为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对本发明进行更全面的描述。 附图中给出了本发明的较佳的实施例。但是,本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本发明的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
参考图1、图2和图3,可穿戴设备10包括电子设备100和绑带200,绑带200安装于电子设备100,绑带200被配置为能够将电子设备100佩戴至用户的手腕。电子设备100包括中框110及电路板120、电池等电子元器件,中框110设有安装空腔101,电路板120、电池等电子元器件设于安装空腔101内,绑带连接于中框110。在一些实施方式,可穿戴设备10为智能手表,电子设备100包括显示屏模组130,显示屏模组130覆盖安装空腔101的一端并连接于中框110,其可用于显示信息并为用户提供交互界面。安装空腔101可用于安装电池、电路板120、显示屏模组130、生物传感器等电子元器件,电路板120可以集成处理器、存储单元、通信模块等电子元器件,电池可以为电路板120、显示屏模组130及其他电子元器件供电。进一步,电子设备100可以包括背盖140,背盖140设于中框110的背离显示屏模组130的一端并覆盖安装空腔101的另一端。
结合与4、图5和图6,显示屏模组130可以进一步包括显示屏131和覆盖显示屏131的盖板133,显示屏131可以为LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示)屏或者OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)屏等,盖板133可以为玻璃盖板133或者蓝宝石盖板133等。盖板133呈透明状且具有相对较高的透光率,例如,盖板133的透光率在80%以上。显示屏模组130可以具备触控功能,但触控功能不是必须的。生物传感器可用于检测生物数据例如心率、呼吸率、血压或者体脂等。在一些实施方式中,生物传感器还可用于检测运动状态例如用于计步。在一些实施方式中,可穿戴设备10可以为智能手表或运动手表等,运动手表的常见形式为电子表。在其他一些实施方式中,可穿戴设备10还可以为智能手环等,且显示屏模组130不是必须的。
中框110大致呈矩形框状,矩形的四个角可以经过倒角工艺处理成圆弧 过渡,以使可穿戴设备10具有较好的外观特性。在其他实施方式中,中框110也可以呈圆形框状。结合图2和图3,中框110的侧面可以设有卡槽103以用于安装绑带200。结合图1,绑带200呈条形状,且能够从卡槽103安装于中框110并能够与中框110形成可靠的连接,以将电子设备100可靠地佩戴至用户的手臂。在一些实施方式中,绑带200还能够比较便捷地从中框110拆离,以使用户能够方便地更换绑带200。例如,用户可以购买多种款式的绑带200,并根据使用场景更换绑带200,以提升使用的便利性。例如,在正式场合时用户可以使用较为正式的绑带200,在休闲娱乐的场合则使用休闲款式的绑带200。在一些实施方式中,绑带200分为两段,电子设备100的相背的两端分别设有卡槽103,两段绑带200各有一端连接电子设备100,两段绑带200的背离电子设备100的一端可以相扣合形成收容空间,以通过绑带200将可穿戴设备10佩戴至用户的手腕处。在另一些实施方式中,绑带200可以为一整段式的结构,绑带200的两端分别连接电子设备100,绑带200可通过其他结构例如扣环、卡扣、弹性伸缩等方式调整收容空间的尺寸,以方便用户佩戴。
进一步,参考图3,中框110包括框体111、支撑体113和天线115,支撑体113连接于框体111的一端且与框体111形成安装空腔101,同时结合图7和图8,支撑体113具有配合面113a,显示屏模组130叠置于配合面113a且覆盖安装空腔101的一端。天线115位于支撑体113且暴露于配合面113a,电路板120与天线115电性连接,且电路板120能够将电流馈入天线115。框体111可以由塑胶、橡胶、硅胶、木材、陶瓷或玻璃等非金属材质制成,框体111也可以由不锈钢、铝合金或镁合金等金属材质制成。当然,框体111还可以为金属注塑件,即利用金属材质保证框体111的结构刚性,框体111内表面则通过注塑形成凸起、凹槽、螺纹孔等用于装配定位的结构。可以理解的是,安装空腔101也可以由框体111独立形成,且支撑体113不是必需的,天线115可以直接设于框体111。背盖140的材质可以与框体111相同,也可以与框体111不同。例如背盖140可以为玻璃、陶瓷或塑胶等非金属材 质,背盖140也可以为不锈钢或者铝合金等金属材质。
