一种一次性冲洗吸引引流管及其使用方法,涉及医疗器械技术领域,冲洗吸引引流管包括冲洗管(1)、吸引管(2)和安装座(3),安装座(3)的一端分别安装有冲洗管(1)和吸引管(2),另一端安装有气接头(4)和水接头(5);安装座(3)包括管体座(31)和控制座(32),管体座(31)的一端安装有冲洗管(1)和吸引管(2),另一端与控制座(3)可拆卸地连接;该一次性冲洗吸引引流管通过安装座(3)上的负压调节口(6)能够实现对吸引管(2)吸引的控制,通过安装座(3)上水控制开关(324)能够控制冲洗管(1)的开、关和水流量,且负压调节口(6)的位置靠近水控制开关(324)的位置,方便一只手的操作,能够同时控制冲洗与引流的转换以及引流的大小进行控制,操作简单。

Description

一次性冲洗吸引引流管及其使用方法
本申请要求于2020年04月10日提交中国专利局、申请号为202010280226.7、申请名称为“一种一次性冲洗吸引引流管及其使用方法”的中国专利的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种一次性冲洗吸引引流管及其使用方法。
背景技术
外科手术过程中需要用无菌生理盐水冲洗手术区域或者器械,同时也需要及时吸引引流走创口产生的血色液体或冲洗水,以清理术野污物、使术野清晰、减少感染。手术过程中冲洗和引流通常是由助手来辅助进行的,引流和冲洗的过程需要控制冲洗与引流的转换,需要对引流的大小进行控制。
目前已有的冲洗引流的装置一般都需要两只手协调工作,操作过程繁琐,然而一些时候由于场地人员的条件限制,使得大夫更需要能够简化操作,例如由大夫自己操作,但目前冲洗引流装置的结构都做不到用一只手同时控制冲洗与引流的转换和引流的大小。
申请内容
为此,本申请提供一种一次性冲洗吸引引流管及其使用方法,以解决现有的冲洗引流的装置操作繁琐、无法实现单手控制等问题。
为了实现上述目的,本申请实施例提供如下技术方案:
根据本申请实施例的第一方面,一种一次性冲洗吸引引流管,所述 冲洗吸引引流管包括冲洗管、吸引管和安装座,所述安装座的一端分别安装有所述冲洗管和所述吸引管,另一端安装有气接头和水接头;所述安装座包括管体座和控制座,所述管体座的一端安装有所述冲洗管和所述吸引管,另一端与所述控制座可拆卸地连接;
所述控制座包括控制座本体、通水内管、锁水销轴和水控制开关,所述水控制开关可滑动地安装在所述控制座本体上,所述锁水销轴可活动地安装所述控制座本体内,所述通水内管安装在所述控制座本体内,所述锁水销轴与所述水控制开关配合使用以控制所述通水内管的通水量;所以控制座本体上开设有负压调节口。
进一步地,所述管体座的内部分别设置有通水内腔和第一通气内腔,所述管体座背离所述冲洗管的一端分别连接有水路连接座和气路连接座。
进一步地,所述气路连接座内开设有与所述第一通气内腔连通的第二通气内腔;所述气路连接座外设置有连接导轨和环状的限位凸起;所述气路连接座上开设有与所述负压调节口位置相对应的缺口。
进一步地,所述控制座本体内设置有与所述第二通气内腔连通的负压通道,所述负压通道的一端内部开设有与所述连接导轨相配合的定位槽和与所述限位凸起相配合的凹槽,另一端安装所述气接头。
进一步地,所述控制座本体内还开设有内管槽,所述通水内管安装在所述内管槽内;所述通水内管的一端安装在所述水路连接座上,另一端连接所述水接头;所述内管槽的两侧分别设置有均纵向开口的第一导槽和第二导槽,所述锁水销轴的一端安装在所述第一导槽内,另一端安装在所述第二导槽内。
进一步地,所述冲洗吸引引流管还包括照明装置,所述照明装置包括发光二极管、电池和光导纤维,所述发光二极管、电池和光导纤维电路连接,所述发光二极管和所述电池安装在所述管体座内,所述管体座的前端设置有透光孔,所述光导纤维的一端穿过所述透光孔与所述发光二极管连接,另一端向背离所述管体座方向延伸;
所述发光二极管的正负引脚,与所述电池的正负极对应连接;所述发光二极管的其中一个引脚上安装有弹性引脚,所述弹性引脚与所述电池间被绝缘片隔绝,当使用时,抽出所述绝缘片,使所述弹性引脚接触到电池的正负极上,从而电池电力驱动发光二极管发光;
所述管体座与所述电池相应的位置安装有挡块。
