发明实施例
具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本公开做进一步描述。
由图1、图2和图9可以看出,书简式柔性折叠屏手机由主机A与柔性折叠屏B组成,其中主机A为多边形柱体,主机A与柔性折叠屏B经阻尼铰链3连接,柔性折叠屏B围绕主机A卷曲折叠,实现手机柔性折叠屏开合,柔性折叠屏B包括柔性显示屏15(如图3)、托板2和连接铰链5,托板2通过连接铰链5连接,柔性显示屏15通过托板2和连接铰链5贴合承托。
所述主机A为六棱柱体,包括顶面、底面和柱面,主机A顶面设有话筒4和手电6,底面设有三脚架螺纹接口27、音视频输出输入口28、充电口25、手机卡插口29和储存卡插口26。
如图1所示,所述柱面包括第一柱面1、第二柱面13、第三柱面19、第四柱面21、第五柱面23、第六柱面24,其中,第一柱面1为平面,设有第一刚性显示屏P1、话筒4、手机开关9、音量键10和手机受话孔11,第一柱面1左右两边分别设有开合柔性折叠屏的主机端开关7和连接柔性折叠屏的阻尼铰链3;如图3所示,所述第二柱面13为平面,设有光学变焦摄像头18、微距摄像头17、广角摄像头16、闪光灯12、补光灯14、话筒4和第二刚性显示屏P2;如图4所示,第二柱面13与第四柱面21之间为第三柱面19,第三柱面19为弧面;如图5所示,所述第四柱面21为平面,设有左右立体声智能音箱20;如图5和图6所示,第四柱面21与第六柱面24之间为第五柱面23,第五柱面23为弧面,设有摄像头22;如图7所示,第六柱面24设有第三刚性显示屏P3;第二柱面13、第四柱面21、第六柱面24分别与柔性折叠屏B的三块托板2对应,第三柱面19、第五柱面23分别与柔性折叠屏B的两个连接铰链5对应。
所述柔性折叠屏B,还包括柔性折叠屏端开关8,柔性显示屏15为塑胶复合体,显示面层为塑料材质,底层为橡胶材质,使柔性显示屏15具有显示面层抗变形,同时在橡胶材质底层作用下具有自动回弹展开屏幕功能,这样的设计可以降低设计难度和生产成本,可以有效避免铰链折断和屏幕折痕;托板2与连接铰链5组合成具有贴合承托、伸缩同步和平展定位柔性显示屏15的功能,柔性折叠屏端开关8与主机端开关7执行柔性折叠屏B开合工作。
手机折叠屏开合过程中形成四种交互界面模式:柱状手机模式、一级组合模式、二级组合模式和三级组合模式,在不同的交互界面自由转换。
所述柱状手机模式,是指主机A与柔性折叠屏B闭合,手机处于完全折叠状态,主机A第一柱面1的第一刚性显示屏P1执行普通智能手机操作,与话筒4组合成具有音效功能的无线麦克风,与手电6组成传统照明设备。
由图3、图4可以看出,书简式柔性折叠屏手机的一级组合模式,是打开柔性折叠屏B,与主机A第一柱面1形成垂直状态,此时柔性显示屏15外露部分显示,显示尺寸近似片状手机,主要触控操作在主机第二柱面13的第二刚性显示屏P2上,与摄像组合和音效话筒开启大屏手机模式,此模式下,强化自拍性能,集成自媒体影音一体平台。
由图5、图6和图10可以看出,书简式柔性折叠屏手机的二级组合模式,是柔性折叠屏B再次平展后,此时柔性显示屏15完全显示,柔性显示屏15与主机A第六柱面24的开合角θ为小于180度行程中的任意角度,横向放置桌面,屏幕显示为视觉要求最佳比例,此组合模式中第六柱面24上的第三刚性显示屏P3,主要负责影视菜单触控操作,第四柱面21上设有左右立体声智能音箱20,提高音效性能和声控影音播放功能,主机A在此模式中作为观影底座,第五柱面23上设有摄像头22,此组合模式适合作为家庭影院和台式视频会话使用。
由图7、图8可以看出,书简式柔性折叠屏手机的三级组合模式,是指柔性折叠屏B完全展开,柔性显示屏15与主机A第六柱面24的开合角θ=180度,此模式下,柔性显示屏15与第六柱面24上的第三刚性显示屏P3组成更大的显示区,与主机A第二柱面13上的摄像组合形成高性能照相机,与第二柱面13上的第二刚性显示屏P2实现镜像智拍。此组合模式适合作为高性能摄像机、游戏机和电子书使用,摄像、游戏和读书的触控操作主要在第六柱面24的第三刚性显示屏P3上。
工业实用性
本公开采用小角度内折叠方式,提高了柔性折叠屏手机耐用性,折叠时的柱状手机模式利于人手持握,便于携带;手机折叠屏开合过程中形成四种组合模式,在不同的交互界面自由转换,丰富了手机多媒体功能和多场景应用;主机与柔性折叠屏功能独立分置,大大提升了手机外延功能和手机硬件性能。

Claims (9)

