Abstract

Description

用于处理器具需求信息的方法和装置
本专利申请要求于2020年4月13日提交的、申请号为202010284953.0、发明名称为“用于处理器具需求的方法和装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全文以引用的方式并入本申请中。
技术领域
本公开的实施例涉及计算机技术领域,具体涉及用于处理器具需求信息的方法和装置。
背景技术
随着互联网技术的发展,仓储物流的信息化建设也起到了越来越重要的作用。
现有的技术中,针对用户的商品购买需求,各电商服务平台往往从指定仓库进行出库、发货等。在库存不足时,往往无法供货或需要人工接管跨仓库调货事宜。
发明内容
本公开的实施例提出了用于处理器具需求信息的方法和装置。
第一方面,本公开的实施例提供了一种用于处理器具需求信息的方法,该方法包括:获取器具需求信息,其中,器具需求信息中包括所需器具的数量和器具送达地址;根据获取需求信息中的器具送达地址,从预设的器具信息集合中确定匹配的器具提供方和匹配的仓库,其中,器具信息集合中的器具信息包括器具提供方所提供的可用的器具在各仓库中的数量和各仓库对应的送达地址范围;根据所获取的器具需求信息和匹配的器具提供方,生成需求订单;以及在器具信息集合中更新需求订单所对应的器具的可用状态;向与匹配的仓库对应的目标电子设备发送需求订单,以使需求订单所对应的器具发往器具送达地址。
在一些实施例中,上述根据获取需求信息中的器具送达地址,从预设的器具信息集合中确定匹配的器具提供方和匹配的仓库,包括:从预设的器具信息集合中选取送达地址范围覆盖器具送达地址的仓库作为准匹配仓库;从预设的器具信息集合中选取位于准匹配仓库的、符合器具需求信息的器具作为准目标器具;从准目标器具中选取与所需器具的数量一致的器具作为目标器具;将目标器具所属的器具提供方确定为匹配的器具提供方,以及将目标器具所在的仓库确定为匹配的仓库。
在一些实施例中,上述从准目标器具中选取与所需器具的数量一致的器具作为目标器具,包括:从准目标器具中选取与所需器具的数量一致的、属于同一器具提供方的器具作为目标器具。
在一些实施例中,上述从准目标器具中选取与所需器具的数量一致的器具作为目标器具,包括:获取准目标器具对应的获取金额,其中,获取金额包括单价和运费;从准目标器具中选取与所需器具的数量一致的器具作为目标器具,以使目标器具对应的总金额最小。

在一些实施例中,上述根据所获取的器具需求信息和匹配的器具提供方,生成需求订单,包括:根据匹配的器具提供方和匹配的仓库,查询器具信息集合进行库存校验;响应于确定满足库存要求,生成需求订单。
在一些实施例中,该方法还包括:获取上报的、与需求订单所对应的器具的状态信息,更新需求订单的状态信息。
在一些实施例中,上述器具的状态信息通过以下至少一种方式获取:无源RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,射频识别),有源RFID,NFC(Near Field Communication,近场无线通信)。
在一些实施例中,上述获取上报的、与需求订单所对应的器具的状态信息,更新需求订单的状态信息,包括:响应于接收到有源RFID阅读器发送的器具的状态信息,获取有源RFID阅读器的位置;根据有源RFID阅读器的位置与状态信息对应的需求订单中的器具送达地址之间的关系,更新需求订单的状态信息。
在一些实施例中,上述根据有源RFID阅读器的位置与状态信息对应的需求订单中的器具送达地址之间的关系,更新需求订单的状态信息,包括:响应于确定有源RFID阅读器的位置与状态信息对应的需求订单中的器具送达地址相匹配,更新需求订单的状态信息为表征器具已送达收货地址的信息。
在一些实施例中,在上述更新需求订单的状态信息为表征器具已送达收货地址的信息之后,该方法还包括:向器具需求信息对应的器具提供方发送表征器具已送达收货地址的信息,以唤醒与器具送达地址匹配的器具上安装的提示设备;向与器具需求信息对应的用户端发送表征器具已送达收货地址的信息;响应于接收到与器具需求信息对应的用户端发送的与表征器具已送达收货地址的信息对应的确认信息,更新需求订单的状态信息为表征器具已签收的信息。
在一些实施例中,上述有源RFID阅读器包括车载有源RFID阅读器;以及上述根据有源RFID阅读器的位置与状态信息对应的需求订单中的器具送达地址之间的关系,更新需求订单的状态信息,包括:响应于确定有源RFID阅读器的位置位于匹配的仓库和与状态信息对应的需求订单中的器具送达地址之间,更新需求订单的状态信息为表征器具运输在途的信息。