进一步地,所述控制座还包括固定壳,所述固定壳可拆卸地安装所述控制座本体上,所述固定壳与所述控制座本体之间形成有安装槽,所述水控制开关安装在所述安装槽内。
进一步地,所述水控制开关包括操作板、安装滑块和销轴控制块,所述操作板、所述安装滑块和所述销轴控制块从上之下依次连接;所述销轴控制块为倒置的直角梯形块,其包括斜腰面和下底面,所述销轴控制块下方开设有豁口。
进一步地,所述冲洗管的前端为斜口式,其距离所述吸引管前端距离为5-35mm;所述冲洗管外还连接有套管,所述套管套设在所述吸引管外。
根据本申请实施例的第二方面,上述的冲洗吸引引流管的使用方法,所述使用方法包括如下步骤:
将气接头连接负压源,水接头连接水源;
需要冲洗时,将所述水控制开关向开端滑动,所述水控制开关从其下底面抵触所述锁水销轴滑动至其斜腰面抵触所述锁水销轴,所述锁水销轴在所述通水内管的弹力作用下向上移动,通水内管从闭路转成通路,水经水接头、通水内管到达所述冲洗管,即可进行冲洗工作;调整所述水控制开关的位置,调整所述水控制开关的斜腰面抵触所述锁水销轴的位置,控制所述锁水销轴向上移动距离,进而控制所述通水内管被压扁的程度,达到调节水流速的目的;需要关闭冲洗时,将所述水控制开关向关端滑动,所述水控制开关从其斜腰面抵触所述锁水销轴滑动至其下底面抵触所述锁水销轴,所述锁水销轴向下移动,将所述通水内管压扁,通水内管从通路转成闭路,阻断水流;
需要吸引时,通过手指封堵所述负压调节口吸走废液及冲洗液,通过封堵负压调节口的大小调节所述吸引管吸力大小。
本申请具有如下优点:
本申请的一次性冲洗吸引引流管为一次性医疗用品,其包括冲洗管、吸引管和安装座,通过安装座上的负压调节口能够实现对吸引管吸引的控制,通过安装座上水控制开关能够控制冲洗管的开、关和水流量,且负压调节口的位置靠近水控制开关的位置,方便一只手的操作,能够同时控制冲洗与引流的转换以及引流的大小进行控制,操作简单。
本申请的一次性冲洗吸引引流管上还设置有照明装置,用于为手术部位照明,使手术更加清晰。

实施例1
如图1-5所示的一种一次性冲洗吸引引流管包括冲洗管1、吸引管2和安装座3,所述安装座3的一端分别安装有所述冲洗管1和所述吸引管2,另一端安装有气接头4和水接头5;吸引管2由软质不锈钢管制作而成,医生可根据手术需要,用手任意弯曲成所需角度及状态,同时其前端部做圆钝化处理,以免给患者造成伤害,冲洗管1由硅胶、PVC或不锈钢材质做成,与吸引管2并排放置,冲洗管1的前端为斜口式,其距离所述吸引管2前端距离为5-35mm;所述冲洗管1外还连接有套管18,所述套管18套设在所述吸引管2外。
所述安装座3包括管体座31和控制座32,所述管体座31的一端安装有所述冲洗管1和所述吸引管2,另一端与所述控制座32可拆卸地连接;管体座31有若干种规格,配不同尺寸规格的吸引管2以备手术使用,控制座32为操作者手持部位,也是功能性部件。
所述控制座32包括控制座本体321、通水内管322、锁水销轴323、水控制开关324和固定壳325,所述固定壳325可拆卸地安装所述控制座本体321上,所述固定壳325上设置有多个安装插件20,控制座本体321上设置有多个与所述安装插件20相配合的安装定位孔19,所述固定壳325与所述控制座本体321之间形成有安装槽,所述水控制开关324安装在所述安装槽内,其可沿安装槽前后滑动,所述锁水销轴323可活动地安装所述控制座本体321内,所述通水内管322安装在所述控制座本体321内,所述锁水销轴323与所述水控制开关324配合使用以控制所述通水内管322的通水量,通过锁水销轴323的上下移动,对通水内管322进行挤压或者松开,实现通水内管322的通与堵以及通水量大小的调控。
所以控制座本体321上开设有负压调节口6。通过负压调节口6可以对吸引管2的吸力进行控制,实现吸引的效果,进一步地,负压调节口6设计成与人的拇指形状相匹配的弧形,方便人的操作。负压调节口6的位置靠近水控制开关324,方便一只手的操作。
所述管体座31的内部分别设置有通水内腔311和第一通气内腔312,所述管体座31背离所述冲洗管1的一端分别连接有水路连接座7和气路连接座8。通过水路连接座7和气路连接座8能够实现管体座31与控制座32的插接,同时保证水路和气路的各自畅通。
