Description

一种用于机械键盘轴体的快速拆解装置 技术领域
本发明涉及机械键盘技术领域,具体涉及一种用于机械键盘轴体的快速拆解装置。
背景技术
随着电子竞技的发展以及数码消费力的升级,人们对电脑键盘稳定的按压手感以及良好的触发要求也更高了,机械键盘按键段落感比较强,可产生适于游戏娱乐的特殊手感,是人们最优先选择的高端游戏外设,为了保证机械键盘手感适宜,定期对机械键盘轴体进行养护处理便显得尤为重要,进行机械键盘护理时,轴体润滑与弹簧更换均需将轴体拆解后再进行,而当前并未有主流的拆解工具,通常更多人会使用镊子或者一字螺丝刀进行拆解,操作非常不便,且由于力度难以精细控制,还有可能在拆解时损坏轴体搭扣,使得整个轴体报废,另外,机械键盘按键数量最多有108键,即使使用镊子或螺丝刀辅助拆解,也极其耗时耗力,若是在有集中养护需求的电子竞技行业,进行养护处理所需的工作量与工作时间更是大得惊人。
综上,当前机械键盘轴体拆解方式的主要问题在于拆解难度大、耗时长且容易损坏轴体。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种用于机械键盘轴体的快速拆解装置,具有可以达到对轴体快速拆解目的而又不损坏轴体等优点,详见下文阐述。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
本发明提供的一种用于机械键盘轴体的快速拆解装置,包括内部中空呈正方体形状的支撑基座,所述支撑基座的其中一侧面即第一侧面成型有呈十字型分布的拆解柱和支固柱。
采用上述结构,当将轴体按正确摆放位置放置在支撑基座上,通过支固柱对轴体进行位置支撑和固定,然后对轴体的上端施加一个向下的力,此时,由于轴体发生向下的位移,轴体的嵌套搭扣部位会被拆解柱尖端通过缝隙侵入,轴体的 上盖外扣末端也会沿拆解柱顶端发生横向偏移,使得上盖外扣与下盖内扣分离,达到解除两个构件嵌套关系的目的,只需将轴体置于工具上并同时按住上盖与开关帽施加向下的力,便可轻松完成拆解,从而可以达到对轴体快速拆解目的而又不损坏轴体,拆解快速方便省力。
作为优选,所述拆解柱设置有以支固柱为中心相互对称阵列分布的四个,这四个拆解柱的顶端朝外一侧设置有弧形滑道。
作为优选,所述支撑基座的第一侧面开口,且所述支撑基座与第一侧面相对一侧面贯穿开设有调节孔。
作为优选,所述支固柱的顶端内侧开设有卡槽。
作为优选,所述支撑基座上与第一侧面相垂直一侧面即第二侧面上成型有呈十字型分布的拆解柱和支固柱。
作为优选,所述拆解柱设置有两个以支固柱为中心对称分布的两个,这两个拆解柱的顶端朝外一侧设置有平整滑道。
作为优选,所述支撑基座包括第一基座和第二基座,第一基座和第二基座的外形均呈长方体形状,第一基座和第二基座的其中一个角处贯穿开设有穿孔,第一基座和第二基座的另外三个角处分别对应设置有第一磁石和第二磁石。
有益效果在于:通过支固柱实现对轴体的位置支撑以及固定,再配合拆解柱实现对轴体的拆解,只需对轴体顶端施加向下的力,便可轻松完成拆解,可以达到对轴体快速拆解目的而又不损坏轴体,拆解快速方便省力,调节孔方便将支撑基座内的部分拆卸轴体导出。

