。接收到订单时不能直接出库,而需要控制服务器103审核是否资不抵贷。在控制服务器103审核后发送出库指令时,才能通知库存服务器106让订单涉及的物品出库。
钱包服务器105用于确定买家是否能扣款成功。如果货主资不抵贷,控制服务器103在无限制平台流转且扣款成功的情况下允许货主卖出货物偿还贷款。控制服务器103向钱包服务器105发送扣款请求。钱包扣款成功后控制服务器103自动还款。
库存服务器106受控制服务器103控制,只有收到控制服务器103发送的出库指令才能出库,货主服务器无权发送出库指令。
需要说明的是,本申请的实施例所提供的出库控制的方法一般由控制服务器103执行,相应地,出库控制的装置一般设置于控制服务器103中。
应该理解,图1中的终端设备、订单服务器、控制服务器、货主服务器、钱包服务器、库存服务器的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的终端设备、订单服务器、控制服务器、货主服务器、钱包服务器、库存服务器。
继续参考图2,示出了根据本申请的出库控制的方法的一个实施例的流程200。该出库控制的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤201,接收出库请求。
在本实施例中,出库控制的方法的执行主体(例如图1所示的控制服务器)可以通过有线连接方式或者无线连接方式从货主服务器接 收出库请求,其中,出库请求包括:卖家标识、订单金额、平台标识。卖家标识用于标识货主服务器。订单金额指的是订单涉及的物品的应付总金额。平台标识指的是物品流转平台的标识。货主服务器向控制服务器发送出库请求的前提是货主服务器曾经向控制服务器发送监管申请,用于贷款。监管申请中包括申请的监管金额。然后控制服务器从库存服务器获取申请监管的货主的库存物品清单。并根据预设的变现价格清单把要进行监管的库存物品进行虚拟变现,得到库存总额的初始值。再根据监管金额设置库存监管起点值的初始值。可直接将监管金额设置为库存监管起点值的初始值,也可留有余地,例如,将监管金额的1.1倍设置为库存监管起点值的初始值。
步骤202,根据卖家标识获取卖家的信息。
在本实施例中,卖家的信息可包括:库存监管起点值、库存总额。在货主监管之后计算出库存监管起点值和库存总额的初始值。在货主还款后更新库存监管起点值和库存总额。
步骤203,若库存总额与订单金额之差小于库存监管起点值,则确定平台标识是否为无限制平台标识。
在本实施例中,库存总额与订单金额之差即为卖出物品后残余的库存总额。若库存总额与订单金额之差小于库存监管起点值,说明货主资不抵贷。此时,不能直接让货主卖货,而需要进一步确定货主有没有还款能力。首先要判断当前订单的平台标识是否为无限制平台标识。预先设置无限制平台标识列表,列表中的平台可认为是优质平台,允许该平台的订单在物品被监管的情况下售卖。
步骤204,若是无限制平台标识,则将预先生成的约定码发送给钱包服务器以查询约定码的有效性。
在本实施例中,约定码由订单服务器生成,发给钱包服务器和控制服务器,不会发给库存服务器。钱包服务器接收到约定码后生成约定码和库存的映射关系。控制服务器接收到订单和约定码,查询钱包,确定是否有约定码和库存的映射关系。
步骤205,响应于接收到钱包服务器发送的有效性确认消息,根据订单金额自动还款并向库存服务器发送出库指令。
在本实施例中,如果钱包服务器中存在约定码和库存的映射关系,则向控制服务器发送有效性确认消息。控制服务器通知钱包服务器扣款,扣款金额为订单金额,扣款成功后钱包服务器反馈给控制服务器。控制服务器再通知库存服务器出库。出库成功后控制服务器根据订单金额自动还款。可将订单金额全部用于还款,也可按一定比例还款。还款后可更新库存监管起点值,例如,使用原库存监管起点值减去订单金额作为新库存监管起点值。出库后可更新库存总额,例如,使用库存总额减去订单金额作为新的库存总额。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,由于物品的价格是变化的,因此不能直接用订单金额更新库存总额,而是需要最新的变现价格清单重新计算库存物品的价格作为库存总额。变现价格清单可由货主和贷款方协商。
步骤206,若库存总额与订单金额之差不小于库存监管起点值,则向库存服务器发送出库指令,更新库存总额。
在本实施例中,如果没有出现资不抵贷的情况,则可直接向库存服务器发送出库指令。钱包服务器正常进行扣款。出库后库存物品数量变少,因此库存总额变小,需要根据出库请求中的物品标识和预设的变现价格清单计算出库请求涉及的物品的变现价值,再用原库存总额减去变现价值,得到更新后的库存总额。
步骤207,若是限制平台标识或接收到钱包服务器发送的有效性否认消息,则向货主服务器发送出库失败信息。
在本实施例中,如果出现资不抵贷的情况,且订单来自限制平台,则不允许出库,控制服务器向货主服务器发送出库失败信息。如果出现资不抵贷的情况,虽然向钱包服务器发送约定码,但接收到了钱包服务器发送的有效性否认消息,则向货主服务器发送出库失败信息。该订单交易失败,不允许出库。后续订单系统通知终端设备取消订单。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,该方法还包括:响应于接收到钱包服务器发送的包括还款金额的还款请求,根据还款金额更新库存监管起点值。除了通过物品流转还款外,货主还可通过其它途径主动还款。这种方式不影响库存,因此不需要更新库存总额,但需要 更新库存监管起点值。原库存监管起点值减去还款金额即为更新后的库存监管起点值。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,该方法还包括:响应于检测到监管起点值小于预定阈值,取消对货主服务器的监管,使得货主服务器直接向库存服务器发送出库指令。预定阈值可以为0,即把欠款全部还清,预定阈值还可以是小额度的,即允许货主凭借信用透支。取消监管之后,货主可以自行控制库存服务器,而不需要经过控制服务器。