所述气路连接座8内开设有与所述第一通气内腔312连通的第二通气内腔80;所述气路连接座8外设置有两个对称设置的连接导轨9和一个环状的限位凸起10;所述气路连接座8上开设有与所述负压调节口6位置相对应的缺口81。所述控制座本体321内设置有与所述第二通气内腔80连通的负压通道11,所述负压通道11的一端内部开设有与所述连接导轨9相配合的定位槽110和与所述限位凸起10相配合的凹槽,另一端安装所述气接头4。通过连接导轨9与定位槽110、限位凸起10与凹槽的配合,完美实现管体座31与控制座32的插接,同时也能防止管体座31与控制座32之间发生旋转。
所述控制座本体321内还开设有内管槽12,所述通水内管322安装在所述内管槽12内;所述通水内管322的一端安装在所述水路连接座7上,另一端连接所述水接头5。如图6所示,所述通水内管322包括管体3221和安装头3222,其中安装头3222卡接在所述内管槽12的定位孔内,安装头3222远离管体一端的内腔孔径与所述水路连接座7外径相匹配,以防止水的渗出。
所述内管槽12的两侧分别设置有均纵向开口的第一导槽13和第二导槽14,所述锁水销轴323的一端安装在所述第一导槽13内,另一端安装在所述第二导槽14内。本实施例的第一导槽13和第二导槽14均为内径大小一致的结构,能控制锁水销轴323的上下移动,本申请的第一导槽13和第二导槽14的形状不仅限于本实施例的结构,也可以设计成内径大小从下至上逐渐变大的斜槽。
所述水控制开关324包括操作板3241、安装滑块3242和销轴控制块3243,所述操作板3241、所述安装滑块3242和所述销轴控制块3243从上之下依次连接,安装滑块3242安装在所述固定壳325与所述控制座本 体321之间形成的安装槽内,且能沿安装槽两端来回滑动;所述销轴控制块3243为倒置的直角梯形块,其包括斜腰面15和下底面16,所述销轴控制块3243下方开设有豁口17。操作板3241设计成波浪形,能增加手与操作板3241之间的摩擦力,防止操作过程中打滑,减少失误。豁口17能通过通水内管322,为通水内管322让位,斜腰面15为功能性导向坡,用于控制锁水销轴323的上下移动距离,进而达到控制水流量的目的。水控制开关324与锁水销轴323配合使用调节水流的大小的原理为:水控制开关324推至两端分别为开端和关端,如图7和8所示,冲洗时,销轴控制块3243的斜腰面15抵住锁水销轴323使其上下移动实现通水内管322内水通量的大小,关闭冲洗时销轴控制块3243的下底面16抵住锁水销轴323,将锁水销轴323移动至最底部,将通水内管322压扁关闭,阻断通水,当将水控制开关324在开端和关端两个极限内移动时,可将水流调节到所需水流大小。
实施例2
本实施例一种一次性冲洗吸引引流管除了包括实施例1的技术特征之外,还包括如下技术特征:
如图9-11所示,所述冲洗吸引引流管还包括照明装置21,用于为手术部位照明,使手术更加清晰。所述照明装置21包括发光二极管211、电池212和光导纤维213,所述发光二极管211、电池212和光导纤维213电路连接,所述发光二极管211和所述电池212安装在所述管体座31内,所述管体座31的前端设置有透光孔22,所述光导纤维213的一端穿过所述透光孔22与所述发光二极管211连接,另一端向背离所述管体座31方向延伸;当接通电池212电源后,发光二极管211发光,光源会顺着光导纤维213,将光传递到冲洗吸引引流管的头端,从而为手术部位照明。
所述发光二极管211的正负引脚,与所述电池212的正负极对应连接;所述发光二极管211的其中一个引脚上安装有弹性引脚23,所述弹性引脚23与所述电池212间被绝缘片24隔绝,当使用时,抽出所述绝缘片24,使所述弹性引脚23接触到电池212的正负极上,从而电池212 电力驱动发光二极管211发光。
所述管体座31与所述电池212相应的位置安装有挡块25。通过挡块25可以将电池212稳定地固定在管体座31内。
实施例3
实施例1所述的冲洗吸引引流管的使用方法包括如下步骤:
将气接头4连接负压源,水接头5连接水源;