在一些实施方式中,支撑体113的材质为LDS(Laser Direct Structuring,激光直接成型)塑料。支撑体113的配合面113a经镭雕工艺加工形成天线槽113b和天线115,天线115容置于天线槽113b且沿天线槽113b延伸。具体地,LDS材料含有金属成分及塑胶等非金属成分,在镭雕加工的过程中,塑胶等非金属成分溶解蒸发形成天线槽113b,LDS内的金属成分析出并于天线槽113b内沉积形成天线115。由于非金属材料被去除,在金属材质的天线115的朝向显示屏模组130的一侧,配合面113a会凸出于天线115,或者与天线115平齐。换言之,天线115的朝向显示屏模组130的一侧与配合面113a之间存在高度差,或者天线115的朝向显示屏模组130的一侧与配合面113a平齐。
在其他实施方式中,支撑体113可以为其他非金属材质例如硅胶或者普通塑胶。支撑体113具有配合面113a,配合面113a可以开设天线槽113b,再将天线115设置于天线槽113b内,以使配合面113a凸出于天线115或者与天线115的平齐即可。这种结构的天线115同样可以减薄电子设备100整体的厚度,以利于电子设备100的轻薄化设计。
在电子设备100的组装过程中,配合面113a可以采用点胶工艺形成粘接层,以将显示屏模组130可靠地连接于支撑体113。以上结构的天线115,相比于柔性线路板形式的天线115,无需增加电子设备100整体的厚度,因而有利于电子设备100的轻薄化设计,进而有利于可穿戴设备的轻薄化设计。
上述电子设备100,天线115暴露于中框110的配合面113a,显示屏模组130叠置于配合面113a并覆盖天线115和安装空腔101,相比于柔性线路板形式的天线115,上述天线115的设置可减薄电子设备100的整体厚度。例如,柔性线路板形式的天线115的厚度通常约为0.25毫米,本发明的天线115结构相比如柔性线路板形式的天线115,电子设备100的整体厚度可以减薄0.25毫米,从而有利于电子设备100的轻薄化设计。
由于天线115形成于支撑体113,在配合面113a与显示屏模组130连接 后,天线115距离显示屏模组130的外表面的距离相对较小。以天线115为电子设备100的NFC(Near Field Communication,近距离无线通讯)天线为例,在显示屏模组130的外表面离RFID读写器等设备相同使用距离的情况下,上述天线115可以收发相对较强的信号,且能够改善天线115的抗干扰及防屏蔽性能,以提升电子设备100的通信性能。当然,在其他实施方式中,天线115可以为其他类型天线,例如用于收发蜂窝信号的天线,上述结构的天线115同样能够提升电子设备100的通信性能。
进一步,参考图7和图8,安装空腔101于支撑体113形成槽口113c。在本发明实施方式中,槽口113c的横截面大致呈圆角矩形,即矩形的四个角采用了圆弧过渡。支撑体113于槽口113c的周向呈闭合状,配合面113a、天线槽113b沿槽口113c的周向延伸。进一步,在一些实施方式中,支撑体113包括一体成型的支撑部1131和限位部1133,配合面113a、槽口113c位于支撑部1131以使支撑体113的横断面大致呈L形。在配合面113a的朝向显示屏模组130的一侧,限位部1133凸出支撑部1131且沿支撑部1131的边缘延伸成周向闭合状。同时结合图6,限位部1133围设显示屏模组130。限位部1133的设置有利于显示屏模组130在支撑体113的装配定位。例如,在配合面113a点胶形成粘接层后,显示屏模组130安装于支撑体113,限位部1133可以对显示屏模组130的边缘形成限位作用,且能够提升显示屏模组130与支撑体113的密封性能,进而提升电子设备100的防水防尘性能。在安装空腔101由框体111形成的实施方式中,支撑体113的槽口113c连通于安装空腔101即可。
参考图7、图9和图10,在一些实施方式中,支撑体113包括一体成型于支撑部1131的连接部1135,连接部1135凸设于安装空腔101,进一步,连接部1135凸设于槽口113c的侧壁。连接部1135于背离显示屏模组130的一侧设有馈电点1151,馈电点1151与电路板120电性连接且用于将电流馈入天线115。在一些实施方式中,连接部1135与支撑体113的材质相同,且均为LDS塑料,支撑部1131、连接部1135形成有连接线路1153,连接线路 1153导通馈电点1151和天线115,馈电点1151及连接线路1153均采用镭雕工艺形成,从而简化馈电点1151和连接线路1153的加工。进一步,参考图7、图10,连接部1135包括相背设置的第一表面1135a、第二表面1135b,以及连接于第一表面1135a、第二表面1135b之间的端面1135c,第一表面1135a朝向显示屏模组130,馈电点1151暴露于第二表面1135b,连接线路1153沿第一表面1135a、端面1135c延伸至第二表面1135b并将馈电点1151与天线115导通。进一步,在一些实施方式中,第一表面1135a与配合面113a之间存在高度差,该高度差可用于避让显示屏131,以减薄电子设备100的整体厚度。