在一些实施例中,定期获取与需求订单所对应的器具的状态信息,生成器具状态信息集合,其中,状态信息包括标识信息和地理位置信息;响应于确定所获取的状态信息与需求订单对应的送达地址匹配,根据时间生成租赁订单;向器具需求信息对应的用户端发送租赁订单;响应于确定所获取的状态信息异常,发送提示信息。
第二方面,本公开的实施例提供了一种用于处理器具需求信息的装置,该装置包括:获取单元,被配置成获取器具需求信息,其中,器具需求信息中包括所需器具的数量和器具送达地址;确定单元,被配置成根据获取 需求信息中的器具送达地址,从预设的器具信息集合中确定匹配的器具提供方和匹配的仓库,其中,器具信息集合中的器具信息包括器具提供方所提供的可用的器具在各仓库中的数量和各仓库对应的送达地址范围;第一生成单元,被配置成根据所获取的器具需求信息和匹配的器具提供方,生成需求订单;以及在器具信息集合中更新需求订单所对应的器具的可用状态;第一发送单元,被配置成向与匹配的仓库对应的目标电子设备发送需求订单,以使需求订单所对应的器具发往器具送达地址。
在一些实施例中,上述确定单元包括:第一选取模块,被配置成从预设的器具信息集合中选取送达地址范围覆盖器具送达地址的仓库作为准匹配仓库;第二选取模块,被配置成从预设的器具信息集合中选取位于准匹配仓库的、符合器具需求信息的器具作为准目标器具;第三选取模块,被配置成从准目标器具中选取与所需器具的数量一致的器具作为目标器具;确定模块,被配置成将目标器具所属的器具提供方确定为匹配的器具提供方,以及将目标器具所在的仓库确定为匹配的仓库。
在一些实施例中,上述第三选取模块进一步被配置成从准目标器具中选取与所需器具的数量一致的、属于同一器具提供方的器具作为目标器具。
在一些实施例中,上述第三选取模块包括:第一获取子模块,被配置成获取准目标器具对应的获取金额,其中,获取金额包括单价和运费;选取子模块,被配置成从准目标器具中选取与所需器具的数量一致的器具作为目标器具,以使目标器具对应的总金额最小。
在一些实施例中,上述选取子模块进一步被配置成:响应于多个仓库中的目标器具对应的最小总金额一致,从多个仓库中选取优先级最高的仓库;从所选取的优先级最高的仓库中选取目标器具。
在一些实施例中,上述第一生成单元包括:第一生成模块,被配置成根据所获取的器具需求信息和匹配的器具提供方,生成待确认订单,其中,待确认订单中包括获取金额;发送模块,被配置成将待确认订单发送至与器具需求信息对应的客户端;第二生成模块,被配置成响应于接收到与待确认订单对应的确认信息,生成需求订单。
在一些实施例中,上述第一生成单元包括:校验模块,被配置成根据匹配的器具提供方和匹配的仓库,查询器具信息集合进行库存校验;第三 生成模块,被配置成响应于确定满足库存要求,生成需求订单。
在一些实施例中,该装置还包括:更新单元,被配置成获取上报的、与需求订单所对应的器具的状态信息,更新需求订单的状态信息。
在一些实施例中,上述器具的状态信息通过以下至少一种方式获取:无源RFID,有源RFID,NFC。
在一些实施例中,上述更新单元进一步被配置成:响应于接收到有源RFID阅读器发送的器具的状态信息,获取有源RFID阅读器的位置;根据有源RFID阅读器的位置与状态信息对应的需求订单中的器具送达地址之间的关系,更新需求订单的状态信息。

在一些实施例中,该装置还包括:第二生成单元,被配置成定期获取与需求订单所对应的器具的状态信息,生成器具状态信息集合,其中,状态信息包括标识信息和地理位置信息;第三生成单元,被配置成响应于确定所获取的状态信息与需求订单对应的送达地址匹配,根据时间生成租赁订单;第二发送单元,被配置成向器具需求信息对应的用户端发送租赁订单;第三发送单元,被配置成响应于确定所获取的状态信息异常,发送提示信息。

本公开的实施例提供的用于处理器具需求信息的方法和装置,首先获取器具需求信息。其中,器具需求信息中包括所需器具的数量和器具送达地址。而后,根据获取需求信息中的器具送达地址,从预设的器具信息集合中确定匹配的器具提供方和匹配的仓库。其中,器具信息集合中的器具信息包括器具提供方所提供的可用的器具在各仓库中的数量和各仓库对应的送达地址范围。接下来,根据所获取的器具需求信息和匹配的器具提供方,生成需求订单;以及在器具信息集合中更新需求订单所对应的器具的可用状态。最后,向与匹配的仓库对应的目标电子设备发送需求订单,以使需求订单所对应的器具发往器具送达地址。从而实现了对出货仓库的灵活选择。而且,还通过在生成需求订单后及时更新器具信息集合中对应的器具状态,从而能够准确反映仓储情况,为自动化仓储提供准确的数据支持,节约人力成本。