不进行冲洗时,所述水控制开关324处于关端,销轴控制块3243的下底面16抵住锁水销轴323,使锁水销轴323处于第一导槽13和第二导槽14的最底部;需要冲洗时,推动操作板3241将所述水控制开关324向开端滑动,所述水控制开关324的销轴控制块3243从其下底面16抵触所述锁水销轴323滑动至其斜腰面15抵触所述锁水销轴323,所述锁水销轴323在所述通水内管322的弹力作用下向上移动,通水内管322从闭路转成通路,水经水接头5、通水内管322到达所述冲洗管1,即可进行冲洗工作;调整所述水控制开关324的位置,调整销轴控制块3243的斜腰面15抵触所述锁水销轴323的位置,控制所述锁水销轴323向上移动距离,进而控制所述通水内管322被压扁的程度,达到调节水流速的目的;需要关闭冲洗时,推动操作板3241将所述水控制开关324向关端滑动,所述水控制开关324的销轴控制块3243从其斜腰面15抵触所述锁水销轴323滑动至其下底面16抵触所述锁水销轴323,所述锁水销轴323向下移动至最底端,将所述通水内管322完全压扁,通水内管322从通路转成闭路,阻断水流;
需要吸引时,通过手指封堵所述负压调节口6吸走废液及冲洗液,通过封堵负压调节口6的大小调节所述吸引管2吸力大小。
实施例4
实施例2所述的冲洗吸引引流管的使用方法除了包括实施例3所述的使用方法,还包括如下步骤:
使用所述的冲洗吸引引流管时,抽出绝缘片24,使连接在引脚上的弹性引脚23接触到电池212的正负极上,电池212电力驱动发光二极管 发光,光源会顺着光导纤维213,将光传递到冲洗吸引引流管的头端,从而为手术部位照明。

  1. 一种一次性冲洗吸引引流管,其特征在于,所述冲洗吸引引流管包括冲洗管(1)、吸引管(2)和安装座(3),所述安装座(3)的一端分别安装有所述冲洗管(1)和所述吸引管(2),另一端安装有气接头(4)和水接头(5);所述安装座(3)包括管体座(31)和控制座(32),所述管体座(31)的一端安装有所述冲洗管(1)和所述吸引管(2),另一端与所述控制座(32)可拆卸地连接;
    所述控制座(32)包括控制座本体(321)、通水内管(322)、锁水销轴(323)和水控制开关(324),所述水控制开关(324)可滑动地安装在所述控制座本体(321)上,所述锁水销轴(323)可活动地安装所述控制座本体(321)内,所述通水内管(322)安装在所述控制座本体(321)内,所述锁水销轴(323)与所述水控制开关(324)配合使用以控制所述通水内管(322)的通水量;所以控制座本体(321)上开设有负压调节口(6)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种一次性冲洗吸引引流管,其特征在于,所述管体座(31)的内部分别设置有通水内腔(311)和第一通气内腔(312),所述管体座(31)背离所述冲洗管(1)的一端分别连接有水路连接座(7)和气路连接座(8)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种一次性冲洗吸引引流管,其特征在于,所述气路连接座(8)内开设有与所述第一通气内腔(312)连通的第二通气内腔(80);所述气路连接座(8)外设置有连接导轨(9)和环状的限位凸起(10);所述气路连接座(8)上开设有与所述负压调节口(6)位置相对应的缺口(81)。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种一次性冲洗吸引引流管,其特征在于,所述控制座本体(321)内设置有与所述第二通气内腔(80)连通的负压通道(11),所述负压通道(11)的一端内部开设有与所述连接导轨(9)相配合的定位槽(110)和与所述限位凸起(10)相配合的凹槽,另一端 安装所述气接头(4)。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的一种一次性冲洗吸引引流管,其特征在于,所述控制座本体(321)内还开设有内管槽(12),所述通水内管(322)安装在所述内管槽(12)内;所述通水内管(322)的一端安装在所述水路连接座(7)上,另一端连接所述水接头(5);所述内管槽(12)的两侧分别设置有均纵向开口的第一导槽(13)和第二导槽(14),所述锁水销轴(323)的一端安装在所述第一导槽(13)内,另一端安装在所述第二导槽(14)内。