进一步,结合图6,电路板120包括板体121及设于板体121的弹片123,弹片123凸出于板体121的朝向显示屏模组130的一侧,连接部1135抵压弹片123且馈电点1151与弹片123导通。弹片123的设置可以保持馈电点1151与电路板120的电性连接的可靠性,进而保证电子设备100的通信性能。
结合图3,在一些实施方式中,板体121采用螺纹紧固件例如螺钉连接于框体111,弹片123设置为两个,且两个弹片123间隔设置于板体121的朝向显示屏模组130的一侧并位于板体121的边缘。馈电点1151设置为两个且两个馈电点1151间隔设置并与弹片123一一对应。在电子设备100组装成型后,连接部1135覆盖弹片123,且馈电点1151抵压弹片123并与弹片123导通,进而可以将电路板120的电流馈入天线115。
在一些实施方式中,天线115大致呈环状,且分布于显示屏模组130的周向边缘。进一步,显示屏模组130与支撑体113组装后,显示屏模组130的盖板133的边缘搭接于配合面113a,盖板133覆盖天线115。显示屏模组130的显示屏131无需搭接于配合面113a,进而可以防止显示屏131增大电子设备100的整体厚度,并能够削弱显示屏131对天线115的遮挡作用。具体地,参考图6,显示屏131的周向边缘与盖板133的周向边缘之间形成间隔区A1,间隔区A1覆盖天线115。换言之,以垂直于电子设备100的厚度方向的几何平面作为基准平面,天线115在基准平面的正投影位于显示屏131 在基准平面的正投影之外,即天线115在基准平面的正投影与显示屏131在基准平面的正投影不重叠,也即在电子设备100的厚度方向上,显示屏131不遮盖天线115。
在上述实施方式中,由于在电子设备100的厚度方向上显示屏131不遮盖天线115,天线115与盖板133的外表面之间具有相对较小的距离,进而可以提升天线115收发信号的强度,提升电子设备100的通信性能。以天线115为电子设备100的NFC(Near Field Communication,近距离无线通讯)天线为例,在盖板133的外表面离RFID读写器等设备相同使用距离的情况下,上述天线115可以收发相对较强的信号,且能够改善天线115的抗干扰及防屏蔽性能,以提升电子设备100的通信性能。
当然,在其他实施方式中,在电子设备100的厚度方向上,显示屏131可以覆盖部分或者全部天线115,由于配合面113a凸出于天线115或者与天线115的朝向显示屏模组130的一侧平齐,上述天线115的设置同样可以减薄电子设备100的整体厚度,以利于电子设备100的轻薄化设计。
参考图9,在一些实施方式中,在支撑部1131的背离配合面113a的一侧,连接部1135凸出于支撑部1131。连接部1135的这种结构设置可用于支撑体113的组装定位。例如,连接部1135的背离端面1135c的一侧、框体111朝向连接部1135的一侧中的一者可以设置凹槽,连接部1135的背离端面1135c的一侧、框体111朝向连接部1135的一侧中的另一者可以设置凸起,以在支撑体113组装于框体111后,凹槽与凸起能够相卡合,进而提升支撑体113与框体111的连接可靠性。结合图3,又如,框体111可以形成定位槽105,支撑体113组装于框体111后,连接部1135容置于定位槽105内,且定位槽105能够限制连接部1135的移动,进而对连接部1135形成可靠的限位作用。
当然,连接部1135凸出于支撑部1131的背离配合面113a的一侧的设置不是必须的。例如,连接部1135可以省略,天线115可以经由镭雕加工延伸至支撑部1131的背离配合面113a的一侧,进而电性连接至电路板120,以 将电流馈入天线115。又如,连接部1135可以为独立的零件,并采用焊接或者粘接或者螺纹连接等方式固定至支撑体113,再通过连接部1135将天线115与电路板120电性连接。
进一步,参考图6并结合图3,框体111包括抵持部1111和连接于抵持部1111的挡止部1113,例如,抵持部1111和挡止部1113可以一体成型。抵持部1111沿安装空腔101的周向延伸并用于支撑支撑体113,挡止部1113凸出抵持部1111的朝向显示屏模组130的一侧且沿抵持部1111的边缘延伸成周向闭合状,支撑体113连接于抵持部1111且挡止部1113围设支撑体113。换言之,在本发明实施方式中,框体111的用于与支撑体113装配的那部分呈台阶状,支撑体113设置于台阶处且支撑体113被挡止部1113围设。挡止部1113的设置有利于支撑体113在框体111的装配定位。例如,在抵持部1111可以点胶形成粘接层,并通过粘接层将支撑体113固定连接于支撑体113,框体111即可对支撑体113的边缘形成限位作用,并提升显支撑体113与框体111的密封性能,进而提升电子设备100的防水防尘性能。