如图1所示,系统架构100可以包括终端设备101、102、103,网络104、106和服务器105、107。网络104、106用以在终端设备101、102、103和服务器105之间以及服务器105和服务器107之间提供通信链路的介质。网络104、106可以包括各种连接类型,例如有线、无线通信链路或者光纤电缆等等。
终端设备101、102、103通过网络104与服务器105交互,以接收或发送消息等。终端设备101、102、103上可以安装有各种通讯客户端应用,例如网页浏览器应用、购物类应用、搜索类应用、即时通信工具、邮箱客户端等。
终端设备101、102、103可以是硬件,也可以是软件。当终端设备101、102、103为硬件时,可以是具有显示屏并且支持人机交互的各种电子设备,包括但不限于智能手机、平板电脑、膝上型便携计算机和台式计算机等等。当终端设备101、102、103为软件时,可以安装在上述所列举的电子设备中。其可以实现成多个软件或软件模块(例如用来提供分布式服务的软件或软件模块),也可以实现成单个软件或软件模块。在此不做具体限定。
服务器105可以是提供各种服务的服务器,例如为终端设备101、102、103上购物类应用提供支持的后台服务器。后台服务器可以对接收到的器 具需求信息进行分析处理,并根据上述请求执行相应的处理(例如将生成的订单发送至器具存储仓库的后台服务器107,以使对应的器具出仓),还可以将生成的处理结果(如订单)反馈给终端设备。
需要说明的是,服务器可以是硬件,也可以是软件。当服务器为硬件时,可以实现成多个服务器组成的分布式服务器集群,也可以实现成单个服务器。当服务器为软件时,可以实现成多个软件或软件模块(例如用来提供分布式服务的软件或软件模块),也可以实现成单个软件或软件模块。在此不做具体限定。
需要说明的是,本公开的实施例所提供的用于处理器具需求信息的方法一般由服务器105执行,相应地,用于处理器具需求信息的装置一般设置于服务器105中。
应该理解,图1中的终端设备、网络和服务器的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的终端设备、网络和服务器。
继续参考图2,示出了根据本公开的用于处理器具需求信息的方法的一个实施例的流程200。该用于处理器具需求信息的方法包括以下步骤:
步骤201,获取器具需求信息。
在本实施例中,用于处理器具需求信息的方法的执行主体(如图1所示的服务器105)可以通过有线连接方式或者无线连接方式获取器具需求信息。其中,上述器具需求信息中可以包括所需器具的数量和器具送达地址。上述器具需求信息可以包括但不限于器具购买信息和器具租赁信息。
作为示例,上述执行主体可以获取预先存储于本地的器具需求信息,也可以从与之通信连接的电子设备(例如图1所示的用户终端)获取上述器具需求信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述器具需求信息中还可以包括以下至少一项:所需器具的型号,配送方式。其中,上述配送方式可以包括门店自提或配送至上述送达地址。
基于上述可选的实现方式,上述器具需求信息中包括的所需器具的数量可以包括各型号器具分别对应的数量,从而可以细化对器具的选择。
步骤202,根据获取需求信息中的器具送达地址,从预设的器具信息 集合中确定匹配的器具提供方和匹配的仓库。
在本实施例中,根据步骤201所获取的需求信息中的器具送达地址,上述执行主体可以通过各种方式从预设的器具信息集合中确定匹配的器具提供方和匹配的仓库。其中,上述器具信息集合中的器具信息包括器具提供方所提供的可用的器具在各仓库中的数量和各仓库对应的送达地址范围。通常,上述仓库和器具提供方可以之间可以是多对多的关系,即器具提供方可以将器具放置在地处不同地点的仓库,仓库也可以存储属于不同器具提供方的器具。
