发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的是为了解决上述存在的问题,旨在提供一种充分利用柄体内部空间,锁定机构结构简单,操作方便,锁定可靠安全的柄体收纳有工具件并具有锁定机构的小刀。

  1. 一种柄体收纳有工具件并具有锁定机构的小刀,包括刀体和柄体,刀体的连接端和柄体连接,所述柄体内设置有收纳槽,所述收纳槽在柄体前端或后端开有容工具件插入的开口,其特征在于,所述工具件包括工具件本体及与工具件本体连接固定的操作把手,所述操作把手上设置有卡口,所述柄体内设置有能卡住卡口将工具件锁紧于收纳槽内的锁定机构,所述锁定机构包括锁块、弹性件和驱动开关,所述锁块设置在与卡口对应的位置并能卡进卡口,所述弹性件设置成为锁块卡紧卡口提供弹力,所述驱动开关设置成能驱动锁块脱离卡口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的柄体收纳有工具件并具有锁定机构的小刀,其特征在于,所述驱动开关包括操作板和连接部,所述操作板设置于柄体外侧面,所述柄体上对应操作板的位置设置有通孔,所述连接部置于通孔中能在通孔中做往返移动、并所述连接部的一端与操作板连接,另一端与锁块连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的柄体收纳有工具件并具有锁定机构的小刀,其特征在于,所述连接部包括滑块和连接钉,所述滑块置于通孔中并与操作板连接固定,所述连接钉与滑块及锁块连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的柄体收纳有工具件并具有锁定机构的小刀,其特征在于,所述驱动开关连接有推杆,所述推杆置于柄体内设有的推杆槽中,所述推杆设置有连接端和推动端,所述连接端与驱动开关连接,所述推动端设置有第一导向斜面,所述锁块上设置有与第一导向斜面配合的第二导向斜面,所述第一导向斜面和第二导向斜面设置成在推杆推动锁块时能使锁块脱离卡口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的柄体收纳有工具件并具有锁定机构的小刀,其特征在于,所述驱动开关包括操作板和连接部,所述操作板设置于柄体外侧面,所述柄体上对应操作板的位置设置有通孔,所述连接部置于通孔中能在通孔中做往返移动、并所述连接部的一端与操作板连接,另一端与推杆的连接端连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的柄体收纳有工具件并具有锁定机构的小刀,其特征在于,所述连接部包括滑块和连接钉,所述滑块置于通孔中并与操作板连接固定,所述连接钉与滑块及推杆的连接端连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的柄体收纳有工具件并具有锁定机构的小刀,其特征在于,所述弹性件为压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧的一端与柄体内壁相顶,另一端套装在锁块上设有的凸柱与锁块相顶。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的柄体收纳有工具件并具有锁定机构的小刀,其特征在于,所述收纳槽内设置有推出弹簧,所述推出弹簧的一端与收纳槽的开口相对的槽底连接,所述推出弹 簧的另一端能与工具件插入收纳槽的插入端相顶。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的柄体收纳有工具件并具有锁定机构的小刀,其特征在于,所述工具件本体为镁棒。
