目前,刀体相对柄体不可折叠的小刀,柄体上收纳有其他工具的比较少见,其原因之一是因为该类小刀的柄体多由塑料或木质材料制成,其结构一般都是由左、右柄片夹住刀体固定的连接结构,柄体空间比较有限,设计收纳槽和锁定机构比较困难,针对该类小刀,如何去设计收纳槽及锁定机构,是所属领域人员需要考虑的问题,此外,鲜少有刀具业者能够针对结合性用途进行研发及设计,并思考如何针对与其它物品进行相互结合,以达到人们在生活上所要求的便利性,因此使得这方面的设计概念因而更加珍贵,由上述可见,如何设计出一种对生活上可更加便利且充满创意的效刀,亦成为目前各刀具制造厂商的另一设计方向,甚是为另一商机。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的是为了解决上述存在的问题,旨在提供一种锁定结构简单,操作方便,锁定可靠安全的一种柄体收纳有工具件的小刀。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现。
本实用新型是一种柄体收纳有工具件的小刀,包括柄体和刀体,刀体的尾端与柄体的前端连接,所述柄体内位于刀体侧方的位置设置有收纳槽,所述收纳槽在柄体前端开有容工具件插入的开口,所述工具件包括工具件本体及与工具件本体连接固定的操作件,所述操作件朝向刀体的一侧设置有能使操作件压紧收纳槽的可压缩弹性件,操作件朝向收纳槽的一侧设置卡块,所述收纳槽的槽壁对应卡块的位置设置有卡槽,卡块和卡槽为可拆卸式卡块连接。小刀在进行切削操作时,其主要在X轴和Y轴两个方向上运动,在Z轴方向基本是不运动的,而上述结构中操作件与柄体的卡扣锁紧方式,是需要在Z轴方向上对操作件施加作用力才能解锁的,同时要将工具件从收纳槽取出时还要在X轴施加作用力,也即是说小刀 正常使用,甚至撞击时,工具件都不易从收纳槽中脱离,连接稳定,安全性高。
优选地,所述操作件上设置有驱动操作件挤压可压缩弹性件的操作按位,所述柄体前端对应操作按位的位置设置有供操作按位伸出至柄体外侧的操作口。操作按位和操作口的设置,可以方便使用者的拇指按压操作件使可压缩弹性件压缩,在可压缩弹性件压缩到一定程度后卡块脱离卡槽,拇指推动操作件朝刀体前方运动即可将工具件从收纳槽中取出,操作简单方便。
优选地,所述卡槽贯穿柄体至柄体外侧面,所述柄体外侧面对应卡槽位置设置有沉槽,沉槽中设置有遮盖住卡槽并能压迫卡块驱动操作件朝柄体内运动的按钮。该结构可以省去操作按位和操作口的设置,通过按钮直接按压卡块使之与卡槽脱离。
优选地,所述按钮为弹性橡胶软盖,弹性橡胶软盖结构简单,与柄体连接容易,厚度可根据沉槽深度选择,以尽量不相对柄体向外凸出太多为宜,可接节省按钮占用柄体的空间。
优选地,所述收纳槽内与开口相对的槽底设置有为工具件脱离收纳槽提供弹力的推出弹簧,所述推出弹簧的一端与槽底连接固定,另一端能与工具件本体的插入端相顶。在卡块与卡槽脱离后,弹簧可以为工具件提供弹出弹力,使操作件相对柄体弹出一定距离,方便用手抓住操作件将工具件从收纳槽拔出。

实施例1
在实施例中,如图1所示,所述工具件本体为镁棒,可压缩弹性件为弹性硅胶垫4,如图2所示,所述操作件31上设置有固定弹性硅胶垫4的安装槽311,所述弹性硅胶垫4的一部分固定在安装槽311内,另一部分高于安装槽311的槽壁端面312裸露在外,并且所述弹性硅胶垫4位于安装槽311外的部分的厚度大于卡块313的厚度,该设置保证弹性硅胶垫4压缩时,卡块313能与卡槽5脱离。