在本实施例中,作为示例,上述执行主体可以首先从预设的器具信息集合中确定对应的送达地址范围包括上述器具送达地址的仓库。而后,上述执行主体可以根据上述所确定的仓库中各器具提供方所提供的可用的器具的数量生成器具待选取信息。接下来,上述执行主体可以将所生成的器具待选取信息发送至与上述器具需求信息对应的客户端。响应于接收到上述对应的客户端发送的器具选取信息,上述执行主体可以根据上述器具选取信息确定上述匹配的器具提供方和匹配的仓库。其中,上述器具选取信息可以包括所需器具所属的器具提供方的信息和/或所需器具所在的仓库的信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,基于上述器具需求信息中包括的所需器具的型号,上述器具信息集合中的器具信息集合可以包括器具提供方所提供的可用的各型号的器具在各仓库中的数量和各仓库对应的送达地址范围。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述执行主体可以按照如下步骤从预设的器具信息集合中确定匹配的器具提供方和匹配的仓库:

可选地,响应于多个仓库满足上述所需器具的数量,上述执行主体还可以按照各仓库的优先级来选取上述目标器具。上述优先级例如可以按照距离上述器具送达地址的距离远近来确定。
可选地,上述执行主体还可以从上述准目标器具中选取与上述所需器具的数量一致的、属于同一器具提供方的器具作为目标器具。从而,由于按照同一器具提供方进行整单匹配,可以简化结算流程;从用户角度看,无需进行多次支付操作,从而提升用户体验。
可选地,上述执行主体还可以首先获取上述准目标器具对应的获取金额。其中,上述获取金额可以包括单价和运费。上述单价和运费通常可以由上述准目标器具所属的器具提供方确定。而后,上述执行主体可以从上述准目标器具中选取与上述所需器具的数量一致的器具作为目标器具,以使上述目标器具对应的总金额最小。从而,上述执行主体可以从上述准目标器具中选取总费用最小的方案。可选地,响应于确定上述目标器具对应的最小总金额对应于多个仓库,上述执行主体可以从上述多个仓库中选取优先级最高的仓库。而后,上述执行主体可以从上述所选取的优先级最高的仓库中选取目标器具。作为示例,仓库A和仓库B中目标器具对应的总 金额相同且小于其他满足要求的仓库,则上述执行主体可以从仓库A和仓库B中优先级较高的仓库中选取上述目标器具。
第四步,将目标器具所属的器具提供方确定为匹配的器具提供方,以及将目标器具所在的仓库确定为匹配的仓库。
基于上述可选的实现方式,上述执行主体可以根据不同的需求提供不同的器具出库方案,以满足用户的使用成本、收货便捷、自主选择等多种个性化需求。

在本实施例中,在生成上述需求订单后,上述执行主体还可以在上述器具信息集合中更新上述需求订单所对应的器具的可用状态。作为示例,上述执行主体可以将上述器具信息集合中的与上述需求订单所对应的器具的状态更新为不可用。

基于上述可选的实现方式,可以通过对上述器具信息集合进行库存校验来再次确认此时的库存是否满足器具需求信息的要求,从而避免了由于器具信息集合更新的时间差和可能出现的信息采集出错等情况造成库存变动,减少了因库存不足无法出库而带来的网络数据传输和人力等成本。
步骤204,向与匹配的仓库对应的目标电子设备发送需求订单。
在本实施例中,上述执行主体可以向与匹配的仓库对应的目标电子设备发送需求订单,以使上述需求订单所对应的器具发往上述器具送达地址。 其中,上述目标电子设备可以包括各种与上述匹配的仓库对应的设备。作为示例,上述目标电子设备可以是负责上述匹配的仓库中器具管理的后台服务器。作为又一示例,上述目标电子设备可以是控制上述匹配的仓库中各器具进行传输的机械设备的控制器。作为再一示例,上述目标电子设备还可以是负责上述匹配的仓库中器具运输的工作人员所使用的终端。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述执行主体还可以继续获取上报的、与需求订单所对应的器具的状态信息,更新需求订单的状态信息。其中,上述器具的状态信息例如可以包括但不限于以下至少一项:表征器具出库状态的信息,表征器具已签收的信息。作为示例,上述每个器具上可以带有标识。上述标识例如可以包括可扫描的条形码、二维码等。上述执行主体可以接收到从各个节点通过网络上传的上述器具的标识。上述节点可以包括安装在预设地点的与上述标识对应的读取设备,也可以包括用户使用的客户端。
在这些实现方式中,根据所获取的器具的状态信息,上述执行主体可以更新上述需求订单的状态信息。其中,上述需求订单的状态信息可以包括但不限于以下至少一项:订单已发货,订单已签收。
可选地,对于所生成的多个需求订单,上述执行主体还可以按照MQ(Message Queue,消息队列)所指示的顺序进行需求订单的处理。
