发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的是为了解决上述存在的问题,旨在提供一种锁定机构结构简单,操作方便,锁定可靠安全的柄体收纳有工具件并设有杠杆锁定机构的小刀。

  1. 一种柄体收纳有工具件并设有杠杆锁定机构的小刀,包括刀体和柄体,刀体的连接端和柄体连接,其特征在于,所述柄体内设置有收纳槽,所述收纳槽在柄体前端或后端开有容工具件插入的开口,所述工具件包括工具件本体及与工具件本体连接固定的操作把手,所述操作把手上设置有卡口,所述柄体内设置有能卡住卡口将工具件锁紧于收纳槽内的杠杆锁定机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的柄体收纳有工具件并设有杠杆锁定机构的小刀,其特征在于,所述柄体包括尺寸规格相同的第一柄体和第二柄体,所述第一柄体和第二柄体对称设置于刀体连接端的两侧并与连接端连接固定。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的柄体收纳有工具件并设有锁定杠杆的小刀,其特征在于,所述收纳槽内与开口相对的槽底设置有为工具件脱离收纳槽提供弹力的推出弹簧,所述推出弹簧的一端与槽底连接固定,另一端能与工具件本体的插入端相顶。
  4. 根据权利要求1到3所述的柄体收纳有工具件并设有杠杆锁定机构的小刀,其特征在于,所述锁定机构包括锁定杠杆、弹簧和驱动开关,所述锁定杠杆设置有锁定端和驱动端,所述锁定端设置有与卡口配合卡扣的卡勾,所述弹簧设置在锁定端为卡勾压紧卡口提供弹力,所述驱动开关设置在驱动端以能驱动锁定杠杆转动使卡勾脱离卡口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的柄体收纳有工具件并设有锁定杠杆的小刀,其特征在于,所述驱动开关包括操作部、连接部和驱动部,所述操作部设于柄体背部并能相对柄体在前后方向上做往返水平移动,所述连接部设置在柄体背部设有的推槽中与操作部及驱动部连接,所述锁定杠杆的驱动端设置有导向斜面,所述驱动部设置成在操作部水平移动时能与导向斜面接触压迫锁定杠杆转动使卡勾脱离卡槽。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的柄体收纳有工具件并设有锁定杠杆的小刀,其特征在于,所述驱动开关包括推块和连接钉,所述推块设于柄体外侧面并能相对柄体在上下方向上做往返移动,所述连接钉设置于柄体侧面设有的通槽中与推块及锁定杠杆的驱动端连接。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的柄体收纳有工具件并设有锁定杠杆的小刀,其特征在于,所述驱动开关包括按压块和连接销,所述按压块设置于柄体背部设有的按压槽中并能相对柄体在上下方向上做往返移运动,所述按压块上设置有连接凹口,所述锁定杠杆的驱动端设置有与连接凹口配合的连接凸起,所述连接凸起伸入连接凹口中通过连接销与按压块转动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求5到7任一项所述的柄体收纳有工具件并设有锁定杠杆的小刀,其特征在于,所述锁定杠杆的锁定端设置有槽位,所述弹簧的一端置于槽位中,另一端与柄体的内壁相顶。
  9. 根据权利要求5到7任一项所述的柄体收纳有工具件并设有锁定杠杆的小刀,其特征在于,所述工具件本体为镁棒。