继续参见图3,图3是根据本实施例的出库控制的方法的应用场景的一个示意图。在图3的应用场景中,货主通过货主服务器向控制服务器发送监管申请,请求监管库存物品来换取80万贷款或其它等值物品。控制服务器从库存服务器中查询该货主的库存信息,根据物品的变现价格计算该货主的库存物品的库存总额为100万和库存监管起点值为80万。
A买家通过终端设备向订单系统发送订单x,准备购买10万元的物品。订单系统会生成约定码m,发向控制服务器和钱包服务器。钱包服务器将该10万元的物品与该约定码m绑定生成映射关系。订单服务器将订单x发给货主服务器,货主服务器因为有监管,不能直接让物品出库,因此需要向控制服务器发出库请求。控制服务器根据订单金额10万计算出出库后的库存总额为100-10=90万,高于库存监管起点值80万。因此控制服务器同意出库,向库存服务器发送库存命令,并更新库存总额为90万。
B买家通过终端设备向订单系统发送订单y,准备购买15万的物品。订单系统会生成约定码n,发向控制服务器和钱包服务器。钱包服务器将该15万的物品与该约定码n绑定生成映射关系。订单服务器将订单y发给货主服务器,货主服务器因为有监管,不能直接出库,因此需要向控制服务器发出库请求。控制服务器根据订单金额15万计算出出库后的库存总额为90-15=75万,小于库存监管起点值80万。因此控制服务器判断订单y的平台是否是无限制平台,若是无限制平台,则向钱包服务器发送约定码n。钱包服务器接收到约定码n后查询是 否存在约定码n与物品的映射关系。若存在,则钱包服务器向控制服务器发送有效性确认消息,使得控制服务器同意出库,请求钱包服务器扣款。控制服务器收到扣款成功消息后通知库存服务器订单涉及物品可以出库。控制服务器再执行自动还款,更新库存监管起点值和库存总额。若不存在,则钱包服务器向控制服务器发送有效性否认消息。因此控制服务器通知货主服务器,无法出库,交易失败。如果订单y来自限制平台,则控制服务器无需经过钱包服务器,直接通知货主服务器,无法出库,交易失败。
本申请的上述实施例提供的方法,通过库存物品的虚拟价值、订单出库和钱包约定指令,实现物品的无限制平台的正常出库,即无限制平台流转的物品不监管。通过库存物品的虚拟价值、订单出库和钱包约定指令,实现物品的有限制平台的出库拦截,即有限平台监管。总体实现既能保证监管库存的安全性,又不影响物品流转的目的。
进一步参考图4,作为对上述各图所示方法的实现,本申请提供了一种出库控制的装置的一个实施例,该装置实施例与图2所示的方法实施例相对应,该装置具体可以应用于各种电子设备中。
如图4所示,本实施例的出库控制的装置400包括:接收单元401、获取单元402、确定单元403、查询单元404、控制单元405。其中,接收单元401,被配置成接收出库请求,其中,出库请求包括:卖家标识、订单金额、平台标识;获取单元402,被配置成根据卖家标识获取卖家的信息,其中,信息包括:库存监管起点值、库存总额;确定单元403,被配置成若库存总额与订单金额之差小于库存监管起点值,则确定平台标识是否为无限制平台标识;查询单元404,被配置成若是无限制平台标识,则将预先生成的约定码发送给钱包服务器以查询约定码的有效性;控制单元405,被配置成响应于接收到钱包服务器发送的有效性确认消息,根据订单金额自动还款并向库存服务器发送出库指令。
在本实施例中,出库控制的装置600的接收单元401、获取单元402、确定单元403、查询单元404、控制单元405的具体处理可以参考图2对应实施例中的步骤201、步骤202、步骤203、步骤204、步 骤205。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,出库请求还包括:物品标识;以及控制单元405进一步被配置成:根据物品标识和预设的变现价格清单计算出库请求涉及的物品的变现价值;向钱包服务器发送扣款请求;根据订单金额更新库存监管起点值;根据变现价值更新库存总额。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,控制单元405进一步被配置成:若库存总额与订单金额之差不小于库存监管起点值,则向库存服务器发送出库指令,更新库存总额。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,控制单元405进一步被配置成:若是限制平台标识,则向货主服务器发送出库失败信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,控制单元405进一步被配置成:响应于接收到钱包服务器发送的有效性否认消息,向货主服务器发送出库失败信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,控制单元405进一步被配置成:响应于接收到所述钱包服务器发送的包括还款金额的还款请求,根据所述还款金额更新库存监管起点值。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,控制单元405被配置成:在接收出库请求之前,接收来自货主服务器的包括监管金额的监管申请;从库存服务器获取库存物品清单;根据预设的变现价格清单和库存物品清单计算库存总额的初始值;根据监管金额设置库存监管起点值的初始值。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,控制单元405进一步被配置成:响应于检测到所述监管起点值小于预定阈值,取消对所述货主服务器的监管,使得所述货主服务器直接向库存服务器发送出库指令。
