Description
WASHING MACHINE WITH A SINGLE DRUM
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a washing machine that has a single drum and enables washing operations for textile products.
Prior Art
Different designs, applications or trends emerge every year in the fashion industry. However, worn-appearance clothes that can appeal to people of all ages are still produced. Denim fabrics, which are mostly applied by the textile industry, which has a worn-appearance, are generally produced from yarns such as cotton, polyester, nylon, viscose. Denim fabrics are more preferred because they are more resistant to external factors than other types of fabrics. The classic style denim clothes produced using the unique blue color dyes of denim fabrics now benefit both from the colors outside of blue and through various washing and/or bleaching processes that add an effect that is worn by the owner for years, have a wear appearance.
Many applications and methods have been developed to create a worn-appearance and/or effect on the denim fabric. Washing process is used in most of the mentioned methods. However, in the washing machines in the state of the art, there are two drums, internal and external, in which the process is carried out. This causes chemicals and water to remain between the inner drum and the outer drum while washing, thus causing the use of extra water and chemicals.
For this reason, a single drum washing machine configuration is needed to save water and chemicals.
In the patent document No TR201813764, which is in the state of the art, a thread rolling machine that performs various processes such as washing, bleaching, giving effects and local wear on textile products with abrasive and effect rollers is mentioned.
In the patent document No TR201807275, which is in the state of the art, a machine which performs the various processes such as washing, bleaching, effecting and regional abrasion of textile products produced especially from denim fabrics by means of rubbing, less polluting the environment during application using less clean water and chemicals by removing the use of pumice stone is mentioned.
Short Description of Invention
The onject of the present invention is to realize a washing machine that enables the washing process of textile products to be carried out in a single drum.
Another object of the invention is to realize a washing machine that contains more than one pipe used for liquid and ozone transmission on the drum and that includes fins associated with more than one pipe in the drum.

The washing machine (1) of the present invention, in which the washing process is carried out in textile products is comprised of,
- at least one chassis (2) comprised of at least one stand (3) and at least one wheel body (4) on it,
- at least one rear mirror (6) located on the chassis (2), which makes rotational motion, at least one front mirror (7) having a space in which the textile product to be washed enters and surrounding the space on the front mirror (7) and in contact with the wheel body (4)
- at least one relief valve (9) located on the drum (5),
- at least one motor (10) used to move the drum (5),
- at least one main pulley (11) through which the motor (10) transfers the rotational movement with a belt,
- at least one spindle (12) that extends from one end to the rear mirror (6) of the drum (5) and connects to the main pulley (11) from the other end, and contains at least one spindle (12), which is open at both ends, allowing the passage of fluids such as ozone and air, at least one sealing apparatus (13) located at the end of the spindle (12) not connected to the drum (5), comprising at least one inlet for the fluid to be pumped into the channel of the spindle (12)
-at least one distributor pipe (14) that connects to the spindle (12) from one end and extends to the inner volume of the drum (5) from the other end and enables the transmission of fluids such as ozone and air coming from the spindle (12),
-at least one wing (15) located on the inner wall of the drum (5), used to cover the part of the distributor pipe (14) remaining inside the drum (5), and -at least one support element (16) used to transfer the rotational movement of the spindle (12) end extending towards the rear mirror (6) to the drum (5).
In the washing machine (1) subject the present invention, there are four stands (3)
on the chassis (2). At the other end of the chassis (2) where there are no stands (3), the wheel body (4) is located. The wheel body (4) is bedded to the drum (5) that makes rotational motion over the front drum gap (8).
In the washing machine (1), the drum (5) is a cylindrical prism that is hollow and has an open end. On the rear mirror (6) forming the unopened wall of the drum (3), the support element (16) to which the spindle (12) is connected, and the distributor pipe (15) are provided with more than one hole that allow the entry into the drum
(5)·
In the invention, there is a sealing apparatus (13) at the end of the spindle (12) connected to the main pulley (11). The gap inside the spindle (12) extends along the spindle (12). Thus, fluid from the sealing apparatus (13) is transmitted to the distributor pipes (14) and from there to the drum (5).
In the washing machine (1) subject to the present invention, the sealing apparatus
(13) has three inlet ports. Air, ozone and air are entered through these inlet holes. Thus, while the drum (5) is rotating or moving, ozone gas and liquid are given to the distributor pipes (14) from the space in the spindle (12) primarily to the distributor pipes (14) and to the drum (5) from the distributor pipes (14) with the help of air pressure. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, while one half of the sealing apparatus (13) is fixed, the other half performs a rotational movement.
In the present invention, the wing (15) is located on the inner wall of the drum (5) more than once and in equal distance between them. The wings (15) extend along the drum (5). Thus, direct contact of the distributor pipes (14) with the textile products during the washing process is prevented.
In the washing machine (1) subject to the present invention, the support element (16) transfers the movement it receives from the spindle (12) to the drum (5), on the other hand, it transfers the fluid coming in the spindle (12) to the distributor pipes
(14). Thus, there is a structure on the support element (16) that will
allow fluid passage between the spindle (12) and the distributor pipe (14).
By using a single drum (5) structure in the washing machine (1) subject to the present invention, the same process is carried out by using less water and chemicals compared to conventional double drum structures, and savings are provided. In addition to this, during the washing process, ozone and liquid are given through the distributor pipes (14) inside the drum (5) and disinfection process is also provided in addition to the washing process. It is possible to develop a wide variety of applications of a single drum washing machine (1) which is the subject of the invention and the invention cannot be limited to the examples described herein, it is essentially as described in the claims.
