背景技术
常见鱼刀刀片为不可拆卸,且不同鱼刀适用于不同鱼的尺寸,大尺寸鱼刀对应小的鱼在使用过程中存在不安全的因素,小尺寸鱼刀对应大尺寸鱼,尺寸不够,剖鱼费劲。如果要应对多种尺寸不同的鱼,就需要准备较多的鱼刀,较为不便。
发明内容
本申请针对现有技术存在的问题提出一种刀具,目的在于克服现有鱼刀不能适用尺寸不同的鱼的缺陷。
本申请是这样实现的:
一种刀具,包括握持部和切割部,切割部可移动地设置在握持部上,握持部上设置有限位结构,限位结构包括锁止位和解锁位,当限位结构处于锁止位时,切割部固定在握持部上;当限位结构处于解锁位时,切割部能够相对握持部可活动设置。
进一步地,握持部具有内部空腔,切割部的一端可活动地设置在内部空腔内。

具体来说,限位结构包括固定在手柄100内的限位片310以及可活动设置在手柄100上的锁扣320,限位片310上具有能够嵌入限位口210的卡扣311,锁扣320可相对手柄100转动,也可相对手柄100移动设置,只要能够对卡扣311进行固定和避让即可,在本实施例中,锁扣320可转动地设置在手柄100上;当限位结构处于锁止位时,锁扣320紧抵限位片310使卡扣311嵌入限位口210;当限位结构处于解锁位时,锁扣320到刀片200的距离大于或等于限位片310加卡扣311的厚度。转动锁扣320便可实现限位结构在锁止位和解锁位的切换。当锁扣320转至图3位置时,锁扣320的锁止面321紧抵限位片310,使得限位片310上的卡扣311嵌入到限位口210内,刀片200在卡扣311的限位下不能前后移动实现锁止,即限位结构处于锁止位;当锁扣320转至图4位置时,锁扣320的解锁面322朝向限位片310,由于解锁面322到刀片200的距离大于或等于限位片310加卡扣311的厚度,卡扣311可以向锁扣320方向移动并脱离限位口210,解锁面322和限位片310之间可以存在间隙,也可以相互贴合,此时限位结构即处于解锁位,刀片200能够相对手柄100前后移动以调节伸出长度。当调节到位后,通过操作锁扣320使得限位结构回到如图3的锁止状态。
限位片310为弹性片,当限位结构处于解锁位时,卡扣311在限位片310的弹力作用下脱离限位口210,这样能够提高刀片200前后移动过程中的顺畅性,减少卡涩现象。在其他可选的实施例中,将卡扣311设置成弧面状,当限位结构处于解锁位时,即使限位片310不具有弹性,通过推拉刀片200也可以使得卡扣311脱离限位口210。
其中,手柄100内可设置滑槽330,将刀片200伸入滑槽330内,刀片200可以在限位结构处于解锁位时在滑槽330中滑动。通过设置滑槽330可以对刀片200进行导向。具体的,滑槽330可以设置在第一壳体110上,也可设置在第二壳体120,也可在第一壳体110和第二壳体120上均设置滑槽330。
如图2-5所示,手柄100内设置刀架300,刀架300具有滑槽330,刀片200伸入滑槽330并在限位结构处于解锁位时在滑槽330中滑动,限位片310位于刀架300上。刀架300可以是一体结构,也可以是由两片架体构成的分体结构。当刀架300为分体结构时,两片架体之间的间隙形成所述滑槽330,限位片310位于其中一片架体上。
其中,刀具还包括阻挡结构,通过阻挡结构限制刀片200相对手柄100的最大行程,防止刀片200从手柄100上脱出。具体的,阻挡结构可以包括第一凸起部和第二凸起部,第一凸起部设置在刀片200的末端,第二凸起部对应设置在手柄100内,且靠近手柄100的端口设置,当刀片200伸出至最大位移处时,第一凸起部与第二凸起部配合限位,以限制刀片200继续伸出。
如图7-8所示,刀片200的尾部具有限位钩220,手柄100上具有阻挡部130,当刀片200伸出手柄100最长时,限位钩220抵在阻挡部130上,这样能够防止刀片200脱离手柄100。在其他可选的实施例中,阻挡部130也可以位于刀架300上。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一的不同之处主要在于限位结构。
该限位结构包括锁止件,锁止件穿设在手柄100内,锁止件可相对手柄100活动,锁止件具有操作端,操作端位于手柄100的外侧,锁止件具有锁定部,锁定部对应限位口设置,当限位结构处于锁止位时,锁定部与限位口210错开;当限位结构处于解锁位时,锁定部嵌入限位口210。