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种一次性冲洗吸引引流管,其特征在于,所述冲洗吸引引流管还包括照明装置(21),所述照明装置(21)包括发光二极管(211)、电池(212)和光导纤维(213),所述发光二极管(211)、电池(212)和光导纤维(213)电路连接,所述发光二极管(211)和所述电池(212)安装在所述管体座(31)内,所述管体座(31)的前端设置有透光孔(22),所述光导纤维(213)的一端穿过所述透光孔(22)与所述发光二极管211连接,另一端向背离所述管体座(31)方向延伸;
    所述发光二极管(211)的正负引脚,与所述电池(212)的正负极对应连接;所述发光二极管(211)的其中一个引脚上安装有弹性引脚(23),所述弹性引脚(23)与所述电池(212)间被绝缘片(24)隔绝,当使用时,抽出所述绝缘片(24),使所述弹性引脚(23)接触到电池(212)的正负极上,从而电池(212)电力驱动发光二极管(211)发光;
    所述管体座(31)与所述电池(212)相应的位置安装有挡块(25)。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种一次性冲洗吸引引流管,其特征在于,所述控制座(32)还包括固定壳(325),所述固定壳(325)可拆卸地安装所述控制座本体(321)上,所述固定壳(325)与所述控制座本体(321)之间形成有安装槽,所述水控制开关(324)安装在所述安装槽内。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种一次性冲洗吸引引流管,其特征在于,所述水控制开关(324)包括操作板(3241)、安装滑块(3242)和销轴 控制块(3243),所述操作板(3241)、所述安装滑块(3242)和所述销轴控制块(3243)从上之下依次连接;所述销轴控制块(3243)为倒置的直角梯形块,其包括斜腰面(15)和下底面(16),所述销轴控制块(3243)下方开设有豁口(17)。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种一次性冲洗吸引引流管,其特征在于,所述冲洗管(1)的前端为斜口式,其距离所述吸引管(2)前端距离为5-35mm;所述冲洗管(1)外还连接有套管(18),所述套管(18)套设在所述吸引管(2)外。
  10. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的冲洗吸引引流管的使用方法,其特征在于,所述使用方法包括如下步骤:
    将气接头(4)连接负压源,水接头(5)连接水源;
    需要冲洗时,将所述水控制开关(324)向开端滑动,所述水控制开关(324)从其下底面(16)抵触所述锁水销轴(323)滑动至其斜腰面(15)抵触所述锁水销轴(323),所述锁水销轴(323)在所述通水内管(322)的弹力作用下向上移动,通水内管(322)从闭路转成通路,水经水接头(5)、通水内管(322)到达所述冲洗管(1),即可进行冲洗工作;调整所述水控制开关(324)的位置,调整所述水控制开关(324)的斜腰面(15)抵触所述锁水销轴(323)的位置,控制所述锁水销轴(323)向上移动距离,进而控制所述通水内管(322)被压扁的程度,达到调节水流速的目的;需要关闭冲洗时,将所述水控制开关(324)向关端滑动,所述水控制开关(324)从其斜腰面(15)抵触所述锁水销轴(323)滑动至其下底面(16)抵触所述锁水销轴(323),所述锁水销轴(323)向下移动,将所述通水内管(322)压扁,通水内管(322)从通路转成闭路,阻断水流;
    需要吸引时,通过手指封堵所述负压调节口(6)吸走废液及冲洗液,通过封堵负压调节口(6)的大小调节所述吸引管(2)吸力大小。
