养殖业是一项综合性较强的事业,要想获得养殖业成功及理想的经济效益,不但要选择好优良的品种,还要具备完善的饲养管理技术和严格的防疫措施,畜牧业养殖棚需要进行定期清理,特别是在夏季,温度过高,细菌滋生严重影响家畜健康,且在温度过高时进行降温,可以为家畜提供舒适的环境。
现有的养殖棚内的清洗工具只有水管,不仅清洗不全面,而且降温效果低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有的养殖棚内的清洗工具只有水管,不仅清洗不全面,而且降温效果低的缺点,而提出的一种畜牧业养殖棚内清洗降温装置及其方法。

与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本方案通过软管、水管和喷头喷出对养殖棚进行冲洗,松开固定螺栓,可以调节水管的角度,进而调节喷头的冲洗角度,可以满足不同的角度冲洗;
(2)本方案水流通过水流叶带动垂直轴转动,垂直轴通过第二锥齿轮和第一锥齿轮带动中心轴转动,中心轴通过中心齿轮、两个外侧齿轮带动两个外侧轴和多个搅拌杆对清洁水和消毒分进行混合,使得消毒粉可以和清洁水均匀混合;
(3)本方案中心轴通过第一链轮、链条、两个链轮、两个联动轴带动三个吹气扇转动,两个半导体制冷器将冷却盒内部空气冷却,通过三个吹气扇吹向养殖棚内,可以有效的对养殖棚内进行冷却降温;
(4)本方案通过万向轮可以方便对装置本体进行移动,方便对不同位置进行清洗降温;
本发明结构简单,操作方便,可以全面对养殖棚内进行清洗,可以对清洁水和消毒粉进行混合,可以将冷气吹向养殖棚内,可以对养殖棚内有效降温。