下面参考图5,其示出了适于用来实现本公开的实施例的电子设备(例如图1中的控制服务器)500的结构示意图。图5示出的控制服务器仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开的实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图5所示,电子设备500可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、 图形处理器等)501,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)502中的程序或者从存储装置508加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)503中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 503中,还存储有电子设备500操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置501、ROM 502以及RAM 503通过总线504彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口505也连接至总线504。
通常,以下装置可以连接至I/O接口505:包括例如触摸屏、触摸板、键盘、鼠标、摄像头、麦克风、加速度计、陀螺仪等的输入装置506;包括例如液晶显示器(LCD)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置507;包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储装置508;以及通信装置509。通信装置509可以允许电子设备500与其他设备进行无线或有线通信以交换数据。虽然图5示出了具有各种装置的电子设备500,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置。可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。图5中示出的每个方框可以代表一个装置,也可以根据需要代表多个装置。

上述计算机可读介质可以是上述电子设备中所包含的;也可以是单独存在,而未装配入该电子设备中。上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被该电子设备执行时,使得该电子设备:接收出库请求,其中,出库请求包括:卖家标识、订单金额、平台标识;根据卖家标识获取卖家的信息,其中,信息包括:库存监管起点值、库存总额;若库存总额与订单金额之差小于库存监管起点值,则确定平台标识是否为无限制平台标识;若是无限制平台标识,则将预先生成的约定码发送给钱包服务器以查询约定码的有效性;响应于接收到钱包服务器发送的有效性确认消息,根据订单金额自动还款并向库存服务器发送出库指令。
可以以一种或多种程序设计语言或其组合来编写用于执行本公开的实施例的操作的计算机程序代码,所述程序设计语言包括面向对象的程序设计语言—诸如Java、Smalltalk、C++,还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在用户计算机上执行、部分地在用户计算机上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算机上部分在远程计算机上执行、或者完全在远程计算机或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算机的情形中,远程计算机可以通过任意种类的网络——包括局域网(LAN)或广域网 (WAN)—连接到用户计算机,或者,可以连接到外部计算机(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种出库控制的方法,包括:
    接收出库请求,其中,所述出库请求包括:卖家标识、订单金额、平台标识;
    根据所述卖家标识获取卖家的信息,其中,所述信息包括:库存监管起点值、库存总额;
    若所述库存总额与订单金额之差小于所述库存监管起点值,则确定所述平台标识是否为无限制平台标识;
    若是无限制平台标识,则将预先生成的约定码发送给钱包服务器以查询所述约定码的有效性;以及
    响应于接收到所述钱包服务器发送的有效性确认消息,根据所述订单金额自动还款并向库存服务器发送出库指令。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述出库请求还包括:物品标识;以及
    所述根据所述订单金额自动还款,包括:
    根据所述物品标识和预设的变现价格清单计算所述出库请求涉及的物品的变现价值;
    向所述钱包服务器发送扣款请求;
    根据所述订单金额更新库存监管起点值;以及
    根据所述变现价值更新所述库存总额。