在本实施例中,如图9-10所示,限位结构包括凸出于手柄100的按钮410,按钮410上设置穿入手柄100的锁杆420,锁杆420上具有锁块430;当限位结构处于锁止位时,锁块430与限位口210错开;当限位结构处于解锁位时,锁块430嵌入限位口210。锁杆420和手柄100之间设置弹性件140,弹性件140为锁杆420提供的弹力使得锁块430嵌入限位口210。其中弹性件140为弹簧。
按压按钮410,锁杆420克服弹性件140的弹力移动,从而带动锁块430移动脱离限位口210,此时限位结构处于解锁位,刀片200能够相对手柄100前后移动。释放按钮410,锁杆420在弹性件140的弹力作用下移动,带动锁块430嵌入到限位口210内,此时限位结构处于锁止位,锁块430在限位口210中对刀片200形成约束,刀片200不能前后移动。
本实施例的其他结构和效果与实施例一一致,此处不再赘述。
实施例三
本实施例与实施例一的不同之处主要在于限位结构。
具体来说,如图11所示,限位口210为具有开口的限位槽211,在本实施例中,限位槽211的开口朝上设置,限位槽211设置有四个,限位结构包括铰接在手柄100上的锁件510,锁件510的一端具有锁钩511,当限位结构处于锁止位时,锁钩511与限位槽211脱离;当限位结构处于解锁位时,锁钩511嵌入限位槽211。
其中,为了提高锁紧效果,在锁件510和手柄100之间设置有弹性件140,弹性件140为锁件510提供的弹力使锁钩511嵌入限位槽211,按压或提拉锁件510能够使得锁钩511脱离限位槽211。其中弹性件140为弹片。
锁件510可以部分外露于手柄100用于操作,例如锁件510与手柄100的铰接处的后段外露于手柄100,按压该后段,锁件510克服弹性件140摆动使得具有锁钩511的一端上翘,锁钩511脱离限位槽211,此时限位结构处于解锁位,刀片200能够前后移动;释放后,在弹性件140的弹力作用下,锁钩511嵌入限位槽211,此时限位结构处于锁止位。
在其他可选的实施例中,锁件510也可以设置在手柄100的侧部,限位口210依然可以是孔状结构。
本实施例其他结构和效果和实施例一一致,此处不再赘述。
实施例四
本实施例和实施例三的不同之处在于限位口210和锁钩511的结构。
具体来说,如图12所示,限位口为限位槽,限位槽呈齿状形成齿槽212,多个齿槽212连续分布,相邻的齿槽212间隔一个齿槽212大小。这样刀片200的伸缩可以实现微调,可以更好的适应大小不同的鱼。锁钩511为和齿槽212匹配的锁齿512,锁件510上具有两个锁齿512对应相邻的两个齿槽212,这样锁止更加稳定。
本实施例的其他结构和效果和实施例三一致,此处不再赘述。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种刀具,包括握持部和切割部,其特征在于,所述切割部可移动地设置在握持部上,所述握持部上设置有限位结构,所述限位结构包括锁止位和解锁位,当所述限位结构处于锁止位时,所述切割部固定在所述握持部上;当限位结构处于解锁位时,所述切割部能够相对所述握持部可活动设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种刀具,其特征在于,所述握持部具有内部空腔,所述切割部的一端可活动地设置在所述内部空腔内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种刀具,其特征在于,所述切割部上具有横向排列的多个限位口(210),所述限位结构与所述限位口(210)配合进行锁止或解锁操作。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种刀具,其特征在于,所述限位结构包括固定在握持部内的限位片(310),所述限位片(310)上具有能够嵌入所述限位口(210)的卡扣(311);当所述限位结构处于锁止位时,所述卡扣(311)嵌入所述限位口(210)内;当所述限位结构处于解锁位时,所述卡扣(311)与所述限位口分离。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种刀具,其特征在于,所述限位结构还包括可活动地设置在所述握持部上的锁扣(320),所述锁扣(320)具有固定位和避让位,当所述锁扣(320)处于所述固定位时,所述锁扣(320)能够将所述卡扣(311)固定在所述限位口(210)内,当所述锁扣(320)处于所述避让位时,所述卡扣(311)能够从所述限位口(210)内脱出。