Description
A THREAD ROLLING MACHINE WITH SILENT OPERATION
FEATURE
Technical Field The present invention relates to a durable thread rolling machine with abrasive and effect-giving properties, which enables various processes such as washing, bleaching, giving effects and local wear to textile products to be performed quieter than conventional applications.
Prior Art In the fashion sector, worn-looking clothes maintain their popularity and continue to be produced. The aging appearance is extensively used in jeans and/or denim fabrics nowadays. Nowadays, many applications and methods are used to create a wear look and/or effect on the denim fabric. These processes are gathered in two main groups as dry processes performed when the fabric is dry and / or raw and wet processes applied to the fabric wet.
The general method applied in wet processes in the state of the art is to put the pieces of fabric to be bleached and / or effected into a rotating drum having water, perlite, pumice stone inside. In the said method, the surface of the fabric is abraded by rotating the rotary drum and using abrasive materials in the drum, namely perlite and pumice stones. In this method, which is used domestically and abroad, the machine manufacturers place the materials with abrasive properties in a fixed form on the inner drum of the related machine. However, the regional bleaching and abrasion processes on the fabric surface made by the machines using this method
take a very long time and it is not so demanded because the desired quality cannot be achieved.
Another method used in the state of the art is thread rolling machines where pumice stone and perlite powder are not used due to the technical problems and negativities mentioned above. In the said thread rolling machines, the processes of bleaching and giving effects to the textile products are carried out by the cylinders inside the rolling machine. For this, the cylinders are rotated in the desired direction and at the desired speed, saving the time spent in the use of all materials such as pumice stone, perlite and the like, clean water, work force and chemicals. However, the fact that the cylinders and gears that move the cylinders are made of metal material in the thread rolling machines, which are in the state of the art, cause the machine to work louder and the repair and maintenance to take longer in case of any malfunction. Nowadays, therefore there is a need for rolling machines that work quieter by reducing the contact of metal gears, at the same time, which are more durable and provide easier maintenance by reducing the contact between the gears.
In the patent document No TR201813764, which is in the state of the art, a thread rolling machine that performs various processes such as washing, bleaching, giving effects and local wear on textile products with abrasive and effect rollers is mentioned.
In the patent document No TR201807275, which is in the state of the art, a machine which performs the various processes such as washing, bleaching, effecting and regional abrasion of textile products produced especially from denim fabrics by means of rubbing, less polluting the environment during application using less clean water and chemicals by removing the use of pumice stone is mentioned.
Short Description of Invention
The aim of the present invention is to realize a durable thread rolling machine with abrasive and effect-giving properties, which enables various processes such as washing, bleaching, giving effects and local wear to textile products by transferring the movement required for operations with belts to be performed quieter than conventional applications.
Another aim of the invention is to realize a rolling machine where the movement is transferred on the pulleys that connect the gears to each other, thus ensuring faster repair and maintenance operations.
Another aim of the invention is to realize a thread rolling machine in which liquid ozone and air are supplied into the drum where the rolling process is performed by using the main shaft.
Detailed Description of Invention
"A Thread Rolling Machine with Silent Operation Feature" that was created for achieving intention of this invention was demonstrated in the enclosed figures, and they consist of

A thread rolling machine (1) characterized in that washing, bleaching and effecting processes in textile products by rubbing method are performed, and comprised of 10 -at least one chassis (2) comprising at least one stand (3) and at least one wheel body (4) on it,
- at least one rear mirror (6) located on the chassis (2), performing rotational movement, at least one front mirror (7) with a gap through which the textile product to be rubbed enters and at least one drum (5) surrounding the space on the front mirror (7) and having at least one drum space (8) in contact with the wheel body (4), more than one effect cylinder (9) located inside the drum (5) and contacting with textile products,
- at least one central sun gear (10) located on a main shaft (26) mounted on the rear mirror (6),
- more than one star gears (11) located on the rear bevel (6) to surround the central sun gear (10) and used to move the effect cylinders (9),
- at least one inner pulley (12) and inner belt (13) used to transfer motion to the central sun gear (10),
- at least one outer pulley (14) and outer belt (15) that rotate in the same axis as the inner pulley (12) and move the drum (5),
- more than one cylinder bearing (16) consisting of seals and bearings, located on the rear mirror (6) and front mirror (7), which enables the effect cylinders (9) to be fixed on the rear mirror and the front mirror (7),
- at least one trigger pulley (17) located on the cylinder bearing (16),
- more than one trigger pulley (18) used in transferring motion between the trigger pulley (17) and the star gear (11),
- at least one idler gear (19) located on the rear mirror (6) and in contact with the movable trigger pulley (18),
- at least one turnbuckle (20) located on the rear mirror (6) and buckling the movable trigger pulley (18),
- at least two body connection bearings (21) located on the stands (3) on the chassis (2),
- at least one main bearing group (22) located between the two body connection bearings (21) and connected to the body connection bearings (21),
- at least one relief valve (23) located on the drum (5),
- at least one reducer (24) comprising two motor pulleys (25), inner and outer, which moves the inner and outer pulleys (13,15) and the inner and outer pulleys (12,14),
- at least one main shaft (26) that extends from one end to the inner volume of the drum (5), and includes at least one channel open at both ends, allowing the passage of fluids such as ozone and air and
- at least one sealing apparatus (27), located at the end of the main shaft (26) not extending to the drum (5), and comprising at least one inlet for the fluid to be pressed into the channel of the main shaft (26).