可选地,上述器具的状态信息可以通过以下至少一种方式获取:无源RFID,有源RFID,NFC。从而,上述器具的标识可以包括无源RFID标签、有源RFID标签和NFC装置。作为示例,可以在预设地点安装与上述有源RFID匹配的阅读器。当安装有上述有源RFID标签的器具通过上述阅读器的有效覆盖区域时,上述阅读器可以读取上述有源RFID标签,并通过特定的网关平台将上述采集的信息发送至上述执行主体。从而,上述执行主体可以根据阅读器安装的地点获取上述有源RFID标签对应的位置,并以此确定上述器具的状态信息。
基于上述可选的实现方式,可以通过在器具上安装小巧且适配性较好的标识实现器具的状态信息的上报。
可选地,上述执行主体还可以通过以下步骤更新需求订单的状态信息:首先,响应于接收到有源RFID阅读器发送的器具的状态信息,获取上述 有源RFID阅读器的位置。之后,根据上述有源RFID阅读器的位置与上述状态信息对应的需求订单中的器具送达地址之间的关系,更新上述需求订单的状态信息。
作为示例,响应于确定上述有源RFID阅读器的位置与上述状态信息对应的需求订单中的器具送达地址相匹配,上述执行主体可以更新上述需求订单的状态信息为表征器具已送达收货地址的信息。
可选地,上述执行主体还可以继续执行以下步骤:
第一步,向器具需求信息对应的器具提供方发送表征器具已送达收货地址的信息,以唤醒与器具送达地址匹配的器具上安装的提示设备。
在这些实现方式中,上述提示设备例如可以包括发光二极管或LED等用于在众多器具中识别出特定器具(如待卸货的器具)的电子设备。上述器具提供方可以直接根据上述需求订单向对应的器具上安装的提示设备发送控制指令。可选地,上述执行主体也可以从上述器具提供方获取上述特定器具的通信标识,并向上述器具发送上述控制指令,在此不作限定。
第二步,向与器具需求信息对应的用户端发送表征器具已送达收货地址的信息。
第三步,响应于接收到与器具需求信息对应的用户端发送的与表征器具已送达收货地址的信息对应的确认信息,更新需求订单的状态信息为表征器具已签收的信息。
基于上述可选的实现方式,通过提示设备卸货人员能够方便地识别出运输车辆上的待卸器具,提升了物流效率。还通过自动更新需求订单的状态节省了人力。
作为又一示例,上述有源RFID阅读器可以包括车载有源RFID阅读器。响应于确定上述有源RFID阅读器的位置位于上述匹配的仓库和与上述状态信息对应的需求订单中的器具送达地址之间,更新上述需求订单的状态信息为表征器具运输在途的信息。其中,上述车载有源RFID阅读器的位置例如可以通过安装在同一车辆上的GPS装置获取。从而,通过预先安装的车载有源RFID阅读器对器具上的有源RFID标签的读取,可以将各器具的运输状态与特定车辆解绑定,从而可以直接通过读取标签的阅读器的地址对各器具进行定位和跟踪。
可选地,上述需求订单还可以包括租赁订单。上述所获取的器具的状态信息还可以包括表征器具已归还的信息。响应于确定所获取的表征器具已归还的信息的数量与上述租赁订单中所需器具的数量一致,上述执行主体可以更新上述需求订单的状态信息。其中,上述需求订单的状态信息可以包括订单已结束。可选地,上述执行主体还可以根据上述表征器具已归还的信息,更新上述预设的器具信息集合中对应的器具信息。
继续参见图3a和图3b,图3a和图3b是根据本公开的实施例的用于处理器具需求信息的方法的应用场景的一个示意图。在图3a和图3b的应用场景中,用户301使用终端设备302向后台服务器304发送包括租赁30件托盘、送达地址为A厂的器具需求信息303。后台服务器304获取上述器具需求信息303后,根据送达地址为A厂,从预设的器具信息集合3051中确定匹配的器具提供方和匹配的仓库分别为甲商和II仓(如图3b中3052所示)。之后,根据上述器具需求信息303和甲商,后台服务器304生成需求订单3053;以及将预设的器具信息集合中II仓的甲商所提供的可用器具的数量修改为20件(如图3b中3054所示)。而后,后台服务器304可以向管理II仓物流的服务器306发送需求订单3053。可选地,响应于接收到表征上述需求订单对应的托盘出库的信息,服务器306可以向后台服务器304发送表征托盘出库的信息307。而后,后台服务器304还可以向终端302发送表征订单发货的信息308,以使用户301知晓订单状态。
目前,现有技术之一通常是根据送货地址从指定仓库进行出库、发货。导致在库存不足时,往往无法供货;涉及跨仓库调货时需要较多的人工参与。而本公开的上述实施例提供的方法,通过预设的器具信息集合自动确定匹配的器具提供方和匹配的仓库,实现了对出货仓库的灵活选择。而且,还通过在生成需求订单后及时更新器具信息集合中对应的器具状态,从而能够准确反映仓储情况,为自动化仓储提供准确的数据支持,节约人力成本。
