双幅圆网印花机 技术领域
本发明涉及印花机技术领域,特别涉及双幅圆网印花机。
背景技术
圆网印花机是使用连续回转的无接缝圆筒筛网进行印花的一种筛网印花机。
现有技术上的圆网印花机,只能提供单幅印花,在使用时对染料,水电以及人工的损耗太大。
基于此,申请人作出本申请。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种生产效率高,节省染料、人工以及水电的双幅圆网印花机。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:双幅圆网印花机,包括进布架和A字架,进布架的上方设置有前后分列的两个进布通道,进步通道上方设置有转向辊,进步通道上分别设置有向左右两侧的单边对边器,所述A字架左右分列且成前后交错放置。
进一步设置为:所述进布架上位于单边对边器和转向辊之间设置有吸尘器。
进一步设置为:所述进布架后端设置有双边开幅辊,胚布分别从双边开幅辊的两侧经过。
进一步设置为:所述进布架后端设置有机架,机架上设置有加热板,机架上位于加热板后方设置有压辊组,所述胚布分别从压辊组的上方和下方经过。
进一步设置为:所述压辊组包括前压辊和后压辊,前压辊和后压辊之间设置有间隔辊,所述胚布分别从前压辊的上方、后压辊与间隔辊之间穿过。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:通过将圆网印花机改为从进布架的双幅进布,能够实现双幅印花,从而从水电、染料以及人工等方面大大减少开支,同时能够增加双倍的印染效率。同时将A字架错开,并让转向辊前后分隔,能够避免双幅胚布之间发生交叠等情况,保证了印染稳定性和印染质量。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
双幅圆网印花机,包括进布架,进布架的前一工位包括两个分列左右的A字架,A字架上设置有卷绕的胚布,其中两个A字架同时成前后交错设置。
进布架成Ⅱ字形,具有两个进布通道,中间为两根支撑杆,进布架的上方位于两根支撑杆的相对外侧分别设置有转向辊,双幅胚布从两个A字架被拉出后,分别从两个转向辊上经过并沿支撑架向下。两根支撑杆的中间位置的相对外侧均设置有单边对边器,两个单边对边器将两幅胚布分别向两侧引导,以避免后续胚布重叠,双幅胚布分别从各自对应的单边对边器上向下延伸。
两根支撑杆上相对外侧上位于转向辊和单边对边器之间均设置有吸尘器,通过吸尘器能够吸走大部分纤维,保证布面干净整洁。
进布架的后端工位包括机架,机架的前端上设置有加热板,从支撑架下方经过的双幅胚布经过加热板后进入印花工序。其中加热板与机架主体之间设置有压辊组,压辊组包括前压辊、后压辊和间隔辊,间隔辊位于前后压辊之间。其中一匹胚布从前压辊的上方穿过进入机架主体部分,另一匹胚布从后压辊与间隔辊之间穿过进入机架主体部分。
进布架与机架之间设置有双边开幅辊,双幅胚布分别从双边开幅辊的两侧进入加热板。

  5. 根据权利要求4所述的双幅圆网印花机,其特征在于:所述压辊组包括前压辊和后压辊,前压辊和后压辊之间设置有间隔辊,所述胚布分别从前压辊的上方、后压辊与间隔辊之间穿过。