  3. 根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    若所述库存总额与订单金额之差不小于所述库存监管起点值,则向库存服务器发送出库指令,更新所述库存总额。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    若是限制平台标识,则向货主服务器发送出库失败信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应于接收到所述钱包服务器发送的有效性否认消息,向货主服务器发送出库失败信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应于接收到所述钱包服务器发送的包括还款金额的还款请求,根据所述还款金额更新库存监管起点值。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法,其中,在接收出库请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收来自货主服务器的包括监管金额的监管申请;
    从库存服务器获取库存物品清单;
    根据预设的变现价格清单和所述库存物品清单计算库存总额的初始值;以及
    根据所述监管金额设置库存监管起点值的初始值。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应于检测到所述监管起点值小于预定阈值,取消对所述货主服务器的监管,使得所述货主服务器直接向库存服务器发送出库指令。
  9. 一种出库控制装置,包括:
    接收单元,被配置成接收出库请求,其中,所述出库请求包括:卖家标识、订单金额、平台标识;
    获取单元,被配置成根据所述卖家标识获取卖家的信息,其中,所述信息包括:库存监管起点值、库存总额;
    确定单元,被配置成若所述库存总额与订单金额之差小于所述库存监管起点值,则确定所述平台标识是否为无限制平台标识;
    查询单元,被配置成若是无限制平台标识,则将预先生成的约定码发送给钱包服务器以查询所述约定码的有效性;以及
    控制单元,被配置成响应于接收到所述钱包服务器发送的有效性 确认消息,根据所述订单金额自动还款并向库存服务器发送出库指令。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述出库请求还包括:物品标识;以及,所述控制单元进一步被配置成:
    根据所述物品标识和预设的变现价格清单计算所述出库请求涉及的物品的变现价值;
    向所述钱包服务器发送扣款请求;
    根据所述订单金额更新库存监管起点值;以及
    根据所述变现价值更新所述库存总额。
  11. 根据权利要求9-10任一项所述的装置,其中,所述控制单元进一步被配置成:
    若所述库存总额与订单金额之差不小于所述库存监管起点值,则向库存服务器发送出库指令,更新所述库存总额。
  12. 根据权利要求9-11任一项所述的装置,其中,所述控制单元进一步被配置成:
    若是限制平台标识,则向货主服务器发送出库失败信息。
  13. 根据权利要求9-12任一项所述的装置,其中,所述控制单元进一步被配置成:
    响应于接收到所述钱包服务器发送的有效性否认消息,向货主服务器发送出库失败信息。
  14. 根据权利要求9-13任一项所述的装置,其中,所述控制单元进一步被配置成:
    响应于接收到所述钱包服务器发送的包括还款金额的还款请求,根据所述还款金额更新库存监管起点值。
  15. 根据权利要求9-14任一项所述的装置,其中所述控制单元进 一步被配置成:
    在接收出库请求之前,接收来自货主服务器的包括监管金额的监管申请;
    从库存服务器获取库存物品清单;
    根据预设的变现价格清单和所述库存物品清单计算库存总额的初始值;以及
    根据所述监管金额设置库存监管起点值的初始值。
  16. 根据权利要求9-15任一项所述的方法,其中,所述控制单元进一步被配置成:
    响应于检测到所述监管起点值小于预定阈值,取消对所述货主服务器的监管,使得所述货主服务器直接向库存服务器发送出库指令。
  17. 一种出库控制系统,包括订单服务器、货主服务器、控制服务器、库存服务器、钱包服务器,其中,
    所述订单服务器,被配置成响应于收到包括买家标识和订单金额的订单,生成约定码,并向所述钱包服务器发送所述订单和所述约定码,向所述控制服务器发送所述约定码;
    所述钱包服务器,被配置成响应于接收到所述订单,根据所述买家标识获得账户余额,如果所述账户余额足不小于所述订单金额,则生成库存与所述约定码的映射关系;
    所述订单服务器,被配置成向所述货主服务器发订单请求,其中,所述订单请求包括所述订单金额、平台标识、物品标识;
    所述货主服务器,被配置成向所述控制服务器发送包括卖家标识和所述订单请求的出库请求;
    所述控制服务器,被配置成执行权利要求1-5之一所述的方法;
    所述钱包服务器,被配置成响应于接收到查询所述约定码的有效性的消息,若存在库存与所述约定码的映射关系,则返回有效性确认消息,否则返回有效性否认消息;响应于接收到扣款请求,完成扣款;
    所述库存服务器,被配置成响应于接收所述控制服务器发送的出 库指令,将所述出库请求指示的物品出库。
  18. 一种出库控制的电子设备,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,其上存储有一个或多个程序,
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-8中任一所述的方法。
  19. 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,所述程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-8中任一所述的方法。