进一步,参考图6,在框体111的朝向显示屏模组130的一侧,限位部1133的末端凸出于挡止部1113,或者限位部1133的末端与挡止部1113平齐。进一步,限位部1133、挡止部1113的末端表面可以经过弧面处理,以使限位部1133、挡止部1113的末端表面与盖板133的表面形成连续的曲面轮廓,进而提升电子设备100的外观特性。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (31)

  1. 一种电子设备,包括:
    盖板;
    中框,设有安装空腔,所述中框具有配合面,所述中框包括暴露于所述配合面的天线,所述盖板叠置于所述配合面且覆盖所述天线和所述安装空腔;及
    电路板,设于所述安装空腔且与所述天线电性连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述中框包括框体及支撑体,所述支撑体连接于所述框体的一端且与所述框体形成所述安装空腔,所述配合面位于所述支撑体,所述天线位于所述支撑体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括电性连接于所述电路板的显示屏,所述盖板覆盖所述显示屏。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述显示屏的周向边缘与所述盖板的周向边缘之间形成间隔区,所述间隔区覆盖所述天线。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述支撑体于所述配合面所在侧形成天线槽,所述天线容置于所述天线槽且沿所述天线槽延伸。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述支撑体的材质为LDS塑料。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述天线槽、所述天线通过镭雕所述支撑体形成。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述配合面凸出于所述天线,或者所述配合面与所述天线的朝向所述盖板的一侧平齐。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述安装空腔于所述支撑体形成槽口,所述支撑体于所述槽口的周向呈闭合状,所述配合面、所述天线槽沿所述槽口的周向延伸。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述支撑体包括一体成型的支撑部和限位部,所述配合面、所述槽口位于所述支撑部,在所述 配合面的朝向所述盖板的一侧,所述限位部凸出所述支撑部且沿所述支撑部的边缘延伸成周向闭合状,所述限位部围设所述盖板。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述框体包括抵持部和连接于所述抵持部的挡止部,所述抵持部沿所述安装空腔的周向延伸,所述挡止部凸出于所述抵持部的朝向所述盖板的一侧且沿所述抵持部延伸成周向闭合状,所述支撑体连接于所述抵持部且所述挡止部围设所述支撑体。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,在所述框体的朝向所述盖板的一侧,所述限位部的末端凸出于所述挡止部,或者所述限位部的末端与所述挡止部平齐。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述支撑体包括一体成型于所述支撑部的连接部,所述连接部凸设于所述安装空腔,所述连接部于背离所述盖板的一侧设有馈电点,所述馈电点与所述电路板电性连接且用于将电流馈入所述天线。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述连接部包括相背设置的第一表面、第二表面,以及连接于所述第一表面、第二表面之间的端面,所述第一表面朝向所述盖板,所述馈电点暴露于所述第二表面,所述支撑体设有连接线路,所述连接线路沿所述第一表面、所述端面延伸至所述第二表面并将所述馈电点与所述天线导通。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的电子设备,其特征在于,在所述支撑部的背离所述配合面的一侧,所述连接部凸出于所述支撑部。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电路板包括板体及设于所述板体的弹片,所述弹片凸出于所述板体的朝向所述盖板的一侧,所述连接部抵压所述弹片并与所述弹片导通。