  1. 书简式柔性折叠屏手机,其特征在于:由主机(A)与柔性折叠屏(B)组成,其中主机(A)为多边形柱体,主机(A)与柔性折叠屏(B)经阻尼铰链(3)连接,柔性折叠屏(B)围绕主机(A)卷曲折叠,柔性折叠屏(B)包括柔性显示屏(15)、托板(2)和连接铰链(5),托板(2)通过连接铰链(5)连接,柔性显示屏(15)通过托板(2)和连接铰链(5)贴合承托。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的书简式柔性折叠屏手机,其特征在于:所述主机(A)为六棱柱体,包括顶面、底面和柱面,主机(A)顶面设有话筒(4)和手电(6),底面设有三脚架螺纹接口(27)、音视频输出输入口(28)、充电口(25)、手机卡插口(29)和储存卡插口(26)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的书简式柔性折叠屏手机,其特征在于:所述柱面包括第一柱面(1)、第二柱面(13)、第三柱面(19)、第四柱面(21)、第五柱面(23)、第六柱面(24),其中,第一柱面(1)为平面,设有第一刚性显示屏(P1)、话筒(4)、手机开关(9)、音量键(10)和手机受话孔(11),第一柱面(1)左右两边分别设有开合柔性折叠屏的主机端开关(7)和连接柔性折叠屏的阻尼铰链(3);所述第二柱面(13)为平面,设有光学变焦摄像头(18)、微距摄像头(17)、广角摄像头(16)、闪光灯(12)、补光灯(14)、话筒(4)和第二刚性显示屏(P2);第二柱面(13)与第四柱面(21)之间为第三柱面(19),第三柱面(19)为弧面;所述第四柱面(21)为平面,设有左右立体声智能音箱(20);第四柱面(21)与第六柱面(24)之间为第五柱面(23),第五柱面(23)为弧面,设有摄像头(22);第六柱面(24)设有第三刚性显示屏(P3);第二柱面(13)、第四柱面(21)、第六柱面(24)分别与柔性折叠屏(B)的三块托板(2)对应,第三柱面(19)、第五柱面(23)分别与柔性折 叠屏(B)的两个连接铰链(5)对应。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的书简式柔性折叠屏手机,其特征在于:所述柔性折叠屏(B),还包括柔性折叠屏端开关(8),柔性显示屏(15)为塑胶复合体,显示面层为塑料材质,底层为橡胶材质,柔性折叠屏端开关(8)与主机端开关(7)执行柔性折叠屏(B)开合工作。
  5. 如权利要求1或4所述的书简式柔性折叠屏手机,其特征在于:手机折叠屏开合过程中形成四种交互界面模式:柱状手机模式、一级组合模式、二级组合模式和三级组合模式,在不同的交互界面自由转换。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的书简式柔性折叠屏手机,其特征在于:所述柱状手机模式,是指主机(A)与柔性折叠屏(B)闭合,手机处于完全折叠状态,主机(A)第一柱面(1)的第一刚性显示屏(P1)执行普通智能手机操作,与话筒(4)组合成具有音效功能的无线麦克风,与手电(6)组成传统照明设备。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的书简式柔性折叠屏手机,其特征在于:书简式柔性折叠屏手机的一级组合模式,是打开柔性折叠屏(B),与主机(A)第一柱面(1)形成垂直状态,柔性显示屏(15)外露部分显示,与摄像组合和音效话筒开启大屏手机模式。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的书简式柔性折叠屏手机,其特征在于:书简式柔性折叠屏手机的二级组合模式,是柔性折叠屏(B)再次平展后,柔性显示屏(15)完全显示,柔性显示屏(15)与主机(A)第六柱面(24)的开合角θ为小于180度行程中的任意角度。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的书简式柔性折叠屏手机,其特征在于:书简式柔性折叠屏手机的三级组合模式,是指柔性折叠屏(B)完全展开,柔性显示屏(15)与主机(A)第六柱面(24)的开合角θ=180度,柔性显示屏(15)与第六柱面(24)上的第三刚性显示屏(P3)组成显示区,与主机(A)第二柱面(13)上的摄像组合形成 高性能照相机,与第二柱面(13)上的第二刚性显示屏(P2)实现镜像智拍。