参照图1-5,一种畜牧业养殖棚内清洗降温装置,包括底板1,底板1的顶部固定连接有清洗箱2,清洗箱2内转动连接有中心轴3,中心轴3的外侧连接有混合结构,底板1的顶部固定连接有圆柱筒8,圆柱筒8内垂直转动安装有垂 直轴9,垂直轴9的外侧固定安装有多个水流叶10,清洗箱2的一侧固定连接有高压水泵7,高压水泵7的进水口与清洗箱2连通,高压水泵7的出水口与圆柱筒8相连通,圆柱筒8的一侧转动连接有水管12,水管12与圆柱筒8之间连通有同一个软管11,水管12上螺纹连接有两个喷头13,圆柱筒8的顶部固定连接有冷却盒16,冷却盒16的顶部内嵌有两个半导体制冷器17,半导体制冷器17的制冷面位于冷却盒16内,半导体制冷器17的制热面位于冷却盒16的外侧,中心轴3的一端延伸至冷却盒16内并与垂直轴9相适配,冷却盒16内转动安装有两个联动轴24,两个联动轴24和中心轴3上均固定安装有吹气扇18,两个联动轴24均与中心轴3相适配。
本实施例中,混合结构包括中心齿轮4、两个外侧齿轮5、两个外侧轴6和多个搅拌杆,中心齿轮4固定套设在中心轴3的外侧,两个外侧轴6均与清洗箱2转动连接,两个外侧齿轮5分别套设在两个外侧轴6的外侧,两个外侧齿轮5均与中心齿轮4啮合,多个搅拌杆固定安装在对应的外侧轴6的外侧,中心轴3通过中心齿轮4带动两个外侧齿轮5转动,两个外侧齿轮5分别带动两个外侧轴6转动。
本实施例中,中心轴3的外侧固定安装有第一链轮21,两个联动轴24的外侧均固定安装有第二链轮23,两个第二链轮23和第一链轮21上均啮合有同一个链条22,中心轴3通过第一链轮21和链条22带动两个链轮23转动,两个第二链轮23分别带动两个联动轴24转动。
本实施例中,垂直轴9的顶端固定安装有第二锥齿轮20,中心轴3的外侧固定安装有第一锥齿轮19,第一锥齿轮19与第二锥齿轮20啮合,垂直轴9通过第二锥齿轮20和第一锥齿轮19带动中心轴3转动。
本实施例中,圆柱筒8的外侧对称固定安装有两个支撑板14,水管12的两 端均固定安装有端轴25,两个端轴25分别与两个支撑板14转动连接。
本实施例中,两个支撑板14上的一个支撑板14上螺纹连接有固定螺栓15,固定螺栓15与端轴25相适配,固定螺栓25用来对水管12固定或放松。
本实施例中,底板1的顶部固定连接有电池26,清洗箱2的一侧固定连接有控制器29,清洗箱2的顶部连通有加液口30,电池26可以充电。
本实施例中,底板1的底部连接有四个万向轮27,底板1的顶部设置有推把28,推把28为倾斜设置,万向轮27上设置有刹车片,可以进行自锁。
一种畜牧业养殖棚内清洗降温装置的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:使用时,将电器设备均接通电池26和控制器29,通过加液口30向清洗箱2内部加入清洁水和消毒粉,启动水泵7,水泵7将清洁水抽入圆柱筒8内,通过软管11、水管12和喷头13喷出对养殖棚进行冲洗,松开固定螺栓25,可以调节水管12的角度,进而调节喷头13的冲洗角度,可以满足不同的角度冲洗;
S2:水流进入圆柱筒8内冲击多个水流叶10,水流叶10带动垂直轴9转动,垂直轴9通过第二锥齿轮20和第一锥齿轮19带动中心轴3转动,中心轴3通过中心齿轮4带动两个外侧齿轮5转动,两个外侧齿轮5分别带动两个外侧轴6转动,两个外侧轴6分别带动多个搅拌杆对清洁水和消毒分进行混合,使得消毒粉可以和清洁水均匀混合;
S3:与此同时,中心轴3通过第一链轮21和链条22带动两个链轮23转动,两个第二链轮23分别带动两个联动轴24转动,两个联动轴24和中心轴3分别带动三个吹气扇18转动,两个半导体制冷器17将冷却盒16内部空气冷却,通过三个吹气扇18吹向养殖棚内,可以有效的对养殖棚内进行冷却降温;
S4:通过万向轮27可以方便对装置本体进行移动,方便对不同位置进行清 洗降温,完成清洗降温后,停止水泵7和两个半导体制冷器17即可。
实施例二
参照图1-5,一种畜牧业养殖棚内清洗降温装置,包括底板1,底板1的顶部通过螺丝固定连接有清洗箱2,清洗箱2内转动连接有中心轴3,中心轴3的外侧连接有混合结构,底板1的顶部通过螺丝固定连接有圆柱筒8,圆柱筒8内垂直转动安装有垂直轴9,垂直轴9的外侧通过焊接固定安装有多个水流叶10,清洗箱2的一侧通过螺丝固定连接有高压水泵7,高压水泵7的进水口与清洗箱2连通,高压水泵7的出水口与圆柱筒8相连通,圆柱筒8的一侧转动连接有水管12,水管12与圆柱筒8之间连通有同一个软管11,水管12上螺纹连接有两个喷头13,圆柱筒8的顶部通过螺丝固定连接有冷却盒16,冷却盒16的顶部内嵌有两个半导体制冷器17,半导体制冷器17的制冷面位于冷却盒16内,半导体制冷器17的制热面位于冷却盒16的外侧,中心轴3的一端延伸至冷却盒16内并与垂直轴9相适配,冷却盒16内转动安装有两个联动轴24,两个联动轴24和中心轴3上均通过焊接固定安装有吹气扇18,两个联动轴24均与中心轴3相适配。

本实施例中,垂直轴9的顶端通过焊接固定安装有第二锥齿轮20,中心轴3的外侧通过焊接固定安装有第一锥齿轮19,第一锥齿轮19与第二锥齿轮20啮合,垂直轴9通过第二锥齿轮20和第一锥齿轮19带动中心轴3转动。
本实施例中,圆柱筒8的外侧对称通过焊接固定安装有两个支撑板14,水管12的两端均通过焊接固定安装有端轴25,两个端轴25分别与两个支撑板14转动连接。
本实施例中,两个支撑板14上的一个支撑板14上螺纹连接有固定螺栓15,固定螺栓15与端轴25相适配,固定螺栓25用来对水管12固定或放松。