进一步参考图4,其示出了用于处理器具需求信息的方法的又一个实施例的流程400。该用于处理器具需求信息的方法的流程400,包括以下步 骤:
步骤401,获取器具需求信息。

步骤405,定期获取与需求订单所对应的器具的状态信息,生成器具状态信息集合。
在本实施例中,用于处理器具需求信息的方法的执行主体(例如图1所示的服务器105)可以通过与前述实施例中可选的实现方式中获取器具的状态信息一致的方式获取上述器具的状态信息。其中,上述状态信息可以包括标识信息和地理位置信息。
需要说明的是,上述步骤405通常可以在上述需求订单签收后执行。从而,可以通过在订单签收后持续采集各器具的状态,为器具是否丢失、确定器具分布位置、分析各器具流转情况、分析各仓库的器具进出状况等提供充足的数据基础。
步骤406,响应于确定所获取的状态信息与需求订单对应的送达地址匹配,根据时间生成租赁订单;向器具需求信息对应的用户端发送租赁订单。
在本实施例中,响应于确定步骤405所获取的状态信息与步骤403所生成的需求订单对应的送达地址匹配,上述执行主体可以根据器具的使用时间生成租赁订单。之后,上述执行主体还可以向上述器具需求信息对应的用户端发送上述所生成的租赁订单。其中,上述租赁订单可以包括长期租赁账单(例如按月支付的账单)和短期租赁账单(例如按小时计费的账 单)
步骤407,响应于确定所获取的状态信息异常,发送提示信息。
在本实施例中,响应于确定步骤405所获取的状态信息异常,上述执行主体可以发送提示信息。其中,上述异常状态信息可以包括但不限于以下至少一项:器具所处的位置超出预设区域,超过预设时长未获取到器具的状态信息,指示器具故障的状态信息。
从图4中可以看出,本实施例中的用于处理器具需求信息的方法的流程400体现了获取需求订单对应的器具的状态信息的步骤,以及根据所获取的状态信息执行预设操作的步骤。由此,本实施例描述的方案可以在器具完成出库后持续获取器具的位置和使用情况,从而可以为器具出库后的整个签收、使用、维护以及器具流转方案的优化提供丰富的数据基础。

本公开的上述实施例提供的装置,首先通过获取单元501获取器具需求信息。其中,器具需求信息中包括所需器具的数量和器具送达地址。而后,确定单元502根据获取需求信息中的器具送达地址,从预设的器具信息集合中确定匹配的器具提供方和匹配的仓库。其中,器具信息集合中的器具信息包括器具提供方所提供的可用的器具在各仓库中的数量和各仓库对应的送达地址范围。接下来,第一生成单元503根据所获取的器具需求信息和匹配的器具提供方,生成需求订单;以及在器具信息集合中更新需求订单所对应的器具的可用状态。最后,第一发送单元504向与匹配的仓库对应的目标电子设备发送需求订单,以使需求订单所对应的器具发往器具送达地址。从而实现了对出货仓库的灵活选择。而且,还通过在生成需求订单后及时更新器具信息集合中对应的器具状态,从而能够准确反映仓储情况,为自动化仓储提供准确的数据支持,节约人力成本。
下面参考图6,其示出了适于用来实现本公开的实施例的电子设备(例如图1中的服务器)600的结构示意图。本公开的实施例中的终端设备可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图6示出的服务器仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开的实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。

上述计算机可读介质可以是上述服务器中所包含的;也可以是单独存在,而未装配入该服务器中。上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被该服务器执行时,使得该服务器:获取器具需求信息,其中,器具需求信息中包括所需器具的数量和器具送达地址;根据获取需求信息中的器具送达地址,从预设的器具信息集合中确定匹配的器具提供方和匹配的仓库,其中,器具信息集合中的器具信息包括器具提供方所提供的可用的器具在各仓库中的数量和各仓库对应的送达地址范围;根据所获取的器具需求信息和匹配的器具提供方,生成需求订单;以及在器具信息集合中更新需求订单所对应的器具的可用状态;向与匹配的仓库对应的目标电子设备发送需求订单,以使需求订单所对应的器具发往器具送达地址。