In the thread rolling machine (1) which is the subject of the invention, the chassis (2) includes four stands, as mutual and in pairs. At the other end of the chassis (2) where there are no stands (3), the wheel body (4) is located. The wheel body (4) is bedded to the drum (5) that makes rotational motion over the front drum gap (8).
In the thread rolling machine (1), the drum (5) is a cylindrical prism that is hollow and has an open end. There are more than one roller bearing (16) on the rear mirror (6) forming the unopened wall of the drum (5) and more than one trigger pulley (17) located on the roller bearings (16). On the front mirror (7) that forms the open wall of the drum (5), there is a drum gap (8) many roller
bearings (16) surrounding the drum gap (8). There are more than one effect cylinders (9) adjacent to each other on the inner wall of the drum (5). In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the drum (5) and the effect cylinders (9) move with the help of a single reducer (24). 5
In the thread rolling machine (1) of the present invention, the central sun gear (10) receives the rotational movement on the inner pulley (12). The central sun gear (10) transfers its rotational motion to a large number of star gears (11) around it. The star gears (11) are connected to the trigger pulley (17) via the trigger belt (18). Thus, the rotational movement taken from the inner pulley (12) is transferred to the effect cylinders (9). The outer pulley (14) transfers the rotational movement received from the reducer (24) with the outer belt (15) to the drum (5). Thus, the drum (5) makes a rotational movement. The movement received from the reducer (24) is transmitted by the inner pulley (13), outer pulley (15) and trigger pulley (18), and a quieter operation compared to conventional machines is achieved by keeping the gear contact at the minimum level. In another preferred embodiment, at least one of the central sun gear (10) and the star gear (11) contacting each other is made of metal and the other is non-metal. In this way, silent operation is provided in gears that are in contact with each other.
In the invention, there is a sealing apparatus (27) at the end of the main shaft (26) that is not connected to the rear mirror (6). The gap located inside the main shaft (26) extends along the main shaft (26). Thus, the fluid is transmitted from the sealing apparatus (27) to the drum (5).
In the thread rolling machine (1) subject to the present invention, the sealing apparatus (28) has three entrance holes. Air, ozone and air are entered through these inlet holes. Thus, while the drum (5) is rotating or moving, ozone gas and liquid are given to the drum (5) through the space in the main shaft (26) with the help of air pressure.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, while one half of the sealing apparatus (27) is fixed, the other half performs a rotational movement.
It is possible to develop various applications for thread rolling machine with silent operation feature (1), subject of invention, it may not be limited to examples described here, it is essentially as described in claims.
Claims
1. A thread rolling machine (1) characterized in that washing, bleaching and effecting processes in textile products by rubbing method are performed, and comprised of
- At least one chassis (2) containing at least one stand (3) and at least one wheel body (4) on it, - at least one rear mirror (6) located on the chassis (2), performing rotational movement, at least one front mirror (7) with a gap through which the textile product to be rubbed enters and at least one drum (5) surrounding the space on the front mirror (7) and having at least one drum space (8) in contact with the wheel body (4), more than one effect cylinder (9) located inside the drum (5) and contacting with textile products,
- at least one central sun gear (10) located on a main shaft (26) mounted on the rear mirror
(6),
- more than one star gears (11) located on the rear bevel (6) to surround the central sun gear (10) and used to move the effect cylinders (9) comprised of;
- at least one inner pulley (12) and inner belt (13) used to transfer motion to the central sun gear (10),
- at least one outer pulley (14) and outer belt (15) that rotate in the same axis as the inner pulley (12) and move the drum (5),
- more than one cylinder bearing (16) consisting of seals and bearings, located on the rear mirror (6) and front mirror (7), which enables the effect cylinders (9) to be fixed on the rear mirror and the front mirror (7),
- at least one trigger pulley (17) located on the cylinder bearing (16),
- more than one trigger pulley (18) used in transferring motion between the trigger pulley (17) and the star gear (11),
- at least one idler gear (19) located on the rear mirror (6) and in contact with the movable trigger pulley (18),
- at least one turnbuckle (20) located on the rear mirror (6) and buckling the movable trigger pulley (18),
- at least two body connection bearings (21) located on the stands (3) on the chassis (2),
- at least one main bearing group (22) located between the two body connection bearings (21) and connected to the body connection bearings (21),
- at least one relief valve (23) located on the drum (5), - at least one reducer (24) comprising two motor pulleys (25), inner and outer, which moves the inner and outer pulleys (13,15) and the inner and outer pulleys (12,14),
- at least one shaft (26) that extends from one end to the inner volume of the drum (5), and includes at least one channel open at both ends, allowing the passage of fluids such as ozone and air and - at least one sealing apparatus (27), located at the end of the main shaft (26) not extending to the drum (5), and comprising at least one inlet for the fluid to be pressed into the channel of the main shaft (26).
2. A thread rolling machine (1) as in Claim 1, characterized in that the main shaft (26) on which the sealing apparatus (27) is located at its end that is not connected to the rear mirror (6).
3. A thread rolling machine (1) as in Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the space located inside the main shaft (26) and extending along the main shaft (26).
4. A thread rolling machine (1) as in any one of the above Claims, characterized in that a sealing apparatus (28) having three inlet holes.
5. A thread rolling machine (1) as in any one of the above Claims, characterized in that a sealing apparatus (27), one half of which is fixed while the other half rotates.
6. A thread rolling machine (1) as in any one of the above Claims, characterized in that the sun gear (10) and the star gear (11), at least one of which is made of metal and the other is non-metal.
