Nowadays, many applications and methods are used to create a wear look and/or effect on the denim fabric. These processes are gathered in two main groups as dry processes performed when the fabric is dry and / or raw and wet processes applied to the fabric wet. The general method used in wet processes is that the fabric parts to be bleached and/or effected are placed in the rotating drum with water, perlite, pumice stone, and the surface of the fabric is abraded using the rotating drum and the abrasive materials in the drum, ie, perlite and pumice stones. In this method, which is used domestically and abroad, the machine manufacturers place the materials with abrasive properties in a fixed form on the inner drum of the related machine. However, the regional bleaching and attrition processes on the fabric surface made by the machines using this method take a very long time and do not see much demand because the desired quality can not be obtained. The scrubbing machine (1) in the present invention, which carries out processes of washing, bleaching and effecting in textile products by rubbing method; comprises:
at least one chassis group (2) consisting of at least one fixed chassis (22) and at least one motion chassis (21) on the fixed frame (22);
at least one boiler group (3) on the chassis assembly (2) with rotational motion and in the form of a hollow cylinder;
- the boiler group (3) having an integral structure with the cylindrical structure; with the electric parts on the chassis assembly (2), the parts of the fabric which are placed inside the boiler group (3) by turning it around its own axis; at least one boiler assembly (31) providing a wiping, abrading, regional bleaching and / or worn effect with the aid of a cylinder assembly (32) located on the cylindrical surface,
- the at least one engine assembly (4) which prevents the boiler assembly (31) from entering the volume formed by the fixed chassis (22) and the motion chassis (21) and which rotates into the cylinder assembly (32); and at least one cover assembly (5) which locks the boiler group (3) and the boiler assembly on the inner part (31) by fixing on the motion chassis (21) and the fixed chassis (22).

The boiler group (31) is positioned on the fixed wheels (293) of four fixed wheel groups (29) located on the moving chassis part (21) in a scrubbing machine (1) according to the invention, which performs various operations such as effecting and regional wear. In the boiler group (3), the boiler assembly (31) is assembled in coordination with the cylinder assembly (32). The assembly of the boiler assembly (3) is carried out on the moving chassis (21) together with the moving wheel assembly (220) together with the moving wheel group (210) and the boiler connection assembly (33) is mounted on the rear of the parts of the boiler assembly (3). The cylinder motion assembly (34) is assembled in coordination with the cylinder assembly (32) on the assembled boiler connection assembly (33).
In the scrubbing machine (1), on the rear side of the mobile chassis (21), the motor assembly (4), the motor assembly upper connection assembly (41), the motor assembly lower connection assembly (42), the motor assembly side-vertical connection piece (43) and the motor assembly side connection piece (44) is mounted. On the assembled parts, the engine assembly upper boiler motion assembly engine (45) is assembled in coordination with the cylinder motion assembly (34). On the boiler assembly connection assembly (33), the engine group master bushing (46) is mounted together with the engine group (4), and on the engine group (4) the engine group but the motion engine (47) is mounted. In the scrubbing machine (1) of the present invention, the boiler assembly (31) and the cylinder assembly (32) are positioned under the fixed wheel assembly (29), which is mounted under the boiler group (3). Boiler connection assembly (33) rotates together with the cylinder motion assembly (34), the engine assembly (4), the engine assembly main motion engine (47) and the motor assembly main bearing (46) with the boiler connection assembly and the main bearing gear (337).
The boiler connecting assembly and the main bushing gear (337) rotate the boiler assembly (3) together with the boiler connecting assembly (33). Engine assembly upper boiler motion assembly engine (45) rotates the cylinder motion assembly (34) with the engine assembly upper gear motion engine gear (454) to rotate the cylinder assembly (32) and scrub it.

A scrubbing machine, according to one of the Claims mentioned above, characterized in that with a boiler assembly (3) comprising at least one boiler assembly (31) which is cylindrical in shape and has a cavity in which the fabric to be treated inside is located, and at least one cylinder motion assembly (34) comprising at least one roller assembly (33) located above the side surfaces of the boiler assembly.