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种刀具,其特征在于,所述限位片(310)为弹性片,当所述限位结构处于解锁位时,所述卡扣(311)在限位片(310)的弹力作用下脱离所述限位口(210)。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种刀具,其特征在于,所述握持部内设置有滑槽(330),所述切割部伸入所述滑槽(330)并在所述限位结构处于解锁位时在滑槽(330)中滑动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种刀具,其特征在于,所述握持部内设置刀架(300),所述滑槽(330)设置在所述刀架(300)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种刀具,其特征在于,所述限位片(310)设置在所述刀架(300)上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种刀具,其特征在于,所述刀具还包括阻挡结构,所述阻挡结构能够限制所述切割部相对所述握持部的最大行程。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的一种刀具,其特征在于,所述切割部的尾部具有限位钩(220),所述握持部或所述刀架(300)上具有阻挡部(130),当所述切割部伸出握持部最长时,所述限位钩(220)抵在所述阻挡部(130)上。
  12. 根据权利要求3所述的一种刀具,其特征在于,所述限位结构包括锁止件,所述锁止件穿设在所述握持部内,所述锁止件可相对所述握持部活动,所述锁止件具有操作端,所述操作端位于所述握持部的外侧,所述锁止件具有锁定部,所述锁定部对应所述限位口 设置,当所述限位结构处于锁止位时,所述锁定部与所述限位口(210)错开;当所述限位结构处于解锁位时,所述锁定部嵌入所述限位口(210)。
  13. 根据权利要求3所述的一种刀具,其特征在于,所述限位结构包括凸出于所述握持部的按钮(410),所述按钮(410)上设置穿入所述握持部的锁杆(420),所述锁杆(420)上具有锁块(430);当所述限位结构处于锁止位时,所述锁块(430)与所述限位口(210)错开;当所述限位结构处于解锁位时,所述锁块(430)嵌入所述限位口(210)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种刀具,其特征在于,所述锁杆(420)和所述握持部之间设置弹性件(140),所述弹性件(140)为所述锁杆(420)提供的弹力使得所述锁块(430)嵌入所述限位口(210)。
  15. 根据权利要求3所述的一种刀具,其特征在于,所述限位口(210)为具有开口的限位槽(211)。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的一种刀具,其特征在于,所述限位结构包括铰接在所述握持部上的锁件(510),所述锁件(510)的一端具有锁钩(511),当所述限位结构处于锁止位时,所述锁钩(511)与所述限位槽(211)脱离;当所述限位结构处于解锁位时,所述锁钩(511)嵌入所述限位槽(211)。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的一种刀具,其特征在于,所述锁件(510)和所述握持部之间设置弹性件(140),所述弹性件(140)为所述锁件(510)提供的弹力以使锁钩(511)嵌入限位槽(211)。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的一种刀具,其特征在于,所述弹性件(140)位于所述锁件(510)的远离所述锁钩(511)的一端。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的一种刀具,其特征在于,所述限位槽(211)呈齿状形成的多个齿槽(212)。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的一种刀具,其特征在于,所述锁钩(511)为和所述齿槽(212)匹配的锁齿(512)。
  21. 根据权利要求1所述的一种刀具,其特征在于,所述握持部包括手柄(100),所述切割部包括刀片(200),所述手柄(100)包括可拆卸连接的第一壳体(110)和第二壳体(120),所述刀片(200)夹持在所述第一壳体(110)和第二壳体(120)之间。