S4:通过万向轮27可以方便对装置本体进行移动,方便对不同位置进行清洗降温,完成清洗降温后,停止水泵7和两个半导体制冷器17即可。

- 一种畜牧业养殖棚内清洗降温装置,包括底板(1),底板(1)的顶部固定连接有清洗箱(2),其特征在于,所述清洗箱(2)内转动连接有中心轴(3),中心轴(3)的外侧连接有混合结构,底板(1)的顶部固定连接有圆柱筒(8),圆柱筒(8)内垂直转动安装有垂直轴(9),垂直轴(9)的外侧固定安装有多个水流叶(10),清洗箱(2)的一侧固定连接有高压水泵(7),高压水泵(7)的进水口与清洗箱(2)连通,高压水泵(7)的出水口与圆柱筒(8)相连通,圆柱筒(8)的一侧转动连接有水管(12),水管(12)与圆柱筒(8)之间连通有同一个软管(11),水管(12)上螺纹连接有两个喷头(13),圆柱筒(8)的顶部固定连接有冷却盒(16),冷却盒(16)的顶部内嵌有两个半导体制冷器(17),中心轴(3)的一端延伸至冷却盒(16)内并与垂直轴(9)相适配,冷却盒(16)内转动安装有两个联动轴(24),两个联动轴(24)和中心轴(3)上均固定安装有吹气扇(18),两个联动轴(24)均与中心轴(3)相适配。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种畜牧业养殖棚内清洗降温装置,其特征在于,所述混合结构包括中心齿轮(4)、两个外侧齿轮(5)、两个外侧轴(6)和多个搅拌杆,中心齿轮(4)固定套设在中心轴(3)的外侧,两个外侧轴(6)均与清洗箱(2)转动连接,两个外侧齿轮(5)分别套设在两个外侧轴(6)的外侧,两个外侧齿轮(5)均与中心齿轮(4)啮合,多个搅拌杆固定安装在对应的外侧轴(6)的外侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种畜牧业养殖棚内清洗降温装置,其特征在于,所述中心轴(3)的外侧固定安装有第一链轮(21),两个联动轴(24)的外侧均固定安装有第二链轮(23),两个第二链轮(23)和第一链轮(21)上均啮合有同一个链条(22)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种畜牧业养殖棚内清洗降温装置,其特征在于,所述垂直轴(9)的顶端固定安装有第二锥齿轮(20),中心轴(3)的外侧固定安装有第一锥齿轮(19),第一锥齿轮(19)与第二锥齿轮(20)啮合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种畜牧业养殖棚内清洗降温装置,其特征在于,所述圆柱筒(8)的外侧对称固定安装有两个支撑板(14),水管(12)的两端均固定安装有端轴(25),两个端轴(25)分别与两个支撑板(14)转动连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种畜牧业养殖棚内清洗降温装置,其特征在于,两个支撑板(14)上的一个支撑板(14)上螺纹连接有固定螺栓(15),固定螺栓(15)与端轴(25)相适配。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种畜牧业养殖棚内清洗降温装置,其特征在于,所述底板(1)的顶部固定连接有电池(26),清洗箱(2)的一侧固定连接有控制器(29),清洗箱(2)的顶部连通有加液口(30)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种畜牧业养殖棚内清洗降温装置,其特征在于,所述底板(1)的底部连接有四个万向轮(27),底板(1)的顶部设置有推把(28),推把(28)为倾斜设置。
- 一种畜牧业养殖棚内清洗降温装置的使用方法,根据权利要求1-8,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:S1:使用时,将电器设备均接通电池(26)和控制器(29),通过加液口(30)向清洗箱(2)内部加入清洁水和消毒粉,启动水泵(7),水泵(7)将清洁水抽入圆柱筒(8)内,通过软管(11)、水管(12)和喷头(13)喷出对养殖棚进行冲洗,松开固定螺栓(25),可以调节水管(12)的角度,进而调节喷头(13)的冲洗角度,可以满足不同的角度冲洗;S2:水流进入圆柱筒(8)内冲击多个水流叶(10),水流叶(10)带动垂 直轴(9)转动,垂直轴(9)通过第二锥齿轮(20)和第一锥齿轮(19)带动中心轴(3)转动,中心轴(3)通过中心齿轮(4)带动两个外侧齿轮(5)转动,两个外侧齿轮(5)分别带动两个外侧轴(6)转动,两个外侧轴(6)分别带动多个搅拌杆对清洁水和消毒分进行混合,使得消毒粉可以和清洁水均匀混合;S3:与此同时,中心轴(3)通过第一链轮(21)和链条(22)带动两个链轮(23)转动,两个第二链轮(23)分别带动两个联动轴(24)转动,两个联动轴(24)和中心轴(3)分别带动三个吹气扇(18)转动,两个半导体制冷器(17)将冷却盒(16)内部空气冷却,通过三个吹气扇(18)吹向养殖棚内,可以有效的对养殖棚内进行冷却降温;S4:通过万向轮(27)可以方便对装置本体进行移动,方便对不同位置进行清洗降温,完成清洗降温后,停止水泵(7)和两个半导体制冷器(17)即可。