实施例一:
参见图1-图3所示,本发明提供了一种用于机械键盘轴体的快速拆解装置,包括内部中空呈正方体形状的支撑基座1,支撑基座1的其中一侧面即第一侧面成型有呈十字型分布的拆解柱2和支固柱3。支固柱3的顶端内侧开设有卡槽3a。轴体下盖会因支固柱3,轴体下盖的凸起构造由于轴体整体下沉被支固柱3内侧设置有的卡槽3a固定,而保持当前位置不变。至此轴体的上盖与下盖完全分离,完成拆解。
拆解柱2设置有以支固柱3为中心相互对称阵列分布的四个,这四个拆解柱2的顶端朝外一侧设置有弧形滑道2a。
支撑基座1的第一侧面开口,且支撑基座1与第一侧面相对一侧面贯穿开设有调节孔4。若轴体拆解后在支撑基座1内过于稳固无法取出,可使用小棒通过调节孔4将其推出即可。
Cherry MX轴与类Cherry MX轴的四个搭扣部位可与四个拆解柱2一一对应吻合,当轴体放置在拆解工具上时,四根拆解柱2与两个支固柱3共同起到支撑作用。
实施例二:
参见图4所示,本发明提供了一种用于机械键盘轴体的快速拆解装置,包括内部中空呈正方体形状的支撑基座1,支撑基座1的其中一侧面即第一侧面成型有呈十字型分布的拆解柱2和支固柱3。
支撑基座1上与第一侧面相垂直一侧面即第二侧面上成型有呈十字型分布的拆解柱2和支固柱3。拆解柱2设置有两个以支固柱3为中心对称分布的两个,这两个拆解柱2的顶端朝外一侧设置有平整滑道。
Kailh轴的拆解构造设有两根拆解柱2,与支固柱3形成十字对称结构,基座地面均保持平整光滑,以保证拆解过程中的稳定性。
实施例三:
参见图5所示,本发明提供了一种用于机械键盘轴体的快速拆解装置,包括内部中空呈正方体形状的支撑基座1,支撑基座1的其中一侧面即第一侧面成型有呈十字型分布的拆解柱2和支固柱3。
支撑基座1包括第一基座1a和第二基座1b,第一基座1a和第二基座1b的外形均呈长方体形状,第一基座1a和第二基座1b的其中一个角处贯穿开设有穿孔7,第一基座1a和第二基座1b的另外三个角处分别对应设置有第一磁石5和第二磁石6。
将第一基座1a和第二基座1b进行贴合,二者对向放置,第一磁石5和第二磁石6通过N级和S级的磁性相互吸引,便可组合为一个完整的试轴器,发挥试轴功能。第一基座1a和第二基座1b的一角做了穿孔处理,两个构件组合后可以通过穿孔7串上绳子作为钥匙扣装饰,便于携带。
通过支固柱3实现对轴体的位置支撑以及固定,再配合拆解柱2实现对轴体的拆解,只需对轴体顶端施加向下的力,便可轻松完成拆解,从而可以达到对轴体快速拆解目的而又不损坏轴体,拆解快速方便省力,调节孔4方便将支撑基座1内的部分拆卸轴体导出。

  1. 一种用于机械键盘轴体的快速拆解装置,其特征在于:包括内部中空呈正方体形状的支撑基座(1),所述支撑基座(1)的其中一侧面即第一侧面成型有呈十字型分布的拆解柱(2)和支固柱(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种用于机械键盘轴体的快速拆解装置,其特征在于:所述拆解柱(2)设置有以支固柱(3)为中心相互对称阵列分布的四个,这四个拆解柱(2)的顶端朝外一侧设置有弧形滑道(2a)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种用于机械键盘轴体的快速拆解装置,其特征在于:所述支撑基座(1)的第一侧面开口,且所述支撑基座(1)与第一侧面相对一侧面贯穿开设有调节孔(4)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述一种用于机械键盘轴体的快速拆解装置,其特征在于:所述支固柱(3)的顶端内侧开设有卡槽(3a)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述一种用于机械键盘轴体的快速拆解装置,其特征在于:所述支撑基座(1)上与第一侧面相垂直一侧面即第二侧面上成型有呈十字型分布的拆解柱(2)和支固柱(3)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述一种用于机械键盘轴体的快速拆解装置,其特征在于:所述拆解柱(2)设置有两个以支固柱(3)为中心对称分布的两个,这两个拆解柱(2)的顶端朝外一侧设置有平整滑道。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述一种用于机械键盘轴体的快速拆解装置,其特征在于:所述支撑基座(1)包括第一基座(1a)和第二基座(1b),第一基座(1a)和第二基座(1b)的外形均呈长方体形状,第一基座(1a)和第二基座(1b)的其中一个角处贯穿开设有穿孔(7),第一基座(1a)和第二基座(1b)的另外三个角处分别对应设置有第一磁石(5)和第二磁石(6)。