  17. 一种电子设备,包括:
    显示屏模组;
    中框,包括框体和支撑体,所述框体设有安装空腔,所述支撑体连接于所述框体的一端且所述支撑体具有配合面,所述显示屏模组叠置于所述配合 面且覆盖所述安装空腔,所述支撑体包括暴露于所述配合面的天线,所述配合面凸出于所述天线或者与所述天线的朝向所述显示屏模组的一侧平齐;及
    电路板,设于所述安装空腔且与所述天线电性连接。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述支撑体的材质为LDS塑料,所述天线通过镭雕所述支撑体形成。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述支撑体设有连通于所述安装空腔的槽口,所述配合面沿所述槽口的周向延伸成闭合状。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述支撑体包括一体成型的支撑部和限位部,所述配合面、所述槽口形成于所述支撑部,在所述配合面的朝向所述显示屏模组的一侧,所述限位部凸出所述支撑部且沿所述支撑部的边缘延伸成周向闭合状,所述限位部围设所述显示屏模组。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述框体包括抵持部和连接于所述抵持部的挡止部,所述抵持部沿所述安装空腔的周向延伸,所述挡止部凸出所述抵持部的朝向所述显示屏模组的一侧且沿所述抵持部延伸成周向闭合状,所述支撑体连接于所述抵持部且所述挡止部围设所述支撑体。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述支撑体包括一体成型于所述支撑部的连接部,所述连接部凸设于所述槽口的侧壁,所述连接部于背离所述显示屏模组的一侧设有馈电点,所述馈电点与所述电路板接触并导通,以将电流馈入所述天线。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述连接部包括相背设置的第一表面、第二表面,所述第一表面朝向所述显示屏模组且与所述配合面之间存在高度差,所述馈电点暴露于所述第二表面,所述支撑体设有连接线路,所述连接线路从所述第一表面延伸至所述第二表面并将所述馈电点与所述天线导通。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的电子设备,其特征在于,在所述支撑部的背离所述显示屏模组的一侧,所述连接部凸出于支撑部;所述框体设有定位槽, 所述连接部容置于所述定位槽。
  25. 根据权利要求17-24任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述显示屏模组包括盖板和显示屏,所述盖板呈透明状且覆盖所述显示屏,所述盖板连接于所述配合面并覆盖所述天线。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述天线在基准平面的正投影位于所述显示屏在基准平面的正投影之外,所述基准平面为垂直于所述电子设备厚度方向的几何平面。
  27. 一种电子设备,包括:
    中框,设有安装空腔,所述中框于所述安装空腔的一端具有配合面,所述配合面环绕所述安装空腔延伸;
    天线,设于所述配合面且环绕所述安装空腔延伸;及
    盖板,叠置于所述配合面且覆盖所述天线和所述安装空腔。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的电子设备,其特征在于,至少部分所述中框的材质为LDS塑料,所述天线镭雕形成于所述LDS塑料。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述配合面凸出于所述天线或者与所述天线的朝向所述盖板的一侧平齐。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述中框包括一体成型的支撑部和限位部,所述支撑部具有所述配合面,所述限位部环绕所述安装空腔延伸;在所述配合面的朝向所述盖板的一侧,所述限位部凸出所述支撑部,所述限位部围设所述盖板。
  31. 一种可穿戴设备,包括绑带及权利要求1-30任一项所述的电子设备,所述绑带连接于所述中框且被配置为能够将所述电子设备佩戴至用户的手腕。