可以以一种或多种程序设计语言或其组合来编写用于执行本公开的实施例的操作的计算机程序代码,所述程序设计语言包括面向对象的程序设计语言—诸如Java、Smalltalk、C++,还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在用户计算机上执行、部分地在用户计算机上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算机上部分在远程计算机上执行、或者完全在远程计算机或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算机的情形中,远程计算机可以通过任意种类的网络——包括局域网(LAN)或广域网(WAN)—连接到用户计算机,或者,可以连接到外部计算机(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种用于处理器具需求信息的方法,包括:
    获取器具需求信息,其中,所述器具需求信息中包括所需器具的数量和器具送达地址;
    根据所述获取的器具需求信息中的所述器具送达地址,从预设的器具信息集合中确定匹配的器具提供方和匹配的仓库,其中,所述器具信息集合中的器具信息包括器具提供方所提供的可用的器具在各仓库中的数量和各仓库对应的送达地址范围;
    根据所获取的器具需求信息和所述匹配的器具提供方,生成需求订单;以及在所述器具信息集合中更新所述需求订单所对应的器具的可用状态;以及
    向与所述匹配的仓库对应的目标电子设备发送所述需求订单,以使所述需求订单所对应的器具发往所述器具送达地址。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述获取的器具需求信息中的所述器具送达地址,从预设的器具信息集合中确定匹配的器具提供方和匹配的仓库,包括:
    从所述预设的器具信息集合中选取送达地址范围覆盖所述器具送达地址的仓库作为准匹配仓库;
    从所述预设的器具信息集合中选取位于所述准匹配仓库的、符合所述器具需求信息的器具作为准目标器具;
    从所述准目标器具中选取与所述所需器具的数量一致的器具作为目标器具;以及
    将所述目标器具所属的器具提供方确定为所述匹配的器具提供方,以及将所述目标器具所在的仓库确定为所述匹配的仓库。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述从所述准目标器具中选取与所述所需器具的数量一致的器具作为目标器具,包括:
    从所述准目标器具中选取与所述所需器具的数量一致的、属于同一器 具提供方的器具作为所述目标器具。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述从所述准目标器具中选取与所述所需器具的数量一致的器具作为目标器具,包括:
    获取所述准目标器具对应的获取金额,其中,所述获取金额包括单价和运费;以及
    从所述准目标器具中选取与所述所需器具的数量一致的器具作为所述目标器具,以使所述目标器具对应的总金额最小。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述从所述准目标器具中选取与所述所需器具的数量一致的器具作为目标器具,包括:
    响应于多个仓库中的目标器具对应的最小总金额一致,从所述多个仓库中选取优先级最高的仓库;以及
    从所选取的优先级最高的仓库中选取所述目标器具。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,其中,所述根据所获取的器具需求信息和所述匹配的器具提供方,生成需求订单,包括:
    根据所获取的器具需求信息和所述匹配的器具提供方,生成待确认订单,其中,所述待确认订单中包括获取金额;
    将所述待确认订单发送至与所述器具需求信息对应的客户端;以及
    响应于接收到与所述待确认订单对应的确认信息,生成所述需求订单。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法,其中,所述根据所获取的器具需求信息和所述匹配的器具提供方,生成需求订单,包括:
    根据所述匹配的器具提供方和匹配的仓库,查询所述器具信息集合进行库存校验;以及
