Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant : tout d'abord, à collecter des informations d'état relatives à des applications (101) ; ensuite, en fonction des informations d'état desdites applications, à configurer des informations de gestion de maintenance et d'opérations pour lesdites applications (102) ; en réponse à une instruction de maintenance et d'opération pour une application cible parmi lesdites applications, en fonction des informations de gestion de maintenance et d'opérations de l'application cible, à envoyer une demande de service d'application, qui correspond à l'instruction de maintenance et d'opération, à un serveur de l'application cible (103) ; et ensuite, sur la base des informations de réponse à la demande renvoyées par le serveur de l'application cible, à déterminer si une anomalie s'est produite dans l'application cible (104). Le traitement automatique de maintenance et d'opérations IT peut être réalisé en un simple clic, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'efficacité de la maintenance et des opérations IT et de réaliser des économies sur les coûts de maintenance et d'opérations IT. De plus, la présente invention concerne également la technologie des chaînes de blocs et des données d'état d'une application peuvent être stockées dans une chaîne de blocs, ce qui permet de garantir la confidentialité et la sécurité des données.