    响应于确定满足库存要求,生成所述需求订单。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    获取上报的、与所述需求订单所对应的器具的状态信息,更新所述需 求订单的状态信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述器具的状态信息通过以下至少一种方式获取:无源RFID,有源RFID,NFC。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述获取上报的、与所述需求订单所对应的器具的状态信息,更新所述需求订单的状态信息,包括:
    响应于接收到有源RFID阅读器发送的器具的状态信息,获取所述有源RFID阅读器的位置;以及
    根据所述有源RFID阅读器的位置与所述状态信息对应的需求订单中的器具送达地址之间的关系,更新所述需求订单的状态信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述有源RFID阅读器的位置与所述状态信息对应的需求订单中的器具送达地址之间的关系,更新所述需求订单的状态信息,包括:
    响应于确定所述有源RFID阅读器的位置与所述状态信息对应的需求订单中的器具送达地址相匹配,更新所述需求订单的状态信息为表征器具已送达收货地址的信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,在所述更新所述需求订单的状态信息为表征器具已送达收货地址的信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    向所述器具需求信息对应的器具提供方发送所述表征器具已送达收货地址的信息,以唤醒与所述器具送达地址匹配的器具上安装的提示设备;
    向与所述器具需求信息对应的用户端发送所述表征器具已送达收货地址的信息;以及
    响应于接收到与所述器具需求信息对应的用户端发送的与所述表征器具已送达收货地址的信息对应的确认信息,更新所述需求订单的状态信息为表征器具已签收的信息。
  13. 根据权利要求10的方法,其中,所述有源RFID阅读器包括车载 有源RFID阅读器;以及
    所述根据所述有源RFID阅读器的位置与所述状态信息对应的需求订单中的器具送达地址之间的关系,更新所述需求订单的状态信息,包括:
    响应于确定所述有源RFID阅读器的位置位于所述匹配的仓库和与所述状态信息对应的需求订单中的器具送达地址之间,更新所述需求订单的状态信息为表征器具运输在途的信息。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13之一所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    定期获取与所述需求订单所对应的器具的状态信息,生成器具状态信息集合,其中,状态信息包括标识信息和地理位置信息;
    响应于确定所获取的状态信息与所述需求订单对应的送达地址匹配,根据时间生成租赁订单;向所述器具需求信息对应的用户端发送所述租赁订单;以及
    响应于确定所获取的状态信息异常,发送提示信息。
  15. 一种用于处理器具需求信息的装置,包括:
    获取单元,被配置成获取器具需求信息,其中,所述器具需求信息中包括所需器具的数量和器具送达地址;
    确定单元,被配置成根据所述获取需求信息中的器具送达地址,从预设的器具信息集合中确定匹配的器具提供方和匹配的仓库,其中,所述器具信息集合中的器具信息包括器具提供方所提供的可用的器具在各仓库中的数量和各仓库对应的送达地址范围;
    第一生成单元,被配置成根据所获取的器具需求信息和所述匹配的器具提供方,生成需求订单;以及在所述器具信息集合中更新所述需求订单所对应的器具的可用状态;
    第一发送单元,被配置成向与所述匹配的仓库对应的目标电子设备发送所述需求订单,以使所述需求订单所对应的器具发往所述器具送达地址。
  16. 一种服务器,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,其上存储有一个或多个程序;
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-14中任一所述的方法。
  17. 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-14中任一所述的方法。
